Good evening and welcome to Helloween! We have a clean bill of health for all competing superstars tonight. I'm pleased to confirm that Star Warrior suffered no major effects from the diabolical attack he suffered at the end of Fridays show. We are no nearer to knowing who is behind this however.
To combat this, tonights Galaxian Title Bout will be a Titan Death Match, as Commissioner I believe this is the only way to make the contest free from interference.

Further news, Wolf and Spike are meeting tonight in a Cosmic Cage Bout. Following their epic struggle last night, putting these two warriors in the cage should ensure a dynamite bout.

The Gladiators and The Greek Gods decide the tag titles tonight, this truly is going to be an epic show. Buckle up folks, let slip the dogs of war!

Pulsar vs. Death Knight
Pulsar defeated Death Knight with a Reverse piledriver at 2:45
Match Rating: 2.25
Match Notes: Helloween started with a high intensity battle that swung back and forth throughout. At one point the crowd cheered as the two men traded blows, Pulsar worked the fans like a pro as he swung into high gear at exactly the right moment. Death Knight had no answer to the sudden series of high impact moves that decided the contest.
Jumping to the top rope Pulsar saluted the crowd, setting the standard of excitement that everyone hoped would continue throughout the evening.

Pit Viper vs. Mutant
Pit Viper defeated Mutant with a VENOM BLAST at 17:43
Match Rating: 5.00
Match Notes: Mutant must have known it was a huge PPV as he came to the ring with real purpose, the battle that ensued was thunderous.
Neither man was able to establish a significant advantage, though the excitement levels remained high. Mutant showed remarkable ring savvy, proving that he does indeed have some rudimentary ability.
When at last Pit Viper strung together a significant string of moves and garnered some momentum, Mutant's game crumbled and the three count followed shortly thereafter.
With the crowd at a fever pitch, the next encounter was eagerly anticipated.

Exo-King vs. Omega
Exo-King defeated Omega with a DEATH VISE at 2:55
Match Rating: 2.75
Match Notes: There was a great hope among the fans that the legendary Omega could record another upset victory. However, it was not to be. Exo-King dominated from the beginning, only the lengthy experience of Omega and his great ringmanship kept the contest alive.
He managed to escape the first DEATH VISE by reaching the ropes, bringing brief hope to his many fans. But he was instantly caught in the same move again, from which there would be no escape a second time.
Although Omega remains hugely popular, the atmosphere in the arena dipped. The next bout would have some work ahead to lift things again.

Massif vs. Killer Queen
Massif defeated Killer Queen with a VOLCANIC DROP at 4:53
Match Rating: 4.00
Match Notes: Killer Queen started brilliantly, engaging in a hit and run tactic of dazzling moves that kept the big man off balance.
Twice Queen attempted to lock in his CHECKMATE but on both occasions Massif was just too strong and prevented the hold from sinking in fully.
After the second attempt Massif was able to assert himself and land a series of crunching moves, clearly knocking the wind from the smaller man which left him easy prey for a thunderous VOLCANIC DROP.

Bomb Squad vs. The Henchmen
Comrade Terror defeated Adam Blast with an ATOMIC WARHEAD at 14:55
Match Rating: 5.00
Match Notes: In a bout that could have faded into mid-card obscurity we were instead treated to an epic. All four men played a part in the action, great teamwork and fantastic timing from both teams were the order of the day.
For the first ten minutes or so it was a truly balanced affair and impossible to call, however as the match progressed so did the gradual, creeping dominance of The Henchmen. When the end did come it was with a sense of inevitability, but what a war it was to get there!
All four men were weary, wounded and battered as the crowd sounded their approval, even if the fan favourites had come out second best.

- Singles Bout -
Lord Nexus vs. Invincible Krakan
Invincible Krakan defeated Lord Nexus with a FALLING FACE SLAM at 12:08
Match Rating: 4.50
Match Notes: This was very much a bout of three parts, it began with Krakan asserting himself with a couple of Krakan Skullcrushers. Lord Nexus was able to fight his way back into the bout and owned the middle of the encounter with his famous high flying skills.
But it was Krakan who took control of the final moments of the match-up. He once more hit with a series of shattering Krakan Skullcrushers, that set up Nexus for the FALLING FACE SLAM.
The Titan just had nothing left and couldn't manage the kick out, leaving Krakan to celebrate at length, once more making loud claims on a title shot.

- Cosmic Cage Bout -
Wolf vs. Spike
Spike defeated Wolf with a SUPER DESTROYER at 20:19
Match Rating: 5.00
Match Notes: These two engaged in a war, the cage has always been Wolf's favourite environment yet tonight he found himself against a sheer unstoppable force in the shape of Spike.
With a series of crushing moves, many of them using the cage as a weapon, it wasn't long until Wolf was busted open and bleeding heavily.
As the canvass of the ring stained red in places, so the brutality ramped up. Wolf had his moments and put together some good attacks, but Spike simply was the more determined and simply took the brutality to a new level.
Spike was largely unscathed, battered yes but not bloodied, while his opponent was left in a pool of crimson as he climbed out of the ring and landed on the outside to claim victory. He looked exhausted, but unlike Wolf he was able to walk unaided from the arena.

