NEW CHAMPIONS CROWNED AT SIRIUS SILVER SPIRE The Galaxian Women's Wrestling Federation held its most recent independent card at the Sirius Silver Spire on October 24, 2114. The double main event showcased the finals of the two ongoing title tournaments, with Carrie Storm facing Phantasy for the vacant Intercosmos Championship and The Hellions and Synergy battling for the vacant tag team belts. Complete results of the card were as follows: As the evening was about to begin, an unexpected visitor marched to the ring and took a microphone: GWF legend and Aethran Minister of War Spike, who was followed by Thrash. Thrash kept her head bowed and her eyes down in apparent submission and humiliation, but many observers stated that they believed they saw a slight smile on her face. "Aethrans do not lose," Spoke began. "And Thrash has lost a lot this year. Her performance has been unacceptable. She has embarrassed our planet and our culture. However, we do recognize that in the past she has brought us pride. Therefore, the High Command has made a decision. "Very few women in the history of Aethra have undergone a cleansing. Most women could not endure it. However, we have decided that a cleansing is the only way to return Thrash to her former self. Therefore, I am taking Thrash back to Aethra immediately so that she can undergo our most powerful ritual. If she survives, she will return next year to dominate this federation." At this point, Thrash raised her head and let out an animal-like howl, though whether it was a cry of agony or of triumph, no one could say. She quickly returned to her previously submissive posture and followed Spike out of the ring and the arena. S & S Domination (Sabre and Solstice) defeated Eye Candy (Maxine Babe and Tech Candy)Eye Candy put up a good fight, but eventually Maxine fell to Solstice's "Annihilation." Desyre defeated Rachael Killian by disqualificationDesyre pulled off a huge upset against the blue-skinned powerhouse in this match, but it was no fluke, as the beauty queen was in control for most of the fight before her opponent was DQd on the arena floor. Primus Invasion (Jakllyn and Krypta) defeated the EnchantressesThis contest was another tough match until Jakllyn put down Cassandra with a "Clawful." Titan Hardcore Match: Shiawatha defeated LoreleiLorelei has challenged newcomers to the GWWF numerous times over the past several months and had in most cases been soundly defeated, but on this night she put in a tremendous effort in an outstanding twenty minute hardcore match against the powerhouse Shiawatha before the big rookie scored the win with a "Grizzly Death." Supernova defeated XeniaSupernova picked up a solid win with a "Cetus Slam." Arcana defeated Leather and LaceIn a good back-and-forth match, Sniper got the victory for her team by pinning Leather with a "Target Practice." Non-Title Match: Shann-Ra defeated GWWF Champion Amazonia by disqualificationIn Shann-Ra's first ever battle with the legendary Amazonia, the champion controlled most of the match before being disqualified for use of her "Warrior's Shield" finisher. Intercosmos Title Tournament Final: Carrie Storm against PhantasyThe two tournament finalists put on a terrific show. Phantasy controlled the first seven minutes of the match and had Storm in clear trouble but could not finish her off. Storm battled back and, at the eleven minute mark, landed two consecutive "Heart Rates" to claim the Intercosmos Title for the second time. Tag Team Tournament Final: The Hellions vs. SynergyThe twin sisters had control in the early going and blasted Hunger several times with their finishers. but the Brymstone team came back and Hunger took down Storm Child with an "Abdominal Hunger" to give her team the tag team belts for the sixth time. After the card, Storm Child commented on the loss. "All it takes against them is one bad move and Hunger can get her illegal finisher on you," she said. "But we're not done. A few months ago no one would have thought we could make the finals of this tournament. We came up one step short, but we'll take that step and win the belts next time we get the chance." Note: Leather and Lace are my own bootlegs. Blood Rose, Viper Vixson, and Rose Caldarian are creations of Kevin Knipe's Krazy Kards. Tech Candy and Carrie Storm are creations of Kevin Wible. Solstice is from the GWFZ Territories set. Krypta, Jakyllyn, Desyre, and Shiawatha were all featured in the Lost-Found Stars series in the GWF Online Promoter. I am using the cards for Synergy (Storm Child and Vision) from the Alpha Nova 2125 Bootleg Set by Jack D./Louden Noxious.

