ROUND 1:

WRAITH¹ defeated HYBRID⁴ by SUBMISSION
:: Wraith opened with a flying knee that knocked Hybrid down & brought a roar from the crowd. The knockdown enraged Hybrid who then leveled Wraith with a roundhouse right & continued the beating with mounted punches. Wraith kept his cool & rolled Hybrid over, working submission attempt after submission attempt until Hybrid tapped from a rear naked choke.

THOCK⁵ defeated MACE⁴ by SUBMISSION
:: Mace destroyed Thock standing up and when Thock took the fight to the ground, Mace dominated him there too. It was a reversal of Mace's crucifix armbar attempt that Thock turned into a kimura armbar.

ANARCHY defeated EREBUS by SUBMISSION
:: WOW! Anarchy shocked the crowd with an opening spinning back fist that knocked Erebus stupid & followed with a drop toe hold that made Erebus tap in the first minute!

RUBICON defeated MENSAR³ by KNOCKOUT
:: Rubicon dominated the stand-up with knockdowns from a spinning hammerfist & an uppercut combo. Mensar tried to take the fight to the ground but Rubicon slid out of a rear choke & finished the fight with multiple knees to the head for a knockout.

ROUND 2: SEMI-FINALS

WRAITH¹ defeated THOCK³ by KNOCKOUT
:: This one looked like it would end quickly when Wraith nailed Thock with a flying knee knockdown followed by a barrage of mounted punches. Thock gutted it out & caught a rear naked choke that Wraith slipped out of. The match went back & forth on the mat until the ref stood them up. Wraith opened with another flying knee & an overhand right that knocked Thock out.

RUBICON¹ defeated ANARCHY⁵ by KNOCKOUT
:: ALL Rubicon in this one. Front kick knockdowns & a spinning hammerfist.. Anarchy tried to CLINCH & was hit with a belly-to-belly falling slam. Anarchy took advantage & went for a triangle choke but Rubicon picked him up & slammed him down to break the hold. Rubicon waited for the ref to stand Anarchy back up & when they closed again Rubicon dropped him with another front kick, this time for the knockout.

ROUND 3: FINALS

WRAITH⁵ defeated RUBICON⁴ by KNOCKOUT
:: Rubicon dominated the stand-up early & Wraith went to the mat & rained down mounted punches. Rubicon forced Wraith away twic & managed to regain his feet. A beautiful front kick put Wraith on his back but when Rubicon pounced, Wraith met him with an up kick & put him away with a barrage of mounted punches.

RAGE² defeated MAYHEM by SUBMISSION
:: Mayhem scored an early knockdown from an overhand right & nearly KO'D Rage with a bodylock slam. Once on the mat Rage took over & worked his way into a keylock submission.

TERMINUS² defeated RAZE by TKO
:: Terminus opened with a massive punch that dropped Raze but Raze recovered very quickly & went to work on the mat. Raze scored near submissions from a keylock & a rear naked choke. It was Terminus turning a hammerlock that dislocated Raze's elbow that caused the ref to stop the fight.

SABOTEUR³ defeated NEFARUS³
:: Saboteur was just on another level on the ground. Nefarus hung in there with strikes & a couple submission attempts but Saboteur slid right out of them & locked on a hadaka jime for the submission.

SECTARIAN defeated KULAK by KNOCKOUT
:: It was clear early what Kulak's gameplan was. Unfortunately Sectarian wouldn't roll with him. Instead, Sectarian happily threw him around the ring & let him stand back up. A thrust kick scored an early knockdown & a second one knocked Kulak out.

CYPHER³ defeated JACK HOOD by SUBMISSION
:: Cypher took Jack straight to the ground & locked submission after submission on him but Jack kept holding on & finally the ref stood them back up. Jack scored 3 knockdowns from striked but was lured back to the ground & submitted by a triangle choke.

SLYLOCK⁴ defeated HYDRAX¹ by SUBMISSION
:: Hydrax looked better than Shylock in the fight but Shylock's superior grappling defense proved to be the difference. The match went back & forth repeatedly until it went to the mat. There Shylock escaped every situation Hydrax put against him & finally clamped on a guillotine choke that Hydrax couldn't escape.

CANNIBAL² defeated DOMINATOR² by SUBMISSION
:: Cannibal opened with a jumping hook kick that rocked Dominator & kept throwing bombs until Dominator managed to get the fight to the ground. Once there, he dominated. Somehow, Cannibal slid through an anaconda choke & locked on a vicious body triangle that forced Dominator to tap.

PEGASUS defeated BLAZING SKULL by KNOCKOUT
:: WOW! The Great One delivered a high kick to the head that dropped Blazing Skull like a bad habit. A one kick knockout!


ROUND 2:

TERMINUS defeated RAGE by SUBMISSION
:: The traded strikes & Rage got the better. Terminus went to the clinch & again Rage got the better. On the ground, again Rage had control, but a missed twister by Rage led to a hammerlock submission.

SECTARIAN³ defeated SABOTEUR² by KNOCKOUT
:: Saboteur dominated the fight & transitioned quickly to the ground. Sectarian would roll & then simply stand back up. Saboteur would take him down again & up Sectarian would stand again. In a surprising turn, Sectarian knocked Saboteur out with a reverse leg sweep. (****)

CYPHER³ defeated SHYLOCK⁴ by SUBMISSION
:: Shylock dropped Cypher with an overhand right. Cypher got back to his feet & Shylock dropped him again with a sweet strike combo. Cypher came to life then & took Shylock to the mat & quickly broke him down & submitted him with a crossface.

CANNIBAL² defeated PEGASUS¹ by KNOCKOUT
:: Pegasus opened with another high kick to the head & dropped Cannibal but didn't finish him. Cannibal regained his feet & dropped Pegasus with a jumping hook kick & pounced to score the knockout with mounted punches.

ROUND 3: SEMI-FINALS

SECTARIAN⁷ defeated TERMINUS⁴ by SUBMISSION
:: Terminus took Sectarian to the edge but couldn't throw him over it. (Sectarian's SUB rating was up to 11) The ref looked ready to step in after a uranage by Terminus but Sectarian rolled right through & locked on a neck crank for the submission.

