Match 1: Johnny Valentine v. Killer Kowalski Valentine had a convincing victory over Kowalski last summer in London but Kowalski has been on a roll lately and is looking to continue his climb up the PWO rankings. Snuka downs Race with a backbreaker for a 1 count (R7/P2). It is all Snuka and Race escapes to the floor. Snuka dives out over the rope onto Race at ringside and the fans explode. Snuka whips Race into the buckles two times and crushes Race with tackles each time. Snuka sends Race into the buckle a third time but Race avoids Snuka’s attack and the Superfly crashes hard into the corner striking his head on the ring post. Race scrambles and covers Snuka for the three count (R3/P5).

The champion finally shows some life and is able to get in some counters. The weasel chant picks up and the action heads to the floor. Valentine wins the brawl but the action returns to ringside again and this time Bockwinkel nails Valentine with the title belt busting Valentine open. The referee calls for the bell and disqualifies Bockwinkel who promptly leaves the ring area to round of boos.
