WHAT A CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Upsets galore and even a TITLE change. Loved the appearance by more of the Lycan confederacy-especially Rak-he is my favorite character! also saw the appearnce of a Regal looking Elf woman-does this mean thet Blackoak's leader will be showing up soon?! A terrific card. I only have one piece of advice for Jake-don't turn your back on the baron-or he will strike!

UNEXPECTED ALLIANCE AT COLUMBA PARTHENON The first Deep Space Championship wrestling card following the "Chaos on Corona" supercard was held at the Columba Parthenon on July 4, 2113 and featured the formation of an alliance no wrestling observer had predicted. The evening began with recently dethroned former DSCW Heavyweight Champion Baron Michael Strauss in the ring with his manager, Mesmer.
“The Baron’s title was stolen from him on Corona,” Mesmer declared as an angry Strauss hovered behind him. “He was forced to face an opponent who had only fought two singles matches in the federation, so we had no way to prepare. Then he was forced into a best of three falls match. It was a robbery, and we want the belt back. I want Phantast out here now to tell us when the Baron gets his rematch against the pretender champion Jake Storm.”
However, Mesmer’s demand was answered not by Phantast, but rather by the military anthem of Atlantis. Out of the backstage area strode the towering leader of the Atlantis Elves, Daeron Blackoak. As Blackoak marched to the ring, he was accompanied by the elven woman who had made her appearance at the Corona supercard. When the duo reached the ring, the woman took a microphone.
“You have had your chance, Strauss,” the woman stated, speaking with a heavy accent. “It is Blackoak’s time. He will be the challenger for Storm, and he will crush the weak human champion like he has crushed all others.”
“Hold on,” Mesmer stammered, his face flushed at the unexpected interruption. “May I ask who you might be?”
The woman glared at the sorcerer with complete disdain. “I am Za’ara Koravel,” she snapped. “I am the queen of the Atlantis Elves. I am here to support and guide my loyal warriors to the championships they deserve, beginning with the dominant Daeron Blackoak.”
Mesmer swallowed deeply, and even Strauss seemed taken aback by the confident, arrogant woman and her hulking follower. Finally Mesmer spoke again. “Okay, there’s no reason for a fight between us. We have common enemies. We should definitely be on the same side. What would you say to an alliance: Strauss and Blackoak team up to take out Storm and anyone else who stands in our way. Once the path is cleared, then we’ll settle the championship issue between us.”
Za'ara Koravel pondered the offer for a moment, then whispered something to Blackoak. When the huge elf nodded, the woman said, “We will accept for now. First we destroy Storm. Then we will deal with all other issues. But be warned, Mesmer: if you and Strauss betray us, you will never stop regretting it.”
At this point, Commissioner Phantast emerged from the backstage area. “Well, what a nice little arrangement,” Phantast noted. “Let’s try it out and see if you two can work together. Our main event tonight will be Strauss and Blackoak against the new DSCW Heavyweight Champion, Heartthrob Jake Storm, and his teammate Ciber Naught. I think this could all be very interesting.”
M & M defeated Bounty for Hire (Tarloc and Vascor) Time: 9:11 In this outstanding opening match on the card, Tarloc and his semi-retired manager Vascor put up a surprisingly good fight before Brock Mason finally pinned a battered Tarloc with a deathjump.
Big Bubba Butcher defeated Behemyth by DQ Time: 4:26 The massive Behemyth had complete control of the match from the opening bell but was disqualified when he lost his focus and power slammed Bubba through a table at ringside.
The Lycan Alliance defeated Primal Fear Time: 2:57 Panterror and Lhynkyra were dominant in their debut match as they manhandled Primal Fear until Panterror finished Cutthroat with a “Night Terror.”
Rak’ashan defeated Manta Time: 0:43 The leader of the Lycan team wasted no time in his debut match as he destroyed Manta with a “Savage Assault.”
Elven Glory defeated Vicious and Delicious Time: 5:24 The elves controlled most of the match until Eddie Dio went down to an “Elven Cutter,” giving the team from Atlantis revenge for a loss they had suffered at the hands of Dio and Vain earlier in the year.
The Matador of M83 defeated Drake the Black Tiger Time: 3:04 The Matador claimed the win with a “Bullwhip.”
Black Opps defeated Adrenalynne Time: 4:27 This contest was a good match that shifted back and forth several times before Michael Collins fell to the “Neutralized” finisher.
