Marc Lowrance, Paul Ellering, and Tammy Lynn Sytch bring you all the action

We see highlights of Wolf and Tessa Blanchard retaining their titles last week.

We see highlights of the big brawl at the end between Harley Race and a masked man who was revealed to be Coyote.

We see the aftermath as Harley Race is a bloody mess. We also see Harley and Coyote being housed in separate parts of the arena under tight security.

We go to Blackjack Mulligan in the ring. BJ welcomes everyone to TXFL. Blackjack says you’re going to see some new things in this block. First, a new scoring system to determine the #1 contender. It will be as follows…..

11 points – Knockout or blackout
10 points – Pin or Submission
8 points – Win by Blood Stoppage
7 points – DQ Win
6 points – CO Win
5 points each – Double DQ, Double CO, or Draw
2 points – If winning match in first 5 minutes of 15 minute match
1 point – If winning match in second 5 minutes of 15 minute match
1 point each – Match Of The Night as judged by the fans

1 point for each near fall scored by the match loser

Fans at home will be able to follow in real time how their favorite fighters are doing as well.

With all that, we go up to the ring for the first of eight matches tonight.

SHAYNA BASZLER VS JACQUELINE
Nice opening match to start off the evening. Shayna and Jackie were mostly even for the first half of the match. The tide turned when Shayna dodged a corner charge from Jackie, who seemed to injure her arm running full speed into the buckle. Shayna, sensing blood, began mangling the arm as only she can, getting an ARM BAR submission at 9:12. Shayna 1-0 with 11 points, Jackie 0-1 with 2 points

AJ SMOOTH VS CRUSHER
Crusher came out fighting and nearly put AJ Smooth away early after several corner rams. AJ survived and began mounting high speed offense of his own, confusing Crusher and earning him a near fall. AJ then made the mistake of sending Crusher outside, where Crusher introduced him to the ring post and cut him open. From there, Crusher worked the cut and would win with a CRUSHER BOLO at 12:55. Crusher 1-0, 10 points, AJ Smooth 0-1, 1 point

Renee Paquette is with Wolf and Tessa Blanchard in what’s now known as the Eagle’s Nest. Renee asks Wolf for his opinion on the Harley Race-Coyote situation. Wolf says he’s not surprised at what Harley tried to do, nor is he surprised that Coyote reacted the way he did, and this best of seven series should be interesting. Renee asks Tessa for her opinion as well, and Tessa says no matter which one wins, they will only be prey for a raging Wolf.

BLOODY MARRY MCDONNELL VS THUNDER ROSA
In a mauling, Bloody Marry dominates Thunder Rosa from beginning to end, even drawing blood on the outside. The second of two UNHOLY MATRIMONIES scores the pin for Marry at 4:09. Bloody Marry 1-0, 12 points, Thunder Rosa 0-1, 1 point
We go to Blackjack Mulligan in back with staff and security. He is directing them to keep Harley Race and Coyote in order during the contract signing.

JOHN BRADSHAW LAYFIELD VS BAD NEWS ALLEN
These two do not like each other, and it showed in this brawl. Fight was pretty even through 10 minutes, until JBL sent Bad News outside. Bad News threw JBL to the ground with a judo throw, then rained mounted punches down on him, drawing a public warning from the official. After that, Allen sent a dazed JBL back into the ring and immediately hit the GHETTO BLASTER for the pin at 10:44. Bad News Allen 1-0, 10 points, JBL 0-1, 3 points

MONSTER RIPPER VS AWESOME KONG
Kong started the match with a Gorilla Press Slam of Monster Ripper. Monster Ripper retaliated with a brutal lariat on Awesome Kong. From there, it was a non stop brawl that ended in a draw. Both fighters are 0-0-1 with 5 points each

STEVE WILLIAMS VS WAHOO MCDANIEL
Wahoo comes out chopping and it proves effective, as an overhand chop rocks Steve Williams, and a follow up chop to the chest puts Williams on the mat for the pin at 4:54. Wahoo McDaniel 1-0, 12 points, Stave Williams 0-1, 0 points

We see the Blackjacks, Mulligan and Lanza, discussing security measures. Lanza doesn’t seem so depressed any more. HMMMMM…….

