What did everyone think of his re-debut?
I personally liked it. It was just a squash match but I liked that they acknowledged that he had been in WWE before, went to Japan and "dominated" his competition in Japan. It is certainly a good debut to build him up as a monster. The crowd seemed into it as well.

I dug it. Hopefully they won't have him dancing with Brodus Clay in 3 weeks.

I hated me some Albert but for some reason repackaged gaijin returning with a new moveset really works for me. I was afraid that they would just say he's Japanese! I hope he becomes a threat to the title.

The match was a bit too slow and plodding for me. Could have been on purpose, as the whole gimmick seems very reminiscent of one of the 80's monster heels they would feed to Hulk Hogan.

It wasn't slow or plodding, TM, it was calculated.

It wasn't slow or plodding, TM, it was calculated. Or in Jim Ross' words: methodical.

A. They've already done the Hip Hop Hippo gimmick for Tensai. B. Speaking of hippos, I think you meant to say that Broadus Clay was King Hippo from punchout rather than Bundy!

Hell last night fans kept chanting "Albert" throughout his match. I wonder how long the Lord Tensai name will stick if the Albert chats continue.
