4. Ted DiBiase vs. Harley Race - Nitro Wrestling World Heavyweight title match
DiBiase and Race slug it out. DiBiase takes Race down and locks on the figure four leglock but Race fights his way to the ropes. DiBiase and Race brawl back and forth all over the ring area. DiBiase focuses his attack on Race’s leg. DiBiase wears Race down with another figure four leglock. DiBIase goes after Race’s leg like a shark and locks the figure four on a third time but Race fights him off. DiBiase hits a full power slam for a two count. Race makes a comeback and hits a piledriver for a two count. Race hits a vertical suplex for a two count. Race hits another vertical suplex but can’t put DiBiase away. Race hits a third vertical suplex but DiBiase gets his foot on the ropes. Race goes to the top and hits the Diving Head Butt but DiBiase manages to get his shoulder up before the three count. DiBiase and Race brawl outside the ring. DiBIase tries hitting Race with the loaded glove but Race drills DiBIase with a head butt. Race yanks off the loaded glove and nails DiBiase with it. The referee calls for the bell.

After the match, Race gets on the mic and says he wants one more match, no disqualifications. DiBiase says fine but if Race loses, he leaves the territory. Race agrees.

1. Steve Keirn vs. Scott Taylor
Keirn dominates Taylor and hits the flying forearm for the win.

Ross says Keirn badly needed that win. Douglas introduces the next match.

2. Sam Houston vs. Andrew Anderson with Nikolai Volkoff
Anderson dominates Houston early on. Anderson throws Houston out of the ring and distracts the referee. Volkoff mauls Houston on the outside and rolls him back into the ring. Anderson distracts the referee a second time and again Volkoff works Houston over outside the ring. Anderson hits a swinging neckbreaker for a two count. Houston makes a comeback but Anderson stomps him down and hits another swinging neckbreaker for the win.

Douglas says Anderson is impressive so far. Ross introduces the next match, saying the winner will likely receive a World Heavyweight title shot sometime soon.

3. Rick Rude vs. Nikolai Volkoff
Rude and Volkoff battle back and forth. Rude hits a suplex for a two count. Rude hits a piledriver on the concrete but Volkoff beats the count back into the ring. Rude hits a Rude Awakening but Volkoff gets his foot on the ropes. Volkoff makes a comeback but Rude shuts him down and hits another Rude Awakening for the win.

Ross says that was a big win for Rude. Douglas introduces the main event.

4. Ted DiBiase vs. Harley Race - Nitro Wrestling World Heavyweight title match, No DQ, Race leaves town if he loses.
DiBiase and Race duke it out at the bell. Race gets the upper hand and hits a back suplex for a two count. DiBiase and Race brawl all over the ring area. DiBiase hits a power slam for a two count. DiBiase hits a second power slam but can’t put Race away. DiBIase wears Race down with a sleeper and hits another power slam but can’t put Race away. DiBiase drills Race with the loaded glove and covers him for the three count.

Winner - Ted DiBiase by pinfall, his second title defense

Race leaves through the crowd after the match. Rick Rude runs down to ringside and attacks DiBiase as he’s celebrating with the belt. Rude puts the boots to DiBiase as the show goes off the air.

Rude and DiBiase come out throwing bombs. DiBiase gets the upper hand and wears Rude down with a sleeper. DiBiase locks on the figure four but Rude fights his way to the ropes.
