on_the_edge, Martin (aka on_the_edge) is one of my best friends in this community.

I appreciate Martin's skill with comedy that he has masterfully displayed throughout the years on this board. I think Martin is awesome and I woukd like to buy him a beer next weekend when I am in Florida (this actually will be my first trip to Florida since Orlando in 1990.)

It might not work out as I know is this Spring Break season in Florida and Martin is in the hotel industry, but it would be great to see Martin next weekend!

Thank you for the kind words. I will try and make time to get over there and hang out for a little bit at the least. Spring break is slowing down, and this coming week is our first slow week in a couple months. But first couple weeks of April will be busy once again. First week we have the FL HS Science Fair in town and one school staying with us takes up about 40% of the hotel at the beginning of the week and then at the end it is a gymnastics group taking up close to half the hotel. The second week in April is the Sun-n-Fun Fly In. It is the 2nd largest in the US and largest in the south. Lakeland has a small regional airport with no airlines flying out of it. But during the Fly In, based on number of take offs and landings the airport is one of the busiest in the world. People from all over the country, and even some from around the world, come in for it. Many will fly in instead of drive.
