Match Results (Part 2 of 4): --------------------------------------------------
4. Rookie Harley Race (0 fatigue with 1 near disqialification - Brutal Steel Chair Shot Outside Ring) defeated Jim Londos (4 fatigue with Blood Loss) via Pinfall.
(Race pinned Londos courtesy of his PILEDRIVER finisher at the 9 minute mark).
(In this match, Harley Race looked more like the seasoned veteran whereas, Jim Londos just looked old. At first it appeared as though Race was playing with his food in not going for his finisher for a while, but he had a method to his maddness and as soon as he saw the time was right, he put the off balance Londos away).
(The GWA Television announcers were commenting on the important fact that whichever opponent Harley Race has to face for The GWA Intercontinental Title, they will be going up against a virtually uninjured and unaffected Harley Race.).
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
5. Dick Hutton (0 fatigue) with Penny Banner defeated Edouard Carpentier (2 fatigue) via Pinfall.
(Hutton pinned Carpentier courtesy of his Atomic Drop at the 6 minute mark).
(For the first 4 minutes of this bout, it was virtually all Edouard Carpentier who was in a high flying high agility based offensive command, until Carpentier decided to take the match outside the ring. After that, Dick Hutton rebounded and took Edouard Carpentier to town outside the ring, Hutton's offense soon kicked into high gear - scoring near falls with his Cowboy Backbreaker and his ABDOMINAL STRETCH, but the damage was done).
(Hutton's valet and girlfriend, Penny Banner hugged Hutton inside the ring just after the referee had just raised Hutton's arm in victory...setting up a best of three fall Championship Match For two competitors who are basically at full strength).

