Shane Douglas and Jim Ross welcome the fans to the show and plug the main event, a rematch between Paul Orndorff and Blackjack Mulligan. Douglas introduces the first match.
1. Les Thatcher vs. Scott Taylor
Thatcher goes on the attack and hits a flying headscissors for a two count. Thatcher hits a top rope flying body press for a two count. Taylor makes a comeback and drills Thatcher with a superkick for a two count. Taylor hits a DDT for a two count. Thatcher and Taylor battle back and forth. Thatcher clamps on the abdominal stretch, wearing Taylor down. Thatcher plants Taylor on the mat and locks on the stump puller. Taylor taps out.
Winner - Les Thatcher by submission
Ross says Thatcher was due a win. Douglas introduces the next match.
2. Brian Blair vs. Andrew Anderson
Blair and Anderson battle back and forth. Blair gets some momentum going and locks on the Cobra Clutch but Anderson backs him into the corner.Blair hits a full power slam for a two count. Anderson makes a comeback but Blair shuts him down with a small package for a two count. Blair locks on the Cobra Clutch but Anderson fights him off. Blair goes to the top and hits a flying body press for the win.
Winner - Brian Blair by pinfall
Douglas says Anderson made Blair work for that one. Ross introduces the next match.
3. Randy Savage vs. Thunderbolt Patterson
Savage and Patterson battle back and forth. Savage hits a knee drop for a two count. Savage goes to the top and hits a flying axe handle for a two count. Savage hits another flying axe handle but can’t put Patterson away. Savage and Patterson brawl outside the ring and Savage goes for an axe handle but Patterson nails him with a chair. The referee calls for the bell.
Winner - Randy Savage by DQ
Savage and Patterson brawl into the crowd after the match. Douglas and Ross introduce the main event.
4. Paul Orndorff vs. Blackjack Mulligan
Orndorff and Mulligan brawl back and forth. Mulligan gets the advantage and hits a big boot to the face for a two count. Orndorff makes a comeback but has a hard time knocking Mulligan down. Mulligan and Orndorff battle back and forth. Mulligan hits a lariat for a two count. Orndorff takes a beating and tears into Blackjack. Orndorff hits a stalling vertical suplex for a two count. Orndorff hits a back suplex for a two count. Orndorff nails Mulligan with a knee lift and covers him for a two count. Orndorff hits the jumping piledriver for the win.
Winner - Paul Orndorff by pinfall
Ross and Douglas sign off, telling fans to tune in next week for a rematch between Randy Savage and Thunderbolt Patterson.

Mulligan mows South down and locks on the Blackjack Claw. South taps out.
Winner - Blackjack Mulligan by submission
Douglas says Mulligan is back in the hunt. Ross introduces the next match.
2. Les Thatcher vs. Big Bully Busick
Thatcher takes Busick to the mat and goes to the top rope. Busick throws Thatcher halfway across the ring. Thatcher and Busick battle back and forth. Busick locks on the stump puller but Thatcher escapes the hold. Busick works over Thatcher and locks on the stump puller a second time. Thatcher taps out.
Winner - Big Bully Busick by submission
Ross says Busick is a tough competitor. Douglas introduces the next match.
3. Johnny Valentine vs. Steve Keirn
Valentine tears into Keirn and hits a back suplex for a two count. Valentine nails Keirn with an atomic skull crusher for the win.
Winner - Johnny Valentine by pinfall
Douglas says Valentine doesn’t seem interested in the World Heavyweight title and just wants to hurt people. Ross introduces the main event.
4. Randy Savage vs. Thunderbolt Patterson
Savage tears into Patterson and hits a running knee to the back for a two count. Savage hits a flying body press for a two count. Savage throws Patterson out of the ring and nails him with the double axe handle from the top to the floor. Savage hits the vaulting neck snap and covers Patterson for the three count.
Winner - Randy Savage by pinfall
Douglas and Ross sign off, telling fans to tune in next week.

Shane Douglas and Jim Ross welcome the fans to the show. Ross announces that the main event will be Paul Orndorff vs. Randy Savage with the winner taking on Ted DiBiase for the Nitro Wrestling World Heavyweight title next week. Douglas reminds the audience that Paul Orndorff is the one that ended Randy Savage’s Nitro Wrestling World Heavyweight title reign seven years ago. Ross introduces the first match.
1. Hugh Morris vs. George South
Morris works over South at the bell. Morris wastes time taunting the crowd and South goes on the attack. South hits a forearm drop for a two count. South goes to the top rope and Morris throws him to the mat. Morris hits a top rope splash for a two count. Morris hits a power bomb for the win.
Winner - Hugh Morris by pinfall
Ross says Morris is nuttier than a squirrel turd. Douglas introduces the next match.
2. Tracy Smothers vs. Mark Fleming
Smothers goes on the attack at the bell. Smothers hits the jumping wheel kick for the win.
Winner - Tracy Smothers by pinfall
Douglas says Smothers didn’t waste any time. Douglas introduces the next match.
3. Thunderbolt Patterson vs. Biff Busick
Busick mauls Patterson and locks on the stump puller but Patterson fights his way to the ropes. The match spills out of the ring. Busick grabs his cigar and tries to rub it in Patterson’s eyes. Patterson takes the cigar and burns Busick’s ass with it. The referee calls for the bell.
Winner - Biff Busick by DQ
Ross says we haven’t seen the last of these two. Douglas introduces the main event.
4. Paul Orndorff vs. Randy Savage
Savage mows down Orndorff at the bell. Savage hits the flying elbow smash for the win.
Winner - Randy Savage by pinfall
Douglas and Ross sign off, telling the fans to tune in next week when Ted DiBiase takes on Randy Savage with the Nitro Wrestling World Heavyweight title on the line!

Still waiting on the set. I expect they're in the New Jersey postal vortex. That's why I paid extra for Priority Mail. I just knew if I didn't, I wouldn't get it until after Christmas--if not after the New Year.
Hopefully, you'll get yours soon. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with the new cards.

Hopefully they come tomorrow. Tuesday is the next day I'll have time to play so it would be nice to have them by then. |