At any rate, it’s Double Main Event Time

JORDYNNE GRACE VS JOANIE LAURER
A somewhat slow, plodding match which saw each fighter continuously try to overpower the other, but find themselves unable to do so. The match ends in a draw. Both fighters are 0-0-1 with 5 points each

KRAKEN VS BIG JOHN STUDD
Kraken overwhelms Studd in the early going, nearly scoring a 10-second victory. Kraken keeps up the pressure, and Studd has no answer, succumbing to HITMAN’S CARD AT 3:21. Kraken 1-0, 12 points, Studd 0-1, 0 points

MATCHES OF THE NIGHT AS JUDGED BY THE FANS
Monster Ripper/Awesome Kong and Shayna Baszler/Jacqueline – Each fighter gets 1 bonus point.

It is now time for the contract signing. As the table is set up in the ring, we see the events that brought us to this point.

Blackjack Mulligan is in the ring with a table, two chairs, his entire staff, and of course, the contract. He introduces Harley Race first. Harley Race comes to the ring as the crowd sings “Harley, the Coyote’s after you, Harley, if he catches you you’re through” to the tune of the old Road Runner cartoon theme. Harley is bandaged across the forehead from the attack last week.

Coyote comes out next to cheers from the fans which he does not acknowledge. He is laser focused on Harley Race in the ring.

BLACKJACK MULLIGAN
Gentlemen, please take a seat (They both reluctantly do so). This contract is for a best of seven series to settle this issue with you once and for all. First of all, I want you to both know that the police want to arrest both of you. I told them I would handle this my way, and in MY WAY we shall handle this. So here’s how it goes. This is a best of seven series set of matches. You will not know what the matches are until the night of the match. I will tell you this, your first match next week will be a traditional wrestling match. That will be the ONLY match of its kind you will have, so be ready for anything, and I mean ANYTHING. By not signing the contract you will be arrested immediately and thrown upon the mercy of local law enforcement and the Texas Legal System. Coyote, you go first

COYOTE
(Looks over the contract, then looks at Harley Race) You, Mr. Wannabe Tough Guy American, should have finished the job. Now you learn first rule of Siberian Prison….we don’t get mad, we get very mad, and then we KILL YOU! So, Mr. Wannabe So Called Tough Guy, get affairs in order (Signs contract and shoves it toward Harley Race)

HARLEY RACE
You, Mr. Coyote, have just signed your DEATH WARRANT. There’s a REASON mere mortal mean fear me more than any other man on the planet, and you’re going to get a first hand lesson in why. The ring is a place for MEN, not ANIMALS! (Signs contract and tosses drink in Coyote’s face. Coyote leaps the table, tackles Harley Race, and the fight is on)

For the next five minutes, the two fight in and around the ring, until Harley grounds Coyote with a swinging neckbreaker. As Coyote holds his neck, Harley walks away. We see Coyote seething and screaming for Race to come back as we go to credits.

TXFL MIDWEEK PRESS CONFERENCE

We are at Billy Bob's Texas for the midweek Press Conference.  Gene Okerlund welcomes everyone to the presser and introduces Blackjack Mulligan

BLACKJACK MULLIGAN
Blackjack takes the podium.  He states TXFL is doing very well, despite what its detractors want to say.  The investors, including himself, were all given initial ROI payments of $127825 each, which still leaves TXFL in an excellent financial position while keeping the investors happy.  There have also been some staffing changes at TXFL as well.  Bri Bryan and Rosita Hernandez, whom you've seen at the matches, are now moving up in the TXFL hierarchy and will be taking on some more responsibility.  They will be assisted by Arnold Skaaland, Johnny Mantell, Mike Jackson, and SD Jones.  The other staff will be running an offsite training facility soon to open for up and coming fighters who need a little polish.  Our head referees will now be Dick Woehrle and Aubrey Edwards, who will oversee our other referees and officiate our title matches.  The rest of our referees include James Beard, Joey Marella, Heather Owens, and newcomer Zyra Moon.  Our ring announcer Gavin Loudspeaker is doing a great job, our announcing team is doing a great job, Gene and Renee are doing a great job, we've got fighting champions in Wolf and Tessa Blanchard, we couldn't be happier.  Let's open the floor for questions.  

