YAY ME! I'm going to say Conundrum beat Reckoning. All the others seem pretty solid, the only toss-up for me is Shylock/Messenger.

Trent Lawless: “Good evening lower life forms; Trent Lawless here with another exciting night of action in the PO frickin W.”
“What do you think about this invasion by the CWA UNIVERSAL CHAMPION[/color] The Messenger, his brother & their pet bull? I’ll tell you what I think; as soon as they have moved on in their tour of the galaxy.”
“Tonight’s action will feature FIGHT #4 in the BEST OF 5 SERIES between The Messenger & Shylock. Shylock can close out the series tonight with a third decisive win; I look for him to do just that.”
“In other action, Euritar bitch-slapped the taste out of Monolith’s mouth & will fight for the POW UNIFIED TITLE[/color]; another attempt to retake what Monolith stole from the POW in an UNSANTIONED fight!” Nobody has been able to stop the behemoth since his arrival; hopefully Euritar has what it takes to teach him a lesson!”
A vid-clip rolls highlighting tonight’s match ups; Messenger-Shylock highlights are shown: Shylock’s first & second fight wins; The Messenger’s win in the third fight; Another dominating performance by Monolith over Mensar followed by perhaps the FOTY with Rubicon; ending with Monolith’s arm raised in victory from his knees; gasping for air. Next is Euritar’s attack on Monolith with the crowbar; The Reckoning-Conundrum is hyped as a fight to watch; Highlights of Zed Marlowe’s charging knee & Akuma’s fight to claim the POW LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE[/color] close out the package.[/i]
“Settle in boys & girls; tonight will be exciting!”
PUMA vs. KONARI
:: Puma totally mauled him; drove him into the mat & knocked him senseless with palm strikes. Konari did catch Puma’s arm in a bent arm lock twice but Puma escaped easily & drove him right back down into the mat & hit him with even more palm strikes. Konari couldn’t counter the vicious offense from Puma & was pummeled unconscious.
WINNER: PUMA by KO
POST FIGHT INTERVIEW:
Trent Lawless: “That was quite a beating; he never stood a chance!”
Puma: “My vicious streak is just starting to come out; my sights are set on the POW SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE[/color]!”
The fans popped in response to his goals.
Puma: “I’m going to keep mauling people until I get a title shot!”
The crowd popped again; Puma hopped up to the top of the cage & raised his arms in salute to them.
Trent Lawless: “Puma is on the prowl; Monolith holds the gold. Is there a meeting between these two on the horizon?”
SECTARIAN vs. T.K.
:: T.K. surged forward to attack; Sectarian evaded, swept his feet & smashed him with an elbow that opened a wicked cut above his right eye. Sectarian rolled away; T.K. caught him with a roundhouse kick to the head that sent him sprawling across the mat. T.K. pressed in for a right hook, left kick that finished him off once & for all in dramatic fashion.
WINNER: T.K. by KO
POST FIGHT INTERVIEW
Trent Lawless: “A very impressive win for you T.K.”
Blood pours down T.K.’s face across his eye; he smiles through the blood.
T.K.: “Now THAT’S what I’m talking about!”
The crowd pops in response.
Trent Lawless: “You’ve underachieved up to this point; does this mark the turning point in your career in the POW?”
T.K.: “I certainly hope so! I’ve always known that this kind of performance was inside me; I’ve been struggling to bring it out.”
Trent Lawless: “He just took his first step towards something great fans; keep an eye on T.K.”
FREAKSHOW vs. THOCK
:: From the opening bell Thock dominated all aspects of this fight, a palm strike busted Freakshow’s nose; the left hook that followed rocked him & the following overhand right dropped him to the mat; but Freakshow popped right back up. Thock drove him back into the fence for one…two…three…HUGE jumping knee strikes; but Freakshow popped right back up again & nearly tore Thock’s eye out of the socket with an eye mangler. Thock rolled right into an armbar but Freakshow just picked him up & slammed him down repeatedly; a stomp to the head broke the hold. Thock shook out the cobwebs when he got back to his feet; that was a mistake: Freakshow nailed him with a crushing side kick that crumpled him to the mat for the win.
