Thanks for the comments. I should have the Old School PPV results up tomorrow. I must say the dice were very, very good to me. Well, for the most part. The results were good and the action good enough. You might find out if your guess is right or not after the dust from the PPV clears. Hi I can loan out the Cosmic Cube if you would like! It has no power unless it's paired with the Alpha Stone, haha! (Yeah, shameless plug for my own PAY-PER-VIEW!) Todd C WTIC

March 2075
Madison Square Garden
New York, NY USA
Old School PPV
Pre show preview:
A look at the matches already announced. Then a look at a match just added earlier today, Paladin Power face off against The Crosscurrents. Some bad blood has been boiling between these two teams recently. Thanks to the actions of Defiance.
Scuff (none) beat Lao-Rae (3) via submission with Full Nelson in an Earn Your Spot match (3 stars)
Commander Sam (1) beat Torpor (1) by pinfall after a Star Spangled Banner in an Anthem stipulation match (3 stars)
Paladin Power (Moonstrike-4) beat The Crosscurrents (none) via pinfall when Solar Flare pinned Vortex after a backward leg sweep (3 stars)
Screw (none) beat Santon The Loner (3) via pinfall after a middle rope clothesline in a Cage match (2 stars)
Defiance (Blood-2, Jammer-1) beat Dorado Sundown (Blacklash-3, Bullwhip-1) two falls to one for the GWF Global Tag Team Championship in a Best of 3 Falls match to win the titles (4 stars)
Morpheus (none) beat Omega (7) two falls to none for the GWF Global Championship in a Best of 3 Falls match to win the title (3 stars)
Post show recap:
In the opening match it was obvious that Lao-Rae was far more talented than Scuff. But Scuff refused to let that keep him from what he wants. He showed toughness and kept fighting back. At first it did not do him much good as far as the match was concerned. But the fans started to get behind him. Things really turned for him when he came off the ropes and leveled Lao-Rae with a flying forearm. He then kept trying to beat Lao-Rae with his Full Nelson finisher. But Lao-Rae would back into the ropes or the turnbuckle to get a break. Finally Scuff applied it in the middle of the ring and dug his heels into the mat, refusing to budge more than a couple inches. Finally, Lao-Rae submitted. A happy Scuff jumped up and down as he earned his spot in the GWF. Meanwhile Lao-Rae will go back to training, but it is likely he will appear on a GWF show sooner rather than later.
Torpor started strong but Commander Sam fought back. The match went to the floor a pair of times and both men slugged it out with wild passion. Torpor kicked out of Sam first finisher but could not do it a second time. Sam had the biggest win of his GWF career. Torpor tried to leave after the match but GWF officials stopped him. He was forced to stand in the ring next to Commander Sam as the Star Spangled Banner played. Soon as it was over Torpor tore out of there.
Any hope the match between Paladin Power and The Crosscurrents would be an honorable match went out the window right after the bell when Solar Flare used an eye gouge on Vortex. Things were even between the teams for a couple minutes and then The Crosscurrents started to really work Moonstrike over. Vortex and Thetis hit him with Watery Grave a pair of times. They almost pinned him the first time so the second time Flare tried to make the save but was stopped. Moonstrike was able to kick out anyways. After several minutes of abuse Moonstrike countered Vortex and made the much needed tag. Solar Flare came in like a house on fire. He quickly hit the backward leg sweep and was able to make the pin. After the match Solar Flair grabbed a microphone and said, "Who is the weakest link now Blood? Me and my man Moonstrike will be coming for you soon".
The cage was lowered over the ring then Screw and Santon The Loner ripped into each other. Screw ended up using the cage to his advantage as he slammed Santon into it numerous times. He hit his finisher but the mysterious Santon refused to lose so soon. A few minutes later Screw hit the clothesline and got the win. Screw was not finished with his enemy. As the cage was being raised Screw got on top of Santon and started to peel away the face wrapping. He got a little bit around the eyes off then suddenly stopped. Screw's eyes got as big as saucers. He then backed off Santon, scooted backwards a bit and sat there staring at Santon, shaking his head in disbelief. Santon fixed his face wrap, stood up, looked at Screw and simply nodded in agreement before leaving the ring.