BIG YEAR-END ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR GWWF The Galaxian Women's Wrestling Federation held its most recent independent card at the Vega Palladium on November 19, 2114. GWWF Commissioner Sandrisa Tralington opened the card by appearing in the ring with a microphone, flanked by Supernova and Ms. Liberty. "Welcome, everyone," the commissioner began. "I've been giving some thought to our next card on December 13 at the Precipice Pavilion of Mercury, which will be our final event of the year. We have had a great year in many ways, but I am bothered by the number of disqualifications we have seen rather than clean decisions. I don't want our final card to be marred in the same way. Therefore, I have decided that at the Precipice Pavilion in December, we will have no standard matches. Every contest on the card will either be a title match or a special match of some sort. I will welcome matches between wrestlers who feel they have issues to settle. We're going to have some fun and see if we can't get some clear-cur winners. "Now I want to turn the microphone over to Supernova and Ms. Liberty, who have announcements of their own." Supernova took the microphone first. "Ive been at this for a long time now," she began. "Wrestling is in my blood, and I've had a wonderful time here in the GWWF and fighting on GWF and USWF cards. But I need some time for myself. So, for the moment, I want to announce that I will be leaving the GWWF after the final card of this year in December. I think I'm going to go to head to Dimension X to visit my brother, Alpha Force. I can't say for sure when or if I'll be back. But I want to thank everyone for all of your support over the years, and I will be looking for an opponent to give me one last great match at the Precipice Pavilion." Ms. Liberty spoke next. "I too will be leaving after the final card," she stated. "But for me, this is retirement. I've been here even longer than Supernova, and even though I've wrestled less this year and focused on managing, I'm just tired. I have a child back on Earth that needs me. So for me, this is goodbye. I want to thank everyone for everything over so many years. But I too want one more match at the Precipice Pavilion in December, and I know who I want to fight. Nora Pelf, your team may be suspended for the rest of the year, but you're not, so get your tail back here so I can slap you around one more time." Commissioner Tralington then took the microphone again. "I also want to remind everyone that we will hold our annual year-end awards banquet on December 12, the night before the final card, on Mercury," she said. "We look forward to seeing everyone there." Complete results of the November 19 card were as follows: Primus Invasion defeated the EnchantressesThe newcomers from Primus picked up an impressive win as Krypta pinned Cassandra with a leg lariat. Supernova defeated Desyre by disqualificationSupernova dominated the match against the beautiful rookie, and eventually Desyre became frustrated and slammed her opponent with a chair outside the ring to cause the disqualification. Rachael Killian defeated LoreleiLorelei put in one of her finest performances of the year against the blue-skinned powerhouse, controlling much of the action and nearly pinning her opponent multiple times over the course of a great fifteen-minute match. However, in the end Lorelei missed a suicide dive and Killian followed up with a "Cold Justice" for the win. Eye Candy (Tech Candy and Maxine Babe) defeated Leather and LaceThe beauty queens, who had started the year strong and then slumped, broke an eight match losing streak and upset the multiple-time champions when Leather missed a turnbuckle splash and Tech Candy followed with a "Showstopper" to pin her for the victory. Cosmic Cage Match: Shiawatha defeated XeniaXenia started strong, but in the end she was no match for the powerful rookie Shiawatha, who got the win with a "Grizzly Death." Between matches, Lorelei was told by an interviewer that many observers had complimented her performance in the loss to Rachel Killian. "Yeah?" Lorelei snarled. "Big deal. I'm not here to impress people. I'm here to win. This year has been a disaster. I'm sick of losing, and something has to change soon." Intercosmos Title Match: Carrie Storm (champion) vs. Shann-RaStorm recorded her first successful defense of her newly-won Intercosmos Belt, stopping Shann-Ra with a "Heart Rate" in just four minutes. Synergy defeated S & S Dominaton (Sabre and Solstice)This contest went back and forth several times before Storm Child caught Sabre with a "Cosmic Tarantula" for the victory. Non-Title Tag Team Match: GWWF Tag Team Champions The Hellions vs. ArcanaThis contest was a terrific sixteen minute battle, with all four wrestlers being battered and beaten. When it was over, Sniper and Taechon had continued their impressive recent run of success as Sniper caught Hunger with a "Target Practice" for the pin. After the card, Commissioner Tralington announced that Arcana would receive another match against the Hellion, this time with the titles on the line, at the final card of 2114. Non-Title Match: GWWF Champion Amazonia vs. PhantasyThis wild match went all over the ringside area for eight minutes, with both wrestlers drawing blood and taking punishment. In the end, Phantasy was able to catch the champion in her "Sweet Suicide" finisher to score the upset win. Commissioner Tralington immediately announced that Amazonia and Phantasy would fight again, this time for the title, at the Precipice Pavilion card. Note: Leather and Lace are my own bootlegs.