WHAT MATCHES WILL HARLEY RACE AND COYOTE BE COMPETING IN?
As I've already said once, I'm not giving the matches away, except for this Saturday, where they will compete in a traditional match.  What a lot of people don't know is that between them two, they came very close to ruining what we had here.  Fortunately I created deep enough relationships to prevent that from happening. 

WHERE WILL THEIR MATCHES BE ON THE CARD?
First.  They will not be rewarded for what they did by being anywhere near the main event.

I NOTICED WE'RE SEEING DRAWS AGAIN.  CARE TO COMMENT ON THAT?
We deal with real life here, and in a fight, sometimes there is no clear winner and loser.  Sometimes both fighters give their all and have no more to give.  I've seen that lots of times with the cowboys at The Rock Inn at 2 in the morning after too much liquid courage.  Besides, it keeps things interesting.  

WHAT IF A TITLE MATCH ENDED IN A DRAW?  WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
That's a good question that will have to be taken up with both coalitions.  With the 25 minute time limit for title matches, I can't ever see that happening.  

Now there's something I would like to address.  Folks on my behalf have launched an investigation into the Lone Star Fight League regarding tampering.  I can't comment on it any more than that right now, other than we have it on good authority from reliable sources that some recent events may have come from them.  I'll keep you posted when I know more.  That's all for today, thanks for coming.

(Mulligan enters a conference room.  A defiant, unshaven middle aged man is sitting at a table)
MAN - Why are you here?
MULLIGAN - The question should be, what did I ever do to you?
MAN - In the minds of some people, became too successful
MULLIGAN - Huh?
MAN - Yep.  Remember the name?  Eddie Fordsworth, brother of Calvin Fordsworth.  
MULLIGAN - Which now explains why the Athletic Commission came after me.  On orders from your brother?
EDDIE - Yep.  And because of it I've lost everything.  
MULLIGAN - And that's my fault......because?
EDDIE - It's not your fault.  I was the screwup in the family.  I've been the black sheep, the one left out, you name it, it fit.  I was trying to earn my way into the good graces of my family.  I know you don't understand but it's true.  Calvin was so spoiled by our parents his entitlement complex is through the roof.  They are partially funding the Lone Star Fight League, and he's got the best fighters surrounding him right now.  Shamrock, Severn, Danielson, Matsuda, Suzuki, you've heard all those names, I'm sure (Mulligan nods).  Then to top it all off he went out and got some guy that goes by Butcher........
MULLIGAN - Not Butcher Vachon, he doesn't fit the profile......Wait a minute!  Abdullah The Butcher?
EDDIE - Yep, that's him.  He's a wrecking maching.  And it's all on Mom and Dad's money.  
MULLIGAN - Anything else I need to know?
EDDIE - That's all I know, I swear
MULLIGAN - There'll be consequences if you're lying to me or hiding info, you understand?  
EDDIE - Yes, Mr. Mulligan
MULLIGAN - Don't run off, I'll be right back
(Mulligan steps into the hallway where a guard waits for him.  The guard produces an extendable metal staff)
MULLIGAN - Let him have it, but not too much.  You know what to do.  There's a case of Lone Star with your name on it at The Rock Inn.  
(The guard removes his mask and we see that it is The Sandman)
SANDMAN - Glad to help, Mully, I'll be in town for awhile seeing the sights
(Sandman replaces his mask and goes in.  Amid cries of "no, don't, please" and the sounds of metal hitting flesh.  After about two minutes, he comes out)
SANDMAN - I did what you asked.  He's still moving, a little bloody, he'll heal soon.  
(Mulligan re-enters and finds Eddie in a corner, bloody, with swollen eyes)
MULLIGAN - That will happen again and again if you're lying to me or hiding info......Have a nice day
(Mulligan leaves)

That being said, I made an error or two on the scoring of Card 3-1.  Those errors have been corrected with the enactment of a new scoring system.  Feel free to use this in your feds if you wish to do so.  