CANNIBAL defeated CYPER² by KNOCKOUT
:: Cannibal came out like a man possessed with a flurry of strikes & kicks that forced Cypher to cover up & take the punishment. A massive punch rocked Cypher & a spinning backfist put him away.


ROUND 4: FINALS

SECTARIAN¹ defeated CANNIBAL³ by KNOCKOUT
:: Sectarian went right to his ground game with a reverse leg sweep & dominated the first couple minutes of the fight by not allowing Cannibal a single offensive hold. A jumping hook kick out of nowhere dropped Sectarian but Cannibal got caught on the chin coming in by a thrust kick.

:: This one Terminus SHOULD have won. When the chips were down he couldn't get Sectarian into the KO / SUB situation that he needed to score the TKO. This will be a definate rematch down the line.

:: I have now experienced a one strike KNOCKOUT in the POW. Awesome as watching it on Pay-per-view.

ROUND 1:

EURITAR defeated ZED MARLOWE¹ by KNOCKOUT
:: Zed wanted to roll but Euritar didn't want any part of that. Every attempt Zed made was blocked or reversed. Zed was rocked by a single leg pickup & sweep & Euritar waited for Zed to regain his feet before nailing a left kick, right jab, left uppercut knockout combo.


AMAZING MANN¹ defeated DANTE¹ by KNOCKOUT
:: Dante got into trouble quickly & was rocked by a driving inside leg reap takedown. As Mann tried to finish with a gogo plata, Dante punched his way back to his feet & rocked Mann with a kick to the knee, punch to the jaw combo. Mann stumbled into the clinch & reversed another takedown attempt for another driving inside leg reap takedown, this time, Dante was KO'd.


PENDEKAR³ defeated TK by KNOCKOUT
:: TK rocked Pendekar with a huge right hand then fireman's carry dropped him on his head. Arm lock attempt transitioned into a keylock & finally into a heel hook but Pendekar survived. The ref stood them back up & overconfident, TK came forward & was K.T.F.O.'d by a whirling heel kick.


STIGMA⁴ defeated AHNU⁵ by KNOCKOUT
:: Ahnu kept the fight standing. Each time Stigma slammed him down & went for a submission, Ahnu found a way back to his feet. Ahnu fired high kicks to the head & nailed jumping headkicks but Stigma found his way back into the clinch & slammed Ahnu down again & finished him with mounted elbows.


ROUND 2: SEMI-FINALS

AMAZING MANN defeated EURITAR¹ by SUBMISSION
:: Mann tried a snap kick & Euritar caught it & drove Mann to the mat with a single leg takedown. Mann dropped into rubber guard & went for a gogo plata. Euritar pulled away right into a triangle armbar submission. As Euritar got back to his feet, his left arm hung limply at his side.

STIGMA² defeated PENDEKAR³ by KNOCKOUT
:: Almost this entire fight was in the clinch. When it went to the mat the fight went back & forth with multiple submission attempts from both men. When neither could gain advantage the fight would go back to standing & the cycle would repeat. Stigma caught Pendekar after one break with two overhand right bombs that dropped him like a rock.


ROUND 3: FINALS

AMAZING MANN² defeated STIGMA³
:: Mann actually rocked Stigma twice with left hooks & survived two vicious slams from Stigma before putting on a submission clinic & made Stigma tap to a reverse crucifix choke.

FIGHT OF THE NIGHT: AHNU vs. STIGMA
:: This one had it all. Ahnu seemed so overmatched but kept finding a way out of every situation Stigma put him in. Even though Ahnu lost this match, it did more for him than it did for Stigma. Ahnu is now a fan favorite.

KNOCKOUT / SUBMISSION OF THE NIGHT: PENDEKAR vs. TK
:: TK absolutely dominated this fight but was caught coming in & got K.T.F.O. This one has rematch marked ALL over it.

(Show opens on Jack Hood entering the arena when he is grabbed by Thock & forced back into the wall hard & lifted off the ground.)

Thock: “I understand you have Pandra Nicole. I want her released at once.”

(Jack Hood only laughs. Thock slams him back into the wall again.)

Thock: “You will tell me where you have Miss Nicole. You will not like where I take you if you do not.”

(Jack Hood laughs again just before Thock is smashed from behind by Morbid with a back brain kick. Jack Hood is released to the floor & Morbid rolls Thock into a rear naked choke. Jack Hood gets right down into Thock’s face.)

Jack Hood: “Let me tell you something boy. Next week you get me & then you get Morbid. Good luck.”

(Jack Hood nods & Morbid puts him out.)


PEGASUS⁽¹⁾ defeated BLAZING SKULL⁽⁴⁾ by SUBMISSION
:: In this tournament rematch Pegasus went for kimura after kimura & Skull kept punching his way out. Pegasus dropped Skull with a massive punch & followed with another brutal series of punches to set up a successful kimura finish.


TK⁽¹⁾ defeated PENDEKAR⁽⁵⁾ by KNOCKOUT
:: Another tournament rematch. This one was a long, grueling, back & forth match. Each time the fight went to the mat, TK reversed Pendekar into submission attempts. Each time Pendekar managed to hang on & regain his feet. The time TK threw a wild right hand & caught Pendekar flush on the chin for the knockout.


(Camera goes into the back where we see the Super-Heavyweight Champion Wraith shadow boxing for the camera. Switch to his opponent tonight, the big man, Mace warming up.)

Mace: “Wraith just needs to show up & hand me the belt. I am going to punish him. Give up now Wraith. I will be the next champion.”

Wraith: “Mace likes to run his mouth. I will close that mouth right along with his eyes when I knock him out.”