Glad to see it back in action. Thanks, Troy. I have never been completely out of action since I came back last fall, but I do get more time to play and post updates at some times than others.

TOP STARS HONORED AT GWWF YEAR-END BANQUET The GWWF held its annual year-end achievement awards banquet on December 12, 2114. Commissioner Sandrisa Tralington acted as conductor of the event. All GWWF personnel were present for the banquet, as were current and former GWF and USWF stars Wolf, Omega, Lord Nexus, Bishop Hell, Johnny Rocket, the Troubleshooters, Mace, Twin Blood, and others. In addition, GWF Commissioner Morpheus and USWF Commissioner Grogan were in attendance. Amazonia was honored as the GWWF's top wrestler for the third straight year and for the sixth time in twelve years. As of the banquet, she had held the GWWF Championship for over fifteen months, since October of 2113, and had defended it successfully thirteen times. Runner-up for wrestler of the year was Carrie Storm, who won the Queen's Challenge singles tournament in July, began the year as Intercosmos Champion, and regained the Intercosmos Belt in October. The tag team division of the GWWF was chaotic in 2114, with no team defending the belts successfully more than twice. However, the Hellions began the year as champions and won the belts two more times during 2114 and thus were named tag team of the year. Runners-up were Burning Venom, the team of Viper Vixson and Rose Caldarian, who won the Queen's Challenge Tag Team Tournament and then claimed the tag team belts before being suspended for the last third of the year and forced to relinquish their titles. "This time of year is both sad and exciting," Commissioner Tralington said after presenting the awards. "It is sad because we know that after tomorrow's final card, Supernova and Ms. Liberty will both be leaving the federation. We all know that Ms. Liberty challenged Nora Pelf for her final match, which will be a Falls Count Anywhere Match. I can now announce that, for her last opponent, Supernova has challenged one of her oldest rivals, Anaxis. They will meet in a Nightmare Matrix match. "But although we hate to lose Supernova and Ms. Liberty, we also have positive news. I can also announce that Velar, Viper Vixson, and Rose Caldarian will all be reinstated from their suspension in January. I hope they have learned their lesson. I am also pleased to say that Blood Rose is expected to return from her injury some time in January. And, finally, I have been notified that Thrash will be returning from Aethra to rejoin the federation. She claims she will be better than ever, and that alone is a reason for excitement. "So we have a lot to look forward to next year, but first we have an exciting card tomorrow night," the commissioner finished. "We look forward to seeing everyone there." TITLE CHANGES ON GWWF'S YEAR-ENDING CARD The GWWF held its final independent event of 2114 at the Precipice Pavilion of Mercury on December 13. As previously announced by Commissioner Tralington, all matches were scheduled as title matches or special matches. Complete results were as follows: Turnbuckle Shock Match: Maxine Babe defeated DesyreIn a battle of beauty queens, Maxine had little trouble putting away Desyre with a "Dude's Choice." Cosmic Cage Match: Lorelei defeated XeniaThe stronger Xenia was unable to match the speed of Lorelei, who pinned her with a "Maternal Rage" in under five minutes. "That's more like it," said Lorelei after the match. "But Xenia is a loser anyway. This year has been