EURITAR vs. STIGMA
- Euritar followed a left, right combo into the clinch; busted Stigma’s chin wide open with a nasty knee shot & finished with a left uppercut that snapped his head back violently. (:24) Wow.

WINNER: Euritar by KO (left uppercut)



THORN vs. SYCOPHANT
- Sycophant tried a high kick but Thorn hit a double leg spinebuster, followed with a couple cross elbow spikes & speared him backwards into the cage for the dominant knockout.

WINNER: Thorn by KO (driving spear)

Thayne: “I’m tired of Conundrum’s mouth, so tonight I’m going to close it. The only win of merit he has is over Cypher; I’m a different fighter than Cypher. He’s not going to like where I take him.”



PENDEKAR vs. SHYLOCK
- Pendekar went for an inside leg kick but Shylock beat him to the punch with a sternum punch that hit with such impact, Pendekar was dropped unconscious to the mat. A one punch knockout; quickest in POW history! (:06)

WINNER: Shylock by KTFO (sternum punch)



RAVEN vs. MENSAR
- This was a good fight with lots of back & forth action. Raven survived two double leg pickup & slams early & came back up swinging for the fences. A reverse in the clinch sent Raven hard into the cage; Mensar slammed him down again & put him to sleep with a guillotine choke.

WINNER: Mensar by SUB (guillotine choke)

Saboteur: “I could care less who I fight because I’m going to win it all. No matter what any of my opponents say, I’m the one who is wearing that belt home. None of them can hope to compete against me.”



FREAKSHOW vs. QUETZAL
- This one was a GREAT fight! Quetzal was thrown into the cage; slammed hard to the mat & was beaten nearly to death, but he kept fighting back. Quetzal nearly had him with a calf slicer but Freakshow stomped on his head until he stopped moving & made the ref stop the beserk ground & pound that followed.

WINNER: Freakshow by KO (beserk ground & pound)



ZED MARLOWE vs. DANTE
- Zed opened with his trademark charging knee but Dante came right back with a vicious flurry of strikes that drove Zed into the cage. Zed tried to ground the fight but Dante kept striking. Zed finally grounded the fight with a belly to belly throw but again Dante was far from finished & landed some shots from his back. Zed pushed on & established control with a wicked right cross that rocked him & finished with another series of strikes from the mount.

WINNER: Zed Marlowe by KO (mounted strikes)

Wraith: “I said after the Puma fight that everyone here considers me the underdog in this fight. I would say that I’m the best striker here; that is my advantage. That is what will win me the title.”



AKUMA vs. RUBICON
- Once again Rubicon looked ready. They circled & Akuma surprised him with a spinning back elbow; Rubicon responded with a spinning hammer fist that knocked Akuma backwards into the cage. Rubicon came in & Akuma nailed him with a heart punch & drove forward to finish him with a leaping elbow strike that knocked him out cold.

WINNER: Akuma by KO (leaping elbow strike)

Thock: “Every fight takes a severe toll on your mind & body; two or three fights in one night...I do not believe that any of them will defeat me.”



POW CHAMPIONSHIP - GAUNTLET FIGHT 1
CONUNDRUM vs. THAYNE
- Conundrum knew he was in trouble after the opening flying knee caught him flush & the left kick to the knee, right kick to the head opened a severe cut under his eye. Conundrum tried to ground the fight but Thayne calmly reversed position & stood right back up. Thayne escaped without taking a single shot & finished off his dominating performance with a vicious uppercut that sprayed blood all over the front row.


WINNER: Thayne by KO (uppercut)



POW CHAMPIONSHIP - GAUNTLET FIGHT 2
THAYNE vs. SABOTEUR
- This was an AMAZING fight!!! Thayne picked up right where he left off with Conundrum & bloodied Saboteur very quickly. Saboteur banged right back & drove him into the cage & knocked him down with a superman punch. Thayne rolled away, got back up & charged in again to rock Saboteur with a right kick to the head. Saboteur connected with a ruthless spinning back fist right as Thayne connected with an uppercut; both men crumpled. The crowd was going nuts as Saboteur locked in gyaku ude garame but Thayne ripped free once more!! He got back up & smiled; the crowd roared again. They clashed over & over; both men nearing their physical limit when Saboteur swept guard & nailed two ugly knees to the head & finished with a kata getame.


WINNER: Saboteur by SUB (kata getame)



POW CHAMPIONSHIP - GAUNTLET FIGHT 3
SABOTEUR vs. WRAITH
- Saboteur toyed with Wraith; moving in & out, tagging him at will. Wraith connected with four successive overhand rights that got Saboteur’s attention. Bleeding once again, Saboteur continued to toy with Wraith; baited him into the clinch, took him down & locked on a loose submission attempt & let Wraith slip away. Wraith rolled into mount & went for an arm triangle; Saboteur backed up the cage & flipped Wraith onto his back to break the choke. Saboteur unloaded on him & caught him on the chin for the knockout.


WINNER: Saboteur by KO (flurry of punches)



POW CHAMPIONSHIP - GAUNTLET FINAL
SABOTEUR vs. THOCK
- Saboteur sauntered into the ring, still bleeding from several cuts at the hands of Thayne & Wraith & made a throat slash gesture to Thock; who smiled in response & motioned for Saboteur to bring it on. The bell rang & they came together to touch gloves; Saboteur bypassed the touch to deliver a cross elbow strike that snapped Thock’s head around & dropped him unconscious to the mat! It’s all over!! Saboteur has done it!!! (snake eyes)


WINNER & NEW POW CHAMPION: Saboteur by TKO (cross elbow strikes)

Thock was carried, unconscious, from the ring on a stretcher. His condition at this time is unknown. It has been suggested that he will miss at least 6 cards.

After fight interview with Saboteur as the title is placed around his waist.

Saboteur: "I guess the doubters have been silenced now. If there are any doubters left in the back, step right up & find out for yourself who the POW CHAMPION really is. That man is Saboteur; I’m waiting.”



Huge crowd pop.