Ka’shii defeated Bloodstorm Time: 6:29 The werecat and the vampire staged an excellent battle for over six minutes of exciting action until Ka’shii scored with a “Chill Factor” for the win.
After the bell, Drake the Black Tiger emerged from the backstage area with a microphone in his hand and Primal Fear behind him. “Alright, you stinking animal,” he sneered at Ka'shii. “You caught us off guard at the supercard. But you’re not the only one who can recruit reinforcements. Let’s go for this again.”
Drake and his partners began to march toward the ring, but the other three members of the Lycan Alliance quickly ran out to defend Ka’shii. However, as the two teams began to square off, the odds were evened when the towering Behemyth joined the fray and attacked Rak’ashan. Security forces took nearly eight minutes to separate the combatants and end the brawl.
Non-title Tag Team Match Native Uprising defeated Oriental Odyssey (Sho Jun-Roh and Ryuujin) Time: 5:48 Another terrific matchup between these two popular teams ended when Black Hawk caught Sho Jyn-Roh in the “Hawkwing” to earn the victory for the tag team champions.
Jake Storm and Ciber Naught defeated Baron Strauss and Daeron Blackoak by countout Time: 2:23 Blackoak and Ciber Naught began the match for their teams. The Atlantis Elf took an early advantage, but Ciber Naught managed to tag in Storm. Blackoak again gained control and blasted the DSCW Champion with a devastating "Atlantean Pride." Blackoak then tagged in Strauss, but as the Baron entered the ring, the huge Elf clotheslined him in the back of the head and then executed a choke slam on his own partner, leaving both Strauss and Storm prone on the mat.
Blackoak dropped down to the arena floor and stood watching from the entrance ramp. Storm recovered first but could not score the pin. When Strauss regained his senses, he leapt out of the ring and attacked Blackoak on the arena floor. The two would-be partners brawled all the way into the locker room area before they were separated. Storm had only to stand in the ring alone to earn the countout win for his team.
"I said I thought it would be interesting," Commissioner Phantast smiled after the card. "I knew there was no way those two huge egos could work together. I think we'll all enjoy seeing how this plays out. As for Behemyth joining forces with Drake, that's another matter. Fortunately no one was injured in their brawl tonight, but we're going to have to find a way to settle things between those two teams before someone is seriously hurt. All-in-all, though, it does make for great entertainment, doesn't it?"

Either way it's cool that Matador of M83 took on Drake and it's good to see Jake Storm and Ciber Naught winning, some more great action...

ALL I can say is WOW! Great Intrigue seeing Blackoak betraying Strauss. Good solid wins for Team Lycan but seeign Behemyth join with Drake and Primal fear was a surprise. Nice Debutys for boh Rak'asahn and Za'ara Koravel-managing the elves. It showed with Elven Glory picking up a win. Their Queen inspired them! . All in all a terrific event and I can't wait to see more! BTW: what is Behemyth's DQ record so far?!

DSCW ANNOUNCES COSMIC CONQUEROR TOURNAMENTS The Deep Space Championship Wrestling card on July 19, 2113 at the Queen of the Stars Palace featured both an unexpected tag team title showdown and a major announcement. DSCW Commissioner Phantast opened the event by speaking from the ring.
“Good evening, everyone. Before we get started this evening, I am pleased to announce our next major supercard. The event will be held on September 25 at the Bellatrix Constellation Dome and will be titled “Cosmic Conqueror.” However, this will not be a normal supercard; instead, the evening will consist of two tournaments, the first involving eight tag teams and the second eight single wrestlers. All spots in the tournaments will be filled by invitations decided by my office. The winners of the tournaments will be granted title shots at the DSCW tag team champions and heavyweight champion, respectively.
“I also want to announce that tonight’s main event, which was scheduled to be a non-title contest between Native Uprising and Black Opps, has been changed to a title match. This change comes at the request of the champions, Native Uprising. It seems that Black Opps has been talking a bit too much lately about how Native Uprising is ducking them and got under the skin of the champions, so Black Hawk and Collin Redfeather have decided to settle things with them tonight.
“I hope everyone enjoys the card tonight, and we will all be looking forward to the Cosmic Conqueror Tournaments. Now let’s get tonight’s action started.”
The Lycan Alliance defeated Vicious and Delicious Time: 10:41 This tag team match was an outstanding opening contest as Mr. Vain and Eddie Dio put up a terrific fight against the new werecat team, but in the end Vain went down to a “Bitter Loss.”
