Bad Blood 09.29.2087 from Dione Saturndome, Saturn.
- Injury and Suspension Update. - Lord Nexus: Injured two cards. Wolf: Injured one card.
- Doc Strongbow's News Update. - Good evening and welcome to Bad Blood!
What a night we have ahead of us. Let me keep this brief so we can get down to the ring right quick.
Spike has accepted Massif's challenge, the two men meet in a Titan Death Match. The Gladiators and The Greek Gods renew their rivalry, with the title yet again at stake! Lord Nexus makes his return to the ring tonight, he takes on Star Warrior in a feature bout. Then finally our main event of the evening, Thantos against Wolf in a Torture Chamber Bout! Wolf however has been carrying a slight neck injury since his beating at the hands of The Executioner.
This is going to be a huge night, I can't wait to get started, bring on the action!
- Singles Bout - Omega vs. Vanity Omega defeated Vanity with a Cosmic war dance at 2:53 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Bad Blood started with a popular win for the aging legend, he was able to put his experience to good use in staying one step ahead of Vanity throughout the encounter. It was a short bout, but set a good tone for the evening to come, Omega lapped up the cheers of the crowd, his wily old skills put to good use in celebrating in such a manner as to lift the crowd to a fever pitch.
- Singles Bout - Pulsar vs. Mutant Pulsar defeated Mutant with a WHIRLWIND at 3:25 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: The second bout continued the theme set by the first, a popular win but not a great bout. While Pulsar showed great athletic promise once again Mutant proved that he is wildly unpredictable, tonight he failed to be much but a punch bag, it was with a certain inevitability that he finally succumbed to the pin. There was just no fight in him tonight. The atmosphere dropped only slightly on the last match, what Pulsar lacked in terms of working the crowd he made up for in pure popularity.
- Tag Team Bout - Bomb Squad vs. The Henchmen Comrade Terror defeated Adam Blast with an ATOMIC WARHEAD at 19:01 Match Rating: 3.75 Match Notes: The Henchmen isolated Adam Blast and kept him in the ring for long periods, again he was busted open and wore the crimson mask for much of the bout. While Sam battled courageously to turn the tide he just couldn't do enough. When finally he had to tag out to Blast in a state of exhaustion his younger partner was subjected to yet another bruising beating that ended with the three count. The Henchmen showed great teamwork here, beginning to prove that they could be something of a developing tag team.
- Singles Bout - Pit Viper vs. Killer Queen Pit Viper defeated Killer Queen with a Snake Bite at 3:24 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Following the excitement and brutality of the previous encounter this match always had a tough job ahead to live up to what went before. Pit Viper showed real quality as he took control in the latter stages, finishing things with a series of well executed moved. Perhaps Viper looked a little irked as his win garnered less of a popular reaction than his fellow Titans had earlier.
- Singles Bout - Renegade vs. Ghengis Khan Renegade defeated Ghengis Khan with a SPINECRACKER at 16:16 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: Ghengis Khan hit his TWIN THRUST in the first few moments, dazing Renegade and then proceeding to unload a sever beating on the Cropper. With the match reaching about the 10 minute mark, Renegade started to make a come-back, though by this point he was already bloodied and wearing it like some war-paint as it flowed from his head and down his shoulders and chest. With the bout now in his favour, Renegade upped his game, launching a series of big moves, however late on he was caught by another vicious TWIN THRUST that came out of nowhere. with both men down in the centre of the ring, they both barely beat the ten count, less than a minute later the first SPINECRACKER of the bout finished things to the roar of an appreciative crowd.
- Singles Bout - Star Warrior vs. Lord Nexus Star Warrior defeated Lord Nexus with a cross body block at 3:47 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: Nexus was clearly still carrying a slight injury and showed some real signs of ring rust. He never really got into the bout and failed to launch any major offensive. The good natured encounter came to an end fairly routinely for Star Warrior. The two popular heroes then shook hands and embraced in the middle of the ring. Warrior lifting Nexus' hand to salute the return to action of the Titan.
- Titan Death Match - Massif vs. Spike Spike defeated Massif with a SUPER DESTROYER at 9:17 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Spike upset the odds and proved himself as a real superstar. The two big men traded blows and crunching maneuvers throughout the bout. There was a real feeling that whichever of them landed their finisher first stood a good chance of taking the win. So it proved, with the huge impact of his SUPER DESTROYER Spike pinned the bigger man and celebrated wildly, shaking the ropes and roaring threateningly. The crowd watched on in something of a mute silence, clearly there had been a strong feeling that Massif would gain revenge for his fallen comrades tonight. How much longer will Spike's unbeaten streak run for?