EREBUS⁽¹⁾ defeated ANARCHY by TKO
:: Anarchy kept a frenzied Erebus at bay with strikes but Erebus dropped him with a flying knee & pummeled Anarchy from his guard with frenzied strikes. Anarchy scrambled his way back to is feet but was blasted by another flying knee that split him wide open. The ref quickly stopped the fight. (snake eyes)


CYPHER⁽³⁾ defeated TERMINUS⁽¹⁾ by SUBMISSION
:: Terminus repeatedly slammed Cypher to the mat & locked rear naked chokes & hammerlocks on him. On the mat though is Cypher’s domain & it only took a single reversal to lock on a triangle choke for the win.


(Camera goes into the back where we see Heavyweight Champion Sectarian rolling around on the mat, striking into the air. Switch to his opponent Saboteur, sitting in shadow, looking directly into the camera)

Saboteur: “Your time is up monkey boy.”

Sectarian: “…”


SHYLOCK⁽⁵⁾ defeated RAGE⁽²⁾ by KNOCKOUT
:: Rage went toe to toe with Shylock & rocked Shylock repeatedly. When Shylock gained advantage Rage pulled guard & started looking for submissions. Shylock pounded him with elbows & punches until the ref stood them back up. Just when Rage looked in solid control, Shylock dropped him with an overhand right.

(Camera goes into the back where we see Jack Hood talking with Pendekar at his locker.)

Jack: “A shame it ‘tis about your loss tonight.”

Pendekar: “Go away Hood. Leave me in peace.”

Jack: “A shame it 'tis that you lost because in order to escape from your confinement you only have to beat everyone in your division. That shouldn’t be too hard.”

(Pendekar shoots daggers at Jack with his stare. Jack puts both hands up to pacify the fighter.)

Jack: “Just wanted you to know your situation. Perform at your best & earn your freedom. You are a prisoner of WAR until you make your escape. Fortunately for you, you have already beaten TK.” (Jack pats Pendekar on the shoulder) “Keep your chin up kid. I will enjoy watching your escape attempts.”


(Camera goes into the back where we see Stigma bouncing foot to foot, with a cigarette burning in his mouth, on his way to the ring)

Stigma: “He rocked me last time because I wasn’t expecting the left hook. This time I’m going to dominate.”

(Camera shows Amazing Mann on his way to the ring wearing a white gi with a white towel over his head)

Amazing Mann: “I was signed to perform. In tonight’s performance, I will wrap Stigma up like an octopus & submit him. He is a worthy competitor, but I am the better man.”


CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE MATCH:
AMAZING MANN⁽⁵⁾ (C) defeated STIGMA⁽¹⁾ by SUBMISSION
:: Stigma dominated this fight with 5 double leg pick up & slams but every time Mann hit the mat he went right for a different submission hold. Back on his feet Stigma dropped Mann with an overhand right but got caught in a triangle choke on his way into the mount.


HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH:
SABOTEUR⁽⁶⁾ defeated SECTARIAN⁽⁷⁾ (C) by KNOCKOUT
:: AN AMAZING MATCH!!! Back & forth, up & down. Both fighters went right to the edge. Sectarian used multiple reverse leg sweeps to set up neck cranks & rear naked chokes. Saboteur used Hadaka jime & kata getame. Sectarian dropped 3 axe kicks in quick succession & nearly won the match but Saboteur reversed the action & dropped 2 axe kicks of his own & finished him with a tai otoshi body drop.

WRAITH⁽¹⁾ (C) defeated MACE⁽⁴⁾ by KNOCKOUT
:: Mace managed very little offense as Wraith dropped him with the 3rd successive flying knee & dominated the mount with rear naked choke attempts & finished him with mounted punches.


(Camera goes into the back where we see Pandra Nicole stretched across a table, her hands & feet bound underneath the table. Jack Hood runs a nail down across her pale cheek before punching her, knocking her out cold. Jack looks into the camera.)

Jack: “Next week the fun begins.”

(Show opens with Commissioner Hood in the middle of the ring with Morbid)

Jack Hood: "Thock, get out here & take the beating you have coming to you."

(Thocks music hits & the crowd errupts but Thock does not appear atop the ramp. Instead, Thock blindsides Morbid with a baseball bat shot to the back of his head that drops him to the mat like a rock. Hood turns & begs off as Thock tosses the bat into the crowd & the ref hits the ring for the match to begin.)

Thock: "This is your chance to tell me where you have Pandra Nicole before I hurt you."

(Hood only sneers at Thock as the match begins)


THOCK defeated JACK HOOD⁽²⁾ by TKO (3:45 ROUND 2)
::RND 1::
Thock rocked Hood early with a spinning back fist but Hood closed the distance & went toe to toe with Thock. Jack tried to take down Thock multiple times but Thock blocked every attempt & got the fight to the ground. Once there, Thock tried for the kimura on both arms but Hood refused to submit. Hood regained his feet in a scramble & finally scored the takedown as time expired in the round. (10-9 JACK HOOD)

::RND 2::
Hood opened the round following a wide left to the ribs inside where he again worked the clinch & continued to attempt the takedown unsuccessfully. Thock caught him with an outside trip & drove Hood hard to the mat where he locked on another kimura armlock. Hood refused to submit & Thock continued to crank the hold until Hood’s elbow & shoulder dislocated with a pop & the ref called for the stoppage.


(Camera goes into the back where we see the medical staff working furiously on Morbid. Thock invades the scene again by overturning the stretcher on the floor & repeatedly kicking Morbid in the ribs until security pulls him off. Commissioner Hood is escorted past the scene by more medical staff & Thock makes for him with evil intentions but security restrains him as Hood disappears from the scene.)


AHNU⁽¹⁾ defeated TK⁽¹⁾ by KNOCKOUT (1:30 ROUND 1)
::RND 1::
TK opened with a left jab knockdown & Ahnu responded with a high kick to the head to score a knockdown as well. TK tried a keylock submission but Ahnu slipped away & let TK get back to his feet. TK went right for a roundhouse punch but Ahnu blocked it & blasted TK in the jaw with a straight right hand that knocked him out cold.