Big Bubba Butcher defeated Zachary Storm Time: 2:15 The semi-retired Storm was overpowered by Butcher, who got the win with a “Killer B Splash.”
Manta defeated Brock Mason by DQ Time: 2:46 Brock wasted little time before picking up a chair and blasting Manta to cause the disqualification.
Dillion Mason defeated Rak’ashan by DQ Time: 5:24 Mason fought well against the powerful Lycan, but Rak’ashan had a clear advantage before he lost his control and began beating his opponent with every object he could reach, leading to the disqualification.
“Being DQ’d don’t matter to me,” the werecat leader said after the match. “I walked away, and my victim is still out there laying on the floor. I’ll win enough matches. Right now we need to prove a point to Drake and his goons, and we’re gonna do it any way we can. I want Behemyth in the ring, and until I get him people are gonna get hurt.”
Primal Fear defeated Adrenalynne Time: 5:05 Another good tag team battle, this one ended when Cutthroat used a “Final Cut” on Michael Collins to get the win.
Keth Vale defeated Drake the Black Tiger Time: 2:48 The off-again, on-again Vale was on for this evening as he caught Drake with a “Redemption” for the victory.
Cosmic Cage Match Behemyth defeated Ka’shii Time: 4:08 Drake the Black Tiger’s recruitment of the towering Behemyth in his war against the werecats paid off for this evening as Ka’shii fell to a “Deathbomb.”
Daeron Blackoak defeated Bloodstorm Time: 6:22 Baron Michael Strauss sent his henchman Bloodstorm after his new rival Blackoak, and the vampire made a great showing before finally falling to the Elven leader. Bloodstorm seemed to have the match won with a “Sleep of the Dead,” but Elven Glory, under the direction of their manager Za-ara Koravel, interfered in the match to prevent the loss for their teammate. Blackoak then recovered to blast his opponent with a “Death Driver,” but Strauss appeared at ringside and jumped up onto the apron. Blackoak immediately clotheslined Straus to the floor and then dealt another “Death Driver” to Bloodstorm to score the pin.
After the bell, Strauss re-entered the ring and attacked Blackoak from behind. The Baron and Bloodstorm then double-teamed the huge Atlantis elf until Elven Glory returned to the scene and chased them away. Blackoak was not seriously injured but is expected to miss the next DSCW card.
Oriental Odyssey defeated Elven Glory Time: 6:18 Yet another exciting tag team match ended when Sho Jyn-Roh hit the “Sambo Exploder” on Thalian Nyzea.
Ciber Naught defeated the Matador of M83 Time: 2:38 Ciber Naught connected with a “Ciberpunch” to claim the victory.
Non-Title Match with DSCW Heavyweight Champion Heartthrob Jake Storm defeated Tarloc Time: 5:58 The unranked Tarloc was impressive in giving Storm all he could handle and nearly pulled off a huge upset. Eventually the champion connected with a “Heartstopper,” and when Tarloc’s manager Vascor tried to interfere, Storm ran Tarloc into him and then rolled his opponent up for the pin.
Titan Hardcore Match Mike “Tank” Abrams defeated Baron Michael Strauss Time: 5:23 After winning nine of his first ten matches in 2113, Strauss suffered his second straight loss as Abrams broke a wooden stool over his head and then connected with a “Sidewinder” to put the former champion away.
DSWC Tag Team Championship Match Native Uprising (c) defeated Black Opps Time: 6:07 The match started out evenly, but then Black Hawk and Redfeather managed to isolate Sharpshooter for over four minutes, never allowing him to tag out as he took a terrific beating and finally fell to Redfeather’s “Shaman’s Gift.”
After the card, Commissioner Phantast commented on the heavyweight title picture. "Strauss lost, Abrams and Storm are friends, and Blackoak is hurt now," he said. "I was hoping that tonight would clear up the question of who should fight Storm for the title next, but I think things are more confusing than ever. But we will figure it out. There will be a title defense in Jake Storm's near future. I promise everyone that."

STORM DEFENDS TITLE AT ALGOL DOUBLE STAR ARENA The most recent Deep Space Championship Wrestling card took place at the Algol Double Star Arena on August 4, 2113. DSCW Commissioner Phantast opened the card by addressing the audience.
