my parents from Seattle are in town this weekend for the 3 day Nevada Day weekend and tomorrow morning me and my dad are going to the only remaining Seahawks bar here in Las Vegas to watch my Seahawks take on the Lions. This will be a very tough game for the Seahawks to win in Detroit and the local betting line here in Las Vegas favors the Lions by 2 1/2. For my Seahawks to even have a chance IMO they need their awesome defense to put pressure in the pass rush against Stafford and they also need to limit turnovers. If the Lions go up early, this could be a long bad day for the Seahawks in Detroit. I would gladly take Sea given 2.5. I dont think it will be close at all. I see a 24-14 Sea win.

I was tempted to bet on them since the Seahawks are 11-1 in their past 12 when they are the underdogs for the spread. but, in addition to them applying pressure to Stafford, I think for the Seahawks to win today that Russell Wilson needs to make plays (sometimes he does and some games he does not) and their Pro Bowl secondary has to at least somewhat contain Calvin Johnson

tough loss today as the Seahawks gave up 28 points which is the most points they have given up in their past 16 games.
Detroit with its great passing game kept converting on 3rd and long against the Seahawks secondary.
thankfully, after 2 straight road losses, the Seahawks return home next weekend

Despite allowing Adrian Peterson to run for 182 yards and 2 touchdowns, my Seahawks limited the Vikings to 3 second half points for a 30-20 victory!
Marshawn Lynch ran for 124 yards, Russell Wilson threw 3 touchdown passes, Sidney Rice was the game's top receiver against his former team, and my Seahawks improve to 4-0 at home and host the Jets next weekend.

I'm loving the Seahawks this year. First of all, you stole a win from Green Bay. Thank you.
Then, you allowed my Lions to beat you in a good game. We really needed that W. Thank you again.
Then you beat Minnesota, allowing us to move up a game in the standings because we beat Jacksonville.
You guys are the (second) best!
Seriously, I like Seattle a lot. Good team.

I just found out that for the first time in over 2 years, I am going to a Seahawks game! And it is against the 49ers! I am going to the 49ers-Seahawks game in Seattle on December 23rd and I was able to get seats on the 50 yard line! Someone my parents know has season tickets and can not go to that game so he sold them.

That was pretty cool. And after their reunion they got to see the Seahawks defeat the Jets 28-7!

last week my Seahawks scored 38 points by halftime
in Toronto, this week at halftime they have only scored 31 points (Buffalo has scored 17 so they are still in it)
it would be so awesome if my Seahawks can win today and then play their last 2 remaining games at home where they are 6-0!

my Seahawks are now up by 30 in the 3rd!
With 47 points and a quarter and a half still to play, they may actually score more than the 58 points they scored last weekend against Arizona!