HYDRAX⁽¹⁾ defeated RAZE by KNOCKOUT (1:15 ROUND 1)
::RND 1::
Hydrax scored an opening knockdown with a spinwheel kick but got caught in a guillotine choke on his way to the mat. Raze pounded away with mounted punches but Hydrax scrambled away & got back to his feet. When Raze closed again, Hydrax knocked him out with a twist kick.


(Camera goes into the back where we see Cyper warming up for his match. Shylock walks through the scene & stops.)

Shylock: "I hope you win tonight Cypher. We have unfinished business."

Cypher: "Don't worry Shylock. When I get finished with this kid, I will find you next week so I can lay another beating on you."


CYPHER defeated PEGASUS⁽³⁾ by SUBMISSION (1:00 ROUND 1)
::RND 1::
Pegasus got the first blow with a knife edge chop & Cypher rocked him in return with back-to-back haymakers, took him down with a driving double leg takedown & submitted him with a twister.


DOMINATOR⁽⁴⁾ defeated TERMINUS⁽¹⁾ by SUBMISSION (2:15 ROUND 2)
::RND 1::
The most dominant round by any fighter so far! Terminus toyed with Dominator, taking him down at will & going after various submission attempts. When Dominator managed to regain his feet he couldn’t escape the clinch & got taken down again. Dominator survived several more submission attempts & escaped the round in one piece. (10-8 TERMINUS)

::RND 2::
The round began with Terminus absolutely dominating & nearly KO’ing Dominator with a uranage. Terminus got careless on the mat & Dominator rolled him into a kimura & slipped to a guillotine choke for the huge comeback victory.


(Camera goes into Commissioner Hood's office where we see Jack Hood with his arm in a sling.)

Jack Hood: "You have managed to injure Morbid with your blindside attack tonight Thock. I promised you two matches & I will not disappoint our fans. Tonight you will face one of the most fearsome super heavyweights in the POW. Tonight you will face HYBRID!"

(Camera fades with Jack Hood's laughter filling the arena)


THOCK⁽¹⁾ defeated HYBRID⁽²⁾ by SUBMISSION (2:00 ROUND 2)
::RND 1::
Thock opened with a spinning back fist that rocked Hybrid from the clinch. Thock put Hybrid on his back with jumping knee strikes & went for a submission but Hybrid quickly fought back to his feet. Hybrid smashed Thock with an overhand right & followed with a roundhouse right but Thock blocked it and delivered a palm strike. A scramble occurred at the end of the round that saw Thock lock on a rear naked choke as time expired. (10-9 THOCK)

::RND 2::
Hybrid came out swinging to start the round & hit a leaping knee that forced Thock into the clinch. After a few knees to the stomach Hybrid went for a shoulder throw that Thock turned into another rear naked choke. Hybrid hung on & ate some mounted elbows before Thock managed yet another rear naked choke for the submission.


(As Thock raises his hand in victory he is blindsided by a spear from Morbid who quickly locks on an anaconda choke & chokes Thock unconscious. Morbid gets to his feet & begins laying the boots to Thock but security quickly hits the ring & drags him away before too much damage can be done.)


CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE MATCH:
DANTE defeated AMAZING MANN⁽¹⁾ (C) by TKO (STRIKES) (1:15 ROUND 2)
::RND 1::
Dante put together an amazing round by keeping the fight in the clinch. When Mann broke away to strike with snap kicks & front kicks, Dante took the shots & went right back into the clinch. Dante started very strong; striking with a variety of kicks but Mann pulled guard & tried a triangle choke. Dante slipped away & drove knee after knee into Mann’s ribcage, breaking several ribs in the process, causing the stoppage.

A nearly perfect round for Saboteur. He took the fight right to the ground & put on a grappling clinic with hadaka jime, kata getame & triangle arm bars. Add in some vicious knees to the body & a gyaku ude garame as the bell sounded to end the round. (10-8 SABOTEUR) (53-9)

::RND 2::
A mirror of the first round with Saboteur putting on another grappling clinic. Sectarian did regain his feet briefly but instead of striking he took Saboteur right back into Saboteur’s domain where he easily reversed position & submitted him with kata getame.


SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH:
WRAITH⁽⁶⁾ (C) defeated RUBICON⁽⁶⁾ by SUBMISSION (3:45 ROUND 3)
::RND 1::
A great first round! Back & forth action. Rubicon clearly took the round with 3 belly-to-belly falling slams & a near KO from knees to the head. (10-9 RUBICON)

::RND 2::
Another great round! Wraith rocked Rubicon with a flying knee strike & was rocked himself by a spinning hammerfist. Rubicon scored another takedown & pounded Wraith with knees & elbows. Wraith turned around his ground game & hit Rubicon with several submission attempts to steal the round late. (10-9 WRAITH)

::RND 3::
They stood toe to toe & traded bombs to open the round. Rubicon got rocked & went to the clinch & rocked Wraith in return. Rubicon went for the takedown & got caught in a keylock submission. He slipped away but got caught again in the transition in another keylock.

(Commissioner Hood is in the middle of the ring as the lights in the arena come up wearing his arm in a sling. Morbid stands behind him with his head wrapped in heavy bandages.)

Hood: “Thock, last week you fought with pride & honor. I applaud you.”

(Hood tries to clap but winces badly when he slaps his injured arm.)

Hood: “This week boy I have a new surprise for you. Let’s call it a little payback for last week.”

(Thock’s music hits & he appears at the top of the ramp.)

Thock: “There is no honor in how you fight Hood. You are a scoundrel who is holding Miss Nicole against her will. I will continue to hurt you until you return her safely. Only then will you be rid of me & the pain that I cause you.”

Hood: “I don’t think that will be the case tonight boy. Tonight you will face two men, like last week only in the respect that there will be two against you. No, tonight you will face Mensar & Rubicon in a Handicap Elimination Match.”

(The crowd roars its approval.)

Hood: “Listen to them boy, they approve (indicating the crowd). I know you are wondering what this match is all about. I will put your fears to rest & tell you. In this match you will have 5 rounds to defeat both of your opponents. You will face only one fighter per round but your opponents have control over who you face. If Rubicon wants to pound you into oblivion for 4 rounds & then hand you off to Mensar for the finish; that is within the scope of the rules.”