Gladiators of Aethra vs. Greek Gods
for the Galaxian Tag Team Championship
Massacre defeated Proteus with a DECAPITATOR at 7:42
Match Notes: There had been a real feeling that we'd see a change in title holders here. The Gods looked good going into the bout, but here they were simply and swiftly beaten.
Nothing that either Proteus or Actagon did worked, they were both simply off their game tonight.
The Gladiators were there usual smash mouth selfs, bringing the pain from the first moment. With Spike also winning, this proved to be a very good night for the Aethrans.
At the final bell, as the celebrations began, so the tag champions were joined by Spike, the three of them soaking up the reaction of the crowd. They had to be encouraged to leave the ring so the main event could take place.

Thantos vs. Star Warrior
for the Galaxian Championship
Thantos defeated Star Warrior with a MASTERLOCK at 7:10
Match Rating: 3.75
Match Notes: Thantos retained his belt after a bout that for large segments Star Warrior dominated.
Never before had the sheer deadly nature of the MASTERLOCK been demonstrated so clearly.
With a crushing running clothesline, the champion downed Star Warrior for the first time, then with practiced speed the MASTERLOCK was in place, and it was locked in good. For a near full minute the challenger fought the pain, fought the hold and battled to stay in the bout. Despite having the best of the early going he was forced to tap out to avoid serious injury to that cruel hold.

Good evening fight fans, we are one week out from Helloween, and what a night it was!
With both Thantos and The Gladiators retaining their titles, its all the same at the top in the GWF at the moment.
Following their epic war last night, neither Spike or Wolf are in action tonight. Spike is in good health but taking a night off, while Wolf has suffered a minor concussion and is likely to be out for a few weeks.
Thantos has sworn that since there was no interference in his match with Star Warrior, it must prove he has nothing to do with the mysterious attacks on the popular hero of late. Seems like he's forgotten it was a Titan Death Match and the force shield around the arena made it impossible for any interference!
Seeking to banish memories of that loss Star Warrior is in action tonight and our main event pits Massif against Comrade Terror.
It promises to be another exciting night, keep watching this space as next week we make a major announcement about the future of the GWF!

Pit Viper vs. Vanity
Vanity defeated Pit Viper with a Countout at 2:37
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: Not a good start to the evening.
After a short bout, Pit Viper had the definite advantage, with Vanity out of the ring and laying over a ringside table, Viper went for a daring deathjump from the top of the turnbuckle.
Unfortunately the Titan slipped, causing his leap to send him hurtling head first into the base of that table.
The amount of blood spilled led to the immediate arrival of the EMT's while Vanity beat the count and rolled back into the ring.
Theres no news yet on Pit Vipers condition, as soon as we know more you'll hear it first fans.

Proteus vs. Ghengis Khan
Ghengis Khan defeated Proteus with a Rollup at 18:30
Match Rating: 3.75
Match Notes: Proteus kept up his poor record in singles competition. This was an even bout from the first and either man could have taken the initiative.
However, a lapse of concentration cost the Greek God the bout, he went for a thunderous running assault into the corner, but the wily Khan was able to dodge aside and roll-up Proteus for the three count.
The frustration was evident to see on Proteus' face as he came to terms with the loss. He needs a change of fortune and quick!

Adam Blast vs. Exo-King
Adam Blast defeated Exo-King with a MEGABLAST at 7:37
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: Adam Blast recorded a significant upset victory that had the crowd on their feet cheering wildly. The encounter started well for Exo-King, his great strength giving him a clear advantage. However, when he went for a running clothesline Adam was able to dodge aside, sending the King from the ring. When he climbed back inside Adam was waiting with his MEGABLAST. Though one finisher was not enough to keep the big man down, eventually three MEGABLAST's later and the win was in the books. Truly a great step forward for the young earthman.

Star Warrior vs. Mutant
Star Warrior defeated Mutant with a Countout at 10:14
Match Rating: 4.00
Match Notes: This one sided bout lasted far longer than expected. Star Warrior had it all his own way but the resilient Mutant refused to given in.
When a stunning cross body block connected outside of the ring, Mutant didn't have a chance of meeting the resulting ten count.
With the victorious Star Warrior standing alone in the ring, the lights suddenly went out in the auditorium. When moments later they came back on, a shadowy, cloaked figure stood behind the heroic Warrior, hitting him with a fistful of what looked like fire. Followed swiftly by a devastating dropkick. This left Star Warrior in the corner of the ring, clutching his face and in clear distress as his assailant fled through the crowd.

- Tag Team Bout -
Gladiators of Aethra vs. Neptunian Space-Croppers
Brute defeated Beast-Rider with a Gladiator piledriver at 10:02
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: The Tag Champions were made to work for the win in this non-title bout. Perhaps the fact that there was nothing on the line was the reason behind the lack of urgency from The Gladiators.
From the first moment the Space Croppers seemed to sense that they had a chance and gave everything to cause an upset. However, eventually the champions upped their game and the difference in class showed.
The ring quaking impact of Brutes Gladiator Piledriver left the three count in no doubt once Massacre prevented the pin save.

