Nitro Wrestling 8.24
Shane Douglas and Jim Ross welcome the fans to the third round and finals of the Ryder Cup and promise to let the action speak for itself. JR points out LWF World Tag Team Champions Steve Williams and Terry Gordy sitting in the front row for the fourth week in a row. Douglas says it would be a shame if they got kicked out of the building and introduces the first match.
1. Bad News Allen vs. Paul Orndorff
Orndorff and Allen tear into each other at the bell. Orndorff gets some momentum going and hits the stalling vertical suplex for a two count. Orndorff and Allen battle back and forth. Allen nails Orndorff with a Ghetto Blaster for a two count. Orndorff battles back and hits an atomic drop for a two count. Orndorff and Allen battle back and forth. Orndorff hits the jumping piledriver for the win.
Winner - Paul Orndorff by pinfall
2. Johnny Valentine vs. Ted DiBiase
DiBIase goes on the attack and flattens Valentine with a neckbreaker drop. DiBiase hits a backbreaker for a two count. DiBiase hits a fist drop for a two count. Valentine battles back and hits the atomic skullcrusher for a two count. Valentine hits another atomic skullcrusher for the win.
Winner - Johnny Valentine by pinfall. Valentine fill face Paul Orndorff in the finals
Steve Williams pats Ted DiBiase on the back as he walks past. DiBiase turns and nails Williams with the loaded glove! Williams goes down and DiBiase drags Gordy over the guardrail. DiBiase and Gordy brawl until security pours out of the back. Once order is restored, JR and Douglas introduce the next match.
3. Sam Houston vs. JJ Dillon
Houston and Dillon battle back and forth. Houston rolls Dillon up with a small package for a two count. Houston hits the bulldog for the win.
Winner - Sam Houston by pinfall
JR says they’ve received word from the back that Steve Williams and Terry Gordy were ejected from the building but have challenged Ted DiBIase and a partner of his choice to wrestle them. Shane Douglas introduces the main event, the finals of the Ryder Cup.
4. Paul Orndorff vs. Johnny Valentine - finals
Valentine and Orndorff battle back and forth. Valentine flattens Orndorff with a chop to the chest and nails him with an Atomic Skullcrusher for a two count. Orndorff makes a comeback and nails Valentine with brutal knee lifts for a two count. Valentine regains the advantage and hits another Atomic skullcrusher for a two count. Orndorff and Valentine battle back and forth. Valentine hits a back suplex for a two count. Orndorff turns it around and hits a piledriver for a two count. Orndorff hits a second piledriver for the win.
Winner - Paul Orndorff by pinfall. Orndorff has won the Ryder Cup and will face Randy Savage next week!

Nitro Wrestling 8.25
Jim Ross and Shane Douglas welcome the fans to the show and hype the main event, Randy Savage vs. Paul Orndorff for the Nitro Wrestling World Heavyweight title. JR says issues with the Florida office have finally been settled so expect some new talent debuting over the next couple weeks. Douglas introduces the first match.
1. Ted DiBiase vs. Doug Gilbert
DiBiase squashes Gilbert and hits the fist drop for the win.
Winner - Ted DiBiase by pinfall
After the match, DiBiase gets on the mic and says he’ll bring a partner next week unless the Miracle Violence Connection are all talk. JR introduces the next match.
2. Bobby Shane vs. Mike Graham
Graham takes the fight to Shane and locks on the figure four but Shane fights his way to the ropes. Shane makes a comeback and hits the rolling reverse cradle for a two count. Graham and Shane battle back and forth. Graham locks on the figure four a second time but Shane escapes the hold. Graham hits the Oklahoma Side Roll for the win.
Winner - Mike Graham by submission
JR says Shane had a bad debut but good for Graham. Shane Douglas introduces the next match.
3. One Man Gang with Sir Oliver Humperdink vs. Bob Cook
Cook gets in some offense but One Man Gang squashes him and hits the 747 Splash for the win.
Winner - One Man Gang by pinfall
Douglas says One Man Gang seems a lot more dangerous than he remembers. JR introduces the next match.
4. Jim Londos vs. Rip Rogers
Londos isn’t impressed by Rogers’ antics and hits a crotch lift and slam. Londos locks on the Boston Crab but Rogers fights his way to the ropes. Londos locks on the Boston Crab a second time and Rogers taps out.
Winner - Londos by submission
Douglas says The Hustler bit off more than he could chew. JR introduces the next match.
5. Wahoo McDaniel vs. Cuban Assassin with Fantasy
The Cuban Assassin attacks Wahoo from behind before the bell and goes to work on him. Assassin hits Fidel’s Backbreaker for a two count. Assassin hits two more backbreakers and covers Wahoo for the win.
Winner - Cuban Assassin by pinfall
After the match, Wahoo gets up and chops the Assassin to the mat. Wahoo challenges him to a rematch. Fidel hesitates but Fantasy says he accepts. Douglas introduces the main event.
6. Randy Savage vs. Paul Orndorff with Bobby Heenan- Nitro Wrestling World Heavyweight title match
Savage warns Heenan not to stick his nose in the match and Orndorff attacks him from behind. Orndorff hits a stalling vertical suplex for a two count. Orndorff scores near falls with the forearm drop and atomic drop. Orndorff hits the jumping piledriver for the win.
Winner - Paul Orndorff by pinfall. Orndorff is the new Nitro Wrestling World Heavyweight champion!
JR and Shane Douglas sign off, telling fans to tune in next week for Ted DiBiase & a mystery partner vs. the Miracle Violence Connection for the LWF World Tag Team titles in the main event!