WINNER: FREAKSHOW by KO
POST FIGHT INTERVIEW
Trent Lawless: “Feakshow; that was awesome!”
Freakshow: “I’m the main attraction in this fed! Put me up against freak Monolith & I’ll humble him!”
Freakshow throws his head back & beats his chest with both hands.
Trent Lawless: “Another challenger for Monolith; this one I think might get it done.”
THE RECKONING vs. CONUNDRUM
:: Conundrum used his experience to his advantage & exploited every weakness in The Reckoning’s game. Conundrum repeatedly rolled him into chokes; The Reckoning blazed right back with a barrage of vicious kicks that sent Conundrum to the mat but before The Reckoning could capitalize, Conundrum surged up for a body drop throw followed by a kata getame for the tap out victory.
WINNER: CONUNDRUM by SUB
POST FIGHT INTERVIEW
Trent Lawless: “Brilliant victory Conundrum; about time someone put those guys in their place!”
Trent Lawless raises Conundrum’s hand again; Conundrum snatches his hand away & then takes the microphone.
Conundrum: “Messenger, Monolith; you each have 2 fights left in MY house. I don’t care how you sort it out; my next two fights will be The Messenger & Monolith.”
The crowd roars…Conundrum slaps the microphone back into Trent Lawless’ chest & walks away.
Trent Lawless: “Very big words from Conundrum; can he defeat either man & reclaim glory for the POW?”
ZONE OF LAWLESSNESS
Trent Lawless: “Please welcome into the ZONE[/color] this week one of our walking wounded: Mensar.”
The crowd boos Mensar terribly as he makes his way into the cage; Mensar wears a gauze bandage wrapped around his head.
Trent Lawless: “Welcome to the ZONE[/color].”
The boos get even louder from the fans; Mensar seems annoyed by this.
Mensar: “You people need to shut the hell up!”
The crowd starts throwing trash into the cage; a full beverage explodes all over Trent Lawless’ chest.
Trent Lawless: “I don’t know why you have to get me involved in this.”
Trent works on brushing off his suit; Mensar is very annoyed now & grabs the microphone.
Mensar: “Last week Monolith hit me with a loaded fist; he gave me a very serious concussion. Unfortunately I won’t be cleared to fight again until after Monolith leaves the POW.”
He pauses & the crowd booing washes over him; chants of “COWARD, COWARD, COWARD” echo through the arena.
“It’s a shame that I won’t get the chance to reclaim both my belts, but you can believe that once those titles are vacated again; I will be the one who claims them.”
Trent Lawless is still fussing with his suit; Mensar drops the microphone & heads into the back.
POW LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT
AKUMA © vs. ZED MARLOWE
:: Zed charged in with his knee; Akuma spun aside & cracked him with an elbow. Zed tied him up & caught him on the break with a front kick; Akuma closed again & Zed reaped his outside leg & took him down. Akuma scrambled, but Zed trapped him in an arm triangle & forced the tap out.
NEW LIGHTWEIGHT CHAMPION[/color]
WINNER: ZED MARLOWE by SUB
POST FIGHT INTERVIEW
Trent Lawless: “Congratulations Zed! I knew that knee of yours would lead you to victory.”
Trent Lawless joins the deafening crowd roar by applauding Zed’s achievement.
Zed Marolowe: “Let me first say that Akuma is a very talented fighter; thank you for fighting me Akuma.”
The crowd cheers again.
“Next I want to thank TEAM POWERHOUSE & my training partner Pendekar; without you I wouldn’t have been prepared for Akuma.”
Zed shoulders the title belt & the crowd cheers him once more; Zed pauses to acknowledge the fans.
“Finally, I want to thank all my fans out there.”
The crowd roar is deafening!