Massif vs. Comrade Terror
Massif defeated Comrade Terror with a VOLCANIC DROP at 6:49
Match Rating: 3.25
Match Notes: Massif brought the evening to an end with a rather routine win. The bout became a battle of strength and there was only ever going to be one winner!
Terror made the mistake of coming into the encounter with the belief that he could out muscle the bigger man. He was made rather swiftly to understand the error of his ways.
By the time the mighty VOLCANIC DROP hit home Terror had little left in the way of resistance. The show went off air with Omega and Commander Sam joining Massif in the ring, the three valiant heroes promising to bring to justice whoever was behind the attacks on their comrade Star Warrior.

Good evening and welcome to the fortieth weekly show of the GWF. Can you believe we reached this milestone already? We'll soon be at our half century!

Last week I promised you a major announcement on the future of the GWF, as a man of my word, here goes.
I'm delighted to announce the appointment of a new, full time Commissioner of this great federation! The changeover will take effect at the beginning of the new year, until then I'll continue in the role.
The incoming Commissioner Carter will take the GWF forward allowing me to continue in my role as your roving reporter!

Last week we saw a couple of disturbing incidents. First of, I'm sorry to report that Pit Viper will be out for up to a couple of months. Head and neck injuries have him under the care of our top medical team.

Meanwhile, Star Warrior, the victim of a horrific attack involving some form of fire will be out of action for at least two weeks.
I have instigated a thorough investigation into this matter, I want to know who's behind this and what they want. The increased security around the arena is a direct result of these actions.

For now, lets get this show under way.

- Singles Bout -
Adam Blast vs. Vanity
Adam Blast defeated Vanity with a Torpedo Dive at 19:00
Match Rating: 4.75
Match Notes: These two men put in a remarkable performance, going at it intently from the opening bell. The exchange of blows and grappling attacks put on a fantastic show, it was impossible to separate the two men until the very end of the encounter.
It was only in the final minute or so that Adam Blast managed to really swing the battle in his favour, it was as though Vanity had just run out of steam. The pin came on the clearly exhausted opponent as Adam claimed another valuable win. His popularity continuing to rise with each further bout he was involved with.

Pulsar vs. Mutant
Mutant defeated Pulsar with an undetected foreign object at 1:25
Match Rating: 2.00
Match Notes: Mutant stole one here, presumably someone had given him the brass knuckles before the bout, he managed to keep them hidden for over a minute! Then with a sudden, haymaker of a punch it was all over. Pulsar pole-axed by the blow, the three count coming swiftly.
Mutant then seemed to struggle once the final bell had rung, he stood, approached the referee and handed over the knucks before running from the ring like a guilty schoolboy. The strangest, ugliest man in the GWF shows no signs of improving his ring sense on an ongoing basis.

Massif vs. Death Knight
Massif defeated Death Knight with a Countout at 1:46
Match Rating: 1.50
Match Notes: No surprises here as Massif dominated. Death Knight went for an arm wringer from the off. Big mistake! Massif shook him off, the cybernetically enhanced villain landing crumpled in the corner. After another couple of power moves, Massif had his opponent over his head, holding him there in an impressive show of strength. Then in a shocking moment of brutal power he tossed Death Knight from the ring, seeing him land on and crush a ringside table. Quite unsurprisingly he was unable to beat the ten count!

Beast-Rider vs. Exo-King
Exo-King defeated Beast-Rider with a DEATH VISE at 12:28
Match Rating: 4.25
Match Notes: Beast-Rider put in a good shift here, managing to survive far longer than predicted.
It was always seemed that Exo-Kings great strength would make the difference and so it proved as he locked on the deadly DEATH VISE.
While the Neptunian was able to wriggle free the first time, he was instantly caught in the hold again. This time the King had it locked in properly and the submission followed swiftly.

- Tag Team Bout -
Greek Gods vs. The Henchmen
Actagon defeated Comrade Terror with a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP at 13:06
Match Rating: 5.00
Match Notes: This fantastic bout was decided by the skilled Actagon locking in his GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP with great skill and perfect timing.
Both teams were on fine form here, The Henchmen were able to compete throughout and were never overshadowed, these two villains continue to grow as a team.
Perhaps it was the recent loss to the Tag Champions that stung the Greek Gods into action, they were on fire tonight and seemed to be competing on a different, higher level to where they'd been recently.

Lord Nexus vs. Brute
Lord Nexus defeated Brute with a TITAN DROP at 11:00
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: It took five TITAN DROPS to defeat the huge Gladiator, three of those came within the first half of the bout though Brute staged a strong comeback as the bout progressed.
When Lord Nexus hit the fourth TITAN DROP the crowd assumed it was over and gasped as one at the kickout. The reprieve though was temporary as moments later the same move hit again. The pin was heralded by a huge roar from the crowd. The ever popular Titan saluted the crowd from the top of the turnbuckle as the show went off the air.