Thock: “These people aren’t cheering because they approve of your match-making skills. They are cheering because they know I will not back down from any challenge you put before me. They hunger for your defeat, just as I do.”

(The crowd roars its agreement with Thock.)

Hood: “Prepare yourself well then boy because after a few preliminary bouts tonight, you are up.”

(Thock only nods in response & raises his fist in salute to the crowd. They reply with a roar of approval.)

DOMINATOR⁽¹⁾ defeated TERMINUS⁽⁵⁾ by TKO (ROUND 2)
::RND 1::
Dominator opened with a spinning elbow strike that hurt Terminus badly. This round saw Terminus seize control only 3 times for brief seconds before Dominator snatched control back again. Almost the entire round was spent on the mat with Dominator in top position working for a kimura or an anaconda choke. (10-8 Dominator)

::RND 2::
Round two was a mirror of the first round with Dominator giving up control only 2 times & both times re-taking control with a submission attempt. This round it was the triangle choke that Dominator worked for until breaking Terminus’ arm with a kimura for the TKO win. (4:15)

ZED MARLOWE⁽²⁾ defeated TK⁽²⁾ by TKO (ROUND 1)
::RND 1::
Zed put on a B.J.J. clinic in this one. He put TK in submission after submission & takedown after takedown. Zed only had two bumps in the opening round on his way to a submission victory in the final seconds of the round. The replay showed Zed watching the clock count down as he cranked the straight knee lock & when the clock showed 5 seconds remaining he ground his teeth & torqued TK’s knee out of place for the referee stoppage. Sectarian opened with 2 low kicks & closed quickly to nail a reverse leg sweep that knocked Hydrax the F out. (:45)



RUBICON⁽²⁾ & MENSAR⁽²⁾ defeated THOCK⁽⁷⁾ by KO (ROUND 4)
::RND 1::
Mensar started for his team & pick Thock apart as he tried to move in & out of the clinch. Half-way through the round Mensar was in total control & put Thock on his back with a double leg pick up & slam. On the ground, Thock came alive & reversed the action. With seconds to go in the round Mensar regained his feet & went for a charging knee but Thock kicked his other leg out from underneath him with an inside leg kick & had a hammerlock cinched in deep as the bell sounded to end the round. The crowd roared its approval. (10-9 Thock)

::RND 2::
Rubicon entered the ring for this round & brutalized the hero mercilessly with strikes of all kinds to the body & head. A back hip throw set up a neck crank attempt & Thock just managed to slide away to score his only points of the round with mounted elbows. (10-8 Rubicon)

::RND 3::
Rubicon taunted Thock to open the third by giving his head a shove & Thock quickly put him on the mat with elbow strikes & a knee to the sternum. On the mat, Thock rocked him with several mounted elbows. Rubicon won a scramble & stood back up but Thock pressed forward back into the clinch. Rubicon went for a belly-to-belly falling slam but Thock slid over the back for a rear naked choke attempt instead. Rubicon scrambled away again & caught Thock in a spinning back fist. In trouble once more, Thock went back to the clinch & pulled guard to close the round hanging on, but still fighting. (10-9 Thock)

::RND 4::
Mensar gave Rubicon a rest in the fourth & Thock welcomed him with several elbow strikes but Mensar dropped him with a massive punch & battered out the victory with multiple punches & elbows to the head. (2:15)


PEGASUS⁽⁵⁾ defeated SHYLOCK⁽⁷⁾ by DECISION (29-28)
::RND 1::
A good first round. Both men scored solid strikes. The difference was Shylock’s fighting from the clinch, but Pegasus closed the round in control & swinging for the fences. (10-9 Shylock)

::RND 2::
Another good, back & forth round that again saw both fighters rock their opponents. This round did show Shylock’s hands are fierce, nearly winning with a brutal combination & again on a sternum punch. Pegasus showed a good chin & recovery skills. Like Shylock last round, it was Pegasus’ ability to fight from the clinch that secured the round. (10-9 Pegasus)

::RND 3::
Shylock smashed Pegasus with an overhand right just after they touched gloves to start the round. Again, Pegasus showed a good chin & smiled back at Shylock. Pegasus scored with some jabs & hooks & then hit the first of 3 inside leg kick knockdowns followed by a spinning punch knockdown & topped off with a high kick to the head knockdown. Shylock was in serious trouble at this point & managed 2 more overhand rights before the round expired. An excellent fight. (10-9 Pegasus – ALMOST 10-8)


(Camera goes into the back where we see Commissioner Hood in his office. Chained to the wall by her neck, wearing next to nothing is Pandra Nicole. She appears battered, bearing a nice bruise on her left cheek, but otherwise unharmed. Within moments the door is bashed open & Thock storms through the wreckage. Hood looks up, takes note of his two downed security guards unconscious outside, & smiles a silver grin at Thock. Morbid, who was hiding to the side of the door snatches Thock from behind & locks on MORBIDLY CRUEL & Hood comes over to get into Thock’s face.)

Hood: “Did you really think I was that stupid boy?! Did you?!”

(Hood punches Thock in the face)

Hood: “Now that you are here we can begin your lessons in humility.”

(Hood punches Thock in the face again, opening a deep cut above his eye. The Commissioner walks over to his desk & opens a drawer & withdraws a long whip, then looks back to Thock with a silver grin.)


CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT
DANTE (C) defeated AHNU⁽⁴⁾ by KO (ROUND 1)
::RND 1::
Ahnu came out to a huge pop from the crowd & when he hit the opening jumping head kick & took Dante down with an ankle pick up/outside leg trip the crowd exploded in excitement. The reality of things hit quickly once the fight reached the mat as Dante locked on a crucifix & started landing vicious strikes to Ahnu’s face. Ahnu managed to get back to his feet with about 2 minutes to go & again the crowd popped but Dante again quieted them with his brutality, smashing the fan-favorite with elbows & uppercuts before knocking him out in the final seconds with a kick to the knee, punch to the jaw combo. For his efforts the crowd rained down the heaviest heat of any fighter thus far on Dante. (4:45)


SUPER-HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT
WRAITH⁽⁸⁾ (C) defeated EREBUS⁽⁵⁾ by TKO (ROUND 3)
::RND 1::
Erebus opened with a left jab, followed by a right cross that rocked the champ. Another crisp combo & Wraith went down but scrambled away quickly to avoid further damage. From the clinch, Wraith put Erebus down with a leg reap & went for a rear naked choke but Erebus defended it well. They traded furious blows, Wraith from the mount, Erebus from his back with Wraith getting the worst of it. Sliding away, letting Erebus get back to his feet, Wraith pressed the attack & closed the round in dominant fashion. (10-8 Wraith)

::RND 2::
Erebus was shaky starting the second & Wraith waded in throwing bombs. Erebus managed to catch Wraith with a throat chop & went for a rolling scissors but got locked in another rear naked choke instead. Fighting from his back is where Erebus seemed the most comfortable as he rocked Wraith from the bottom with frenzied strikes. Wraith again stood back up & re-took control to close the round. (10-9 Wraith)

::RND 3::
Erebus threw caution to the wind & charged across the ring to open the third with a beautiful flying knee that brought the crowd roaring to their feet & sent Wraith down onto his back. Erebus pummeled the champ with brutal right crosses & left jabs from his guard, each rocking Wraith’s head back hard into the mat. The ref was scant seconds from stopping the match when Wraith pulled Erebus down & held him fast until the ref forced the stand up. Erebus charged right back in looking to finish & got K.T.F.O. by a flying knee strike. The ref stopped the fight immediately. (2:00)

HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT
SABOTEUR⁽⁶⁾ (C) defeated CYPHER⁽⁶⁾ by DECISION (48-46)
::RND 1::
Cypher calmly dropped Saboteur to the mat with a massive opening punch & cruised through the round. Cypher dropped the champion 4 more times with looping left hands & haymakers, surprisingly keeping the first on the feet. Saboteur did just enough to avoid a 10-8 round. (10-9 Cypher)

::RND 2::
Cypher opened strong scoring a quick takedown but Saboteur showed he is no slouch on the ground & slipped away. On his feet again the champ controlled the remainder of the round from the clinch; scoring with his elbows & knees before taking Cypher down with an uchi mata as time expired. (10-9 Saboteur)

::RND 3::
This round was the key point of the fight. Saboteur came out & totally dominated Cypher from the outside. Cypher closed to the clinch & Saboteur stepped back & made him pay. Again & again Cypher tried to clinch, but the champion stepped back each time & punished him from the outside. All told, 3 knockdowns for the champion in this round. (10-8 Saboteur)

::RND 4::
Cypher’s corner told him he needed the next two to win the fight, but Saboteur would have nothing of it. Every time Cypher grounded the fight, Saboteur found a way back to his feet. Cypher closed the round very strong, but not enough, as the round ended with a 22-21 score for Saboteur. (10-9 Saboteur)

::RND 5::
As they rose for the final round, Cypher’s corner told him the fight was too close to call & he needed a submission to ensure the victory. The round went back & forth as Saboteur blocked two takedown attempts & won a scramble to again regain his feet after Cypher took him down. Cypher finally got Saboteur’s back with 1:30 left & tried crossfaces & an anaconda choke, but just like the other rounds, Saboteur found a way back to his feet with :15 remaining. The champ raised both hands in the air & ate one final looping left hand before the bell. Cypher dropped to his knees & covered his face with both hands in defeat to close an absolutely brilliant fight. (10-9 Cypher)


(Camera goes back inside the Commissioner's office where we see Morbid stretching out an unconscious Thock across the Commissioner's desk & Jack Hood delivering the whip to Thock's back. Multiple lashes are clearly evident on his back already. With each lash, Pandra Nicole screams out against it, tears streaming down her face.)

(The show opens with Commissioner Hood making his way out to the top of the ramp. Behind him he drags a long chain, at the other end of that chain, in a dog collar, is Thock. The crowd cheers for him loudly & boos the Commissioner when he motions for silence. Commissioner Hood doesn’t bother waiting for the crowd to quiet before he begins speaking.)

Hood: “Now I know why everyone is here. Everyone came to see the carnage of the P.O.W. & the Commissioner of that carnage…Jack Hood.”

(The crowd showers Hood with deafening boos)

Hood: “I imagine that you are all wondering why I have the boy locked in a dog collar. As I told him on the last show, I plan on teaching him lessons in humility & respect. Tonight you will witness the first ever MMA Dog Collar Match. Your boy Thock will face one of the meanest fighters in the P.O.W.: Mace.”

(The crowd cheers wildly)


NEFARUS defeated PEGASUS⁽³⁾ by KNOCKOUT
::RND 1::
Nefarus opened with a roundhouse kick knockdown & dominated Pegasus with his feet for a minute & a half; scoring 2 more knockdowns with karate kicks before Pegasus could shoulder tackle his way into the clinch. Pegasus tried a headlock takedown, but Nefarus pushed him away & dropped him once & for all with another roundhouse kick. (2:15)


PENDEKAR⁽²⁾ defeated AHNU⁽⁵⁾ by KNOCKOUT
::RND 1::
Pendekar tried nearly everything in his arsenal against Ahnu but couldn’t keep him down. Ahnu ate 3 o soto makikomi before making Pendekar pay with a high kick to the head followed by a jumping head kick to close the round with a huge knockdown that brought the crowd roaring into the match. (10-9 Pendekar)

::RND 2::
Ahnu struck quickly, keeping the crowd behind him, to open the second but Pendekar worked the clinch effectively & added 2 more o soto makikomi by the end of the round. The crowd never let up as the action went back & forth for the entire round. Pendekar just scored enough to squeak out another round. (10-9 Pendekar)

::RND 3::
The crowd only got louder as Ahnu blasted away at Pendekar as the round began. This time when Pendekar took the fight down, Ahnu wound up in top position & started dropping bombs. Pendekar scrambled away & shook off the barrage to bring a surprising end to the fight with an uchi mata. (3:45)

(The crowd gasped as one, was silent for a moment, then cheered wildly in appreciation for the fight.)


