Midnights vs. Redheads sounded off the charts Bri! Just curious, do you time your matches using "real time", or some other method? Either way, a 30-minute draw's a 30-minute draw, and sounded like a blast! Hey stu! Thanks very much my friend for your comments. I have to tell you it really was. To even write up all of the specific highlights would have been overwrhelming. One of the best tag matches Ive ever rolled, thats for sure. So many close calls on both sides. Hope the rematch doesn't dissapoint! For time keeping, I use the following: For every time a wrestler either kicks out of a pin attempt, doesn't submit to a hold or isn't counted out of the ring, I consider that 3 minutes of match time. For singles matches - if this happens 7 times between the two wrestlers - the match is a 20 minute Time Limit Draw. For tag matches - 10 times equals a 30 minute Time Limit Draw. As a recent development - Since a draw doesnt alter either sides ratings points - I'm going to see if I can work draw rematches into the PPV (13th Card) as no time limit matches. Not necessarily as a Feud - but a higher profile rematch guaranteeing a winner. Thanks Stu! |

The Midnight Express vs. Flying Redheads was awesome and I love seeing the Redheads paired with Veda Scott. Tammy Lynn Sytch vs. Jack Nicholson makes me feel like I have fallen into a strange trip. Good on Tammy for winning I guess but Jack got himself a snack afterward. Great to see Michael Elgin win over Disaster. Elgin is doing pretty good in the LXG. Even better was seeing Rob Van Dam retain the world title beating Jay Lethal. RVD, RVD, RVD! The Fly on the Wall reports were, of course, another amazing trip. I don't know how you do it my friend but I'm glad you do. Hey cruefan68! One of - if not the best tag match I've e er rolled. Stoked you are glad to see Veda Scotf with The Redheads - So are they, especially Billy Red Lyons. Tammy Sytch vs Jack Nicholson was a lot of fun to roll out once it was set up. Sky Low Low totally understood what was going to happen once he heard Jack say - Well I'm not going down without a bite, and was not suprised when, (because of him wanting his pound of flesh), Sytch skull punted him into losing a few hours out of his day. When later asked why Nicholson did it he replied - Marking my territory...They always come back to Jack...you'll see. Michael Elgin is way up in the ranks for sure. If he can beat Disaster in their two out of three fall cage match next month then he would probably be next in line for The World Title. It should hopefully be interesting to see how far he goes. Rob Van Dam indeed. I hope he can hold the belt for a while - but there is some serious competition headed his way. Completely psyched you are enjoying the outside the ring action. The pot will be boiling over soon. I just calls it as I sees it. Many thanks for being in the seats my man! |

Newcomer to The League as well as a new member of The Family of Blood - Keith Blood is facing off a fan favorite Matthew Cross from the Olde Wrestling Group based in Ohio. Coincidentally, Cross as just started wearing a cross around his neck during his matches. Blood assured LXG interviewer Lord Alfred Okerlund that crosses are only superstition. But soon after when Blood was alone he exclaimed - Ahhhhh Shit!!

2. Balaal vs Harley Race !

Newcomer Balaal - who is part humanoid but mostly Cobra and Anaconda quite frankly scares the shit out of most people in The League, let alone Brooklyn itself. Harley Race is still Harley Race though - no matter who or what he faces. Race commented about his upcoming match and opponent - Whatever...I'm an equal opportunity Piledriver my friend.

3. The Mountie vs Greg The Hammer Valentine! - No Dq Match !

League newcomer The Mountie is looking to law down his own particular brand of justice and the law - one that is darkly psychological and extremely violent. Greg The Hammer Valentine, when asked by Okerlund his thoughts, Valentine said - his ass is going to the hospital right after the match. Okerlund assumed it will be because of his figure four leglock damage. Valentine said that - as well as to get that stun rod of his removed.

4. Gladiators of The New Aethra - Thrash & Serenity vs The Greek Godesses - Aphrodite & Eris w/Minion !

A different twist on the Aetheran / Greek God rivalry pits Gladiators of The New Aethra - Thrash and Calm's girlfriend Serenity against the goddess Aphrodite and Eris with her valet / companion Minion. If this match holds true to this historical rivalry, this tag team match will definitely not disappoint anyone.

5. Pierre The Enormous vs Torin Caelum !

A huge difference of sizes and weights along with vastly different wrestling styles. Caelum, along with being part time referee, is one of the greatest scientific and or technical wrestlers in the League. Pierre, who makes The Sandman look like a social drinker, is an inebriated brick building with legs with a penchant for inflicting bone crushing pain. Tough match to call to say the least.

The trash talking and challenging that has already started between these two teams and their managers have been lengthy and as raw as you could imagine. There are some tag matches that are technical masterpieces. This one has a good chance of becoming an active murder scene once everything is all said and done. If you want blood - with this match you will most likely get lots of it.

He has absolutely no idea who Monolith is...And neither does Hogan.