Hey folks and welcome to the GWF.
Tonight we have a packed card ahead of us, both the Greek Gods are in action in singles competition. The huge main event seems Wolf return from injury to face Comrade Terror.
We are promised an announcement by Thantos tonight, I have no clue what our dominant champion has to say for himself.
Star Warrior seems to be winning his return to fitness and is expected to return to action next week.

More big news regarding the GWF into next year and beyond, the long running Andromeda Wrestling Association is closing its doors as at the end of this month. Let me tell you that we have secured the signing of their top tag-team and the likelihood of more incoming superstars to follow!
The Pictoris Wrestling Alliance has also fallen foul of the recent economic downturn and has been signed by the GWF. Thats right, the whole fed lock, stock and barrel. It remains to be seen how many of the active roster and the brand itself make their way into the GWF. More on this next week as contracts are signed.

Pulsar vs. Ghengis Khan
Ghengis Khan defeated Pulsar with a TWIN THRUST at 9:20
Match Rating: 4.00
Match Notes: This hard fought bout was a real crowd pleaser and a great start to the evening. Simple, back to basics wrestling was the key. Both men showcased their abilities with enthusiastic strikes and grapples.
The TWIN THRUST hit with lightning speed and precision, bringing the contest to a very sudden conclusion.
The enigmatic Ghengis Khan slipped from the ring, victory in hand, with hardly a glance to the crowd. He made his way from the arena silently leaving a disappointed Pulsar to soak up the attentions of the fans.

- Singles Bout -
Actagon vs. Mutant
Actagon defeated Mutant with a GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP at 1:16
Match Rating: 2.00
Match Notes: This was a simple one sided bout that ended almost before it had begun. Actagon locked on his GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP in no time, while Mutant struggled for ages and looked like he may never succumb.
However, eventually he faded and was unable to continue, the referee lifted his arm into the air for the third time and again it slumped back to the canvass.
With the ring of the bell the win was in the bag and the popular Greek God spent some time signing autographs with the fans.

Proteus vs. Spike
Spike defeated Proteus with a SUPER DESTROYER at 4:44
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: Spike survived the OVERHEAD TOSS twice and still managed to finish Proteus with his thunderous SUPER DESTROYER.
This terrible run of results for the God just doesn't show any sign of ending, after he'd regained his senses and made his way back to his feet he popped a couple of beers in the ring, downing the first in record time before enjoying the second in the company of the fans.
It seems that having a good time, drinking beer and admiring the fairer sex mean more to Proteus than his win loss record.
Spike meanwhile celebrated yet another win, his usual cocky style continuing to alienate the fans at every turn.

Invincible Krakan vs. Adam Blast
Adam Blast defeated Invincible Krakan with a Disqualification at 10:53
Match Rating: 4.00
Match Notes: The good run by Adam Blast continued, he started brilliantly, landing three MEGABLASTS in quick succession in the early going. Krakan however was able to recover and launch a strong counter attack.
It seemed that Krakan lost his temper as he proved unable to finish his young opponent despite having the better of a lot of the bout.
When both men tumbled over the top rope and out of the ring, things quickly took an exceedingly violent turn and once Krakan used the timekeepers bell as a weapon it was over. The referee was in no mood to allow such nonsense and promptly awarded the default win to Adam Blast.

- Tag Team Bout -
Gladiators of Aethra vs. Neptunian Space-Croppers
Massacre defeated Beast-Rider with a MASSACRE SLAM at 21:57
Match Rating: 4.50
Match Notes: The Gladiators barely got out of second gear here, once more they seemed to prove that they don't turn on their A-game unless the title is on the line.
The Croppers yet again gave it everything and deserved to come away with more than another loss.
The disappointment was writ large on the faces of Beast-Rider and Renegade, such an effort and nothing to show for it.
Brute and Massacre however were unfazed by the nature of the bout, it was almost as though they deliberately toned down their effort to make it more of a challenge. The mind of a Gladiator is a strange place indeed!

- Singles Bout -
Commander Sam vs. Executioner
Executioner defeated Commander Sam with a HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE at 5:07
Match Rating: 3.75
Match Notes: Executioner ended the bout with a particularly destructive HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE. The close encounter was decided by that one maneouver, it floored Commander Sam and left him stunned, vulnerable to the pin attempt.
The Executioner remains an oddly popular competitor, always giving 100% and battling the odds.
There were hints here that Commander Sam was annoyed with himself, sensing his gradual decline as a wrestler. Its been clear now for a while that he's past his best and perhaps he is finally having to face that difficult fact.