terrible. I'm going to make some changes next year, and I'm going to show everyone just how big a star I can be." Titan Hardcore Tag Team Match: S & S Domination (Sabre and Solstice) defeated Primus Invasion (Jakllyn and Krypta)The rookie team from Primus went down quickly as Sabre blasted Jakllyn with a "Sensitivity Training." Lepus Stun Rod Match: Cassandra defeated Tech Candy Cassandra had spent most of 2114 in tag team action with Anaxis, but on this night she looked as strong as ever in singles competition as she stopped Tech Candy with a " "Whips and Chains." Falls Count Anywhere Match: Ms. Liberty defeated Nora PelfThis match was an even fight until Ms. Liberty took control on the arena floor and then blasted Pelf with a ""Liberator" in the ring. Leather and Lace defeated Synergy with Massif as the special refereeMassif managed to keep most of the action in the ring, which slowed down the high-flying sisters from Psyoniss, and as a result the twins from Pleiades claimed the win as Vision went down to a "Both Sides." Intercosmos championship Match: Shann-Ra defeated champion Carrie StormThis match was one of the best of the night, as the two wrestlers battled for fifteen minutes and both escaped multiple near falls before Shann-Ra finally pinned Storm after a missed deathjump to claim her first title in the GWWF. Circinus Cell Match Match: Rachael Killian defeated ShiawathaThis contest was a brutal brawl between the two strongest wrestlers in the federation. Both were bloodied by the time it was over, and both took terrible beatings throughout the seventeen minute contest before the blue-skinned powerhouse connected with "Cold Justice" for the victory. Nightmare Matrix Match: Supernova defeated AnaxisIn a wild match that saw both wrestlers frustrated several times by the illusions of the matrix, Supernova finally scored with a "Speed of Light" for the win. After the bell, the two long-time rivals embraced in the ring. "It's been a great ride," Supernova said after the match. "I thank Anaxis for one more great fight tonight. I appreciate everyone's support, and I hope to see you all again one day. But, for now at least, this is the end for me." GWWF Tag Team Championship: Arcana defeated the Champons the HellionsIn a stunning upset, Sniper connected with four straight "Target Practice" kicks on Hunger at the three minute mark and finally pinned her to give both Sniper and Taechon their first GWWF championship belts. GWWF Championship: Amazonia defeated PhantasyPhantasy showed great resilience by enduring seven minutes of a beating from the champion before Amazonia landed the "Warrior's Shield" for the win to end the one-sided match. After the final bell, as Amazonia celebrated her victory in the ring, a figure appeared at the top of the entrance ramp. Commissioner Tralington had announced that Thrash would return in 2115, but Amazonia's greatest rival apparently could not wait that long: The Aethran stood silently outside the ring, pointing at Amazonia and her belt and warning all of the federation that she was ready to return. Note: Leather and Lace are my own bootlegs. Blood Rose, Viper Vixson, and Rose Caldarian are creations of Kevin Knipe's Krazy Kards. Tech Candy and Carrie Storm are creations of Kevin Wible. Solstice is from the GWFZ Territories set. Krypta, Jakllyn, Desyre, and Shiawatha were all featured in the Lost-Found Stars series in the GWF Online Promoter. I am using the cards for Synergy (Storm Child and Vision) from the Alpha Nova 2125 Bootleg Set by Jack D./Louden Noxious.