- Tag Team Title Bout. -
- Tag Team Bout - Gladiators of Aethra vs. Greek Gods for the Galaxian Tag Team Championship Brute defeated Actagon with a Full power slam at 6:16 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: This may not have been the longest bout of the night, but it was certainly one of the most exciting, it was non-stop action from the first moment to last. Finally The Gladiators retained the belts, sweat stained and pushed to the limit by their opponents. Spike promptly returned to the ring and hit a crushing SUPER DESTROYER on both of the Gods. Then all three of the Gladiators left the ring to a chorus of boos, sealing a great evening for the three warriors.
- Galaxian Title Bout. -
- Torture Chamber Bout - Thantos vs. Wolf for the Galaxian Championship Thantos defeated Wolf with a MASTERLOCK at 12:48 Match Rating: 4.50 Match Notes: Thantos retained his belt yet again, and it was the dreaded MASTERLOCK that finished things. Wolf was clearly carrying a slight injury, just enough to make him a little less reckless than normal, he never managed to lock on the SAVAGE FACE CLAW and though it was an even bout for long periods he was too often on the back foot. With the win recorded and the submission forced from Wolf, Thantos dropped the wildman with a thunderous DDT onto the title belt. Then it was over to Comrade Terror and Executioner, they ran to the ring as Thantos left. Doing the champions dirty work for him. As the broadcast came to an end, Wolf had endured his fourth HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE in a row and was being positioned for a fifth.

GWF 34 10.03.2087 from Albireo Bowl, Cygnus.
- Suspension and Injury Update. - Lord Nexus, injured one card. Wolf, injured four cards.
- Doc Strongbow's News Update. - Good evening, welcome to the GWF. We are just a week after Bad Blood and what an evening it was. We saw the return of Lord Nexus to action and yet another successful defence of the Galaxian Title by Thantos. The newcomer Spike continued his run of great form and remains unbeaten, how long can he keep this up and who's next to face this powerhouse of a Gladiator? Looking forward to tonight, we... (A crash sounded, clearing distracting the Doc and before he could regain his train of thought Wolf burst onto the scene. Though he wore a neck brace that clearly restricted his movement he still arched his head back and let rip with his familiar war cry. Then he ripped the microphone from the Doc and growled menacingly.) Wolf: "So, that damn coward Thantos had his thugs work me over, and yeah, I may be out of action a few weeks. But let me tell you I'm coming back soon and I'm gonna rip Executioner apart for what he did to me. Then I'm coming for Spike. Believe it. AWWOOOOOOO" (With that he slammed the mic into The Doc's chest and left the scene, leaving a clearly flustered commissioner in his wake)
Well, ummm.. there we go. If I were on Wolf's hit list I don't think I'd be sleeping so well just now. Lets get on with things, down to the ring.
- Singles Bout - Adam Blast vs. Mutant Adam Blast defeated Mutant with a MEGABLAST at 11:37 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Mutant seemed in the mood for a fight tonight, though he had clearly forgotten any skills he'd been taught. Adam dominated the bout, hitting his MEGABLAST three times before it scored him the win. Mutant scores big points for determination and heart, but he was always on the defensive and just seemed incapable of putting together any offense at all. A decent win for Adam Blast, the young rookie continuing his education in the way of the pro-wrestler.
- Singles Bout - Beast-Rider vs. Ghengis Khan Ghengis Khan defeated Beast-Rider with a Cross-body press at 3:59 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Ghengis Khan took control of the bout early and never let up, he was on top throughout. Beast-Rider struggled to make an impact and was completely caught flat footed by a very sudden cross-body block that claimed the victory. There was a clear gulf in class between the two men, the crowd sensed it and didn't get into the bout. The fact that it ended in pretty short order didn't help of course.
