-Yukon Eric tells Nikita Breznikov that in two days at card 27 in Wyoming he'll make him eat those words when he beat the Baron.
-The men peacefully go back to the locker room.

2) Bill Mulkey & Randy Mulkey vs. Moondog Rex & Moondog Spot 1/20
*Moondog Rex & Moondog Spot win by pin at 0:16
-The match ends after a Moondog drop and pin on Randy Mulkey
-After the match Gary Hart walks to the ring from the locker room. He whispers something to the Moondog's, and they leave with Gary Hart.

3) Ronnie Garvin**** vs. Ox Baker** 1/30
*Ox Baker wins by pin at 12:15
-The match comes to an end quickly after Ox Baker throws a heart punch.
-This match was a rematch from card 19 when Ronnie Garvin won a hard-hitting match, as this was a hard-hitting match too.
-Ronnie Garvin is bleeding and needs help to the locker room.

*Teddy Long puts out a social media post that Ronnie Garvin will face Ox Baker in a Coal Miner Glove Match at "Super Card" at card 30 in Las Vegas 3/26/01.

-Yukon Eric pins John Tolos after he hits a woodsman chop
-Yukon Eric, Jerry Blackwell, and John Tolos are bleeding from the hard-hitting match up and all need help to the locker room.
-Due to the fatigue points taken by Yukon Eric and Jerry Blackwell they will start their matches at card 27 on 3/19/01 with two fatigue points.
-At card 27 Yukon Eric vs. Baron Von Raschke and Jerry Blackwell vs. Alexix Smirnoff

-Steve Regal taps out to The Destroyer's figure four leglock.
-After the match The Destroyer takes the house microphone. He tells Steve Regal the this well be the result at card 30 in Las Vegas with the title is on the line.
-The Destroyer then looks towards Ken Patera. He tells him that he'll give him an international title match when the AWA tours Japan in April.

6) No DQ Match: Jimmy Snuka*** vs. Adrian Adonis** with Sherri Martel 1/NL
*Adrian Adonis wins by tap out at 7:59
-Jimmy Snuka taps out to goodnight Irene.
-Note there was NO interference from Sherri Martel in this match.
-This match was the third match between the two men
-The first match was at card 19 where Adrian Adonis won by tap out. Sherri Martel got involved twice during that match which was part of the reason behind Snuka's defeat.
-The second match was at card 22 where Adrian Adonis won by DQ. After Sherri Martel got involved again Jimmy Snuka flipped out and started throwing tables and chairs.

*Adrian Adonis and Sherri Martel cut a promo on the AWA social media page.
-Adrian Adonis says that he wants Bob Backlund in a match for the AWA American Championship
-Sherri Martel says that she will be working with the AWA to get Adrian Adonis a contract for that match.

*Jerry Blackwell wins by pin at 11:58
-Jerry Blackwell pins Alexis Smirnoff after landing a big splash
-Jerry Blackwell looked weak and tried for his match tonight. It appears Blackwell's long tag team match, the went 29:58, from card 26 3/17/01 was still taking a toll on him.

2) Keith Steinborn* vs. Ken Patera with Bobby Heenan 1/20
*Ken Patera wins by tap out at 0:03 (real time 0:01.95)
-Ken Patera jumps Keith Steinborn before the match. As the referee starts the match Ken Patera quickly put Keith into a swing full nelson for the tap out win.
-After the win Ken Patera starts to pose in the ring while the crowd boos loudly.
-Bobby Heenan takes the house microphone and cuts a promo on the how Ken Patera will be the next AWA International champion.

3) Yukon Eric*** with Jerry Blackwell vs. Baron Von Raschke** with Nikita Breznikov 1/30
*Yukon Eric wins by pin at 7:40
-Yukon Eric wins with a sunset flip.
-Yukon Eric and Jerry Blackwell walk through the crowd after to match to interact with the fans.
-Baron and Nikita throw a fit in the ring after the match claiming the Yukon Eric cheated by holding the tights.

*During intermission Ken Patera, Bobby Heenan, and the AWA World Tag Team Champions The Blackjacks sit in their own private box seats.

4) Curt Hennig** with (AWA International) The Destroyer vs. Larry Zbyszko with Steve Regal 1/30
*Larry Zbyszko wins by pin at 5:24
-Larry Zbyszko uses the piledriver to score the pinfall win over Curt Hennig
-After the match Larry Zbyszko and Steve Regal argue as they walk to the locker about which one of them is the better wrestler.
-Ken Patera yells at The Destroyer from the Heenan Family box seat. He mocks him while Bobby Heenan and The Blackjacks laugh.
-The Destroyer takes the house microphone and says to Ken Patera "We'll see who's laughing in Japan in April."