GWA INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TWO OUT OF THREE FALL MATCH: -------------------------------------------------------------
Prelude: ----------------
Penny Banner - Are you sure babe?...I won't jump in...unless absolutely necessary...
Dick Hutton - No you don't have to...no worries baby...I got this...trust me...
THE FIRST FALL: --------------------------------
6. Harley Race (0 fatigue) defeated Dick Sutton (1 fatigue) via Count Out.
(Race executed his PILEDRIVER finisher on Hutton Onto The Concrete Floor at the 3 minute mark).
(Dick Hutton looked utterly fantastic on offense, completely out maneuvering Harley Race and at times out powering him, strangely enough the tide turned in Race's favour courtesy of a most unexpected Sunset Flip from Race that disoriented Hutton. From there Race immediately threw Hutton over the ropes for the next step of his planned attack.)
THE SECOND FALL: -----------------------------------
6. Harley Race (1 fatigue) defeated Dick Sutton (5 fatigue with Blood Loss) and Penny Banner (1 successful distraction) via Pinfall.
(Race pinned Hutton courtesy of his PILEDRIVER finisher at the 18 minute mark).
(A fall that this time had much more dimension to it that involved; an extremely upset Penny Banner who charged the ring to give the referee a piece of her mind, nullifying Race's early Swinging Neckbreaker victory...(Banner - "That Piledriver Outside The Ring Should Have Disqualified Race!"), and a Dick Hutton now energized by Banner's appearance, that started to give Race more serious problems the more and more Hutton was hurt - including a close comeback call via Hutton's ABDOMINAL STRETCH finisher).
(But ultimately Harley Race was just too powerful on offense and just too tough on defense for Dick Hutton to contend with tonight).
(As the referee handed Harley Race the GWA Intercontinental Title Belt and raised his arm in victory, Dick Hutton told Penny Banner that he had the situation right where he wanted it).
(To which Banner replied with a smile, "No, I had the situation right where you wanted it...tough guy". Hutton eyed her from head to toe and answered with a smile, "Fine...you got me there...on that one...quick...let's get me patched up...we gotta be ready to help Lou...if need be...I have a feeling the World Title tournament...is gonna be a mess).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Match Results (Part 3 of 4): --------------------------------------------------
7. The Fabulous Kangaroos (1 defensive tag) Al Costello (2 fatigue with 1 near disqialification - Excessive Brawling With Street Outside Ring) and Roy Heffernan (0 fatigue) with Wild Red Berry defeated The Rat Pack (0 defensive tags) Nick Bockwinkel (0 fatigue with 1 botched pin save) & Exotic Adrian Street (3 fatigues with 1 near disqualification - Excessive Brawling With Costello Outside Ring & 1 near count out - Costello Aussie Suplexed Him Onto Concrete Floor) with Miss Linda (1 botched distraction and 1 successful pin save interference - kissing the referee on the mouth during a count) via Submission.
(Costello forced Street to submit courtesy of his MARBLE BOR LEGLOCK secondary finisher at the 12 minute mark, as Heffernan Chop Blocked Bockwinkel just before he could make the save).
(The Faboulous Kangaroos stuck to their game plan and isolated Exotic Adrian Street inside the ring, Nick Bockwinkel was beside himself at not being able to enter the match at all. Street stood his ground though, even surviving The Kangaroos powerful BOOMBERANG tag finisher, coupled with Miss Linda doing her part and interfering when she could, but Costello caught Street in the middle of the ring - and made sure they stayed there for a long 3 minutes before Street's eventual tap).
(As the Kangaroos celebrated, The Rat Pack started to turn on each other a bit. Bockwinkel complained that Street was too busy hogging the spotlight while Miss Linda yelled back at Bockwinkel saying - do the words "blind tag" mean anything you?)
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
8. Two Gods Blonde (3 defensive tags) - Nature Boy Buddy Rogers (5 fatigue with Blood Loss) & Gorgeous George (0 fatigue) with Cherie Dupre defeated The Rising Suns (2 defensive tags) - Rookie Mr. Fuji (1 fatigue) & Rookie Mr. Saito (0 fatigue & 1 near disqualification - Steel Chair Shot against Rogers & 1 botched pin save) with Lou Albano (1 botched distraction and 1 botched pin save interference) via Submission.
(Rogers forced Fuji to submit courtesy of his FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE at the 15 minute mark...as George hit Saito with a Flying Leaving His Feet Spear and Dupre Kicked Albano ferociously in the balls)
(An ultraviolent 15 minute chess match, as The Rising Suns quite frankly had Two Gods Blonde number, toe to toe they outmaneuvered them and definitely out brawled them, the deciding factor in this match however was The Nature Boy Buddy Rogers. Despite taking a hellacious beating from Mr. Saito, Rogers rolled with the punches, crippling holds and often retreated outside the ring; but when he instinctively knew the time was right, he struck like a cobra, Fuji sounded like an animal in a horrible steel trap, George and Dupre knew this was the full court press moment.
(As George and Dupre both took one of Rogers arms, they helped him up to his feet, still in limping pain from Saito as a squad of security had to intervene to preserve order).
(The television announcers were telling the audience that Two Gods Blonde pulled off a tremendous come from behind victory, but Mr. Saito has really left Buddy Rogers in a bad state, just how much could he have left in the tank to face The Fabulous Kangaroos?)

GWA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NO DISQUALIFICATION MATCH: ---------------------------------------------------------
Prelude: ----------------
Ring Announcer - So Mr. Berry...it looks as if you are holding an Aussie / New Zealand court here...
Wild Red Berry (puts his finger up to the announcers face) - Watch It...
Ring Announcer - So let me see if I have it right...those two are a soon to be tag team named The Kiwis?...and that other young man is Bill Dundee...correct?
Bill Dundee (yells from his seat) - Supetstar...Bill Dundee!...
Wild Red Berry (to Dundee) - Yeah whatever...(to Ring Announcer) - Yes thats right...(yelling out to The Kiwi tag team and "Superstar" Bill Dundee) - Alright You Bastards...Watch How We Win These Titles...There Will Be A Test...So Focus!...
MATCH RESULTS: -----------------------------------
9. The Fabulous Kangaroos (1 double team & 1 defensive tag) Al Costello (3 fatigue) & Roy Heffernan (0 fatigue) defeated Two Gods Blonde (1 defensive tag) Nature Boy Buddy Rogers (8 fatigue with Profound Blood Loss) & Gorgeous George (1 botched pin save) with Cherie Dupre (1 botched pin save & pin save interference) via Pinfall.
(The Kangaroos executed they're BOOMERANG tag finisher on Rogers at the 6 minute mark).
(This was a textbook taking apart of their opponents by The Fabulous Kangaroos, in particular they focused a double team Body Block Catapult against the first man in the ring Gorgeous George, in order to force Buddy Rogers into the ring. Once Rogers was inside the ring, The Kangaroos kept him there in isolation from George, and picked the wounded Rogers apart; reopening his wounds, bloodsoaking him in the process and took his legs out from under him with painful leglocks).
(As Rogers was removed via stretcher with Gorgeous George and a wild eyed Cherie Dupre standing furious watch over him and defending him against any post match assaults, The Fabulous Kangaroos were presented with The GWA World Tag Team Championship Titles...Wild Red Berry seemed happiest of all of them...).
"Superstar" Bill Dundee (out loud to no one in particular but himself) - Yeah...Whatever...

