I'm reading a lot of Legion of Super-Heroes stuff right now. Started reading with their first appearance in the 50s and have been working my way forward.

I tried reading a graphic novel I got of Sandman but it didn't click for me. I think I was too young to grasp it. Maybe someday I'll give it another chance. Can you give me like a one sentence pitch for what it is even about? I've always wanted to check out Y - The Last Man and Fables so maybe I'll add those to my long list. Thanks for reminding me about them. Since I've never read any of the titles you mentioned, I probably can't provide any recommendations along those lines. Have you ever read Marvel's Alias? It's what Jessica Jones is based on and is nothing like your standard Marvel super hero fair. I enjoyed it. Sandman is a really difficult book to define... In a nutshell... The main character is the personification of Dream (known as Morpheus)... The series is more or less a journey that charts his origins, maturity and relationships with others (some examples: his older sister, Death... the angel, Lucifer)... If you look it up on Wikipedia, there's a decent overview there as well... Cannot say enough good things about it... Neil Gaiman is my favorite author and this is my favorite work of fiction, in any medium... I might have to check out Alias... Big fan of the Jessica Jones TV series... Very gritty... Thanks! If you liked the NetFlix series the comic is a no brainer. I liked the comic series a lot more than the NetFlix series in a lot of ways.

I know Marvel has that new series of Starbrand & Nightmask, but the one series with another New Universe character the Blur from DP7 that caught my eye and I just jumped into it, is Squadron Supreme and I read the 3 issues out currently and I like this book. I have to thank you guys who are commenting here on inspiring me to look into the Marvel side of things. Oh yeah, I found the storyline from Superman I really liked and that is the Krisis of the Krimson Kryptonite and I got 4 of the 5 books, but Starman #28 is not yet on ComiXology. That storyline was my favorite back in the day, fun stuff...

This year in March I'm spending the first Saturday of my Spring Break at Wizard World Comic Con Las Vegas which is taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Center (connected to the Venetian.) It's a 3 day weekend convention but I'm just going to be there for awhile on the Saturday portion of the convention and then probably spend the rest of the day on the Strip.

So comiXology has a deal on titles that are tied to DC's Legends of Tomorrow tv show and I got Sword of the Atom and Power of the Atom for .99 cents each. I like Sword so far and these are books I've never read before, so it's really cool to have these...

It looks like Black Knight and the Howling Commandos are done, there is no issue for April for both titles. I just read issue 3 of Venom Space Knight and I really like this series and thought about reading Guardians of the Galaxy with Venom as a member. So I am reading older Superman issues like the Exile 13 part story where he goes into space and the one story I liked in Krisis of the Krimson Kryptonite, fun stuff for sure...

I decided to read Uncanny Avengers after them appearing in Black Knight and Squadron Supreme, so my thoughts are it's a good title and I'll be reading it as long as it runs...