“As you know, we’ve had a bit of a muddle regarding the heavyweight championship,” Phantast began. “Daeron Blackoak is the top-ranked contender, but he was injured on our last card. The former champion, Baron Michael Strauss, is also a candidate for a match, but he lost at our last event. So did the Matador of M83. In fact, the highest ranked contender who won on the last card and who is also healthy is Mike ‘Tank’ Abrams, but he and Heavyweight Champion Jake Storm are friends.
“However, it is time for Storm to defend his belt, and he agrees that Abrams deserves a title shot. I spoke to both Jake and to Abrams, and both of them said that they could put their friendship aside for an evening. Therefore, our main event tonight will be ‘Heartthrob’ Jake Storm against Mike ‘Tank’ Abrams for the DSCW Heavyweight Championship.
“On another note, I want to confirm that Stone Mountain has left DSCW, at least temporarily. As you may have heard, he has returned to the GWF to join Mandrill’s Colonizers for the GWF War Games. Stone Mountain left this federation on good terms and is welcome to return in the future.”
Big Bubba Butcher defeated Collin Redfeather Time: 4:27 Redfeather took his first singles loss of the year after three wins as Butcher connected with a running spear.
Elven Glory defeated Vicious and Delicious Time: 2:45 The Atlantis Elves dominated the match before dropping Eddie Dio with an “Elven Cutter.”
Tarloc defeated Bloodstorm Time: 3:48 After his tremendous effort against the unbeaten Daeron Blackoak on the previous card, Bloodstorm seemed off his game on this night and was pinned after a “Tarloc Tombstone.”
Ka’shii defeated Manta by DQ Time: 1:14 The werecat came to the ring in a frenzy, and Manta, who clearly wanted no part of the fight, wasted no time getting himself disqualified and abandoning the area.
After the match, Manta explained his actions. “I’m not afraid to fight anyone,” he said, “but you could see in his eyes that Ka’shii was out for blood tonight. Normally him and me could have a good match, but the Lycans are on the warpath right now, and I don’t want no part of it. I’m not getting caught between the werecats and Drake’s crew. Not one of them on either side is sane at this point. Let them tear each other apart, and we’ll see who’s left standing at the end.”
Adrenalynne defeated the Lycan Alliance by DQ Time: 4:07 This contest was a well-fought match until Adrenalynne hit an “Adrenaline Surge” on Panterror. Lhynkyra came in to make the pin save and got his team disqualified in an ensuing brawl.
The Matador of M83 defeated Black Hawk Time: 4:51 This matchup of former GWF stars was a close battle until the Matador connected with a “Death Run” for the win.
Titan Hardcore Match Ciber Naught defeated Behemyth Time: 5:50 After a wild match that at one point spilled all the way out of the building, Ciber Naught caught the towering Behemyth with a “Ciber Punch” and pinned him to claim the win.
M & M defeated Primal Fear Time: 3:11 The Mason brothers looked dominant again as Brock pinned Cutthroat after a top rope release German suplex.
After the bell, M & M’s manager The Mook called for a microphone. “We’ve waited long enough,” he announced. “We oughta be the tag team champs, and everybody knows it. We want Native Uprising, and we want'em soon. Tell Black Hawk and Redfeather to quit ducking us. If we don’t get them on the next card, things are gonna get ugly.”
Rak’ashan defeated Drake the Black Tiger Time: 4:26 The Lycan leader pounded Drake all over the ring and appeared to have the match won when Behemyth charged in to interfere. Rak’ashan beat back the attack of his hulking arch-rival and then blasted Drake with a guillotine neckbreaker to score the victory.
Cosmic Cage Match Baron Michael Strauss defeated Keth Vale Time: 2:33 After two consecutive losses, Strauss regained the form that had made him a champion as he downed Vale with an “Imperial Decree.”
Black Opps defeated Oriental Odyssey Time: 3:23 Baron Strauss’ henchmen came out on top against Ryuujin and Sho-Jyn-Roh as Czbatka caught Jyn-Roh with “The Garrote” for the win.
DSCW Heavyweight Championship Match “Heartthrob” Jake Storm (c) defeated Mike “Tank” Abrams Time: 3:44 Abrams fought well in this clean, competitive match until Storm blasted him with an electric chair drop to retain his title.
“Tank gave me a great match,” Jake said after the card. “I think we put on a good show. But I want Strauss and Blackoak to know that I’m ready for either one of them any time. Blackoak thinks he’s unbeatable, but I’ll prove otherwise. And Strauss . . . well, me and Strauss ain’t done yet. I’m sure everybody know that. The commissioner decides on title shots, but whenever Phantast says it’s time, me and the Baron can hook it up, and the sooner the better as far as I’m concerned.”