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Match Results (Part 4 of 4): --------------------------------------------------
10. Rikidozan (1 fatigue) with defeated Johnny Valentine (5 fatigue with Blood Loss) via Pinfall.
(Rikidozan pinned Valentine courtesy of his Overhead Chops at the 18 minute mark).
(A stellar confrontation here as both wrestlers tried to put each other away quickly, Valentine with his ATOMIC SKULLCRUSHER and Rikidozan with his HIPLOCK; but both found out that this one just wasn't going to happen this way. Rikidozan soon settled in on offense but had to remain relentless against Valentines cast iron stamina and willpower, having to eventually change up his offensive strategy, Rikidozan put samurai like focus and weight shifting into his Overhead Chops, and insured it this time with a handful of the tights).
(As Valentine, (backed also by a very irate crowd) argued vehemently with the referee, the newly crowned GWA Intercontinental Champion and tag teammate of Valentine's, rookie sensation Harley Race looked upon the result with obvious disgust, not at Rikidozan, but at Valentine. Briefly, Race's gaze was met with Valentine's son Greg Valentine's gaze. There eyes said it all):
Harley Race's Gaze - What are you looking at?...
Greg Valentine's Gaze - Nothin at all...
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
11. Lou Thesz (1 fatigue) defeated Bobo Brazil (4 fatigue with Blood Loss) via Pinfall.
(Thesz pinned Brazil courtesy of his GRECO-ROMAN BACKDROP primary finisher at the 12 minute mark)
(The only match of the night in which the participants shook hands before the start of it, gave the fans their monies worth for sure - the first six minutes of this match were the most competetive of the night, with more reversals and sheer willpower shown by both werestlers. The turning point in this one was when Lou Thesz reversed a high risk Deathjump attempt by Bobo Brazil into a Vertical Suplex off of the top ropes, leading into his finisher).
(During the pinfall, some damage occurred to Thesz's ribs, and then all hell broke lose).
(Storming the ring were Rikidozan, Antonio Inoki and Lee Ming, the Grand Master of The Yakuza and they all started a beat down on Lou Thesz causing the crowd to erupt in raw anger).
(Coming to Thesz's aid was his tag team partner Dick Hutton, and Hutton's brass knuckle sporting girlfriend Penny Banner, but they along with Thesz found themselves losing the overall battle. Before security could restore order, the three on three brawl became a four on three brawl).
(Disgusted by Rikidozan, his entire scene and lack of respect, Bobo Brazil wiped the blood out of his eyes and started knocking heads together and soon caused Rikidozan & Co. to scatter in random directions away from him in the ring).
(As a late but large security force of 15 filled the ring seperating all of the combatants):
Lou Thesz (clasping Brazil's shoulder and yelling into his ear) - Thank You...
Bobo Brazil (yelling back into his ear) - Do All Of Us A Favor...(points to Rikidozan)...And Cripple That Fool...
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
GWA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TWO OUT OF THREE FALLS MATCH: ----------------------------------------------------------------
Prelude: ----------------
(From various seats around ringside...As Lee Ming doubled down on his bets...and as Vince McMahon Sr. conferred with his new World Champion...Bruno Sammartino...and from a private press box...the incumbent president of the United States John F. Kennedy settled in...we go to our ring announcer):
Ring Announcer - Ladies and Gentlemen...welcome to the main event of the evening...(as a small army of security, including the Head of Security and GWA Commissioner Strangler Lewis encompass the ringside area)...2 out of 3 falls...for The GWA World Championship...No Disqualifications...and as a result of the end of the last bout...No One Is Allowed At Ringside Or To Interfere...
John Pesek (to his tag partner GWA Hardcore Champion rookie sensation Giant Baba) - I keep hearing a word by some in Japanese that I haven't heard yet...Tetsujin?
Giant Baba (back to Pesek) - It is what Lou Thesz is called in Japan, it means "Ironman" in English.
THE FIRST FALL: --------------------------------
12. Rikidozan (2 fatigue) defeated Lou Thesz (6 fatigue with Serious Blood Loss) via Pinfall.
(Rikidozan pinned Thesz courtesy of his Overhead Chops at the 18 minute mark).
(The Polo Grounds exploded in sheer crowd volume as thousands of flashbulbs went off the second Rikidozan and Lou Thesz locked up to start this match off, within seconds, Thesz nearly won the first fall with his THESZ PRESS secondary finisher. But Rikidozan was able to withstand it and counter it with three HIPLOCKS in a row that shredded Thesz's already weakened hip and ribs, as per Rikidozan's plan).
THE SECOND FALL: -----------------------------------
12. Rikidozan (5 fatigue with Blood Loss) defeated Lou Thesz (6 fatigue with Serious Blood Loss) via Submission.
(Rikidozan forced Thesz to submit courtesy of his HIPLOCK secondary finisher at the 27 minute mark).
(With the crowd behind him, Lou Thesz fought back and nearly forced Rikidozan to submit to his Stepover Toehold Facelock, however it did force Rikidozan to retreat outside the ring, with Thesz in persuit. The ringside brawls over the next 2 to 3 minutes of the match were all won by Rikidozan who continued to work Thesz's body, in particular his ribs via multiple Knees and Body Punches, setting up a crippling HIPLOCK that put Thesz away).
(As Rikidozan, Antonio Inoki and Lee Ming of The Yakuza celebrated, Lou Thesz rolled out of the ring and was helped to the locker rooms by Dick Hutton and Penny Banner, each holding up Thesz by the arms).
(As Rikidozan hoisted up his GWA World Championship Title Belt...he paused to look upon Lou Thesz & Co. slowly walking back to the locker rooms...with disgust and even worse than that...a little pity)
(Then, as Vince McMahon Sr turned around to talk to his friends in the seats behind him...Rikidozan and Bruno Sammartino stared each other down...their eyes said it all):
Rikidozan's Gaze - You are even sadder than Thesz is...
Sammartinos Gaze - Enjoy that belt...because he is...sure as shit...coming after you...and you really...dont want me to get up...

