These things could be so creative and not necessarily fit in the “official” GWF timeline.
We’ve seen Dimension X classics, and already have cards from that set. Redo them in color, which would give you 8, and add 4 more, which would give you 12 cards for the year
The following year, tweak some existing guys. I know online, Pit Viper has a darker tone in the 89 pack, so give him a card in prime reflecting his 1989 turn. I’m sure there are others that can have some tweaks that would fit into the storyline

Without other side cotg releases I'd say cotg prime may fall by the wayside. Not a shot at Tom but I don't think he wants to come up with cards every quarter for Prime. He's happy doing one new GWF set a year. Maybe we could replace COTG Prime with 80's Mania Prime. I actually really liked those 80s Mania sets and hoped they might continue. Some cool parody characters in that game |

One more for the road - An alien armada tries to invade earth but when they get here, they're only a couple inches high so naturally the invasion fails. The survivors take up wrestling to kill time until they're rescued. Micro-Slam Wrestling or something to that effect. Stick manga/anime/Pokemon style art on it to attract the kids, make all the characters look like those pink MUSCLE figures. |

For my one and a half cents, I prefer new guys in COTG, even a new Aethran soldier with unique move set, over someone who already has multiple cards available. I like Omega but do NOT need another Omega card any time soon. Like at least for the next decade.
