The storytelling continues to captivate and the lineup for the upcoming show looks simply superb, my friend... The atmosphere surrounding Mr Mojo Risin' is nothing short of hypnotic... Which is probably why Phantasy fell for his poetic ramblings so quickly... That being said, Phantasy is a crafty sort and I've gotta believe that she'll use this connection for some manner of personal gain... Very cool that Epoch and Kill Prey are found their way to the LXG... Cannot wait to see them in action... Fallen Angel and the Phenomenal One taking on Handsome Harley and Bockwinkel on the next show... Should be an excellent test of their abilities... And of course, we're all looking forward to RVD vs Steen for the top prize... Play on! Hey Pariah! I am very glad that you are getting a kick out of the story telling! I have a few ideas thought up in advance (but not many) but about 90% is just spontaneity or trying to using the force or something lol. There was a time when I played this game that I used 0% storylines and just enjoyed the matches (which of course is great!), but once I started having stories, themes and even worlds as part of the overall mix, it's my favorite way to play now. A whole new dimension to it. As for Jim and Phan, they both have things to gain and things to loose, but they are going to see where this goes. Right now its just Weird Scenes Inside The Goldmine, but we'll see. I'm excited too about Epoch and Kill Prey in The LXG, look for them facing Sly Drury and or Shayne soon! Hopefully the Race/Bockwinkel vs Styles/Daniels doesn't dissapoint. Couldn't pick a winner if I tried! Rob Van Dam vs Kevin Steen should hopefully be a brutal war. For a first title defense I think RVD has his hands full. I truly can't thank you enough amigo for always being in the seats!

If there is one thing I hate it is falling behind on the action in LXG. Andre the Giant over Dan Severn for the IC title was huge. I know what it is like for Andre to hold a title so it may be tough to get it off of him but there are certainly plenty of viable challengers. Phantasy meeting up with Jim Morrison, can't say I'm surprised at that turn of events. Mr. Mojo was risin' that night. Looking forward to what your format change will be but let it be known I enjoy the current one as well.
WE want the LXG and we want it now... now ...Noooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwww!

