" A new sheriff is in town..." Card #586 One of the biggest PaPer Views in the GWF's schedule had occurred a fed cards ago and the shockwaves have still haven't subsided! WRESTLEWAR 2008 has without a doubt became an instant classic with four championships changing hands and several matches that have become Match of the Year candidates! Coincidentally, Iron Hand (the newest GWF Commissioner) will make his first official debut on this broadcast and everyone is on pins and needles awaiting his first announcement since taking the reigns. The Orlando, FL fans are wondering how that will affect this particular card and whether he will handle matters fairly. Without further adieu, let the excitement begin... DEADLIEST versus Rotunda:The last time these two divas met was in Deadliest's debut and Rotunda used her weight advantage to garnish a pinfall. This time, however, the Kroll finally has some experience under her belt and easily pummeled the 'Big Boned Diva' after countering a Rotunda Romp with a Tower of Doom! A few moments later, the Deadliest of the Species moved in for the duke with a Hangman's Vise and used the PURIFICATION finisher to secure her ever first victory. Winner: Deadliest of the Species (*). Plethador versus Scimitar: As expected, these two lovable 'enhancement' wrestlers gave it their all and put on a fair match. Scimitar repeatedly used the Scimitar Chest Chops and would get the three count after a dehydrated Plethador was put down with a Sideshow Slam! Winner: Scimitar (*). Woman's Championship Non-titlematch: STRAFEversus PHANTASY: The Blonde Bombshell was no match for the Aethran diva as Strafe simply controlled almost every aspect of this non-titlematch. The Aethran tossed Phantasy around for nearly seven minutes using her power to her advantage and after a series of finishing maneuvers would pin the challenger with TERMINAL HEIGHT. Winner: Strafe (** 1/2) Vidtek versus Wolf: [/u] Wow! This outcome of this match could not have been predicted in a million years! After Wolf used a Wolf Skullcrusher on the Sultan of Swagger member, it seemed like Vidtek had enough and turned the momentum quickly to his favor. The Neptunian countered a lightning backbreaker attempt by Wolf with a running powerslam and used the BIG TIME finisher to pin the stunned Andromedan! Winner: Vidtek (1/2 *). The arena’s lights began to dim and the vidscreen sprang to life… “in the GWFZ, a champion has taken all comers and proved that he is the best that the developmental federation has to offer. However, a new challenge will now be on his route to immortality…a match that will have six cages joined together with only the center cage totally empty. In the other five cages, two combatants will battle in one another until only one challenger is in each steel cages…the challenger will be left in the cage as other battles rage on until each of the five cages are filled with one challenger…then the GWFZ Champion makes his entrance into the empty cage and the inner walls will be removed! Only one shall escape the cage…only one shall hold the ‘Z’ Championship…coming soon New Orleans, LA…SOLITARY CONFINEMENT PaPer View!”Jungle Warriors versus Resistance: Everyone was in disbelief as two of the singles superstars joined forces and made a tag team...of course, we mean Valour and Kill Prey! However, the chemistry still hasn't begun to gel quite yet as the Jungle Warriors simply outwrestled the newly formed team! In the waning moments of the bout, a battered Valour blasted Panther Warrior with WARRIOR'S RAGE; but instead of tagging Kill Prey, he continued to fight the Animen! This would prove detrimental to the debuting team as Panther Warrior surprised the Second Realmer with three consecutive JUNGLE NIGHTS to score the upset! Winner(s): Jungle Nights (***). PATCH versus Payback:Simply brutal! The newest member of the Outlaw Nation came into this match still undefeated and looked impressive in all his matches so far! The hardcore Titan seems to be struggling lately and seems frustrated at times with some of his losses. This match was easily THE best of the card as both combatants pulled out all the stops and it looked as if Payback was going to score the win after a lethal EXVENGE! However, the other members of the Nation came to ringside and American Guy distracted the referee while Sly Drury entered the square circle and executed CRIME LORD before pulling Patch's body over the Titan's before the Nation left ringside. The referee turned around, slapped the mat three times, and awarded the match to the Aldeberan native! Winner: Patch (****). Divided We Fall versus Master Race: With