Here's what I'm doing now.......
11 PTS - Knockout or blackout by Pin/Submission (Roll of 2 on a PIN attempt, as long as the fighter being pinned/submitted isn't at a PIN of 1 or 0)
10 PTS - Regular Pin/Submission
9 PTS - Win By Blood Stoppage
8 PTS - Win By Countout
7 PTS - Win By Decision
6 PTS - Win By Disqualification
5 PTS EACH - Draw
4 PTS EACH - Double Countout
3 PTS EACH - Double Disqualification
2 PTS ADDITIONAL - For win in first 5 minutes of a 15 minute match
1 PT ADDITIONAL - For win in second 5 minutes of a 15 minute match
1 PT - Per Near Fall for loser of match, up to 1 point less than the winner
1 PT EACH - Match Of The Night (Match or matches with most total pin tokens accumulated)

Let's add some context....

BLOOD STOPPAGE - I use the "Blood And Guts" rules chart by Jeff "Doc" Gutierrez.  Major Gash is 3 points, Deep Cut is 2 points, and Cut is 1 point.  If 5 points of damage are accumulated, the ref stops the match for excessive blood

DRAW/DECISION - If a fight goes the distance, we look at number of near falls (tokens, not including ADD 1 maneuvers) accumulated by both fighters.  The fighter who has accumulated more near falls on their opponent wins by decision.  If they are tied, it is a draw

DISQUALIFICATION - I use a combination of World Of Sport rules and the DQ rating of each fighter.  If a fighter rolls DQ, their DQ rating goes up one and they get their first public warning, up to three public warnings, at which point they are disqualified.  No one likes a DQ finish that I know of, and this way it is rare, if ever

DOUBLE COUNTOUT - If one fighter rolls for countout, the other one does too.  If they both roll countout, it is a double countout.

It’s Saturday night, and you know what that means!

We’re back at Billy Bob’s Texas for another edition of the Texas Fight League. Marc Lowrance, Paul Ellering, and Tammy Lynn Sytch are on the call.

We go back to the Press Conference where Blackjack Mulligan explains the seven match series between Harley Race and Coyote, which starts with a Traditional Match…..right now.

We go up to the ring.

MATCH ONE, BEST OF SEVEN SERIES – HARLEY RACE VS COYOTE – TRADITIONAL MATCH
This match ends quickly, as Harley Race uses the momentum of a corner whip to take Coyote’s head off with a lariat. A DIVING HEADBUTT gets the quick pin at 1:32. Harley Race leads 1-0

Blackjack Mulligan announces that next week’s match will be – an Iranian Death Match. Harley Race asks what is an Iranian Death Match? BJM says you’ll find out next week.

JACQUELINE VS THUNDER ROSA
Thunder Rosa dominates for the first few minutes, but makes the mistake of lowering her head on a rope whip. Jacqueline hits a Piledriver and a FLOATOVER DDT for a near fall. Jacqueline then sends Rosa outside and hits a splash on the floor. Rosa cannot answer the referee’s count and Jacqueline wins via countout at 5:36. Jacqueline 1-1 in this block with 11 points, Thunder Rosa 0-2, 1 point

BIG JOHN STUDD VS STEVE WILLIAMS
In a battle of big men, it would be Williams’ superior agility that made the difference, as he used it to hit, run, and tire John Studd out. Williams managed to bust open Studd with a steel chair, opening a deep cut, then shortly thereafter, hit an OKLAHOMA STAMPEDE for the pin at 9:58