Wonder how long the title reign of "Mr. Wonderful" will be.

Jim Ross and Shane Douglas welcome the fans to the show. JR says that Ted DiBiase had intended for Bob Roop to be his partner tonight but Roop showed up in no condition to wrestle so the main event will be Ted DiBiase & Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. the Miracle Violence Connection for the LWF World Tag Team titles. Douglas introduces the first match.
1. Eddie Graham vs. Mr X
Mr X gets in some offense before eating the hardest punches in wrestling. Graham locks on the figure four and Mr X taps out.
Winner - Eddie Graham by submission
JR puts over Eddie Graham. Douglas introduces the next match.
2. Missing Link with Bobby Heenan vs. Scott Taylor
Link and Taylor battle back and forth. Link wears Taylor down with various head butts. Link hit an atomic drop for a two count. Link hits the diving head butt but Taylor manages to get his foot on the ropes before the three count. Link hits a few more head butts and a falling body slam for the win.
Winner - Missing Link by pinfall
Heenan struts around like a peacock after the match, pleased with his newest signing. JR introduces the next match.
3. Hiro Matsuda vs. Larry Sharpe
Sharpe gets the early advantage but Matsuda shuts him down and clamps on the sleeper. Sharpe fights his way to the ropes. Matsuda locks on the Indian Deathlock and Sharpe taps out.
Winner - Hiro Matsuda by submission
Douglas says he wouldn’t want to wrestle a shooter like Matsuda. JR introduces the main event.
4. Ted DiBiase & Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Miracle Violence Connection for the LWF World Tag Team titles
Hacksaw and Dr Death start the match. Duggan and Doc battle back and forth. Doc hits a lariat for a two count and tags in Gordy. Gordy works over Duggan and clobbers him with a lariat for a two count. Duggan and Gordy brawl outside the ring and Duggan comes out on top. Duggan nails the flying spear for a two count and tags in DiBiase. DiBiase hits a backbreaker for a two count. DiBiase hits the full power slam but Gordy kicks out. DiBiase loads the glove and cracks Gordy with it but Gordy kicks out. Gordy manages to tag in Williams. Williams and DiBiase battle back and forth. DiBiase hits the full power slam for a two count. DiBIase loads the glove and clocks Williams with it but Williams kicks out. DiBiase tags in Duggan. Williams makes a comeback and the Miracle Violence Connection hits a double football tackle. Gordy and Duggan battle back and forth. DiBiase is distracted as Bob Roop wanders down to ringside, half of his head shaved and painted. Gordy hits a back suplex and covers Duggan for the win.
Winners - the Miracle Violence Connection by pinfall, their fourth title defense
DiBiase stares down Roop as the show goes off the air.

Jim Ross and Shane Douglas welcome the fans to the show and hype the main event, Paul Orndorff vs. Randy Savage for the Nitro Wrestling World Heavyweight title. JR introduces the first match.
1. Miracle Violence Connection vs. JJ DIllon & Mark Flemming - LWF World Tag Team title match
Williams and Dillon start the match. Williams squashes Dillon and hits a superplex. Fleming tries making the save but Gordy power bombs him as the referee makes the three count.
Winners - Miracle Violence Connection by pinfall, their fifth title defense
After the match, Williams gets on the mic and says they’re heading back to Japan for a while. He hopes Nitro Wrestling has more competition for them when they return but he doubts it.
2. Wahoo McDaniel vs. Cuban Assassin with Fantasy
Cuban Assassin goes on the attack and hits a falling head butt for a two count. Wahoo nails him with overhead chops and hits the Tomahawk Chop for a two count. Wahoo blasts Assassin with another Tomahawk Chop for a two count. Wahoo hits a backbreaker and covers Assassin for the win.
Winner - Wahoo McDaniel by pinfall
JR says Wahoo got some measure of revenge. Douglas introduces the next match.
3. Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Maha Singh
Duggan and Singh battle back and forth. Duggan goes to the top and hits a clothesline for the win.
Winner - Hacksaw Jim Duggan by pinfall
After the match, Andrew Anderson runs down to ringside and attacks Duggan from behind. Singh and Anderson double team Duggan until Ted DiBIase makes the save.
4. Paul Orndorff with Bobby Heenan vs. Randy Savage - Nitro Wrestling World Heavyweight title match
Orndorff tears into Savage at the bell. Orndorff hits a series of brutal knee lifts and covers Savage for a two count. Orndorff throws Savage out of the ring and blasts him with a chair, busting him open. The referee calls for the bell.
Winner - Randy Savage by DQ
Orndorff and Savage brawl as the show goes off the air.
