MENSAR vs. ABSALOM
- WOW! Absalom embarrassed Mensar & dismantled him. Every time Mensar got the fight to the mat, Absalom either escaped or forced a stand-up. Absalom rocked him with all kinds of strikes & kicks but it was the spinning backfist that dropped Mensar like a sack of potatoes. Mensar claimed post fight that the blood from his cut kept blinding him & said that Absalom just capitalized on an opportunity.
WINNER: Absalom by KO (spinning backfist)
THORN vs. RAZE
- Thorn beat the hell out of Raze with a vicious ground & pound attack but Raze took everything Thorn had & kept coming. Thorn made a statement when he repeatedly slammed Raze head first into the cage; Raze went limp after the 4th slam & the ref called for the stoppage.
WINNER: Thorn by TKO (face slam into cage)
Raze suffered a neck strain & will miss the next 3 cards.
ONAMI vs. QUETZAL
- It only took Quetzal :13 to defeat Onami; they touched gloves, Quetzal dropped him with a left high kick & drilled punches into his face until the ref jumped in.
WINNER: Quetzal by KO (punches to the head)
BENEDICT vs. SHYLOCK
- Shylock peppered Benedict with shots from the inside & out, he shoulder-butted Benedict into the cage, slammed him & cinched in a guillotine. Benedict fought his way out & caught Shylock with a punch to the ear that dropped him. Benedict got full mount but ate punch after punch from the bottom until Shylock caught an arm & rolled into and armbar.
WINNER: Shylock by SUB (armbar)
PUMA vs. PENDEKAR
- Puma opened with a haymaker, Pendekar ducked it & hit a left, right, left to the head & a right to the body that hurt Puma. Pendekar clinched & hit morote gari for the win.
WINNER: Pendekar by KO (morote gari)

Excalibur: “I must’ve watched the Cypher-Conundrum fight a hundred times to find some weakness in Conundrum; I’ve found one & he isn’t aware of it, I’m certain of it.”
(Image shifts back to Conundrum)
Conundrum: “I’m going to twist him & bend him & I hope beyond hope that he doesn’t break. I’m going to hurt him & then I’m going to discard him like the piece of trash he is.”
LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT
CONUNDRUM ( c ) vs. EXCALIBUR
- Conundrum methodically broke Excalibur down & ground out the victory. Excalibur didn’t go easily; he broke away several times & dropped the champion with liver kicks but just couldn’t finish. Every time the fight wound up on the mat, Conundrum went into an alligator roll & locked on a choke to reverse position; eventually Conundrum hit a body drop throw & Excalibur couldn’t recover.
WINNER & STILL LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION:[/color] Conundrum by KO (body drop throw)
Camera goes into the back where we see the luscious Pandra Nicole talking to Jack Hood; he sits behind his new desk.
Pandra: "I understand that you saw fit to countermand my direction of a match this week."
Hood: "That's right lass. I won't fight for you. Ever. I fight on my terms & my terms only."
Pandra: "Your terms?"
Thantos: "Hello Pandra."
Pandra faints