5) Bobo Brazil with Art Thomas vs. Iron Sheik with Adnan Al Kaissie 1/30
*Iron Sheik wins by DQ at 2:19
-Bobo Brazil and Iron Sheik are fighting outside the ring when The Sheik, who has moved to the ring side rail, tries to grab Bobo Brazil but Bobo pushes him away. Bobo Brail than turns and swings with his fist thanking the Iron Sheik is behind but hits the referee who was outside the ring trying to restore order.

6) Stan Lane & Steve Keirn** vs. The Crusher & Dick The Bruiser 1/45
*The Crusher and Dick The Bruiser win by pin at 3:09
-The Crusher does the Crusher dolo for the pin over Steve Keirn
-The Blackjacks and The Crusher & Dick The Bruiser taunt each other after the match ahead of their card 30 match.

*Teddy Long on social media says that he has contacted Big Time Wrestling about the appearance of The Sheik during tonight card. Teddy says that The Sheik and Bobo Brazil are booked to have a match in Big Time Wrestling sometime in the future for the BTW United States Title. But due to a lack of money BTW has not been able to book the match yet. So, AWA and BTW have booked The Sheik vs. Bobo Brazil at card 30 for the BTW United States Championship. He says that BTW will be in dissuasion over upcoming weeks with AWA about a working agreement between the two.

-The match is called after an angry John Tolos hits Joel Deaton with the ring bell while they are outside the ring.
-After the match the Tolos brothers beat down George South and throw him out of the ring.
-Chris Tolos takes the house microphone and yells about how he feels the Tolos boys are getting no respect in the AWA. He demands real competition, or he and his brother are leaving AWA.

*As Art Thomas and Bobo Brazil are walking to the ring for Art's match, they pass by the Tolos brothers.
-John Tolos pushes Art Thomas to the ground which causes Bobo to punch him.
-AWA staff are quick out to keep the four men apart.

2. Art Thomas with Bobo Brazil vs. Mister X 1/20
*Art Thomas wins by tap out at 0:03 (real time 0:01.82)
-Mister X taps out to a bear hug

3. Jimmy Snuka vs. Kenny Jay 1/20
*Jimmy Snuka wins by pin at 2:04
-Jimmy Snuka wins with the super fly leap

*Bill Apter sits down with Stan Lane and Steve Keirn for a social media interview
-The two men talk about being disappointed about their loss two days ago to Dick The Bruiser and The Crusher. The say they'll train harder and get to the top.
-While the two are being interviewed Mad Dog Vachon and Butcher Vachon attack them from behind with chains.
-Bill Apter yells for help as AWA staff pull the Vachon's away from Lane and Keirn.
-Mad Dog Vachon yells at Bill Apter to tell Teddy Long they want to be World Tag Team Champions and will fight Lane and Keirn or anybody to get those titles.

***Intermission***

*Adrian Adonis and Sherri Martel walk out into the arena and sit in box seats.

-Because Larry Hennig pinned a champion in the AWA he will get a future AWA World Tag Team title match with a partner of his choosing.

*After the show via social media Teddy Long makes the following statements
-Steve Keirn and Stan Lane will face the Vachon's at "Super Card" 3/26/01
-He tells the AWA fans that talks between the AWA and BTW have broken down. He says after the BTW United States title match set for "Super Card" between The Sheik and Bobo Brazil there are no other plans for the two companies to work together.
-Teddy Long says that AWA has plans to invest more into AWA Texas with signing a small roster that will make up most of the Texas cards. He adds that AWA Texas will start running a Wednesday night show on ESPN+ starting this Wednesday.
-Teddy Long says the main event for the show this Wednesday will be for the AWA Texas Tag Team titles as David and Kevin Von Erich will defend against Bobby Duncam and Ray Stevens in a best two out of three falls match.

-Sam Houston wins with a bulldog

*Bill Mercer interviews Scott Casey and Sam Houston at ringside
-Scott and Sam are laughing saying they had a bet to see who could win the fastest with a bulldog. Sam says he owns Scott $20.
-During the lighthearted interview The Texas Hangmen know as Psycho and Killer attack Sam Houston and Scott Casey.
-The four men brawl for a moment until Casey and Houston get the upper hand and The Texas Hangmen runaway.

