This week's card is someone who has surprisingly been requested quite a few times over the couple of years that I've been doing this. "Leaping" Larry Chene was trained by Bert Ruby around the same time Ruby trained The Sheik. The two would travel together and would both team up and feud in various territories. Unfortunately, Chene lost his life in a car accident at the age of 40 in 1964. Pre-orders will open September 1st, and will run until Sept. 30th. So you guys have plenty of advance notice and a full month to get your order in, hopefully this will be enough time for everyone who wants a set to get their orders in so no one misses out. I plan to get these to the printers in the first week of October, and in the mail by or before the 2nd week of October. There will be more info on how to pre-order in the coming weeks.  |

I'm old enough to remember reading about Larry's untimely death shortly after it happened. He was a childhood favorite. Thank you for doing this card.