Hey cruefan68! Thanks very much man! (Mr Mojo was risin cracked me up - that was great!!). The Andre / Severn match was a good one - Severn definitely went down swinging, gave Andre a lot of problems. The new format was inspired by a combination of your new format - how concise Pariah and TTX are, and also how bookerbill posts his awesome black and white Legends fed. I appreciate you digging the current format very much - and if Troys Terrible Trio continues to be a part of the LXG (which I sincerely hope so), I will revert back for some one off responses. The new format is a more formulaic presentation without sacrificing any core component of what I think the LXG is. But I would like to also throw out there that if anybody needs more info, has questions or would like me to do a deeper dive into certain portions of the stories / postings, I am more than happy to do so. Even if theres folks out there that don't normally post but would like to personally messgae me - thats more than cool as well. The LXG aims to please and always swings for the fences amigo - very grateful you are a part of it as well Crue - You rock! "We are a tribe of warriors now...nobody can brake our circle" - Val Kilmer as Jim. Have only 2 more matches to roll out - The first Lords of Flatbush Match and Van Dam's first title defense against Kevin Steen. Will hopefully post later today!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A League of Extraordinary Gentlemen... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Month 4 - Card 2 Match Results: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Jeff King vs. Deadline: ------------------------------------------- After attacking him before the bell and his BEARHUG only produced giggles and farts, Jeff King pinned Deadline via his Backbreaker after Deadline had fallen asleep. (King -10 Deadline +14).
2. Bobby Eaton with Jim Cornette vs. Kelly Klein with Clint Eastwood & Clyde: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- In a total circus of a match that had chair shots, tennis rackets, brass knuckles, a destroyed table, interferences and counter interferences - the disheveled referee lost it and double disqualified Eaton and Kelly as well as everybody else, including Clyde. (Eaton +2 Klein +46).
3. Rowdy Roddy Piper & Cowboy Bob Orton vs. Tommy Wildfire Rich & Blackjack Mulligan: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Both teams came out with strong offenses and sharp effective teamwork, but when Piper slashed open Rich's forehead with a Foreign Object while Orton botched destracting the official, the referee wastes no time in disqualifying Piper and Orton. (Rich & Mulligan +25 Piper & Orton -167).
4. The American Dragon - Bryan Danielson vs Bruiser Brody: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- After growing frustrated at his opponents overall resiliency and nearly forcing Brody to submit to his CROSSFACE CHICKENWING, Danielson loses his patience during a brawl outside the ring and he is disqualified for bashing Brody's head into the tv camera lens. (Brody +61 Danielson +59).
5. Mil Mascaras vs. LXG Hardcore Challenge Wrestler - Wolf (Falls Count Anywhere Match): ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Battling back from mutiple pin and submission attempts against him, Wolf takes the action outside the ring and overwhelms Mascaras by Powerslamming him through a LXG souvenir stand - which sets up Wolf to clamp on his SAVAGE FACE CLAW which forces Mascaras to tap out. (Wolf +132 Mascaras -84)
6. Harley Race & Nick Bockwinkel with Bobby The Brain Heenan vs The Phenomenal - A.J. Styles & The Fallen Angel - Christopher Daniels: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ By isolating and focusing they're attack on Styles, Race & Bockwinkel eventually wear him down and win the match cleanly as Race pins Styles via his PILEDRIVER finisher as Bockwinkel clips Daniels before he can interfere. (Race & Bockwinkel +134 Styles & Daniels +4)
7. The Lords of Flatbush Tournament: Team Tag We're It - The Killer Bees & The Valiants vs Team: The Black Widows - Sensational Sherri Martel, Cheerleader Melissa, Penny Banner & Trish Stratus - 8 Man Tag Elimination Bout: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
After flawless and often stunning teamwork on both sides - Sherri Martel scores the first elimination by pinning Jim Brunzell via her TOP ROPE SPLASH.
Cheerleader Melissa achieves the next elimination as she forces B. Brian Blair to submit to her Kundo Clutch after the Valiants both avoided her at all costs.
After jumping Cheerleader Melissa before the bell starting the next fall, Johnny Valiant suddenly found himself temporarily blinded via an eye rake outside the ring setting up Cheerleader Melissa to Delayed Vertical Suplex him through a table - en route to her scoring another elimination via her AIR RAID CRASH - Jimmy Valiant didn't even see the Chick Kick that knocked him out of the picture.
Jimmy Valiant thought he had Sherri Martel with his SUPER ELBOW, but boy was he wrong; after kicking out, Martel reversed the action and courtesy of a blistering Chair Shot, & scored the final elimination by pinning him after her TOP ROPE ELBOW - as the unmistakable voice of Vincent Price blasted over the p.a. sytem explaining the ins and outs of The Black Widow and that all off mankind has become a stumbling, demented...child king...as The Black Widows celebrated and raised each others arms in a key victory for Stratuses LXG womens movement.
8. The LXG World Champion - The Whole Fn Show - Rob Van Dam defends his title vs Wrestlings Worst Nightmare - Kevin Steen: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A shoving match prompted by Van Dam calling Steen Cinderella opens the match causing Steen to erupt, scoring the first near fall via a brutal Fisherman Buster onto Knee; Van Dam soon regains the upperhand via winning a pivotal brawl outside the ring, blasting open Steens forhead on the steel ring barrier...
Steen regained the offense via biting part of Van Dams eyebrow off bloodying his face and weaking him with his Sharpshooter hold, but again Van Dam rebounds via a near perfect Cross Body Block and cover off the top rope; Steen just barely kicks out but Van Dam seals the deal by immediately pinning Steen with his Body Scissors Cradle to retain The World Title!
Rob Van Dam retains The LXG World Championship !! (Van Dam +215 Steen -130)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------ League News: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. The Silver Shadow - Endgame has joined The LXG as a singles wrestler, some are calling him a savior, others - a freak, and one person...a God.
2. In addition to The LXG sanctioning a Universe Champion belt, we are now adding Universal Tag Team Champions belts - they will be the LXGs most prestigious titles.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rumour Mill: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. The upcoming Event - Only The Strong Survive will have two parts - a 64 man singles as well as a 32 tag team single elimination tournament for the LXG Universe Champion and LXG Universe Tag Team Champions.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Fly on the Wall Reports: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Feels Like The First Time
The Black Death stable - Abroz, Harbinger, Sur, Bex & End of Days are regaining their dark possessing power again via absorption from their new lair, (Hoffman Island) because of all of the unfortunate and brutal suffering that was experienced there in the past...Harbinger in particular has become dangerously powerful on all fronts.
2. What The F?
Deranged WWE (World Wide Empire) owner Wince McCant is determined to _uck things up for The LXG by attempting to persuade them to hire some of his wrestlers (who will attempt to infiltrate & destroy it from within...)
3. There's No Such Thing As The Maffei
Sly Drury is locked in a bitter power struggle for the leadership of The Maffei (his underground & universal crime ring) with none other than former rival and soon to be opponent in the ring, Epoch - the Extremely Pissed...
4. Careless Whisper
Godsend has manipulated poor LXG Receptionist Theresa (amidst another sprinkler system debacle) to officiate a private hardcore style match for leadership of Kevin Sullivans Dungeon of Doom - thats soon to be held in the creepy basement gym of Sullivans mansion, the match being between Sullivan and The Harvester of Sorrow - Murdok.
5. The Sting:
The crew in Afghanistan Bananastan have pulled off it's most successful plan to date, led by Head of Public Relations - Bill Murray and Sky Low Low - they have lured a scouting & searching party sent to Earth by The Dominion (to find their wrestlers), to - a Wicked Monk Bar and Restaurant sponsored "Tiny Kilt Waitressed Keg Party in Cannonball Park" - wherin they were suddenly and forcefully abducted by the somewhat disturbed Bronx Zoo Special Forces.