- Tag Team Bout - Greek Gods vs. The Henchmen Proteus defeated Executioner with a Grecian Sleeper Grip at 6:02 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: This was brutal! The Gods were on fire and went for it from the opening bell, bringing it from the first. There was a clear anger particularly from Proteus, when he took the win from Executioner the beating continued. Actagon slapped his GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP on Comrade Terror and held it while Proteus beat the hell out of Executioner, it was clear from the way he was shouting that he was exacting revenge for his friend Wolf. Finally with Executioner bloodied and messed up, Terror losing consciousness and the Gods saluting the crowd, the action came to an end. It was noted that Thantos made no attempt to assist his comrades.
- Singles Bout - Renegade vs. Exo-King Exo-King defeated Renegade with a DEATH VISE at 6:45 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Both men put in a great effort here, to begin Renegade took the initiative and hit Exo-King with everything he had, it just wasn't enough to slow down the bigger man. finally, the King struck back, one massive power slam turned the tables and allowed him to claim the upper hand. The end of a close and exciting encounter came courtesy of the DEATH VISE, once it was locked in there was just no escape. Renegade admitting defeat as the pain clearly rocked through his form.
- Singles Bout - Pit Viper vs. Spike Spike defeated Pit Viper with a SUPER DESTROYER at 7:49 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Yet another win for Spike as he continued his rampage through the GWF. Viper put up a hell of a fight and earned the full respect of the fans for the effort he put in, but it proved to be to no avail. When Spike landed his SUPER DESTROYER it was all over, there simply was no way back for the Titan. With another win chalked up, Spike taunted the crowd, flexing his impressive muscles in a series of poses. Then he made a gesture about his waist, clearing indicating he felt he should be wearing the title belt. It remains to be seen if that makes him a target for the most dominant champion in GWF history.
- Tag Team Bout - Gladiators of Aethra vs. Bloodline Massacre defeated Omega with a Gladiator Piledriver at 7:48 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: The Tag Champions put in a great and cohesive performance, managing to shut down Star Warrior for the most part. By limiting his time in the ring they were able to focus their particular brand of brutality on the living legend Omega. Star Warrior spent the bout on the defensive, trying to get into the action and breaking up a number of pin counts. When Massacre crunched Omega with a heavy Gladiator Piledriver, Brute showed great anticipation and reflexes to hit Star Warrior with a clothesline. The three count coming before the hero was able to recover his senses.
- Singles Bout - Commander Sam vs. Invincible Krakan Invincible Krakan defeated Commander Sam with a FALLING FACE SLAM at 0:48 Match Rating: 0.50 Match Notes: The main event of the evening proved to be anything but! Sam fell victim to Krakan's FALLING FACE SLAM within a minute and that was all she wrote. What had promised to be a great bout proved to be a non-event. The crowd voiced their dissent, clearly unhappy that Krakan won so easily. He strode from the ring as Sam sat in the middle of it shaking his head. However, its clear that some of our superstars believe in giving the audience value for money. Star Warrior, Lord Nexus and Massif came to the ring, joining Sam in putting on a fantastic four cornered bout. A real exhibition of wrestling skills, by the time that Star Warrior claimed the three count it didn't matter who'd won. Wrestling and good sportsmanship emerged the true victor.
Overall Card Rating: 2.50

GWF 35 10.10.2087 from Eagles Flight Cathedral, Altair.
- Injury and Suspension Update. - Wolf, injured three cards.
- Doc Strongbow's News Roundup. - Welcome to GWF 35, we've another packed evening ahead of us folks. The big news tonight is that Spike continues his rampage, having defeated Pit Viper last week, he takes on the leader of the Titans, Lord Nexus tonight. This could be the new Gladiators biggest test to date! However, Galaxian champion Thantos is in action tonight, which pushes the Spike - Nexus bout off the top billing. Sources tell me that theres a simmering resentment between Spike and Thantos, the two men just don't get along it seems. How long before we see them lock up in the ring? We also have Star Warrior in action tonight, and next week he'll be facing Krakan in a number one contenders bout. Stay with us fans, things are just starting to heat up here at the home of pro-wrestling.
- Singles Bout - Pit Viper vs. Killer Queen Pit Viper defeated Killer Queen with a Cobra Nerve Stopper at 6:38 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Pit Viper fought his way out of three CHECKMATES and struggled to turn the tables. It was finally with a very sudden cross-body block that he finally managed to gain the upper hand. That seemed to slow Killer Queen down sufficiently and Viper soon landed his Nerve Stopper, which seemed to freeze the flambouyant one and he feel victim to a swift three count.
