Someone on a different message board made kind of an interesting point. These signings are kind of like 2002 RoH trying to use Strikeforce and Smash on their shows in important spots.

They could have done Strike Force vs. Modest and Morgan and Smash vs. Samoa Joe and those are more interesting matches than anything you could put together with the Hardyz or Bubba Dudley in 2017 ROH tbh

When this much of this roster leaves in such a short span of time, it's kind of hard to pretend like there's not serious problems with ROH. Look at the names they've lost in the last ten months. They finally ran off Roderick Strong for fuck's sake. Michael Elgin is done with them. Kyle O'Reilly is gone. Bobby Fish is reported to have finished up this weekend, as were War Machine. Veda Scott is gone. ACH is gone. Cedric is gone. Moose is gone. Lio Rush and Donovan Dijak are gone. Nigel and Corino are gone. Adam Cole is probably still leaving next month. I can't think of a company in history that has bled talent like this one has and I say that as a guy who's not even a particularly big fan of some of the departed talent. This company needs help and badly.