The tag team match was the hard-hitting match that was expected. The challengers got off to a hot start and worked Blacklash over. Jammer used Bad Night to force him to submit. Defiance went up one fall to none.
The second fall began with Bullwhip and Jammer. Bullwhip started to exert his will on Jammer via his size and power. Jammer fought back and tagged out. Bullwhip hit his finisher but Blood kicked out. A minute later a Dorado Power Drop led to the pin. The match was even at one fall a piece.
The third fall looked like it could go either way as each team had a chance to pick up the much-needed win. In the end Blood hit a swinging neck breaker on Blacklash to get the pin and win the match two falls to one. As Bullwhip checked on his partner the new champions were not in a celebration mood. Blood rolled to the floor, slid a chair into the ring and Jammer took it. As Jammer attacked Bullwhip from behind Blood reached under the ring and pulled out a black duffle bag. He took it into the ring and opened it up. He pulled out a nightstick and hit Blacklash with it over and over. Then he pulled out a pair of handcuffs, dragged Blacklash to the ropes and cuffed Blacklash to the middle rope. Blacklash was forced to watch Blood join in the beatdown of Bullwhip. Jammer pulled another nightstick out of the bag and Defiance brutalized Bullwhip. Then Blood pulled out a pair of t-shirts and tossed one to Jammer. Both men put the shirts on that had P.O.W. on them. Fans who were booing Defiance during the attack started to boo louder. Some even tossed trash into the ring. Finally, security, referees, GWF officials and some wrestlers ran down and chased the new Global Tag Team Champions out of the ring.
The first fall of the main event was a long battle and could have been match of the year so far and it was just the fall. Two men who knew each other really well made moves and countermoves and counters to the counters. After several minutes Morpheus was the first to start doing real damage. Omega showed his toughness as he kicked out after a Trip To Hades finisher and Natural Disaster. After being thrown over the top rope he crawled into the ring and Morpheus hit a second Trip To Hades but again he kicked out. The fans were loving it. Omega was able to get on the attack. For a bit there it looked like More hard hitting offense from Morpheus and Omega ended up with a busted lip. He seemed to have a mouthful of blood when Morpheus hit Trip To Hades once again. This time Omega could not find the strength to kick out. Morpheus was up one fall to none.
After a short break where Omega was seen breathing heavily the second fall began. This was a much shorter one as Omega could barely defend himself. A Natural Disaster allowed Morpheus to pick up the second fall and the win. We have a new Global Champion.
After being handed the Global Championship title belt and placing it on his left shoulder Morpheus went over and offered Omega his hand to help him up. Omega looked at it for a bit then took it and got to his feet. Next Morpheus went over to the ropes and asked for a microphone. "First off, let's hear it for Omega. We have had our issues over time but I will be the first to admit he is a hell of a wrestler. I want you to know Omega, when you want a rematch, it is yours. I look forward to going to battle with you again. But before that it is on to the second item I need to address. Defiance you little snot nosed punks. You have been talking about the downfall of GWF shortly after we started. No one knew what you were talking about. Until today. You seem to be working with Jack Hood and still loyal to P.O.W. (The fans boo). Well, you are not going to get what you want. This man asked me to join him and stand up to you. I will be honored to do just that. We will be the guardians of GWF. In fact, that will make a good tag team name. (He looks toward Omega who nods his approval). We are The Guardians, and we are not going to wait for you. We will be coming for you. Heck (He looks at the title belt on his shoulder) I think the idea of two belts is pretty damn good. So, don't get too used to those belts you just won." He and Omega share a quick hug than Omega raises Morpheus's arm as the crowd cheers to end the first GWF PPV event.