- Backstage. -
The camera follows Doc Strongbow as he makes his way through the backstage corridors, he explains as he walks that he's been promised an interview with Thantos as he mentioned earlier.
Within moments he's knocking on a dressing room door with a large "Champion" star on it.
After a short wait the door opens, Thantos emerges, takes the microphone from Strongbow and punches him aside before growling in a most threatening tone.
"What makes you think I'd have anything to say to you worm, now that you're quitting as Commissioner you're less than nothing. Be gone. You with the camera, get in here!"
Thantos jerks a thumb into the dressing room, the camera shakes and loses focus as its operator is clearly manhandled into the room. Waiting inside are three current members of The Evil Ones. Exo King stands tall and proud, a huge wall of a man dominating the room, behind him lurks Death Knight in the shadows. While sprawled out over a broad sofa rests Killer Queen.
Thantos gestures at the three men as he addresses the camera.
"My team of fine warriors, loyal followers each. Now, let me introduce the latest to join their number. The master of Hellfire, the living nightmare that is Bishop Hell!"
From the far side of the room emerges the Bishop, shrugging aside the shroud he'd been wearing in his recent attacks on Star Warrior, he laughs a most wickedly evil laugh, head thrown back in the moment before he speaks in a slow wavering voice that seemed to have been dredged up from the bowels of hell itself.
"I, Bishop Hell have arrived! Life here in the GWF will never be the same again. The idiotic hero Star Warrior and his clan of cretins will burn in the flames of my making. Its only fitting that a man of my caliber make his debut at the next PPV. I will decide my opponent in good time. Let that puppet of a resigning commissioner try to stand in my way!"
Again he laughed evilly, creating a halo of fire above his head. The chuckling Thantos watching on as he released his new super weapon upon the federation.

Wolf vs. Comrade Terror
Wolf defeated Comrade Terror with a SAVAGE FACE CLAW at 6:44
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: Wolf proved that Thantos won't have everything his own way with this defeat of one of his trusted lieutenants.
As ever between these two, the bout was furiously brutal, the vicious face rakes from Wolf left Terror with bloody scars over his flesh. This seemed to weaken his resolve once the wildman locked in his SAVAGE FACE CLAW, he had it sunk in hard the sharpness of his claws assaulting the scaly flesh of his opponent.
Before long and to the delight of the fans Terror tapped out, unable to withstand the pain.
As the show went off air, Wolf stood astride a turnbuckle, howling his familiar war-cry. A furious challenge to anyone and everyone listening!

Good evening fight fans, we are just days away from Wrestlestorm, and tonight we decide who will be competing for the titles!
Krakan and Spike square off for right to face Thantos for the Galaxian Title, while The Greek Gods and The Henchmen battle for the right to meet The Gladiators at Wrestlestorm.

Meanwhile, looking ahead to the end of this year, we are just weeks away from the debut of Animal Magic, yes you heard that right! The long time Andromeda Wrestling Federation Tag Champions are heading to the GWF. We previewed this announcement last week and I can now also reveal that their current and final champion is on his way here. You know who I mean, and yes, you should be excited!

We've already heard that the despicably evil Bishop Hell makes his debut at Wrestlestorm, but that isn't all. The Space Croppers will face another new tag team The Norse Gods, now they come here to hunt down The Greek Gods but they'll have to wait to face Proteus and Actagon.

Folks, this is an amazing time to be a GWF fan, don't miss a moment of the action whatever you do!

Killer Queen defeated Adam Blast with a CHECKMATE at 2:02

Match Notes: These two shared the action, the brief bout going back and forth with a number of strikes and punches. Then following an irish whip, both men went for a running clothesline which left the pair of them laid out in the centre of the ring. With the referee's count mounting, Killer Queen was the first to his feet and he wasted no time in locking in his CHECKMATE. There was simply no escape for the young earth native and he was swiftly forced to tap.
Not a popular result with the fans as they seem to have rather taken to Adam Blast.

Renegade vs. Mutant
Renegade defeated Mutant with a double knee lift at 1:29
Match Rating: 1.50
Match Notes: Mutant started well, hitting a great forearm smash and then another. This left Renegade staggered and a little hurt.
However, rather than pushing his advantage Mutant tramped into the corner of the ring and laughed crazily to himself before beginning to eat the turnbuckle padding.
When Renegade recovered he took full advantage of his opponents lapse in concentration. The victory followed very quickly, after a recent run of decent form, poor Mutant clearly forgot what he was doing today. Back to the drawing board for Krakan's pet project.

Lord Nexus vs. Death Knight
Lord Nexus defeated Death Knight with a TITAN DROP at 1:31
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: What happens when the fastest man in the federation meets the slowest?
Yeah, you guessed it, a whitewash! Lord Nexus wasted no time in taking a very easy win, he hardly had to break sweat as he notched the victory.
Death Knight wasn't able to make any sort of an impact on the bout at all, he spent the brief match as a punchbag and was completely bamboozled by the much more agile Titan.
A sense of annoyance among the crowd as they seemed to demand a more evenly contested bout next.

Wolf vs. Massacre
Massacre defeated Wolf with a MASSACRE SLAM at 6:00
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: Massacre stole one here as Wolf dominated the encounter, it would seem though that the wildman under estimated his Gladiator opponent.
Wolf went for a daring deathjump which was a little too early in the bout and was also executed rather slowly.
Whatever the reason, Massacre caught him in mid-air and landed a simply huge MASSACRE SLAM.
With the victory in the bag, Brute ran to the ring and joined his tag partner in his celebrations. When Wolf made it back to his feet he snarled at the victor and made a number of threatening gestures, however it was rather futile as it only earned him the pain of a DECAPITATOR from each of The Gladiators in turn.