- Singles Bout - Massif vs. Vanity Massif defeated Vanity with a Massif Power Slam at 1:59 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: This bout was about as one sided and as quick as expected. The big man simply overpowered Vanity, a number of high impact moves were enough to decide the tie. With his opponent laid out in the ring, struggling to come to his senses, Massif strode from the ring, saluting the fans and proving as ever to be one of the more popular competitors in the federation.
- Singles Bout - Actagon vs. Ghengis Khan Ghengis Khan defeated Actagon with a TWIN THRUST at 3:50 Match Rating: 2.75 Match Notes: Actagon started in dominant form, stringing together a potent series of moves that seemed to have Khan completely dazzled. However, when the the Greek telegraphed a back body drop it was swiftly turned into a piledriver by way of a counter. That turned the tide, though Actagon was able to kick out of the first pin, when the TWIN THRUST hit home he was down for the count. Perhaps Khans greater familiarity with singles competition proved the difference maker.
- Singles Bout - Star Warrior vs. Death Knight Star Warrior defeated Death Knight with a NOVA LAUNCH at 7:40 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Death Knight lasted far longer than expected, though he spent the entirety of the bout as a punchbag! This was the very definition of one-sided, Star Warrior had it all his own way, yet struggled to put away his opponent. With the win recorded he slid from the ring and spent time signing a number of autographs much to the delight of his many ardent fans.
- Singles Bout - Commander Sam vs. Executioner Commander Sam defeated Executioner with a Disqualification at 36:58 Match Rating: 5.00 Match Notes: We were witness to a war here, over half an hour of raw brutality as the two men simply brutalised one another. The entire encounter was very even, there was nothing between the two of them. The blood flowed and stained the ring canvass with puddles of crimson. After the bout had gone back and forth several times, Sam hit his SAM'S ATOMIC DROP which resulted in both men rolling from the ring. With neither man having much left, Executioner resorted to an illegal attack, fending off Sam with the last of his strength. It seems unlikely that we've seen the last of these two squaring up to one another.
- Tag Team Bout - Gladiators of Aethra vs. Neptunian Space-Croppers Massacre defeated Beast-Rider with a Gladiator Piledriver at 11:36 Match Rating: 4.25 Match Notes: The Gladiators continued their winning ways with this hard fought victory. Though Renegade managed to save Beast Rider from The Decapitator, he was unable to prevent Massacre from connecting with a vicious Gladiator Piledriver. Brute and Renegade battled punch for punch as the three count sounded. Once more the headbangers left the ring with their hands held aloft, its been a while coming but finally we have what seems to be a dominant tag team here in the GWF.
- Singles Bout - Lord Nexus vs. Spike Spike defeated Lord Nexus with a SUPER DESTROYER at 6:39 Match Rating: 3.50 Match Notes: Spike seemed a little disturbed that Nexus kicked out of the SUPER DESTROYER in the early going, his unease must have doubled when the Titan repeated the feat late in the bout. However Spike was not to be denied and he dragged his battered opponent into position for an immediate third SUPER DESTROYER, that was enough to claim the win for the Gladiator. Nexus though earned the support of the fans after fighting so valiantly and it taking three finishers to put him down. Spike's run continues, his confidence and ego seeming to balloon to epic proportions.
- Singles Bout - Thantos vs. Adam Blast Thantos defeated Adam Blast with a MASTERLOCK at 2:12 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Adam Blast started hard and fast, managing a couple of offensive moves before Thantos took over and put on a clinic. It was all too easy for the champion as he trapped Blast into the Masterlock and earned a submission at the first attempt. Thantos then took to the microphone, resting an elbow on the turnbuckle as he spoke calmly. "Star Warrior or Krakan, it doesn't matter who I face. I am the champion, and I will be champion for as long as I see fit. As for Spike, don't make me laugh, beating a few has beens doesn't put you in my league!" With that he was gone, leaving a barely recovered Adam Blast in the ring as the broadcast faded out.
Overall Card Rating: 3.19

I agree with VX on Ghengis Khan, Khan is one of my favorites...
I think Thantos will be tough to beat whether it be Spike or another wrestler...

GWF 36 10.17.2087 from Achemar Technodrome, Eridanus.
- Injury and Suspension Update. - Wolf, injured two cards.