ALLIANCES FORMING IN GWWF The 2115 year kicked off for the Galaxian Women's Wrestling Federation when GWWF Commissioner Sandrisa Tralington held her traditional year-opening press conference in the Deimos Media Center on January 19, the day between the GWF’s Galaxy Cup Tournaments. Several GWWF stars were gathered on stage with her. “Welcome back, everyone, for another great year of action,” the commissioner said. “As we have in the past, the GWWF will continue to present matches on various GWF and USWF cards, but we will also continue to promote our own independent cards. However, some things are changing for us. In our beginnings, the GWWF was something like the original GWF: a group of singles wrestlers and tag teams who all worked independently. But, slowly, alliances have begun to form within our federation. Last year we had three formal teams of more than two wrestlers: The Defenders, Pelf's Powerhouse, and Velar's Vixens. This year, even though the Defenders disbanded with the retirements of Supernova and Ms. Liberty, we are up to six formal teams. I will let the leaders of the teams introduce their members. We will start with Velar's Vixens, who are now reinstated after missing the second half of 2114 due to a suspension. I hope they will be able to keep themselves under control this year." The various team spokeswomen then made the following comments and announcements: Velar, Team Leader, Velar’s Vixens: “Control is for cowards, commissioner. We understand your warnings, but we are who we are. Rose Caldarian, Viper Vixson, and I are back. We will still be advised by Rose's grandfather, Bishop Hell, but this is my team, and we're going to dominate this federation, starting, as always, with Nora Pelf and her band of losers." Nora Pelf, Manager, Pelf’s Powerhouse: “Not likely. Blood Rose is back as well, recovered from the injuries you gave her. Last year we dumped Romy Rahvin and brought in a real partner for Sabre, the powerful Solstice. Now Blood Rose, Sabre, and Solstice are coming to get revenge for what you did last year." "Let's not start already," the commissioner broke in sharply. "Enough threats. You'll get the chance to settle your issues in the ring. Phantasy, please go next." Phantasy, Team Leader, Female Perfection: "Well, since forming teams seems to be the new movement, I put together some backup for myself. I will remain in singles action. For a tag team, I have recruited Desyre and an old friend you will all remember. You last saw her in the ring in 2110, and she was calling herself 'Biker Chick' at that time, but she has now returned to the name she used when she came to the GWF: Darla. She and Desyre will be known as 'Simply Perfect.'" Lorelei, Manager and Team Leader, Brains and Beauty: "A bunch of tramps, and you're overrating your attractiveness too. I have the real beauties of this federation: Tech Candy and Maxine Babe, the team of Eye Candy. They made great strides last year as a team, and with my brains leading them we are going to take over, beginning with Phantasy and her lowlife wenches." Sniper, team spokesperson, Divergence: "Taechon and I are now the tag team champions, but with so many teams forming, we too felt we needed someone to watch our backs. We could not have found anyone better than our new partner, the strongest woman in this federation, Shiawatha. With my history with my demented father Krakan, with Shaiwatha's size, and with Taechon just being Taechon, we all diverge a bit from what you might see as normal, but we are together and ready to go this year." Cassandra, Manager and Team Leader, Cassandra's Army: "You're all used to Cassandra's Army in the USWF. Well, we are expanding into the GWWF. Anaxis and I will remain together as the Enchantresses. But we also wanted some muscle, and Xenia needs some direction after her poor year last year, so Xenia has agreed to join our team." "Very good," the commissioner said. "We also have a number of independent tag teams and wrestlers. Does anyone else want to make a statement?" "Yes," snarled Hunger. "The tag belts belong to the Hellions. Sniper, you and your freak friend are going to need a lot more help than that big misfit to hang on to them." "Synergy is coming for those belts too," broke in Storm Child. "Every tag team in this federation had better be prepared." "Alright," Commissioner Tralington said. "We will also have two other regular tag teams, Leather and Lace and the team from Centra, Primus Invasion, composed of Jakylln and Krypta. Do any singles wrestlers want to say anything?" "I'm back and better than ever," Thrash responded loudly. "After my cleansing, I'm ready to come after the GWWF championship." "Thrash, just because you finally took a shower, that doesn't mean you're any better in the ring," GWWF Champion Amazonia smiled. "But I'm ready when you are. If you think you can take this belt from me, come after it." "Get in line, Thrash," Rachael Killian interrupted. "I'm the real powerhouse of this federation, and I deserve to be wearing gold." "Then earn it," answered Carrie Storm. "You talk a lot, but I've dominated you in the ring, Killian." "Just don't forget who the Intercosmos Champion is," said Shann-Ra. "I'm proud to have won this belt last December, and I'll defend it against any of you." "Belts are nice to have," Romy Rahvin noted, "but I have other priorities. First, I want revenge on Pelf's Powerhouse, and even if I have to go after them all on my own, I will get that revenge." “Okay, I think that's just about everyone," The commissioner finished. "Our first independent card will be on January 29 at the Ishtar Terrace of Venus. We hope to see everyone there.” Note: Leather and Lace are my own bootlegs. Blood Rose, Romy Rahvin, Rachael Killian, Viper Vixson, and Rose Caldarian are creations of Kevin Knipe's Krazy Kards.
