I enjoyed the recent shows, especially that Steel Cage match win for Magnum T.A. over Randy Savage. I also liked how Morgan Dollar influenced the Conway's vs. Blanchard's match in what looks to be a great family feud brewing.

Some great action on that last show, especially Billy Red Lyons getting the Figure Four win over The Destroyer. The Nick Bockwinkel vs. Barry Windham match was probably a good one and I'm really looking forward to Windham & Magnum T.A. vs. Bockwinkel & Ray Stevens. That is a dream tag team match right there.

The Nick Bockwinkel vs. Barry Windham match was probably a good one and I'm really looking forward to Windham & Magnum T.A. vs. Bockwinkel & Ray Stevens. That is a dream tag team match right there. The Figure Four Match was fun to play ad it was back and forth with each man having a chance with their foe on a high token count. Windham and Bockwinkel are turning out some good matches but once Windham made an error, Bock slapped on the leglock for the win. Magnum TA should add fuel to this fire. Thanks for reading and your comments.

Warhawk and Ivan Koloff began the match and entered a slugfest. Johnny Mantell won the coin flip and subjected Ivan to a brutal double team much to the fans delight. The chants of USA, USA pumped the wrestlers up. Mantell's rival Alexis Smirnoff evened things up but the advantage helped team USA pour on the pressure on their hated rivals. Scott Casey, Boris Zhukov, Stan Hansen, Nikolai Volkoff, Dangerzone and Iron Sheik rounded out the WAR GAMES. Finally, Warhawk won the match with FIRST BLOOD on Iron Sheik with a roll of snake eyes. The feud table saw Team USA go bezerk and wipe out Team USSR in a vicious beatdown, which led to Team USSR getting stretchered out.
SPECIAL BULLETIN ---- SPECIAL BULLETIN ---- SPECIAL BULLETIN ---- SPECIAL BULLETIN: Due to the vicious conclusion of the WARGAMES, the ACLU filed a grievance, along with an injunction for the alleged shameful treatment of visitors to our country. BILL APTER of THE WRESTLING NEWS interviewed Bobby Heenan. The Brain mentioned that his team of Nick Bockwinkel and Ray Stevens deserve a title shot to return integrity and honor to the tag-team titles as the Bushwhackers are a disgrace to wrestling. His team has defeated the team of Barry Windham and GRAND PRIX CHAMP Magnum TA in a big bout along with eliminating the same team from the UNlucky 13 Gauntlet. Jim Cornette rushed to ringside stating his team's case for a rematch as he felt they lost the belts unfairly. Each man challenged the other which led to this . . . #1 CONTENDERS MATCH: Heenan Family - Bockwinkel & Stevens WDQ over Midnight Express with Jim Cornette. Referee Morgan Dollar wanted a 2-on-2 match and ejected BOTH managers from ringside!
Great match with a see-saw battle of near falls, each team saving a sure-fire loss. The Midnights were DQ'd with Bockwinkel commenting "Lane & Eaton were running scared as the clock struck Midnight for the Express, now it is time for the Heenan Family to take the gold." More excellent action and I loved that Kiwi Tag Gauntlet. Nice idea but too bad Fite Force couldn't carry the momentum to a title win. Very cool to see Bockwinkel & Stevens get that win over Magnum & Windham in a match that I was highly anticipating.