Renee Paquette is in the Eagle’s Nest with Blackjack Mulligan, Wolf, and Tessa Blanchard. Renee asks why Blackjack is here. Blackjack says with Wolf’s blessing and Tessa’s blessing he would like to make a challenge. Blackjack says he’s heard thru the grapevine that Calvin Fordsworth is mounting a challenge to him. He knows what’s going on, he’s talked to his brother. Let’s settle this next week – I want your most dangerous fighter, Abdullah The Butcher, one on one in my ring. Now I suspect you’re too much of a coward to show yourself, so let’s do this, send Gary Hart instead. I’ll be waiting!

Blackjack leaves. Renee asks Wolf and Tessa for their thoughts. Wolf thinks the Butcher may be butchered. Tessa says the same thing.

JORDYNNE GRACE VS MONSTER RIPPER
Monster Ripper came out strong with a systematic beatdown on Jordynne Grace. Jordynne, however, refused to stay down and was fired up after kicking out of a SITOUT POWERBOMB. With five minutes left, Jordynne mounted a furious comeback, scoring two near falls and laying out Monster Ripper with a Muscle Buster as time expired. Monster Ripper wins by decision. Monster Ripper 1-1-0, 11 points, Jordynne Grace 0-1-1, 7 points

JOHN BRADSHAW LAYFIELD VS AJ SMOOTH
AJ Smooth came out fighting, throwing JBL all over the ring with suplexes and scoring two very close near falls. Even after being busted open on the ringpost, AJ kept fighting and scored another near fall. The fight went outside, where JBL bodyslammed AJ Smooth on the concrete, then back in the ring, decided to end this one early with CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL. It scores the pin at 6:25. JBL now 1-1, 14 points, AJ Smooth 0-2, 4 points

AJ Smooth, covered in blood, got a standing ovation for his efforts.

Guys, I’m hearing from the truck that we have a caller demanding to speak to me, so let’s get him or her on the line – Caller, this is Marc Lowrance, go ahead.

Mr. Mark Lowrance, brother, allow me to introduce myself, though you should know me already (MARC’S EYES GET WIDE). My name is Gary Hart, and I heard that drugstore cowboy, Blackjack Mulligan, running his mouth about me and Abdullah. Believe me, brother, Abdullah and I will be there, and Abdullah will live up to his name when it comes to you, Mulligan. So you, Marc Lowrance, you tell Mr. Mulligan that Abdullah and I will be there next Saturday, but I’m not responsible for what happens to you at the hands of Abdullah. AWESOME KONG VS JOANIE LAURER
In a totally dominant performance, Awesome Kong allows Joanie Laurer next to no offense, and manages to render her bloody with a chair shot. Laurer, demonstrating her toughness, manages to score a near fall off a corner charge, but spent all of the match on defense. The fight goes the distance, and Awesome Kong is awarded the win via decision. Awesome Kong 2-0, 16 points, Joanie Laurer 0-1-1, 6 points

BAD NEWS ALLEN VS THE CRUSHER
This match was a non stop brawl that spent most of its time outside the ring. Although both fighters drew blood, the match went the distance and was declared a draw.

BLOODY MARRY MCDONNELL VS SHAYNA BASZLER
Another non stop brawl that spent most of its time outside the ring. Bloody Marry does just enough to get the decision victory. Bloody Marry 2-0, 19 points, Shayna Baszler 1-1, 13 points

KRAKEN VS WAHOO MCDANIEL
Kraken takes control and although he has a hard time, he manages to score the pin on McDaniel with HITMAN’S CARD at 12:51.  Kraken 2-0, 22 points, Wahoo McDaniel 1-1, 13 points

ABOUT A WEEK AFTER THE FIRE, WE GO TO A VIRTUAL PRESS CONFERENCE

SCOTT
Good Day to the press and fans of the Texas Fight League.  Joining me from his hospital room are Blackjack Mulligan and Barry Windham.  Since the fire, I have been meeting with Blackjack and Barry to discuss the future.  We are here to share our discussion and bring all of you up to speed on what has been going on.  At this time I'll turn the floor over to Barry Windham.  