Image opens in Jack Hood’s office where we see Thantos carrying Pandra Nicole into the hallway over his shoulder. Thantos is knocked stupid by an elbow to the face from Thock; he drops Miss Nicole to the floor. Thock pounces on Thantos & punches away until Jack Hood spears him into the wall; Pandra comes to & quickly scoots away from the fight but bumps into Freakshow. He bends & gently picks up Miss Nicole & carries her away from the battle raging behind him.
GUNNAR vs. INDIGO
- From the opening bell Indigo dominated this fight. He decimated Gunnar with sharp kicks & various submission attempts; he looked dominant. An unexpected reversal followed by a leg whip takedown out of a scramble dislocated Indigo’s leg at the hip; causing an immediate stoppage. (snake eyes)
WINNER: Gunnar by TKO (leg whip takedown)
Indigo suffered minor ligament damage in his leg & will miss the next 4 cards.
ONAMI vs. AHNU
- Ahnu charged right into a whirling forearm that dropped him to the mat. Onami took side control & drove three fierce knee strikes into Ahnu’s ribs; visibly snapping them. The ref jumped in & pulled Onami away from his assault. (snake eyes)
WINNER: Onami by TKO (knee strikes into ribs)
Raze suffered several broken ribs & will miss the next 6 cards.
ZEALOT vs. DANTE
- Zealot charged in & bulled Dante back into the cage under a wicked barrage of strikes. Once in the clinch, Zealot had his way with Dante until a floating head & arm hip throw wound up as a crucifix & punches to the head for Dante. Dante rolled away while Zealot was stunned & finished quickly with soccer kicks to the head.
WINNER: Dante by KO (soccer kicks to the head)
Image shifts to Freakshow placing Pandra Nicole gently down atop her desk; he traces a finger down her cheek & looks deeply into her eyes before turning away & making his way towards the cage.
FREAKSHOW vs. KONARI
- Freakshow could barely contain his anger on the way to the cage; Konari did everything he could to stop the beast, even opening a nice gash under his eye from repeated roundhouse kicks. Nothing seemed to affect the beast; he roared as he speared Konari into the cage & slammed him down to finish with Frenzied Head Slams.
WINNER: Freakshow by KO (Frenzied Head Slams)
ZED vs. SILAS
- This was a GREAT fight!! Zed scored first with a brutal charging knee but Silas scrambled into top position & went to work. Zed scrambled & came back in but got caught & slammed down hard. Zed scrambled again & bounced Silas’ head off the cage; after that, Silas wasn’t the same. Zed finished strong with an arm triangle.
WINNER: Zed by SUB (arm triangle)

TK: “I’m ready for this fight. The world is going to witness something shocking; Saboteur is going down.”

Saboteur: “I’m already looking past TK to UNIFICATION. TK doesn’t stand a chance against me; he is but the next to fall.”
(Image shifts back to TK)
TK: “I know he’s tough; he’s at the top of a group of bad-asses. Tonight is my night to take the title & prove to everyone that the True Way is the ONLY WAY.”
(Image shifts back to Saboteur)
Saboteur: “I know what he is going to do & he’s going to pay for it. This is number 10 for me; another victory for the one, true & ONLY champion.”
MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT
SABOTEUR ( c ) vs. TK
- TK looked ready as he approached the ring; once inside, it only lasted for :17. TK surged forward on offense, right into a nasty kick to the stomach. Saboteur followed with a spinning back fist in spectacular fashion; crumpling TK to the mat to win his astonishing 10th title defense.
WINNER & STILL MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPION:[/color] Saboteur by KO (spinning back fist)
After fight interview with Saboteur.
Saboteur: "In two weeks you will all witness the beginning of a true dynasty in the POW. In two weeks, Saboteur claims the unified POW TITLE!”
Huge crowd pop.

WoW! This was a brutal as one of my cards. Lots of blood and injuries.
I could just see Dante punting The Zealot Orton style and putting him away. Nasty KO.
Glad to see Freakshow performing well and also Zed gets another win (one of my favorites).
Saboteur is dominating the Middleweight division and made his fight with TK look easy. I can't wait for the Unified Title Fight.