Hi Fun PPV, cool! Torpor in another good match? Wow! Morpheus defeating Omega makes it a 4-Star match, AT LEAST! And I had guessed Jack Hood! (Pats self on back ala Barry Horowitz, LOL!) Great stuff, buddy! Todd C WTIC

Todd C WTIC Thank you so much my friend. If Omega could have won a fall or at least made a pin attempt of two it would have been a four-star match. It could have been a two-star match if not for Omega showing his toughness and kept kicking out. As far as good old Jack, I was not playing when he made his debut and what not, I am trying to make things a bit "real" and part of that is Jack losing guys to another company. There will be more coming involving him and this story line not to mention other things to give a real feel to things.

Recently Jack Hood released a video on the P.O.W. web site. Here it is.
Sitting in a high back, throne like chair is Jack Hood. Standing on either side of him are Blotto and Slug, the tag team named Hooligans.
Jack Hook: (in a sarcastic tone) I cannot believe that honorable men like Omega and Morpheus would stoop so low to use the P.O.W. name to get publicity and buzz for their failing company GWF. So sad how far those two have fallen. But, it has been coming. That is why I asked them to leave my company. They were starting to be bad for business. As far as this stunt of theirs. If they keep it up, I may just have to hire an attorney and sue them. Shame, shame.
So far there has been no response from anyone associated with the GWF.

Pre show preview:
Show stars with a video package covering what happened at the Old School PPV.
It is announced that Dorado Sundown will not be here tonight as they are at home resting and recovering from the beatdown at Old School. Blacklash did pass on a message that they will be back soon to get a pound of flesh from Defiance for the attack.
Solar Flare is talking to Moonstrike about Flare's singles match tonight. Flare tells him there is a log jam for a tag team title shot right now so he wants to take some one-on-one matches for a bit. He suggests Moonstrike do the same.
Artavius the Virus is in the locker room blasting some heavy metal as he headbangs.
Ricken Prince cut a promo congratulating Morpheus on winning the Global Championship. He is about to walk off when he stops, turns toward the camera and reminds Morpheus he has neither pinned or submitted him in a match. If not for DQs he would be 2-0 against Morpheus.
Seamus Pollack (none) beat Scuff (2) via elbow drop (3 stars)
K.O. Keller and Commander Sam (none) beat The Crosscurrents (Vortex-1) via pinfall when Commander Sam pinned Vortex after Star Spangled Banner (1 star)
Artavius the Virus (none) beat Ricken Prince (none) via disqualification (1 star)
Solar Flare (none) beat Torin Caelum (none) via pinfall after Paladin Missile (1 star)
Post show recap:
The opening match was a fairly even contest. Things started going Pollack's way after winning a brawl on the floor. He went for his finisher as soon as they got in the ring, but they were too close to the ropes. After the rope break, he tried it again, but Scuff fought out. Fans were solidly behind Scuff. However, an elbow drop ended his chances for a win. Pollack has won two straight and both via elbow drop.
The tag match ended up a super short match with no tags. Vortex tried to jump Commander Sam who was ready and countered the attack. After a rope burn and pin attempt Sam raised his arm and waved around his "flag". Then he hit his finisher and got the W. The announcers point out the match took less than a minute and is officially the shortest match in GWF's history.
A closer look at the Cage match between Screw and Santon The Loner. Especially the end of the match when Screw seemed shocked when he saw more of Santon's face. No one knows what that was all about because of course, neither man is talking.
Artavius started fast but took a moment to head bang and toss up the horns hands sign. The Prince got rolling but he seemed impatient. He tried to win with Bow to the Prince. The referee saw it clearly and did not approve leading to the DQ.
Solar Flare won after only a couple minutes in a dominating performance. If he can get a few more wins like this, will he be in line for a Global Championship title match?
Defiance are showing off their Global Tag Team Championship belts. Then Blood does the talking. "Well look here. We said we would be the new tag champs. We ARE the new tag champs. Because we do what we say we will do. That is something Morpheus and Omega need to think over the next time they want to toss idle threats in our direction. We said the days of GWF are numbered and we mean it. If either of you get in our way, we will simply pull our arm back and...POW...right in the kisser. Get it? POW? That is P O W. Oh, one last thing. Jack sends his regards."