- Doc Strongbow's News Update. - Good evening folks and welcome to the GWF, yet again we've a packed show ahead of us here as you join us live at the Achemar Technodrome. We are set to see Spike in action again as he continues to defend his unbeaten streak. Star Warrior and Krakan go head to head in a number one contender bout, the winner to face Thantos for the title at our upcoming PPV event. Tonight we also see our tag champions taking a step into singles competition, should be very interesting to see how Brute and Massacre fair. Following a recent dip in form, Massif will be hoping to turn things around as he faces off against Comrade Terror. But let's kick things off with the ever popular Pulsar as he steps into the ring against the glamorous Vanity.
- Singles Bout - Pulsar vs. Vanity Pulsar defeated Vanity with a WHIRLWIND at 18:35 Match Rating: 5.00 Match Notes: A magnificent performance by Pulsar as he raised his game to a whole new level, recording a great result over the flambouyant one. Both men had their chances, it was a back and forth encounter from the beginning. Vanity had the better of the first few minutes before Pulsar battled back and took control managing to bust his opponent open in the process. The bloodied Vanity still was able to rally and almost stole the win. However a couple of back to back WHIRLWIND's brought an end to a compelling encounter.
- Singles Bout - Omega vs. Mutant Mutant defeated Omega with an Undetected foreign object at 4:43 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Thus was a disjointed bout, neither man able to get much going in the way of offence. Omega's experience and Mutant's primal nature served to cancel each other out. The sudden exploiting of a steel chair was sufficient to knock Omega out cold. The fact the referee missed it was perhaps more shocking than the strike itself. Mutant showed some ring sense in this bout, could it be that he's finally learning to cope as a professional wrestler?
- Singles Bout - Pit Viper vs. Massacre Massacre defeated Pit Viper with a DECAPITATOR at 6:04 Match Rating: 3.75 Match Notes: Massacre dominated the match, it was entirely one way traffic. Viper never had a look in, from the very first moment he was under assault. The Titan showed great resolve however, he survived two Decapitators and two Massacre Slams before his resistance ended. With a performance of this strength it seems that the tag titles are in good hands. The Gladiators remain a force to be reckoned with. Does Massacre have a desire to make an impact in the singles division? This result may well fire him in that direction.
- Singles Bout - Lord Nexus vs. Brute Lord Nexus defeated Brute with a Flying leg scissors at 18:01 Match Rating: 4.75 Match Notes: This proved to be a close encounter, while Lord Nexus had the best of things, Brute managed some serious offence when he had the chance. He hit a couple of Decapitators too. However it was the sheer speed and agility of Nexus that proved the difference maker, he was in top form proving that his long term injury is indeed behind him. The big Gladiator certainly has nothing to be ashamed of in his efforts, he played his part in what was an epic battle and a real contrast of styles.
- Tag Team Bout - Greek Gods vs. Bomb Squad Proteus defeated Adam Blast with an OVERHEAD TOSS at 15:44 Match Rating: 5.00 Match Notes: Commander Sam hit Proteus with two Sam's Atomic Drops in succession right from the very first, though Actagon saved him from the pin he played little part in the bout thereafter. Actagon was on his own for most of the encounter and managed to more than hold his own. Several times he was in a winning position before either Sam or Adam prevented the pin. Finally Proteus made it back into the action and hit his Overhead Toss immediately and that signaled the end of the bout! He took the win but had been helplessly out of it for all but the first and last moments. With the win recorded the four men saluted one another, Proteus proclaiming that his tag partner deserved many an ale for his efforts.
- Singles Bout - Spike vs. Renegade Spike defeated Renegade with a Decapitator at 4:09 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Renegade never looked like ending Spike's winning streak, he was outgunned throughout this encounter. Spike seemed utterly furious as Renegade kicked out of his SUPER DESTROYER, the second person to do so in just a couple of weeks. Though the bout lasted a little longer it was never in doubt, once the three-count came Spike celebrated vigorously and yet again made motions about his waist as though a championship belt should be sitting there.
- Singles Bout - Massif vs. Comrade Terror Comrade Terror defeated Massif with an ATOMIC WARHEAD at 2:09 Match Rating: 2.25 Match Notes: This was a real embarrassment for Massif. He was a strong favourite heading in and indeed he started well, landing a couple of bruising headbutts and locking in a grinding bear hug. Comrade Terror managed to slide from the ring, and whipped Massif into the turnbuckle which clearly dazed the big man. That served as a clear turning point, which Terror seized onto swiftly. The crowd showed its annoyance at the outcome, disappointed in seeing the arch villain steal the win.