After the final bell, Commissioner Phantast again addressed the fans. “Our next card is in two weeks at our home base, the Milky Way Cathedral,” Phantast stated. “It’s always a big deal when we go back to Polaris, so we’re going to make this card special. First of all, I think it’s time that Rak’ashan and Behemyth got what they both want, so they will be fighting each other one-on-one. I also agree with M & M that they have earned a title shot, so they will be fighting Native Uprising for the tag team belts. And, in the main event, I’m going to let Baron Michael Strauss and Daeron Blackoak go at it. Whoever can get a clean win will be next in line to challenge Jake Storm for the heavyweight title.”

Great card wth lost of action and surprsiing wins and losses. The leader of the tiger corps losing to Rak was terrific, and I'm surprised Adrenalynne was able to walk out of there! I realize that Phantast is buys, but if I could make a sugegstion to really heat up the war-put Drake and one half of Primal fear against Ka'shii and half of the Lycan alliance!
Keep your dice hot!

STRAUSS AND BLACKOAK BATTLE ON POLARIS The long awaited showdown between Baron Michael Strauss and Daeron Blackoak took place at the Milky Way Cathedral of Polaris on August 19, 2113. As usual, the card began with Deep Space Championship Wrestling Commissioner Phantast speaking from the ring.
“It’s great to be back at our home base of Polaris,” Phantast began. “As promised, we have an especially exciting card planned for this evening, nearly supercard level. You will see Native Uprising defend the DSCW Tag Team Titles. You will see Rak’ashan and Behemyth square off in a Cosmic Cage Match. In our main event, you will see former DSCW Heavyweight Champion Baron Michael Strauss and Daeron Blackoak, the leader of the Atlantis Elves with a fourteen match winning streak, battle to determine who is the number one contender for the heavyweight title in a best of three falls match. And much, much more.
“I also want to remind everyone that in just one month, on September 25, we will hold our first Cosmic Conqueror Tournaments at the Bellatrix Constellation Dome. On our next card, on September 2, I will announce which eight singles wrestlers and which eight tag teams have been selected to compete in those tournaments.
“Now, as I said, we have an exciting evening planned, so let’s get it started.”
Sho Jyn-Roh and Ryuujin defeated Bounty for Hire Time: 5:05 In a very good opening match, Tarloc and Vascor put up a good fight but were ultimately beaten when Ryuujin hit a “Flight of the Dragon” on Tarloc.
Manta defeated Keth Vale Time: 3:42 Vale’s up and down performances continued as he fell to Manta’s “Stinger” in a one-sided match,
Vicious and Delicious defeated Black Opps Time: 3:50 Black Opps started well, but after Czbatka missed a deathjump Mr. Vain caught him with a “Vain Strain” and held on for the upset win.
Drake the Black Tiger and Mike “Tank” Abrams fought to no contest Time: 1:56 This match started normally, but as soon as Drake went for his “Tiger’s Grip” finisher, Ka’shii rushed the ring, knocked Abrams aside, and attacked the Black Tiger. The referee called for the bell and threw the match out as Drake and his werecat enemy brawled for over three minutes until security broke up the melee. Drake suffered a shoulder injury that is expected to keep him out of action for at least a month.
Elven Glory defeated Adrenalynne Time: 4:09 Vonrael Nyzea put down Sean Williams with a “High Tide” to give the powerful Elven team another win.
After the match, Za’ara Koravel, the manager of Elven Glory, spoke to an interviewer. “My men are the most dominant tag team in this federation,” Koravel said. “No matter who has the tag team belts after tonight, we are coming for them. There is no team in this federation on our level. We proved it tonight against these insignificant little humans, and we’ll prove it against anyone else who gets in our way."
Circinus Cell Match Ka’shii defeated Bloodstorm Time: 5:50 After the previous incident involving Drake, Commissioner Phantast had Ka’shii escorted by security to and from the ring for this match. The contest was an exciting back-and-forth affair, with Bloodstorm putting up a very good fight against the werecat. In the end, the bleeding and bruised vampire went down to a “Chill Factor” to give Ka’shii the win.