BARRY WINDHAM
Thanks Scott (sighs).  I'm not real comfortable at doing this, so I'm just going to wing it and I hope you understand.  I guess the best place to start would be the results of the investigation.  The fire started from an electrical overload.  The overload started in the soundboard on the stage in one of the mic jacks.  Upon examination, it was found that the mic jack was cross wired which, over time, caused the circuit it was on to overheat.  Once that happened the rest came pretty quickly.  Unfortunately for us, our investigation lead us back to Blackjack Lanza, who had done the repair previously.  Lanza was arrested and, while in police custody, confessed to being in cahoots with Calvin Fordsworth, leader of the Lone Star Fight League.  He was arrested, along with Ken Shamrock, Dan Severn, Minoru Suzuki, and Abdullah The Butcher, and they are all in police custody under watch as we speak.  Although no one was killed, a lot of our staff and roster had to be hospitalized, and they are all expected to be OK, although the circumstances are different for each one of them.  This leaves us with the future of TXFL in the balance, and for that I'll ask my dad, Blackjack Mulligan, to speak. 

BLACKJACK MULLIGAN
Thanks son.  So, as a result of all this, and despite the fact that we had insurance, the losses are too great to overcome and unfortunately, TXFL has to cease operations effective at the end of this week, once we tie up some loose ends.  However, we think we've come up with a solution for the fighters so they don't lose income, and for that, I'll give the floor back to Scott

I decided to help Blackjack and Barry in the past, and they are both great businessmen and easy to work with, so I offered them a solution.  Blackjack will need some time to recover, and we know Barry and his family will be with him, but what to do for income, you might ask.  Well, along with my wife, my niece Jamie, and the law firm of Brute, Thrash, and Massacre, we have decided to restart our own fight league, if you will.  In about two weeks, the debut of Strong Style Underground will take place from my hometown of Dayton, Ohio.  Formerly known as Strong Style Universe, the new SSU will keep alive the style of fighting popularized by TXFL, while giving Mr. Mulligan and Mr. Windham part ownership as well, so hopefully sometime down the road, they can restart TXFL.  

So while we say goodbye to TXFL for now, we will not be saying goodbye to the action that TXFL brought us, or the stars that fans are familiar with.  I ask the fans of TXFL to give us a chance, and I think you'll like what we have our sleeve.  With that, we'll say goodbye for now.

You know, when I try to help someone, I always try to leave them in a better position than when I found them. This is an unusual situation in a business not known for its honesty and integrity. I was called to help Blackjack Mulligan with his promotion, Texas Fight League. Apparently he was too successful for the state of Texas. The athletic commission came after him, another promotion came after him, and rumors have it that a third promotion had designs on him as well. From what I’m told, Blackjack Lanza’s logic was, well, since he almost forgot to include me in, I’ll make him regret almost forgetting to include me in……and this after being brought in and making nearly four times his initial investment! Yep, makes perfect sense to me. Sounds like an episode of “Yellowstone” if you ask me.

Who am I? I’m Scott, Principal Owner of Strong Style Underground. You’re going to hear from me a lot.

Lanza will be handled by the justice system. Calvin Fordsworth and his associates will be handled by the justice system. Despite doing some rotten things in his career, the Blackjack Mulligan I know is a decent, hardworking guy. It is my hope that the justice system handles Lanza, Fordsworth, and his goons properly. As for me, I took it upon myself to try and put Blackjack and Barry in a better position than they were in, so here we are. I got together an ownership group that included myself, my wife Tina, our niece Jamie Reed, our friends Brute, Massacre, Thrash, and Vengeance (hey, a few Aethrans on your side is always a good thing!), Blackjack Mulligan, Barry Windham, Wendi Richter, Selina Majors, Victoria, my good friend Bri, and Peggy Lee Leather. We are all tossing in 50 grand apiece to start this up.