- Number One Contender Bout. -
- Singles Bout - Star Warrior vs. Invincible Krakan Star Warrior defeated Invincible Krakan with a Running Star Blast at 23:31 Match Rating: 5.00 Match Notes: The evening ended on an epic, a classic encounter between two of the GWF's premier stars. Krakan began well and was first to record a pin attempt. Star Warrior kicked out with ease and took the fight to his opponent. When the bout spilled out of the ring, Krakan was again able to assert himself and gained the upper hand. As the encounter wore on Star Warrior gradually proved his dominance, a series of high impact, high flying maneuvers helped in bringing him the win. The crowd erupted, celebrating wildly as the most popular man in wrestling today earned a title shot. When he and Thantos next collide you do not want to miss it!

GWF 37 10.24.2087 from Sycorax Circus, Sycorax, Uranus.
- Injury and Suspension Update. - Wolf, injured one card.
- Doc Strongbow's News Roundup. - Hello there folks, welcome to another week of GWF action. With the number one contender to the Galaxian Title defended, tonight we turn to deciding the same in the Tag division. The Greek Gods and The Henchmen square off again, the winner to earn a shot at the current champions The Gladiators. Some interesting news emerging from villain camp, a short piece of film has emerged, it seems to show a shadowy figure who could be Thantos introducing a hooded stranger to the camera. He paused a moment before speaking in a voice laced with menace. "When the flock gather, so this federation will burn" That's all he said, we have no more on this at the moment, but you'll know as soon as we do. Maybe we'll learn more on this tonight. The end of the year is fast approaching and as you know, the economic situation around the galaxy is in turmoil. Pro wrestling is not immune to this. Expect a massive announcement on this very soon, it could be the biggest news to hit sports in living memory! But for now, its down to the ring, let the action begin.
- Singles Bout - Adam Blast vs. Vanity Adam Blast defeated Vanity with a MEGABLAST at 1:17 Match Rating: 2.00 Match Notes: It took two MEGABLASTS to settle the bout, Adam got them in early and it turned the encounter into something of a non event. Vanity never had a chance to get going, the swiftness of the attack by Adam Blast left him in a state of shock. Swiftly Adam is becoming a popular competitor, fans seem very drawn to this young rookie from Earth.
- Singles Bout - Commander Sam vs. Death Knight Commander Sam defeated Death Knight with a Count-out at 4:49 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: This looked a one sided bout on paper and so it proved. Sam was dominant from the early going, after some early resistance from Death Knight it soon became one way traffic. While Sam was on the offensive for all but the first few moments, he was unable to finish off his opponent. His every attempt to hit his finisher was thwarted and he soon showed his frustration as he violently tossed Death Knight out of the ring. The Knight fell awkwardly and was unable to make it back into the ring before the ten count came to an end.
- Singles Bout - Invincible Krakan vs. Beast-Rider Invincible Krakan defeated Beast-Rider with a FALLING FACE SLAM at 3:49 Match Rating: 2.25 Match Notes: Krakan made light work of Beast-Rider, once he hit his FALLING FACE SLAM it was all over. The Neptunian simply had no answer. Showing a complete lack of respect for his beaten opponent, Krakan shoved Beast-Rider under the bottom rope and out onto the floor with his foot. Then with the ring to himself, he paraded with his arms aloft. The crowd let rip rip a chorus of boos and jeers, but that didn't seem to put Krakan off at all.
- Singles Bout - Lord Nexus vs. Ghengis Khan Lord Nexus defeated Ghengis Khan with a TITAN DROP at 5:12 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: Lord Nexus put in a great performance, a high flying assault that gave him the upper hand for much of the bout. Only a couple of times was Khan able to put together any form of coherent attack, it never lasted as the talented Titan simply had all the answers tonight. When a beautifully timed deathjump hit home, Khan was clearly stunned, though it took three subsequent TITAN DROP's to put him down for good. Nexus remains a massively popular competitor, the crowd rising to a new level of excitement as he did his thing.