3. (AWA Texas) Kerry Von Erich** & Fritz Von Erich vs. Terry Funk & Tim Brooks with Gary Hart 1/15
*Terry Funk & Tim Brooks win by DQ at 4:09
-The match ends after Kerry slams Terry Funk's head repeatedly into the ring steps.
-After the match Gary Hart takes a microphone and demands a Texas title match for Terry Funk. He says that as per AWA rules Terry Funk beat Kerry the Texas champion tonight by DQ and now should be given a Texas title match.
-Fritz gets out of the ring and gets in Gary Hart's face and tells him no way is he booked Funk for a title match.
-Kerry talks to his dad and asks him to book the title match so he can shut Gary Hart up for good.
-Fritz says fine next Wednesday in the main event for the AWA Texas Tag Team titles champion Kerry Von Erich vs. Terry Funk.

4. No DQ: Red Bastien & Billy Red Lyons vs. Scott Irwin & Bill Irwin 1/NL
*Match ends in a no contest at 0:00
-The Irwin's attack Bastien and Lyons outside the ring before the bell and the fight goes out into the crowd.
-The referee tells the teams over the house microphone that the match cannot start until they are in the ring. But the fight goes back into the locker room and the referee calls the match off.

*In the press booth Bill Mercer interviews Curt Hennig
-Curt Hennig says that he has signed a short contact with Texas but will be in the state on TV for the next few weeks. He says that next Wednesday he will wrestle George South.

5. Brad Batten** & Bart Batten** vs. Ron Bass*** & Black Bart 1/20
*20:00 time limit draw
-The two teams taunt each other after the match for a bit.

6. AWA Texas Tag Team Championship best 2 out of 3 falls: (c) David Von Erich* & Kevin Von Erich vs. Bobby Duncam* & Ray Stevens**** with Bobby Heenan 3/60
*David Von Erich & Kevin Von Eric win 2 falls to 0 at 12:41
-David Von Erich makes Bobby Duncam tap out to a toehold at 5:46 to go up 1 fall to 0.
-Kevin Von Erich pins Bobby Duncam with a flying body press at 12:41 to win the match.
-A bloody Ray Stevens tells the Von Erichs that he will be back with a close friend of his real soon.

*Bill Mercer is in the press booth with Fritz Von Erich.
-Fritz says that next week Sam Houston & Scott Casey will face The Texas Hangmen. He says also The Batten brothers will fight Ron Bass & Black Bart in a rematch.
-Gary Hart with Moondog Rex and Spot interrupt Fritz. Gary says that next week his Moondog's make their Texas debut.
-Fritz starts to tell Gary Hart to never interrupt him again as the ESPN+ feed comes to an end.

*The show opens with Teddy Long and Lance Russell in the AWA press booth giving the fans a rundown of the action for the night.

1. AWA American Championship: (c) Bob Backlund vs. Boris Zhukov* with Nikita Breznikov 1/60
*Bob Backlund wins by DQ at 4:17
-Bob Backlund had Boris Zhukov in a cross-face chicken wing and Boris was ready to tap out. Until Nikita Breznikov entered the ring and attacked Backlund causing the referee to call for the bell.
-Bob Backlund was easily able to fight off Breznikov despite his seek attack. Backlund then throw Boris out of the ring.
-After the fight Adrian Adonis comes out to the ring to challenge Backlund for the American title. But he is interrupted by Jerry Blackwell who also wants a shot at the belt.
-Bob Backlund tells the two to have a match and he will give the winner a shot.

*A video package plays show the rivalry between Ox Baker and Ronnie Garvin. Highlights from their matches at cards 19 and 26 are shown.

2. Coal Miners Glove Match: Ronnie Garvin vs. Ox Baker 1/45
*Ox Baker wins by pin at 3:11
-Ox Baker hits a double ax handle from the top rope to get the win.
-Ronnie Garvin recovers quickly and attack Baker. The two men go toe to toe until Ox is knocked out of the ring and heads for the locker room.
-The fans were disappointed in this match as the glove was never used.

3. Stan Lane* & Steve Keirn vs. Mad Dog Vachon* & Butcher Vachon 1/30
-Mad Dog Vachon & Butcher Vachon win by pin at 2:38
-Mad Dog Vachon lands a piledriver on Stan Lane to get the three count.

4. AWA World Tag Team Championship: (c) Blackjack Mulligan** & Blackjack Lanza with Bobby Heenan vs. The Crusher* & Dick The Bruiser 1/60

-Blackjack Lanza puts The Crusher away with the claw hold

*Bill Apter is standing by in the AWA interview center with Larry Hennig.
-Larry Hennig says to due to his victory at card 28 over Blackjack Lanza he gets a shot at the World Tag Team titles with a partner of his choosing. He says that he will get his shot while the AWA is on tour in Japan and he will choose his partner tonight.

