FREAKSHOW vs. ZEALOT
:: At the bell Freakshow charged & hit a maniac clothesline that flipped Zealot into the cage; he kept his wits though & brought Freakshow to the mat with a foot sweep. Freakshow tore away & charged in for another maniac clothesline & slammed Zealot’s head into the cage causing blood to splatter the fans. Freakshow picked him up for an overhead throw but Zealot caught him on the chin with a rising knee; then drove him into the mat with hammerfists but Freakshow rolled immediately into top position & destroyed him with insane ground & pound; Frenzied Head Slams busted open the back of his head & the ref called for the stoppage.
WINNER: FREAKSHOW by TKO
THORN vs. RUBICON
:: Rubicon was very distracted; mumbling to himself while pacing back & forth. Thorn pounced immediately & slammed him down with a grinding bear hug & battered him with cross elbow spikes. Rubicon took some HUGE shots but decided suddenly to stand & shook Thorn off. A front kick put Thorn on the mat & a brutal assault of knees of elbows nearly ended it; Thorn bucked him off & slipped away. Rubicon was slow rising & it cost him another grinding bear hug & slam that bounced his head off the cage; again Rubicon shoved Thorn away & slowly got back to his feet, but staggered; that was all Thorn needed for another grinding bear hug & slam for the win.
WINNER: THORN by KO
THOCK vs. WRAITH
:: WOW!! Thock charged right into a flying knee that crumpled him to the mat but he scrambled & regained his feet quickly; Wraith drove him back into the cage & caught him flush with an overhand right. Thock tried to go down but Wraith pinned him against the cage & pounded him with elbows & uppercuts until the ref jumped in to put a stop to it.
WINNER: WRAITH by TKO
PUMA vs. MENSAR
:: Puma savagely charged in & drove Mensar to the mat; worked him against the cage & mercilessly beat him against the cage. Mensar got in enough work from the bottom to keep the fight alive, even though he was fading quickly against the onslaught. He finally countered a sit out side choke with a bent arm lock & held it for a moment to regain his senses. Once his head cleared, Mensar pushed away & got back to his feet & dropped Puma with a charging knee out of nowhere.
WINNER: MENSAR by KO

FREAKSHOW vs. THORN
:: Freakshow caught him with a high kick & finished him with a HUGE stomp to the head in under a minute.
WINNER: FREAKSHOW by KO
WRAITH vs. MENSAR
:: Mensar hit Wraith with a hard kick to the side & followed with one…two…three…four…FIVE charging knees to totally demolish him. WOW!

FREAKSHOW vs. MENSAR
:: Freakshow tried a high kick; Mensar blocked & drove him back into the cage. They rolled along the cage, jockeying for position; Mensar came out of nowhere with a uranage & Freakshow landed flush on his face. Mensar added punches & elbows but Freakshow was already out cold. (snake eyes)

SHYLOCK vs. CYPHER
:: Shylock drove Cypher back into the cage with a wicked combo of punches; Cypher bounced off the cage & snapped a right kick into his ribs. Shylock grabbed his ribs & backed away; Cypher charged right into an overhand right that K.T.F.O’d him.
WINNER: SHYLOCK by KO
EXCALIBUR vs. KONARI
:: Excalibur drove him back into the cage with a charging punching combination, picked him up high & slammed him down brutally; a beautiful transition into the mount set up a guillotine choke for the dominant victory.
WINNER: EXCALIBUR by SUB
ONAMI vs. SECTARIAN
:: Sectarian swept his feet & went for an axe kick; Onami rolled away. Sectarian swept his feet again & locked on a neck crank; Onami was unconscious & the fed stopped the fight. (snake eyes)
WINNER: SECTARIAN by TKO
SABOTEUR vs. CONUNDRUM
:: Saboteur knocked him down with a quick superman punch; that played right into Conundrum’s hand. A quick reversal & an alligator roll & choke trapped Saboteur’s arm at his side & Conundrum punched his way to a stunning TKO victory.
WINNER: CONUNDRUM by TKO

SHYLOCK vs. EXCALIBUR
:: Excalibur hit a side kick; Shylock took the blow & crushed his jaw with a HUGE right hand. Shylock tossed him in a belly to belly throw & Excalibur was out!

SECTARIAN vs. CONUNDRUM
:: Sectarian caught him flush with a front kick & hit a rolling hammerfist; Conundrum scrambled & gained top position. Kata getame but Sectarian’s freakish dexterity allowed an escape. Back to their feet again; Sectarian swept his feet & grabbed a neck crank but Conundrum reversed position & moved to the mount with a flurry of strikes. Sectarian covered up & Conundrum snatched an armbar for the submission.
WINNER: CONUNDRUM by SUB

SHYLOCK vs. CONUNDRUM
:: Conundrum got off first with a left jab, jumping knee that drove Shylock back; Shylock sprung off the cage for an overhand right that rocked Conundrum. Right, left, right uppercut combo & Conundrum was out.

Two great tournaments! Glad to see Freakshow perform so well despite losing to Mensar in the finals. Freakshow was trying to kill The Zealot.  I'm telling you, Shylock could probably knock out an elephant with fists like his. His punching power is ungodly and if you get caught you most likely have lost before you know it. Fantastic start |

The next big thang is here! Awesome start to the POW and I agree that Shylock is da man that can knock out an elephant...here I'll show ya (pulls out a crudely drawn picture that looks like a four year old doodled on the page)! You see...I told ya!  Next episode better have TK getting a win or we riot...huh? There is no we? Oh, fine...I'll throw a temper tantrum than! ;D |