- Singles Bout - Star Warrior vs. Mutant Star Warrior defeated Mutant with a NOVA LAUNCH at 0:37 Match Rating: 2.50 Match Notes: Star Warrior proved he's in great form ahead of his title bout. This was nothing but a formality today. With just a couple of set up moves before the crushing impact of the NOVA LAUNCH, Mutant never had a chance to get going. One of the more dominant performances of the year, this must have signaled to Thantos that he's in for a fight at the forth-coming PPV.
- Number One Contender Bout. -
- Tag Team Bout - Greek Gods vs. The Henchmen Proteus defeated Comrade Terror with an OVERHEAD TOSS at 13:24 Match Rating: 4.25 Match Notes: The Greek Gods secured a championship shot against The Gladiators with this hard fought win. Back and forth the action went and it truly could have gone either way, both teams had good chances to take control but were largely unable to make it count. Soon enough it became clear that it may take one big move to steal the win and so it proved. From nowhere Proteus found his OVERHEAD TOSS and it was enough to claim the three count. As the defeated Henchmen scurried from the ring, so The Gods celebrated in earnest, from backstage they called for a huge barrel of ale, which they rolled about the ring, promising to open it once they'd secured the titles belt!
- Thantos Speaks. - With the main event of the evening about to begin, Spike entered the ring to the blaring sound of his theme music. As he waited for his opponent so Thantos appeared on the big screen, looking suitable smug with his title draped over one broad shoulder.
"Hello there Spike, I know you think you should be challenging me for this title, I know you believe you deserve that privilege. But let me tell you, so far you've proved nothing. Sure you've managed to beat up a string of has-beens. Tonight you face Exo-King. I can't wait to see him squeeze the life out of you! However, I'm a man of integrity. Should you win tonight, you'll get your title shot, you'll be the next man I face after I destroy the talentless worm Star Warrior. But be warned, I shall take you to wrestling school."
The champion chuckled and pressed a kiss to the face of his title belt, before waving a dismissive hand just before the screen blacked out and Exo-Kings music sounded throughout the arena.
- Singles Bout - Spike vs. Exo-King Exo-King defeated Spike with a Reverse backbreaker at 4:02 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: Exo-King made relatively light work of bringing Spike's winning run to an end. He proved to be just too strong for the Gladiator who was unable to reproduce the form he showed against Massif. With the win sealed, Exo-King was joined in the ring by Thantos and both of The Henchmen. While Executioner and Comrade Terror held Spike in place, the champion took his time in taunting and lecturing his would be challenger. However he didn't lower himself to striking Spike. Instead he left that to the other three men as he strode back out of the arena leaving the Gladiator a bloodied example to all those who would dare challenge him.

GWF 38 10.31.2087 from Oberon Civic Centre, Uranus.
- Injury and Suspension Update. - Nothing to report.
- Doc Strongbow's News Update. - Welcome fans to the GWF. We are just days away from Helloween our next huge PPV. Thantos and Star Warrior will go head to head for the Galaxian Title! We'll also see The Gladiators and The Greek Gods clash for the tag belts, I can't wait! Make sure you don't miss it folks.
Back to tonight, it looks like Exo-King is the new number one hitman for the champion, tonight he's going after Star Warrior. Looks like Thantos is seeking to soften up the challenger to his belt before the big encounter. Now that Spike's winning streak is at an end, he's challenged the rookie Pulsar tonight, what a guy! The Gladiator seems furious at having been finally defeated. Word is that he carries a grudge against Thantos for setting him against Exo-King last week.
Now, on to a side note. We've received another short piece of film, this time it shows once more a shadowy figure for several seconds he simply stands in shot before extending a hand and slowly balling it into a fist, what sounds like the same voice from last weeks clip then says "Tonight, the Hellfire will burn" Whatever can this mean, who is this stranger and what does he want?
Down to the ring.. lets get this started, and don't forget Helloween, its going to be huge!
- Singles Bout - Comrade Terror vs. Omega Omega defeated Comrade Terror with a TOMAHAWK THRUST at 0:39 Match Rating: 1.50 Match Notes: Omega secured an unlikely victory when Comrade Terror allowed over confidence to cloud his judgement. Far too early in the bout Terror went for a daring Deathjump, however Omega had it scouted and lifted a boot which sent the Henchman staggering. When a swift TOMAHAWK THRUST followed it was all over. A clearly dazed Terror could not believe what happened, with the victor having left the ring, he ripped and clawed at one of the corner turnbuckles, exposing the steel ring beneath. Which bought a delay to proceedings as it was replaced before the next match-up.
