From this weeks SMACKDOWN tapings... SinCara beat Heath Slater. There were a couple of botched moves and a quick roll up for the win. They had to reshoot the finish because it was so bad the first time. Yep, he's definitely back. I read about the reshoot, it's hard to believe that the WWE would reshoot an ending in front of a WWE crowd thats none different then a Raw crowd, reshooting is a TNA move... They redo finishes, matches and entire angles for Smackdown all the time. It's not a new thing.

Interesting, I never been to a Smackdown show before so I never knew they did that or heard of them doing it...

The real Sin Cara was not used but was backstage at Smackdown. The botched match was the replacement Sin Cara.

The whole Sin Cara situation is a Botch, they use Huncio for both matches and he is 1 1/2 of Tuesdays redo but the Original is not used. This coming Tuesday's LIVE show has Sin Cara in a Big Match, but will the WWE back off from doing the match or will they go ahead with it...

The whole Sin Cara situation is a Botch, they use Huncio for both matches and he is 1 1/2 of Tuesdays redo but the Original is not used. PWInsider.com is reporting that following this week's WWE Smackdown taping at the Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, company officials sat down with Luis Ignascio Urive Alvirde, aka Mistico, who originally played Sin Cara, and decided to send him home.
It was then decided that going forward, Jorge Aria, aka Hunico in FCW, will now exclusively play the Sin Cara character.
While it is unknown at this time exactly why WWE decided to send home Alvirde, and it's also unknown whether or not he will be released from the company, it is worth noting that WWE had to re-shoot Alvirde's match against Heath Slater at the SD! tapings due to several botched spots during the bout.Sounds like it was him in this news story

WWE sources indicate that Luis Ignascio Urive Alvirde, the original Sin Cara, was sent home from Tuesday’s SmackDown taping in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He left the Scotiabank Saddledome before the event’s conclusion.
Company sources state that developmental talent Jorge Arias (a/k/a Hunico) will exclusively portray the Sin Cara character going forward. WWE wants to maintain the character since its been very popular among kids and in merchandise sales.
Many employees expect Alvirde to part ways with the organization, but it is not 100% confirmed.

You know, if they want to use a man's pedigree and credentials, the least they could do is actually use the man in the ring. I just got done watching Fake-Cara wrestle Jack Swagger while Cole talked about how "this man" is a second generation wrestler who has been wrestling since he was 15, is a national celebrity in Mexico, has a comic book made after him, etc. The problem is, that's the original Sin Cara AKA Mistico he's talking about. Fake-cara is AKA Hunico or Incognito. If you want his pedigree it reads like this: local wrestler in Juarez, biggest title was Rey De Voladores in CHIKARA, wrestled for a few years in FCW developmental. Still a solid, if unspectacular, wrestler but his accomplishments are not quite so impressive.
If they don't turn this into an angle then that's a pretty stupid stunt they just pulled. It'd be like putting a guy with long hair in facepaint and claiming he was Ultimate Warrior. It just doesn't work and it makes them come off as silly.
