I feel like most of the big WWE stars of the time spent at least a little run there... not sure if making cards for them would be worth it, though.. they might be very similar to what's already out there...
Curt Hennig(maybe stats from when he did the singer gimmick?), Piper, Jarrett all come to mind. Maybe the Steiners? Or Scott as Big Poppa Pump?

Preview card: Note: Edited slightly so that you can't hit a finisher on Level 2 Offense! The way I worded it before (on accident) it probably could have happened. Thoughts? I made him very, VERY, powerful early (as per his usual squash matches)... but just about normal as the match wears on...

*laughs* I dunno why you want to do official cards as bootlegs, but okay.
Anyways, Arn Anderson for sure, maybe The Nasty Boys and Meng?

Was a big deal when Bret Hart showed up on Nitro following the Montreal Screw Job. Unfortunately, not so much after

After checking out several matches of his on youtube, they never gave a hometown for The Giant. If I remember my mark magazines at the time, they used Tampa, FL.