Good stuff as always, Bri. My fed inspired by yours has its first card posted. Nice to see the women dominate the 8 person tag match. Danielson gets a bit too wild and shocking upset by Jeff King.

Into this house we're born, into this world we're thrown Like a dog without a bone, an actor out on loan Riders on the storm...
Riding to the LXG show, that's where we will go The action's on the rise, I'm sure we'll be surprised Riders on the storm, yeah...
Ok that was another amazing night of action from LXG. Rob Van Dam survives a brutal offensive from Kevin Steen to retain the title, TELL ALL THE PEOPLE that RVD is still on top. The Black Widows win, Vincent Price is channeled and The Lords of Flatbush is off to a great start. LOVE ME TWO TIMES comes to mind when I think of that ladies team. Harley Race & Nick Bockwinkel, does it get any better than that? They gave AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels a serious case of the RUNNIN' BLUE. Wolf delivered the goods taking down Mil Mascaras and the masked man is no doubt experiencing the SHAMAN'S BLUES. Bruiser Brody with a rare DQ win and Bryan Danielson with a rare DQ loss. STRANGE DAYS have found us. Rich & Mulligan by DQ over Piper & Orton in a violent battle, but not THE END of this rivalry I am sure. Kelly Klein, boy do I LOVE HER MADLY, took the fight to Bobby Eaton. What a bout. Jeff King over Deadline! Did I mention STRANGE DAYS? Another great show my friend.

Van Dam vs Steen was tense - a lot of fun to roll out. Just an advance notice - The Lords of Flatbush Championship Match is the first match announced on month 4's PPV (Lucky Card 13). Really dig the Doors flavored posts, no posts rock quite like they do! Tanya Roberts my friend - I mean Thank You my friend !!