Non-Title Match with DSCW Heavyweight Champion “Heartthrob” Jake Storm defeated Big Bubba Butcher by DQ Time: 5:31 This match was intended as a mere workout for the champion against the unranked Butcher, but Bubba put up a surprisingly tough fight before finally being disqualified on the arena floor.
Titan Hardcore Tag Team Match The Lycan Alliance defeated Primal Fear Time: 4:33 The Lycans dominated this match from the opening bell and battered Cutthroat until he finally went down to Panterror’s “Feline Fatality.” The teams continued to brawl after the final bell, and Panterror suffered a minor back injury that may keep him out of action on the next card.
The Matador of M83 defeated Ciber Naught Time: 4:30 This contest was a good match that ended when the Matador hit a “Bullwhip” and pinned his victim.
“I think it’s just about my turn,” the Matador announced after the match. “I‘ve taken care of Ciber Naught. I may have started slow this year, but I’m back on track, and when I’m on track I’m better than anyone. I deserve a title shot, and I expect to get one soon.”
Cosmic Cage Match Rak’ashan defeated Behemyth Time: 5:40 As cage matches go, this one was a classic. The two powerful enemies threw each other all over the cage, with neither one willing to be beaten and both surviving the other’s most powerful finishing move. Rak’ashan finally hit his “Savage Assault” finisher to put away his hulking opponent, but the match appeared to settle nothing in terms of the feud between the two wrestlers.
DSCW Tag Team Championship Match Native Uprising (c) defeated M & M Time: 4:31 The challengers had control early in the match and looked to be on their way to winning the titles, but Dillion Mason missed a “Total Madness” that might have ended the contest and Black Hawk immediately caught Dillion in a “Hawkwing” to help his team retain the belts.
Number One Contender Match: Best of Three Falls Baron Michael Strauss vs. Daeron Blackoak Time: 11:22 First Fall: After nearly five minutes of battle, Blackoak caught a battered Strauss with a “Death Driver” and pinned him to claim the first fall.
Second Fall: Blackoak continued his relentless assault but was disqualified at the 7:33 mark for hitting the referee, tying the contest at one fall each.
Third Fall: In a remarkable comeback, a bloody and weakened Baron Strauss caught his larger opponent in a “Strauss Trap” and held on to claim the victory, ending Blackoak’s fourteen match winning streak and earning a shot at Jake Storm’s heavyweight title.
Blackoak was predictably furious after the match, speaking at length to the media for the first time since his arrival in DSCW. “This was supposed to be best of three falls,” the huge elf raved. “He did not beat me twice. He gets the title shot because of some cheap disqualification? This is ridiculous. It never should have been best of three falls anyway. I pinned him without any question. That should have ended it. But if Strauss or Storm or Phantast thinks I’m going to let things stand like this, they’re all crazy. I will get satisfaction one way or another.”
Also after the card, Phantast announced a suspension for Ka’shii, the first such penalty he had handed out as commissioner. “I’ve let a lot of things go, but Ka’shii went a little too far tonight,” Phantast stated. “He was not even involved in the match, and he caused it to be thrown out. I’m told Drake is likely to miss a month, so I am suspending Ka’shii for a month as well. Let’s hope that when it’s over, the two of them can resolve their differences in the ring a little more responsibly.”

STORM BATTLES THE BARON FOR DSCW BELT “Heartthrob” Jake Storm defended the Deep Space Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Title against Baron Michael Strauss at the Equineus Event Center on September 2, 2113. As is customary, the event began with DSCW Commissioner Phantast speaking from the ring.
“To begin with, I want to announce several of the participants for our upcoming Cosmic Conqueror tournaments, which will be held in three weeks on September 25," Phantast stated. "As you know, this event will involve eight single wrestlers and eight tag teams, all of them chosen and invited to participate by my office. At this time, I can announce that participants in the singles tournament will include Baron Michael Strauss, Daeron Blackoak, the Matador of M83, Rak’ahsan, Behemyth, and Mike ‘Tank’ Abrams. Tag teams invited to the tournament will include Elven Glory, M & M, Adrenalynne, Sho Jun-Roh and Ryuujin, Black Opps, and the Lycan Alliance. If Strauss should defeat Jake Storm tonight and win the heavyweight title, Storm will replace Strauss in the tournament.
“That leaves two slots in each tournament yet to be filled. I want to watch the matches tonight before deciding which, if any, of our current wrestlers should be included. In addition, I am in discussions with a few major names from outside this federation that may be interested in competing on that night. One way or another, I expect it will be a terrific event.”