RAGE⁽⁴⁾ defeated KULAK⁽³⁾ by KNOCKOUT
::RND 1::
Rage unloaded on Kulak, rocking him with 2 big shots. Kulak fought his way into the clinch & took Rage down & laid down the caveman double hammerfist & almost KO’d the unsuspecting Rage. He escaped back to his feet, shaking off the beating & dropped Kulak with a haymaker. In the final minute Kulak reversed position & closed the round strong. (10-9 Kulak)

::RND 2::
Rage went for a haymaker & Kulak blocked it & hit a diving elbow strike that put Rage on his back with a cut above the eye. Seeing blood, Kulak pressed the attack & had the ref scant seconds from stopping the fight but Rage reversed position & hurt his left arm in the process. Rage then delivered a solid minute of one-handed strikes from the mount. Kulak scrambled back to his feet & nailed Rage again with another diving elbow strike that put Rage down again. Rage scrambled away immediately & tried a sweeping hip throw but couldn’t finish the move with his bad arm. Kulak staggered him with an overhand right but when Kulak came in quickly to finish, Rage hit a desperation haymaker for the knockout. (4:45)


MMA DOG COLLAR MATCH
THOCK defeated MACE⁽¹⁾ by SUBMISSION
::RND 1::
Thock surprised Mace with a spinning back fist & used his size advantage to whip Mace across the ring by the throat, snapping him down hard. Thock took side control & rained down mounted elbows before rolling Mace into a rear naked choke for the win. (:45)

(As the ref is releasing Thock from the collar he is blindsided by Morbid. Morbid whips Thock repeatedly with the chain & drags Thock to each corner, climbs to the top turnbuckle, & hoists Thock’s limp form into the air by the neck to display him like a trophy for the crowd. Morbid then chokes Thock unconscious with the chain before locking on MORBIDLY CRUEL. Security hits the ring & drags Morbid away while the medical team tries to revive Thock.)


DOMINATOR⁽¹⁾ defeated SECTARIAN⁽⁶⁾ by SUBMISSION
::RND 1::
Dominator wasn’t impressed with Sectarian’s monkey kung-fu & took him right to the mat with a fireman’s carry drop & locked on submission hold after hold for the entire round. Sectarian managed a few strikes from the bottom but couldn’t roll or escape the wrath of Dominator. (10-8 Dominator)

::RND 2::
A scramble opened the round as Dominator went for a takedown & Sectarian struck his way out of the clinch. An overhand right rocked him & allowed Dominator to put him back on the mat. Halfway through the round the score was 22-5 Dominator on the card, Sectarian finally got caught in a vicious kimura & quickly tapped out. (2:30)


CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT
STIGMA⁽¹⁾ defeated DANTE⁽⁴⁾ (C) by TKO (STRIKES)

Stigma definitely came in with a game plan of fighting from the clinch. Dante ate nasty knees & elbows & by the third sweeping hip throw was bleeding badly from a cut on the back of his head. Stigma used dirty boxing & foot stomps to set up a double leg pick up & slam that K.T.F.O.’d Dante with a sickening splat. (3:45)

Saboteur toyed with Cannibal, snapping off punches until he got caught by a spinning back fist that knocked him down. Cannibal went on a tear & dropped the champ twice more. This brought Saboteur’s Judo skills to life as the fight went furiously back & forth in the final minute & a half. When the bell sounded to close the first, the round was a scoring draw. (26-26) OUTSTANDING!

::RND 2::
Saboteur spent the break staring a hole in his opponent across the way & came out all business to open the round. He scored knockdowns with a superman punch & got a measure of revenge with a spinning back fist knockdown. As Cannibal got back to his feet, another superman punch put the lights out for the night. MENSAR⁽¹⁾ defeated WRAITH⁽³⁾ (C) by KNOCKOUT

Surprising, Mensar fought nearly the entire round standing & rocked Wraith with 3 solid strikes while avoiding any big shots from the champ. Even though they traded punches, Mensar opened a cut under Wraith’s left eye & won the round. (10-9 Mensar)

::RND 2::
Wraith opened the second with an overhand right that dropped Mensar & he locked on a rear naked choke. Mensar turned into Wraith & got back to guard as Wraith blasted away with mounted punches. Mensar scrambled away back to his feet & hurt the champ with a charging knee & a uranage knocked him out. (1:15)

(Camera goes into the Commissioner’s office; sitting before him is the Commissioner of the IWF. Chained to the wall, still scantily clad, is the bruised Pandra Nicole.)

Commissioner: “Your treatment of Miss Nicole is unacceptable Hood.”

Hood: “Unfortunately you have no say over how I handle me guests.”

Commissioner: “Guest? Captive more like.”

Hood: “She can leave when she chooses. All she need do is tell me what I want to know.”

Commissioner: “And what exactly is that?”

(Jack Hood only smiles in response)

Hood: “Tell me why you came here tonight?”

Commissioner: “I came here tonight to put you in check.”

Hood: “You would not be the first to try. You will be no more successful than they.”

Commissioner: “I have put into play certain…measures…to ensure your compliance.”

Hood: “You will find that I do not like compliance forced down me throat.”

Commissioner: “That is exactly why it is so effective.”