Star Warrior vs. Vanity
Star Warrior defeated Vanity with a karate chop at 5:18
Match Rating: 2.50
Match Notes: Vanity survived an early NOVA LAUNCH but was clearly staggered by it, what followed was a masterclass in dynamic and attacking wrestling by Star Warrior.
The very one sided bout came to an end with a simple Karate Chop that saw Vanity topple over like a felled tree. The three count came before the flambouyant one had come back to his senses.
Perhaps the only surprise here was how long it took Star Warrior to claim the victory, some would say he had ample opportunity to finish things much earlier.

- Tag Team Bout -
Greek Gods vs. The Henchmen
Executioner defeated Proteus with a HEADSMAN GUILLOTINE at 5:53
Match Rating: 4.25
Match Notes: This bout may have been relatively brief, but it more than made up for that in terms of pure violence!
Twice the fight fell out of the ring where on both occasions all four men got involved. They ended up breaking one of the announcer tables and putting serious dents in a couple of chairs.
None of the competitors could last this kind of pace, the swift finish coming as no surprise.
With bodies strewn about the ring the fans cheered the action wildly though that was tinged with a hint of disappointment at seeing the popular Greek Gods losing out.
Now we know that The Henchmen will get to go up against The Gladiators for the titles at Wrestlestorm.

Invincible Krakan vs. Spike
Spike defeated Invincible Krakan with a SUPER DESTROYER at 2:31
Match Rating: 2.50
Match Notes: The evening of short encounters continued tonight as Spike landed Krakan with his SUPER DESTROYER.
With the win completed, Spike bounded to the turnbuckle and gestured about his waist making a belt shape there before beating his chest aggressively.
Within moments as though answering that challenge, Thantos arrived at the top of the entrance ramp his title belt draped over his shoulder. He wore an expensive suit and looked completely at ease. Lifting a microphone he waited for silence before speaking.
"Congratulations Spike, you've earned yourself a beating at the hands of the most dominant GWF champion of all time. I look forward to dismantling you. But why wait, lets see the colour you bleed right now!"
With that Comrade Terror and Executioner charged to the ring and launched an attack on Spike, as they fought violently the three men were oblivious to Brute and Massacre charging through the crowd to join the melee.
With the tag champions now bringing the beat down to their erstwhile challengers Spike made a recovery and joined his team mates in the rapidly growing brawl.
Thantos himself refused to get involved, leaving it to Krakan to rejoin the ring and level the odds.
When order was finally restored a line of referees separated the two camps, the simmering anger evident for all to see.
Thantos and his Henchmen face The Gladiators for all the gold at the upcoming Wrestlestorm, that is going to be one hell of an event!

We have a seriously packed evening ahead of us, there's not much for me to say other than we get to see the debut of Bishop Hell and The Norse Gods!

Excitement levels are reaching fever pitch with The Gladiators facing Thantos and his Henchmen for all the gold tonight!
Folks this is going to be huge, lets get it on!

- Singles Bout -
Adam Blast vs. Killer Queen
Adam Blast defeated Killer Queen with a Countout at 2:59
Match Rating: 2.00
Match Notes: Killer Queen showed complete over confidence here, he locked on his CHECKMATE three times and was unlucky not to have claimed the win. Somehow Adam managed to avoid tapping, but he still took a beating!
The sheer cocky nature of the dominant Queen caught him out when in sheer desperation Adam grappled the two of them out over the top rope. He followed that with a dynamic cross-body block into the ring surround.
Despite being the better competitor for the whole encounter, Killer Queen simply failed to beat the ten count.
A brief yet hugely popular win for the young american.

Massif vs. Exo-King
Massif defeated Exo-King with a VOLCANIC DROP at 2:17
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: The two big men locked up in the middle of the room and jostled for position. Struggling to take the advantage as they simple pushed and wrestled at one another. With both of them proving immovable, they seemed to both have the same idea at the exact same moment. Both men bounced off the ropes at opposite sides of the ring and then collided in the middle again.
Like two giant redwoods they went down, sprawled out over the canvass. When finally Massif made it to his feet first, he was ready to surprise Exo-King with a very sudden VOLCANIC DROP, that was all it took to earn the three count.
The remarkably dull encounter did nothing to raise the interest of the huge crowd in attendance.