So, the first thing to do was to introduce ourselves to the world via the magic of Press Conference.

Good afternoon to all of you, members of the press, wrestling fans, and others. I’m Scott, Principal Owner of Strong Style Universe. Our goal is to continue what my good friend Blackjack Mulligan started with Texas Fight League and hopefully continue to help it grow. In the packets you were all given as you came in, you were all introduced to the members of the ownership group, which you see behind me, and you’ll also see that Blackjack Mulligan and Barry Windham join us via satellite from Texas. I know you have questions so let’s get to them

HOW ARE YOU HANDLING THE SITUATION WITH THE FORMER TITLEHOLDERS WOLF AND TESSA BLANCHARD?
As I saw it, and Blackjack agreed, just because we are starting a new “fight league” does not mean that the current champions should be penalized. We win and lose championships in the ring, not in the board room, not in the court room, or anything like that. So to answer your question, first of all, both Wolf and Tessa Blanchard will be part of Strong Style Universe…..AND, most importantly, they will be our initial champions. Wolf will be the first Strong Style Universe World Champion, and Tessa Blanchard will be the first Strong Style Universe World Women’s Champion. Wolf has two successful title defenses in the books already, and Tessa Blanchard has one, and I’d like to see how far they go. I also plan on introducing a third belt a little later on down the road, but I’m not at liberty to discuss that yet.

WHAT IS THE SITUATION WITH HARLEY RACE AND COYOTE? HOW WILL YOU HANDLE IT?
As part of my deal with Blackjack Mulligan I took over their contracts. They are going to sit at home for a while. When I decide what to do I will let them know.

WILL WE SEE ANYONE FROM TEXAS FIGHT LEAGUE HERE IN STRONG STYLE UNIVERSE?
That’s a good question. As you know quite a few people were hurt and hospitalized by what happened in Texas. However, I can tell you for sure that some of the fighters were OK, and have agreed to come fight here at SSU. Who are they? You’ll find out next week as we have two BATTLE ROYALS to determine placement in the brackets for Block 1 of competition.

SO YOU’RE NOT DOING SUPERCARD FORMAT? WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We will be doing a modified version of the Smathis Scheduling System, and placement in the Battle Royal determines how well a fighter will be seeded in the initial bracket. There will be 12 contenders for the Men’s championship, and eight contenders for the Women’s championship.

WHO’S GOING TO BE FIGHTING?
Well, you’re going to have to be there to find out when Strong Style Universe presents “Coming Out Of The Dark”, a free event next week at the Nutter Center. We’ll introduce all the fighters to you, Wolf and Tessa Blanchard are scheduled to be there as well, and we will have our Battle Royals to determine placement in the brackets for Block 1. And with that, we’ll end this today and tell all of you to get ready, because we’re Coming Out Of The Dark!

I understand Blackjack Mulligan will be joining us via satellite later and that’s great to hear. By order of Scott, principal owner of Strong Style Underground, and Peggy Lee Leather, Women’s Competition Director, the ladies tonight will be competing in a Luck Of The Draw Gauntlet Match. The last lady standing will win $10000 and the number one seed in the brackets for Block 1, while the men will be competing in a traditional Battle Royal. Both sets of competitors were given the option of how they wanted to compete, and these are the matches they chose, so it should be some great competition.

Scott comes to the ring and invites Charlie Morgan to come to the ring as well. Scott says after watching this great action it doesn’t seem right to just hand them a check for $10000 each, although he is going to do so. He is also going to give them both something else. On this Wednesday’s Strong Style Underground this week, we are going to see if our World Champions are ready for anything, because there will be two title matches. The Born Legend Tessa Blanchard will defend her title against Charlie F’N Morgan, and Wolf will defend his title against Ric McCord. Wolf nods in agreement while Tessa begins yelling at Charlie.