(The Commissioner is the one who smiles this time…)


AKUMA¹ defeated UFO² by KNOCKOUT
::RND 1::
UFO tried a roundhouse punch to open the round & Akuma masterfully blocked it & dropped UFO with a right cross. Akuma moved inside & out of UFO’s reach, picking him apart from the outside. Frustrated, UFO took the fight down & was reversed immediately & was rocked by several solid strikes before he scrambled back to his feet. Unfazed, Akuma stepped in again for ryokatate-dori for the knockout. (4:49)


EURITAR⁴ defeated RAIJIN by KNOCKOUT
::RND 1::
Raijin roared across the ring & rocked Euritar with a summersault thrust kick followed by a flying knee that snapped his head back. The crowd exploded in cheers sensing an end to the fight. An outside leg kick buckled Euritar’s knee & Raijin hit another flying knee that put Euritar on the mat. The rookie failed to pounce & Euritar slowly got back to his feet. Raijin charged straight into a left kick, right jab & a left uppercut combo that knocked him out cold. (3:11)

(Camera goes into the back where we see Mayhem on his way to the ring. He passes by Rage on his way & gives him a shoulder bump as they pass.)

Rage: “Watch it traitor. You are not beyond punishment here.”

(Mayhem only laughs to himself, shakes his head & doesn’t even pause on his way to the ring.)


NIGHTMARE¹ defeated MAYHEM² by SUBMISSION
::RND 1::
WOW! This was a war fought from the clinch. Mayhem used an inside leg kick to close & laid down some hard strikes. He went for a bodylock slam but Nightmare melted away & materialized again into a rear naked choke. Nightmare nailed some wicked elbows from Mayhem’s back before Mayhem smashed him in the face & turned into the mount as they went down & delivered some hammerfists as they landed on the mat. After the 3rd hammerfist Nightmare dematerialized again & this time had an ankle lock applied when he re-materialized. Mayhem broke the hold with a vicious stomp to the face & rolled into north-south position to drive repeated knees into Nightmare’s head. Nightmare melted through Mayhem’s grasp once again & locked on another rear naked choke, this time Mayhem couldn’t escape. (4:27) (The score was 22-22 when the fight ended. 5* FOTY candidate)


(Commissioner Hood climbs into the ring. He doesn’t look pleased.)

Hood (shouting): “Thock! It is time for a new lesson. Tonight’s lesson will have nothing to do with respect or humility. Tonight’s lesson is punishment. Tonight you fight to be the Last Man Standing. Your opponent will be the Dark Star Creature.”


LAST MAN STANDING FIGHT:

As soon as Thock got within reach, DSC locked on a Creature Claw. After nearly a minute in the claw, Thock rocked DSC with a palm strike to break the hold & followed with an inside leg kick, spinning back fist that drove DSC back into the ropes. DSC hit a kick to the mouth that put Thock down hard. Thock scrambled back to his feet & a flying knee put him right back down again. DSC tried to mount but Thock caught him in a kimura armlock. PRIMAL RAGE broke the hold & an elbow onslaught chased Thock back to his feet. Thock responded with another spinning back fist smash & DSC wobbled & grabbed another Creature Claw & shook Thock wildly as the bell sounded. (10-9 DSC)

::RND 2::
Thock buckled DSC’s knee again with another inside leg kick & drove the fight down to the mat & went on to brutalize DSC for the entire round. DSC managed only one good knee shot during a transition that spurred Thock on to greater heights of violence. DSC ate elbow after elbow after elbow & withstood the final :15 locked in a kimura. (10-8 Thock)

::RND 3::
The bell sounded to start the round, but DSC was unable to answer the bell. The fur of his head was matted with clotting blood & a dazed look filled his eyes.

(Hood stood at the top of the ramp & watched the entire fight. When it ended he leveled a malicious stare on the victor & went into the back without comment.)


CYPHER¹ defeated SHYLOCK¹ by TKO
::RND 1::
Cypher went for a driving double leg takedown & Shylock stuffed it. Cypher transitioned to a dragging single leg to get the takedown & followed with a twister. Shylock escaped & made Cypher pay dearly. Cypher was quick to reassert control & Shylock scrambled away to his feet. A sternum punch turned the fight & a belly-to-belly throw grounded it. Mounted punches & a guillotine choke from the mount followed by elbows destroyed Cypher. In desperation Cypher scrambled away, gathered himself, and charged in for another double leg takedown that slammed Shylock’s head into the second turnbuckle, knocking him out cold, giving Cypher the TKO victory. [SHYLOCK INJ-3 CARDS: SEVERE CONCUSSION]

(Cypher spared his opponent a glance before raising both hands in victory; a huge smile on his face. Medics rushed into the ring to tend to Shylock & Cypher clearly laughs as he leaves the ring & heads to the back.)


SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT:
MENSAR¹ (C) defeated WRAITH⁴ by SUBMISSION
::RND 1::
The champ used a hard kick to the side to close for a double leg pick up & slam. Wraith used the opening for a key lock submission attempt but Mensar punched his way free & grabbed a bent arm lock for nearly a minute. Wraith slipped away for a crescent kick & a flying knee but a massive punch dropped him again, elbows to the head & knees to the ribs softened him up & a bent arm lock finished him. (4:14)


CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT:
PENDEKAR defeated STIGMA³ (C) by TKO
::RND 1::
It was a dominant opening round by the challenger. Pendekar used a scramble to ground the fight with an uchi mata & went to work on his submissions. Stigma reversed position & stood back up. Pendekar got up & Stigma put him right back down with a sweeping him throw. Pendekar scrambled away & the fight went right back into the clinch. It all ended suddenly with another uchi mata, this one a face-plant TKO. (3:42) (snake eyes)

(Before the fight both men shook hands. After the fight, Pendekar was right there seeing to his friend as the medics arrived. Pendekar helped his friend to the back, leaving one of the medics to carry the Cruiserweight Title.)


HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT:
SABOTEUR (C) defeated DOMINATOR³ by TKO
::RND 1::
Dominator hit a quick combo & scored a takedown. Saboteur rolled him right over after :30 & punished him for the remainder of the round with knees to the body & vicious submission attempts. The only bright spots for Dominator were that he took minimal damage in the round & after 4:00 on his back, finished the round standing. (10-8 Saboteur)

::RND 2::
Saboteur grinned at Dominator during the break, never taking his eyes off him. When the second round began he used the jab to close into the clinch, an uchi mata takedown & floated over into side-control for a kata gatame finish. Dominator was unconscious before he could even tap. (1:08) (snake eyes)