ABSALOM vs. RAVEN
- Absalom opened with some big shots & got a knockdown; Raven came right back with a right cross that put Absalom on the mat. Raven was unable to advance his position & paid the price when Absalom hit him with an up-kick & finished with a flurry of punches & elbows from the bottom.
WINNER: Absalom by KO (punches & elbows to the head)
STIGMA vs. BENEDICT
- Stigma waded right inside & drove him hard into the cage with a blast double leg takedown. On the mat, he continued to drive elbows into Benedict’s head & then got back to his feet; Benedict was slow to rise, collecting himself; he got dropped by the next left elbow cross.
WINNER: Stigma by KO (left elbow cross)
EURITAR vs. MENSAR
- Mensar had a definite game plan for this one; left, right, leg kick. The third leg kick buckled Euritar’s knee & Mensar surged in for a BIG slam. Euritar scrambled away; Mensar went right back to the game plan with the same result: another BIG slam. At this point Euritar was scrambling for his life & Mensar smelled blood & went for the kill off another leg kick with a HUGE right uppercut followed by a slow motion left elbow cross for the win. Great fight!
WINNER: Mensar by KO (right uppercut, left elbow cross)
THORN vs. SHYLOCK
- Shylock opened with an overhand right that knocked Thorn to the mat; Shylock went for the finish with a guillotine choke but Thorn ground in a crossface to drive him away. Thorn tried a driving shoulder tackle but Shylock kept him at bay with a sternum punch. One final takedown attempt by Thorn & Shylock finished with a brutal combination.
WINNER: Shylock by KO (right jab, left hook, right knee)
EXCALIBUR vs. PENDEKAR
- Excalibur charged at the bell, swinging for the fences; Pendekar calmly side-stepped the charge & KTFO’d him with a morote gari :13 into the fight. WOW!
WINNER: Pendekar by KTFO (morote gari)

Rubicon: “Now Rubicon show all fighters who they fear now on. Rubicon voices now gone; Rubicon angry.”
SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE UNIFICATION FIGHT
RUBICON ( c ) vs. THOCK ( INTERIM )
- Rubicon came out amped up; running down the aisle towards the cage. He nearly ripped off the cage door & growled fiercely towards Thock. Once the fight began, Rubicon punished Thock mercilessly; repeatedly slamming him & driving brutal knees into his ribs & head. Rubicon front kicked him back into the cage & caught him off the rebound in a deep guillotine choke but Thock squeezed away & reversed into a hammerlock. Rubicon struggled & Thock turned the hold into a kimura, refusing to release the arm. Rubicon convinced him with a couple hammer fists but Thock was up quickly & caught him flush when he stood with a perfectly timed spinning back fist for the surprise knockout.
WINNER & NEW SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION:[/color] Thock by KO (spinning back fist)
After fight interview with Thock.
Thock: "Rubicon is one hell of a beast. He nearly broke me down but I persevered; weathered the storm of blows & emerged as the champion.”
Huge crowd pop.

Wraith: “Who do I think will win this fight? Me of course. Why? Because I took this title out of Puma’s unconscious hands after my right hand put him to sleep. He’s good; don’t get me wrong, but Wraith is the champ tonight, not Puma.”
(Image shifts back to Puma)
Puma: “Wraith is one dimensional. All I have to do is get him on the mat & submit him; it’s as simple as that.”
(Image shifts back to Wraith)
Wraith: “Everyone knows how I want to fight him; I want to bang. I know he’ll try to take me down; I’ve trained for it & my game plan will nullify it. All you need to know for this fight is that Wraith is walking into the GAUNTLET UNIFICATION FIGHTS as the POW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION.”
HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT
WRAITH ( c ) vs. PUMA
- Wraith used an overhand right to close into the clinch & completely worked Puma over with elbows from all directions. Puma backed away steadily, trying to get some space but Wraith pressed forward & caught him with a stiff cross elbow that dropped him to the mat; Wraith unloaded a barrage of punches & the ref quickly called for the stoppage.
WINNER & STILL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION:[/color] Wraith by TKO (barrage of punches)
Puma suffered a broken jaw & will miss the next 5 cards.
After fight interview with Wraith.
Wraith: "I told you; I told you that I had the answer. Everybody is looking at me going into the UNIFICATION FIGHTS like I’m the underdog, but I’m telling everyone right now; Wraith will emerge as the dominant champion in the POW.”

I missed my picks on the two title fights, and damn! Wraith broke Puma's jaw to retain.