“Guys like Phillip have been behind me since day one; without all of you out there supporting me I wouldn’t be anything. This victory is for you!”
Trent Lawless: “A great victory for a great competitor. Unfortunately, either Thayne or Stigma get the next fight; Zed will have to be on his game to hold onto the title.”
POW UNIFIED TITLE FIGHT
MONOLITH © vs. EURITAR
:: Euritar brought in the PERFECT game plan: maul Monolith quickly; that’s exactly what he did too. He drove Monolith backwards with strikes into the fence & put 6 tokens on him, but couldn’t finish him off. Monolith Stampeded his way off the fence, then ran over him twice more with Crashing Stampedes for good measure. Monolith picked him up by the throat & tossed him backwards into the cage & blasted him with one…two…three…FOUR overhand rights before his knees buckled & the lights went out.
WINNER: MONOLITH by KO
POST FIGHT INTERVIEW
Monolith gets back to his feet & places a gigantic foot atop Euritar’s chest for the interview.
Trent Lawless: “Another dominant performance for the unstoppable Monolith!”
Monolith shoulders the POW SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE as the POW UNIFIED TITLE is put around his waist. He just smiles down at Trent Lawless.
Trent Lawless: "It seems that challengers are coming out of the woodwork to challenge you. How do you feel about that?”
Monolith throws his head back & laughs aloud.
Monolith: “Monolith welcome’s all challengers! If you want Monolith; Monolith is not a hard man to find.”
Monolith stomps down on Euritar to punctuate each word of the last comment.
Monolith: “If Freakshow wants Monolith; Monolith isn’t going anywhere. Monolith is unstoppable.”
Monolith grabbed Trent Lawless by the throat & lifted him up to eye level.
Monolith: “Monolith heard your comments earlier little man; Monolith is not happy!”
Monolith slams Trent Lawless atop Euritar with a Feel the Terror choke slam & walks away.
BEST OF 5 SERIES – FIGHT #4
(SHYLOCK 2 – MESSENGER 1)
SHYLOCK © vs. THE MESSENGER ©
:: Shylock waded in & muscled The Messenger back into the fence; went for a throw & The Messenger caught him with a knee to the chin, then an elbow cross that put Shylock on his knees. The Messenger drove him down to the mat with more vicious elbows & frenzied strikes trying to finish him but Shylock scrambled & got back to his feet. Shylock shook his head to clear it & The Messenger nailed him with an overhand right that knocked him out cold.
WINNER: THE MESSENGER by KO
POST FIGHT INTERVIEW
The Messenger stood over the unconscious Shylock for a moment watching him before he joined the waiting Trent Lawless.
Trent Lawless: “Another excellent fight between you two!”
The crowd roars their approval; The Messenger looks back & the still down Shylock.
The Messenger: “Our next fight in the BEST OF 5 SERIES will be WINNER TAKE ALL; both titles.”
The crowd roars their approval once again; Trent Lawless starts to talk but The Messenger silences him.
The Messenger: "Silence Lawless or I shall deliver THE MESSAGE unto you."
The crowd roars again & The Messenger draws his weapon & points it right into the camera; Shylock gets back to his feet in the background.
The Messenger: "Conundrum, you are an easy puzzle to solve. At LACERATION[/color] you shall receive THE MESSAGE."
The Messenger fires at the camera & the image splinters into a bullet hole; the glass spiders away from it.

WOW, Monolith and The Messenger are unstoppable! Can't wait for the winner takes all fight. My poor monkey Sectarian can't seem to get a win  I'll tell you what I think, as soon as they move on-HILARIOUS! |

Fantastic card brother! Some of those fights were absolutely brutal.
I think you have really hit your strike with the POW my man. You write it better than I ever could. I'm more of a sports-entertainment kind of guy, but I'm trying to add some extra flair to my OFC fed.
The winner takes all between Messenger & Shylock should be yet another classic fight, though I hope Messenger takes the win, I wish both fighters luck.