both teams being former World Tag Team Champions, a person would have thought this match would be better than it was as both teams seemed lackadaisical at best! At the four minute mark, Bloodline landed a COSMIC BIG BANG finishing maneuver to put Zygon down for the three! Pathetic. Winner: Divided We Fall (DUD). The arena's vidscreen came to life once more and the roving camera focused on the new Commissioner Iron Hand behind his desk. " I have been appointed as Commissioner to the greatest wrestling federation in the world by the Board of Directors and I am not here to sugar coat anything or be anyone's friend. So, I'll get right to the point and save everyone a little time. I have been brought to this company to restore order once in for all and create a stable environment for both fans and wrestlers alike. I am announcing as of now that Martial Law has started. I will not install new rules but I will approach several wrestlers that I think can help clean up this fed...I will not announce my candidates quite yet as we are still in negotiations. For now, let's say if someone has problems with my rulings...meet me in the ring! I am the new sheriff in town and I RUN THIS FED! Thank you for your time and I look forward to making this fed an enjoyable and safe federation to watch as well as wrestle in."Sly Drury versus Tauran: After some time off following having close to twenty years taken off his life, Tauran has returned a new man and actually has believe it or not a more rounded wrestler. The Patriarch of Outlaw Nation found this out first hand as for the majority of the bout was controlled by the Federation Defense Fighter. Actually a great match with both participants able to get several near pinfalls but Sly Drury would be the first to make a mistake after he missed a turnbuckle charge! The Equuleusian used an overhead brain buster to stun the Crime Lord and then secured the victory with a TAURAN VICTORY LOCK causing Drury to tap out. Winner: Tauran(****). CIRCUS OF FEAR versus TITAN ENERGY: These two teams have risen from the ashes of WrestleWar, as Tricks lost the Intercontinental title to Retribution and Amazing Mann has returned to the Greatest Show on Earth! On the other end of the ring, Nitro was sort of forced into the wrestling business as he was placed into the Transevolver against his will! Nitro's partner coming off injury suggested the two team until Nitro gains enough experience in the ring to make his run at singles. So, the stage was set for a fantastic match as it seems hatred is oozing from these four men! WRONG! The Amazing Mann obviously scouted Tristan as the Sagittarian kept the Titan grounded and used a Fujiwara armbar that Amazing Mann rolled into the UNBREAKABLE maneuver that quickly made the masked fan favorite submit. Winner(s): Circus of Fear (1/2*). World Heavyweight Championship Non-titlematch:Endgame versus Havoc:[/u] A rematch of sorts from the Championship Scramble match at the PaPer View, havoc declared that he had the main event won but the referee was biased and gave the match to the Corvus native because he is a fan favorite. Endgame stated that not to be true and he would face Havoc on this card (Iron hand stated it would be a non-titlematch however) and show the Aethran that Endgame deserved to win the World title. A little swerve in Endgame's plan however as Havoc controlled the match and nearly got a three count with a Gothic Tomb Spike! The fans in the arena roared as Monolith came to ringside and started mouthing off to Havoc about his comments made before the PaPer View about Monolith always being the goto guy in Eugenics! Havoc turned his back on Monolith to battle Endgame but Monolith swung him around and tried to clothesline the Aethran but hit Endgame instead! Havoc pushed Monolith off the ring apron and used FALLEN DREAMS on the World Champion to get the three! Havoc climbed the turnbuckle and stated that the Aethran should be the singles star of Eugenics and not the over rated Monolith as the broadcast went off the air. Winner: Havoc (*). [Fade to Black]

I would love to see Havoc and Monolith hook it up...perhaps Havoc can pull off a huge upset and skyrocket himself to the top of the pile. Vidtek beating Wolf isnt too much a shocker IMO, Vidtek has been doing really well for me and is my current WarZone champion.
I cant wait to see this new concept of yours with Solitary Confinement...looks really interesting to say the very least.

Excellent show. Can't wait to see how Solitary turns out. I also like the Havoc-Mono heat. They went at it in my fed and it's 1-1 so far. FOTM material if I do say so myself.
