IMO that is not a great list. Maybe Quinn but he will need a strong OC. Slowik or Johnson would be good. Maybe since the Raiders did not go after Harbaugh your other team can.

I was glad to see that the Seahawks today hired Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald as their new head coach.

I think it is a good hire both overall and for the type of teams the Seahawks have been over last couple decades. Especially the good ones. Fierce D that controls the ball via the ground game and picks their times to air it out. He will have that D humming in no time at all.

Seattle traded for QB Sam Howell from Washington. Basically, they moved down a round for a couple picks to get the deal done. Seattle sent a 3rd and 5th and got back a 4th and 6th.

Seattle signed a player to a reserve/future contract back in January. A WR Cody White. The kid went to the same high school as I did. Granted he graduated WAY after I did but still cool. He went undrafted in 2020 and has bounced around the NFL mostly on practice squads including the Chiefs and Giants but did get some game action while with the Steelers including catches.
