after an interception by Sherman, my Seahawks just kicked a field goal to tie it up!
As a Seahawks fan, there is no team I want to lose less to than Arizona. I really really want my Seahawks to win today!

I feel horrible, I really wanted the Seahawks to win today.
But I am not going anywhere and I hope the Seahawks win next weekend.

Seahawks 16, Panthers 12With a great performance by one of the best defenses in the NFL, the Seahawks picked up a road win today over Carolina. Since the Seahawks have one of the best home field advantages in the entire NFL, every road win they also get is huge! The Seahawks were criticized by ESPN for picking Bruce Irvin in the First Round back in April, but he had another 2 sacks today. Bobby Wagner their 2nd round pick this year had 1.5 sacks today and their 3rd round pick starts at QB. It looks like the Seahawks had another good draft this year.

Today the #1 defense (at least going into today) defeated the #1 offense (at least going into today  .) Seahawks 24, Patriots 23!So far my Seahawks have defeated the Cowboys, the Packers, and the Patriots and it is only almost mid October! This is really cool and I hope my team continues playing like this and contends for a playoff spot this year! |

my parents from Seattle are in town this weekend for the 3 day Nevada Day weekend and tomorrow morning me and my dad are going to the only remaining Seahawks bar here in Las Vegas to watch my Seahawks take on the Lions.
This will be a very tough game for the Seahawks to win in Detroit and the local betting line here in Las Vegas favors the Lions by 2 1/2. For my Seahawks to even have a chance IMO they need their awesome defense to put pressure in the pass rush against Stafford and they also need to limit turnovers. If the Lions go up early, this could be a long bad day for the Seahawks in Detroit.