Pre show preview:
Dorado Sundown make their first appearance since losing their tag titles and getting beat down by Defiance.
The very first GWF match was between Screw and K.O. Keller that saw Screw win. A couple shows later they had a rematch and Keller won the rematch. Tonight, they have their rubber match to see who the better man is.
Commander Sam (none) beat Scuff (2) via pinfall after Star Spangled Banner (1 star)
Solar Flare (none) beat Torpor (none) via pinfall with fallaway slam (1 star)
Dorado Sundown (none) beat The Mensans (none) via pinfall when Bullwhip pinned Cordar after Rustler's Stampede (2 stars)
K.O. Keller (3) beat Screw (none) via pinfall after The Ten Count (3 stars)
Post show recap:
Commander Sam almost won quickly with a cobra clutch, but Scuff was able to escape before tapping. Scuff survived one Star Spangled Banner but not the second one that came after he kicked out of the first one.
An impressive win by Solar Flare. After the match was finished Moonstrike is seen watching the match in back.
Cordar was in control of Blacklash in the first couple minutes of the match. Then he went to the high risk district but got caught by Blacklash and thrown into the ring. Blacklash tagged Bullwhip and they hit their tag finisher to get the win. Trotarus looked pissed as he shook his head then returned toward the back leaving Cordar in the ring.
The main event was a solid match that seemed like Screw was on his way to win. Then Keller fought back and picked up the W. Then, once the match was over, Santon The Loner came out to the stage and stared down at Screw who just looked back at him with a worried expression on his face.
Omega is doing stretches in the locker room when Morpheus walks in. Morpheus asks, "What is going on with this new generation of wrestlers?" Omega responds with a chuckle, "What are you on about now?". Morpheus says, "If it is not silly nicknames like this Artavius the Virus then it is merchandising. You have Lao-Ree pushing his shirts that say "It's all about the green" and he is not even officially in GWF. Or this Scruff guy who has won like one match yet has two t-shirts. One that says "I'm tough like Scruff" and this one", he holds up a shirt that says "Scruff is the stuff". " I mean, what stuff?" Omega just shrugs his shoulders. "You know what, I don't think I want to know", Morpheus says before tossing the shirt into a trashcan. Another laugh from Omega, "Maybe we are just getting old. These guys are doing what they can to make a buck I guess." A shaking head by Morpheus as the show ends.

A fun fed you've got going on here.
Omega and Morpheus might change their tune on the t-shirts when they see how much bank the other wrestlers are making from them. Like Yogurt said in Spaceballs "merchandising is where the real money is made." Morpheus should inquire about getting his face on t-shirts, coloring books, breakfast cereal etc. etc.

I am not sure his mug on a cereal box is a good idea. Kids be getting all scared with him glaring at them as they eat breakfast before school. Only thing worse would be his image on wallpaper for the kids' room where his image is glow in the dark. Lights go out and his glowing image is all the kids see. Therapists would make a killing off the sessions after that.

May 2075
Barclays Arena
Hamburg, Germany
Pre show preview:
Morpheus has faced Ricken Prince twice and both time Prince ended up getting a DQ. He was doing good in both matches before going too far. They have a non-title match in tonight's main event. If Prince can win he will get a title shot soon enough.
It seems Moonstrike took Solar Flare's advice as he has a singles match of his own tonight.
One of the announcer's tries to get answerers from Screw about what he saw when he removed some of the face wraps from Santon The Loner. Of course Screw did not speak. However, when the announcer suggested Santon was someone from his past Screw's eyes got as big as saucers. He then seemed to get a mix of fear and anger before pushing the announcer to the side and storming off.
Omega (1) beat Santon The Loner (4) via pinfall with Tomahawk Thrust (3 stars)
Moonstrike (none) beat Actavius the Virus (none) via pinfall after a Paladin Drop (1 star)
The Mensans (none) beat The Crosscurrents (Vortex-1) via pinfall when Cordsar pinned Vortex after a middle rope elbow drop (2 stars)
Morpheus (1) beat Ricken Prince (none) in a non-title match via disqualification (2 stars)
Post show recap:
The opening match was a slobber knocker. Each man at one time or the other looked like they would pick up the win. Omega ended up getting the victory.
The Mensans worked like a good tag team and Cordsar picked up the win for his team. Has he turned the corner in his career?
Morpheus was dominating the main event till the action spilled out to the floor. The two men brawled with Ricken Prince winning the exchange. He rolled Morpheus into the ring then when he got in he lifted the champ and "accidently" bumped Morpheus into the referee. With the referee distracted Ricken hit Bow To The Prince. Morpheus was able to kick out of the pin attempt so Ricken tried it again but this time the referee caught him doing it. That ended the match.
Angry over losing a third time to Morpheus by DQ Ricken Prince started to beat down on Morpheus who was in no shape to defend himself. Then Omega came running down and chased Ricken Prince out of the ring. As GWF officials came down and escorted Prince into the back Omega checked on Morpheus.
Dorado Sundown throw out a challenge to Defiance for a rematch. Will Defiance accept?
