Playoff match-ups -
Eastern Conference
1. New York Rangers Vs. 8. Ottawa Senators
4. Pittsburgh Penguins Vs. 5. Philadelphia Flyers
2. Boston Bruins Vs. 7.8.Washington Captials
3. Florida Panthers Vs. 6. New Jersey Devils
Western Conference
1. Vancouver Canucks Vs. 8. L.A. Kings
4. Nashville Predators Vs. 5. Detroit Red Wings
2. St. Louis Blues Vs. 7. San Jose Sharks
3. Phoenix Coyotes Vs. 6. Chicago Blackhawks
Who wins and takes home the STANLEY CUP?[/b]
I've got Rangers, Pens, Bruins, and Devils in the East. Vancouver, Sharks (big upset), Wings, and Hawks in the West.
Ive got my Pens going all the way to the Cup. I like Vancouver, Sharks and Wings coming out of the West in that order.

I'll be behind my Flyers as long as they're in the playoffs.

With all of the talent they have...and none of the pressure this year...I think the Caps can make a run; but i have a sneaking feeling it will be the Panthers in the east.
Out west, while i REALLY, REALLY want my hometown Kings to shock Vancouver, i have a hard time convincing myself they can win 4 in 7 versus the canucks. It will come down to the Canucks and the Blues out west, with the Canucks going to the Finals as the token Canadian team who will ultimately lose to a team from the deep south that has no business having a hockey team.
Wouldn't it be funny if the Panthers win the Stanley Cup and the Heat don't win the NBA Title?

Swarm picks the Wings, and I pick against them. Wow.
And while I picked the Preds in 7, I'm rooting for the Wings in 4. ;D

Then Rangers over Devils, Penguins over Bruins.
Rangers over Pens in Conference Finals.

Going with Canucks, Predators, Blues, Blackhawks.
Canucks over Blackhawks, Predators over Blues.
Going with Predators to shock Canucks and go to the Finals.
I'll take Rangers over Predators in Finals.

Nice win for my Flyers! Hopefully we get the Bryz from the rest of the game for the remainder of the playoffs.

So far I am shocked at how poorly the Canucks are playing, hopefully they rebound rapidly

Can't think of two teams I'm happier to see down 0-2 than the Canucks and Penguins.

I'm happy for my Flyers, but it's still too early to get excited. Still, both games were awesome!

Happy the Blackhawks tied the series last night. I watched the Bruins lose a pretty exciting game.