- Tag Team Bout -
Norse Gods vs. Neptunian Space-Croppers
Man-Mountain defeated Renegade with a MOUNTAIN SLIDE at 1:48
Match Rating: 1.75
Match Notes: This was simply one sided! Renegade clearly under estimated the big man, Man Mountain's raw strength was the difference maker. In fact neither Renegade or Lightening got into the action at all.
To be fair, Renegade did try and get involved in order to make the pin save, Lightening though proved far too quick and a swift dropkick stopped the Cropper in his tracks.
With the win recorded The Norse Gods made their way from the ring, sharing a moment with the fans as they snarled and sneered in a manner that spoke of good natured mischief rather than outright villainy*

- Singles Bout -
Wolf vs. Commander Sam
Wolf defeated Commander Sam with a SAVAGE FACE CLAW at 11:43
Match Rating: 4.50
Match Notes: This fantastic encounter pitched the two great brawlers against one another. Neither man seemed entirely happy until the blood flowed and the fans were treated to a 100% war on both sides. Sam had the first major chance to take the win when he went for the pin twice in quick succession. A Peacemaker Slingshot and then his SAM'S ATOMIC DROP giving him those opportunities.
Wolf then returned the favour with a dynamic Wolf Skullcrusher.
However it wasn't until the wildman locked on his SAVAGE FACE CLAW that the bout came to an end. The sheer depth of pain caused by the hold had Sam tapping out.
Despite the intensity of the encounter, there is clearly a grudging respect between these two and a shaking of hands proved that much.

Star Warrior vs. Lord Nexus
Star Warrior defeated Lord Nexus with a NOVA LAUNCH at 6:37
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: These two hugely popular heroes put on a wrestling clinic for the fans. The swift Lord Nexus proving a good counter to Star Warrior.
With a series of high flying moves from both men, it finally came to an end as Star Warrior proved yet again that he is able of raising his game against any type of opponent.
When the bout spilled out of the ring, he was the swiftest to recover and once he'd rolled Nexus back into the ring, he went up for his trademark NOVA LAUNCH. While the Titan had already kicked out of one, he just wasn't going to survive a second!
At the bell, with the win recorded the two men embraced, then Nexus sportingly lifted Star Warriors hand aloft. Truly two of the greats on display here.

- Singles Bout -
Bishop Hell vs. Pulsar
Bishop Hell defeated Pulsar with a Piledriver at 3:00
Match Rating: 3.00
Match Notes: The arena darkened, pitch black for a time before two lines of fire erupted two foot high on either side of the entrance ramp.
It was the only light in the arena as the new, feared villain made his way slowly to the ring, the flickering light of the flames reflected against his boots and cape.
When he reached the ring, so did the fire, surrounding the squared circle in flames that roared toward the ceiling, the crowd breathless to see what would unfold.
Bishop Hell made short work of the young Pulsar in his first bout and with no sign of the HELLFIRE either.
Its uncertain why he chose the young Titan as his first opponent but it was a one sided affair.
In the end a series of solid moves ended the bout.
A perfectly timed Deathjump led into a textbook backbreaker and in turn the devastating piledriver.
A great start for the villain, who left amid another sea of pyrotechnics and a chorus of resounding boos from the disapproving crowd.

Gladiators of Aethra vs. The Henchmen
for the Galaxian Tag Team Championship
Massacre defeated Comrade Terror with a Disqualification at 6:49
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: This encounter turned on the knocking out of a referee after just a couple of minutes, he managed to get in the way of a Deathjump by Executioner. Both Brute and the referee were caught by the move.
From that point on the bout involved all four men in the ring, with no referee present it dissolved into a frantic scrappy affair.
Eventually a replacement ref made it down to the ring, just in time to witness Comrade Terror swinging a chair at Massacre.
The disqualification was perhaps unwarranted given the fact that all four men had broken the rules relentlessly.
The Gladiators hold on to their titles and celebrated in a typically raucous manner.

Thantos vs. Spike
Thantos defeated Spike with a Running clothesline at 11:27
Match Rating: 5.00
Match Notes: Thantos was made to work for his win, having to kick out of a pinning position four times! He even survived the SUPER DESTROYER.
Often Thantos will wear his opponent down before using his MASTERLOCK to claim the win, however on this occasion he stole the win as soon as possible.
Spike had already kicked out twice, early in the bout. On this third attempt, Thantos clearly used the ropes with his legs to add leverage, preventing Spike from escaping.
The referee didn't see a thing, the wily champion ensured that he only cheated when unobserved.
Thantos seemed in no mood to waste time celebrating at the end, he simply slipped from the ring and strode to the backstage area.
As the spectacular PPV went off air, Brute and Massacre joined Spike in the ring. They held aloft his arms and made it clear that they believed he should have beaten Thantos tonight.

Good evening fans, we are one week from Wrestlestorm and the dust is beginning to settle. The title holders remain unchanged in what is proving to be a dominant period for both the Galaxian and Tag Team Titles.
We've seen the debut of The Norse Gods and the notorious Bishop Hell, they will all be in action again tonight.
Speaking of newcomers, I mentioned last week that we've signed the Animal Magic tag team, well they'll be competing in their debut next week. This is such an exciting time to be a GWF fan, we are so glad you're here to join us on this ride.
Finally, we've been promised an interview with Thantos tonight, I have no further details as yet and you'll know more as soon as I do.
For now, lets hit the ring.

- Singles Bout -
Pulsar vs. Mutant
Pulsar defeated Mutant with a WHIRLWIND at 9:17
Match Rating: 4.00
Match Notes: Mutant came ready to fight, he put in a great effort and it was only that Pulsar refused to be beaten that denied him a win.
The young Titan hit his WHIRLWIND three times in the course of the bout, including the final moments of the encounter.
The bout remained competitive and hard fought throughout, Mutant seemed to feed on the pain that came with the several Boston Crab's he found himself in.
Soon enough it became obvious that Pulsar wasn't going to win by submission, and while avoiding Mutants limited yet effective attacks he was able to put together a string of moves that led him to victory.