Zachary Storm defeated Vascor Time: 4:02 This battle of two semi-retired managers ended when Storm hit a “Stormplex.”
Sho Jyn-Roh defeated Ciber Naught Time: 2:25 Jyn-Roh used a “Dan Poora” to reverse Ciber Naught’s momentum and then hit the blue-skinned powerhouse with a “Sambo Exploder” for the pin.
Big Bubba Butcher and Manta defeated Adrenalynne Time: 4:11 After Bubba had crushed Sean Williams with a “Bubblanche,” Manta followed up with a “Stinger” to claim the upset win.
Bloodstorm defeated Ryuujin Time: 3:06 This high-flying contest ended when Bloodstorm hit a split-legged moonsault. The sadistic vampire made a point of stomping on the downed Ryuujin's hand on his way out of the ring.
Behemyth defeated Lhynkyra Time:2:52 With Ka’shii suspended and Panterror injured, Lyynkyra stepped up to challenged the towering Behemyth for the Lycans, but he was quickly crushed by a “Deathbomb.”
Between matches, Cutthroat of the team Primal Fear spoke to an interviewer. “Why ain’t me and The Beast in this tournament?” he stormed. “So we lost a few matches. We’re still as good as anybody. We’re gonna crush Black Opps tonight, and Phantast better put us in the tournament after we do.”
Black Opps defeated Primal Fear Time: 7:55 This tag match was an excellent back-and-forth battle that ended when The Beast went down to a “Neutralized” tag finisher, extending the slump of Primal Fear once again.
Tarloc defeated Daeron Blackoak by DQ Time: 4:56 In a major upset, Tarloc fought evenly with the huge Elf and overcame distractions by Za’ara Koravel to catch Blackoak with a “Tarloc Tombstone.” With his leader down on the mat, Thalian Nyzea interfered in the match to cause the disqualification, but all observers agreed that Tarloc had the match won in any case.
Falls Count Anywhere Match Rak’ashan defeated Keth Vale Time: 1:32 This match did not even have a chance to leave the ring as the big werecat rolled over Vale with a “Savage Assault” for an easy victory.
“I don’t care about Vale,” Rak’ashan said after the match. “He was just in my way. I want Behemyth again. I want Drake. I came here to hurt Drake’s team, and I will. But now Phantast says he wants me in this tournament. Okay, good. I’ll take the tournament, and I’ll take the heavyweight title, and along the way me and the Lycans will wipe out Drake’s whole team.”
Non-Title Match with DSCW Tag Team Champions Vicious and Delicious defeated Native Uprising Time: 3:08 In a contest that was expected to be a mere tune-up for the champions, Vicious and Delicious pulled off a huge upset by controlling the action from the opening bell and winning when Eddie Dio leveled Black Hawk with a running clothesline.
Titan Hardcore Match Mike “Tank” Abrams defeated the Matador of M83 Time: 9:08 This match was the highlight of the card as it spilled all over the arena and left both men bleeding and exhausted. The momentum swung back and forth repeatedly, with both wrestlers surviving the other’s finisher and several other pinning situations, until Abrams connected with a “Frontal Assault” for the win.
Between matches, Black Hawk commented on his team's loss to Vicious and Delicious. "I guess that's what we get for looking past them," he said. "We were unfocused, and they took advantage. I'll give them credit. They're a better team than their record shows. But there's no way they'd beat us with the belts on the line."
Elven Glory defeated M & M Time: 4:09 This battle of elite tag teams ended when Dillion Mason went down to an “Elven Cutter,” allowing the Atlantis Elves to take over as number one contenders for the tag team championship.
DSCW Heavyweight Championship Match “Heartthrob” Jake Storm (c) defeated Baron Michael Strauss Time: 5:23 On this night Storm showed himself to be a true champion, dominating the match from the outset. The Heartthrob hit his “Heartstopper” finisher twice, but interference by Mesmer and then by Bloodstorm prevented the pin. When Storm hit his finisher for a third time, however, no one was able to save the Baron and Storm claimed the victory over his top challenger.
After the card, Commissioner Phantast issued another statement: “Based on his victory tonight over Daeron Blackoak, I am adding Tarloc to the Cosmic Conqueror Singles Tournament. Likewise, because of their win over the tag team champions tonight, Vicious and Delicious will be added to the tag team tournament. That leaves one open spot in each tournament, and I hope to have announcements about those final participants at our next event.”