- Singles Bout - Lord Nexus vs. Death Knight Lord Nexus defeated Death Knight with a TITAN DROP at 1:17 Match Rating: 1.00 Match Notes: This time the clear favourite took the easy win as predicted. Lord Nexus dominated from the beginning, he hit his TITAN DROP three times in succession. Death Knight deserves credit for surviving the first two but in truth he was outclassed throughout. Nexus looks in good form, perhaps peeking at the right time as we head into Helloween. Lord Nexus has gone on record several times of late to say that he is desperate to earn a title shot before the end of the year. He'll need to keep up this level of performance to earn the attention of Thantos.
- Singles Bout - Massif vs. Vanity Massif defeated Vanity with a VOLCANIC DROP at 9:08 Match Rating: 4.00 Match Notes: Vanity tried to steal an early win with his PULVERIZER, but Massif kicked out with authority tossing Vanity into the ropes as a result. That set the tone for much of the bout, the smaller man buzzing around with swift, darting moves before Massif would land a huge impact and weaken his opponent. It took the giant a time to land his VOLCANIC DROP but when it came it was decisive and ended the encounter. Truth be told, despite the dogged efforts of Vanity the result never looked in doubt.
- Singles Bout - Invincible Krakan vs. Pit Viper Invincible Krakan defeated Pit Viper with a FALLING FACE SLAM at 2:37 Match Rating: 2.25 Match Notes: Krakan showed what a talented wrestler he can be, taking a fully deserved victory with his FALLING FACE SLAM. While Pit Viper gave everything, he just couldn't make any headway against his determined opponent. Krakan is another who believes he deserves a title shot before the end of the year. His rampant ego simply won't allow him to settle for being an also-ran. With the win recorded, Krakan cruelly stomped on Vipers out-stretched hand, causing the Titan to howl in pain and curl up into a protective ball.
- Tag Team Bout - Bomb Squad vs. Neptunian Space-Croppers Commander Sam defeated Renegade with a Skullcrusher at 5:27 Match Rating: 3.00 Match Notes: This proved to be a routine win for Bomb Squad, the two Americans proving too much for the Space Croppers. Commander Sam started and finished the bout, his experience serving him well and giving his team a clear edge. Adam Blast seems to be learning fast from his mentor it infects him with confidence when they compete together. The team of Renegade and Beast-Rider showed great teamwork but simply lacked the quality to mount a sufficient challenge here.
- Singles Bout - Spike vs. Pulsar This match ended in a draw (No Contest) at N/A Match Notes: Pulsar made his way to the ring, the heady cheers of the fans signaling his arrival. The boundlessly popular Titan climbed each turnbuckle in turn and drank in the adoration of his many supporters. Moments later those cheers changed to boos as Spike came out dressed in his usual ceremonial armour. However, before he made it to the ring he was blindsided by Wolf who appeared from nowhere. The returning wildman hit a devastating clothesline that sent both men tumbling over the barrier and into the crowd. Chaos ensued as they fought wildly, members of the audience retreating fearfully from the enfolding battle. Finally security managed to separate the two men briefly, though they managed to lock up again as they disappeared from view into the backstage area. With a shrug Pulsar made his way from the ring, the attention of the crowd clearly on the battling duo.
- Singles Bout - Star Warrior vs. Exo-King Star Warrior defeated Exo-King with a NOVA LAUNCH at 12:48 Match Rating: 4.50 Match Notes: Star Warrior took an epic win, the battle swung back and forth with both men having their periods of dominance. Exo-Kings vast strength proved a real weapon and it took a while for the number one contender to get to grips with it. This bout truly drew the crowd in, they reached a fever pitch toward the end. When Star Warrior landed his NOVA LAUNCH it was all over, the three count coming just before King kicked out. The big man rolled from the ring in disgust and stomped from the arena. Meanwhile Star Warrior leaned on the ropes, catching his breath. From beneath the ring came the mysterious shadowy figure we'd seen earlier, with surprising speed he thrust an open fist toward Star Warrior, sending a wave of searing flame into his face. The fan favourite jerked back and rolled in agony on the canvass while his mysterious attacker fled through the crowd and from sight. Star Warrior remained in a state of great pain, clutching his face as the show went off air.