*The Sheik wins by pin at 14:21
-The Sheik stabs Bobo Brazil in the throat with an object out of view of the referee to then get the pinfall.

6. (AWA Texas) Kerry Von Erich & Larry Hennig vs. Ken Patera & Ray Stevens** with Bobby Heenan
*Kerry Von Erich & Larry Hennig win by pin at 2:39
-Larry Hennig does a turnbuckle squash on Ray Stevens to get the pinfall.
-After the match Kerry tells Bobby Heenan that in Japan he will become World Heavyweight Champion.
-Bobby tells Kerry that Nick Bockwinkel isn't losing that belt tonight or in Japan.

7. AWA International Championship: (c) The Destroyer vs. Steve Regal*** 1/60
*The Destroyer wins by tap out at 4:34
-Steve Regal taps out to the bow and arrow lock.

-Bill Mercer welcomes his first guest of the night Andre The Giant.
-Andre tells the AWA Texas fans that he will be wrestling on next week's program and looks forward to working in the future with the AWA.

1. Joel Deaton & Jake Milliman vs. Moondog Rex & Moondog Spot with Gary Hart 1/10
-Moondog Rex & Moondog Spot win by pin at 0:30
-The match ends after Moondog Rex hits a tombstone piledriver on Jake Milliman for the pinfall victory.

*Bill Mercer goes ringside to interview Gary Hart after the match.
-Gary Hart says that he wants a Texas Tag Team title match for his new team the Moondog's. He then says that Bobby Heenan has sold him the contract of Bobby Duncam and you will see him in the next serval weeks.

2. Curt Hennig vs. George South* 1/10
*Curt Hennig wins by pin at 2:29
-Curt Hennig wins with the axe and pinfall

*Bill Mercer once again is ringside to interview Curt Hennig.
-Curt Hennig will be in the Texas area for a while wrestling. He says he looks to build his record, and his desire is to win championships in the AWA and he feels being in Texas will help him with his goals.

3. Scott Casey** & Sam Houston vs. Killer* & Psycho 1/10
*Scott Casey & Sam Houston win by DQ at 4:31
-The referee calls for a DQ after Killer chokes Scott Casey with his bull rope outside the ring and refuses to stop.
-Sam Houston attempts to pull Killer off Casey but is attacked from behind by Psycho.
-Killer and Psycho beat down Sam Houston until AWA stuff can pull them away.
-The crowd boo's the action loudly of the two men as they leave the ring side area.

*Bill Mercer is in the AWA press booth to interview the AWA Texas Tag Team Champions David Von Erich and Kevin Von Erich.
-David and Kevin talk about their recent win over Bobby Duncam and Ray Stevens and how that victory has given them a lot of confidence.
-During the interview Gary Hart steps into the press booth and demands a title shot for the Moondog's.
-David and Kevin accept the challenge.

*A short video package highlights last week's 20-minute time limit draw between the Batten brothers and Black Bart & Ron Bass.

4. Brad Batten & Bart Batten vs. Black Bart & Ron Bass 1/20
*The match is ruled a no contest at 0:00
-The two teams start brawling outside the ring and into the crowd. The brawl is so wild that the referee calls the match off before it starts.
-The two teams' brawl into the locker room.

5. No DQ: Red Bastien*** & Billy Red Lyons vs. Scott Irwin**** & Bill Irwin 1/NL
*Red Bastien & Billy Red Lyons win by tap out at 14:07
-The match ends after Billy Red Lyons makes Bill Irwin tap out to a sleeper hold.

*Before the start of the main event Fritz Von Erich moves to sit at the timekeepers table and Tim Brooks walks out with a chair and sits ring side.

6. AWA Texas Championship: (c) Kerry Von Erich vs. Terry Funk***** with Gary Hart 1/60
*Terry Funk wins by pin at 11:02
-Kerry looks to have had Funk beat until Gary Hart jumped on the apron.
-Fritz run over to pull Hart. Fritz then put Hart in a claw hold.
-The referee was distracted by Fritz and Hart and didn't see Tim Brooks getting into the ring and hitting Kerry with a pair of brass knuckles.
-The punch knocked Kerry out which led to a very bloody Terry Funk covering him for a three count and winning the Texas title.

*Fritz lets go of Hart to check on Kerry while Tim Brooks helps Terry Funk back to the locker room as the show goes off the air.