- Singles Bout -
Renegade vs. Ghengis Khan
Renegade defeated Ghengis Khan with a Deathjump at 6:44
Match Rating: 3.00
Match Notes: Ghengis Khan had the better of the bout as it wore on, he started to put a serious beat down on Renegade, his speed and martial arts skills gave him an edge that should have led him to victory.
However, with Renegade down and hurt, he went for a dynamic deathjump that simply didn't hit home.
Renegade managed to roll aside and drape an arm over Khan's prone form. The three count followed before the villain could gather his senses.
Truly then Renegade stole the win, a fact which perhaps explained his over the top celebrations.

- Tag Team Bout -
Bomb Squad vs. Norse Gods
Adam Blast defeated Man-Mountain with a MEGABLAST at 1:52
Match Rating: 1.50
Match Notes: So the Norse Gods may have started well at Wrestlestorm but they were simply terrible today.
Man Mountain showed that if he's taken off his feet then he really is vulnerable.
Adam's MEGABLAST was sufficient to put the big man on his back, he lacked the agility, speed or desire to rouse himself.
An easy win for the American pairing, they received a rapturous reception from the crowd once they'd taken the three count. Despite the brief nature of the match-up they remain among the more popular contenders in the GWF.

Omega vs. Killer Queen
Killer Queen defeated Omega with a CHECKMATE at 0:22
Match Rating: 0.50
Match Notes: Oh dear!
The legendary Omega suffered a humiliating defeat here, he missed with a turnbuckle charge and as he fell backwards found himself swiftly turned into the CHECKMATE.
Killer Queen had his opponent right where he wanted him, facing the centre of the ring and nowhere to go. With no option other than to submit, Omega tapped.
The crowd voiced their annoyance at such a brief bout and an unpopular win. That hardly seemed to concern Killer Queen who paraded about the ring as he celebrated.

- Singles Bout -
Pit Viper vs. Bishop Hell
Bishop Hell defeated Pit Viper with a Backbreaker at 5:00
Match Rating: 3.50
Match Notes: Once more Bishop Hell took the win without resorting to his HELLFIRE. There remains an aura of fear and anticipation about seeing what is clearly a very dangerous finisher. The Bishop however refuses to admit to having such a weapon in his arsenal, claiming instead that he can dominate his bouts with his pure wrestling ability alone.
Pit Viper did all he could to combat the Bishop, but toward the end he found himself tortured by several backbreakers in a row. These left him without the strength to kick out of the pin.
Bishop Hell lived up to his reputation as one of the more despicable villains in the GWF when while leaving the arena he threatened a number of fans and showed no remorse whatsoever for his behaviour.

- Tag Team Bout -
Greek Gods vs. The Henchmen
Proteus defeated Comrade Terror with an OVERHEAD TOSS at 3:40
Match Rating: 2.75
Match Notes: The Greek Gods really needed a win here, after a period of poor form it was vital that they stepped up their game.
Luckily for them that Proteus came to the ring with a fire in his belly, he more than any other of the four men had a sheer competitive edge and a will to win.
While all the competitors had their chance to shine in the ring, it was Proteus that made the difference. Though both of The Henchmen survived his OVERHEAD TOSS it was Comrade Terror who found himself victim of it yet again as the victory went to the Gods.
With that win recorded, the two popular heroes embraced and saluted the fans before making it clear that they believed they owed it to everyone that supported them to have another serious crack at the Gladiators Tag Titles.

Wolf vs. Exo-King
Exo-King defeated Wolf with a DEATH VISE at 10:43
Match Rating: 4.50
Match Notes: This was a great, high octane bout from the first. Wolf attacked right from the opening bell and threw everything at the bigger man. No matter what he did, how furiously he fought, he just couldn't take Exo-King off his feet.
With frustration and exhaustion starting to tell on Wolf, he began to find himself on the receiving end of a beating. When the DEATH VISE locked in there was no way out, trapped in the middle of the ring Wolf started to fade in that painful, unrelenting grip. The submission finally came and the King dropped his opponent like a bundle of rags before he stepped from the ring with the job done. He wasted no time on celebrations and was all business.

Star Warrior vs. Spike
Star Warrior defeated Spike with a NOVA LAUNCH at 0:47
Match Rating: 1.00
Match Notes: Was this a hangover from his failed title shot? Whatever the reason, Spike was easily beaten here.
The two men circled for a few moments, before Spike went for an ambitious dropkick, Star Warrior had it well scouted and retaliated with a Running Star Blast. Then it was time for the NOVA LAUNCH.
That was that, simple as.
Not a good night for Spike and something of a let down in terms of a main event.
With the win recorded and the show going off air, both Brute and Massacre joined a despondent Spike in the ring. They took it in turns to chop each others chests and sought to awaken the warrior spirit within. Will it work, where does Spike go from here?