I spent nearly an hour this morning (when I should have been working) catching up on this fed. Is that a bad or good thing, I'm not sure! Anyway, great to see things moving on and a huge victory for Rikidozan (a card I have never used) against the grumpy Mr Thesz. However, I am shocked at Bobo Brazil. what terrible beahviour, wishing injury on a fellow grappler!

Go Rikidozan...the true legend of Japan...even if he is Korean. Morning TTX! Yep it was quite a confrontation that's for sure. The way I'm running this fed, in the course of the next few cards, all of the champions will have to wrestle in non title matchups, in order for the roster to compete against itself for title contention. Will be interesting to see who earns the shots for the next title matches. Thanks for being in the seats!

Rikidozan is one powerful wrestler, not only in the LOW brand, but if you aim him at COTG or the Indy wrestlers the man definitely holds his own against anybody. When you said you caught up on the fed instead of working it made me think of something Ellen DeGeneres once said, I'm paraphrasing but: "In this day and age of the internet, cell phones and emails and everything flying at us at such a fast rate...this is why procrastination feels so right...ladies and gentlemen remember...procrastinate now...don't put it off". I think that says it all 😊 Thanks Joe!

Stable Wars Team - Number Three: -------------------------------------------------------------- The Revenants
Freddie Blassie
Ray Crippler Stevens
Ivan Koloff
Background: ------------------------
The brainchild of GWA principal owner Freddie Blassie...however this team does have some serious issues heading into this competition for sure.
Ray Crippler Stevens is a very loyal crony of Blassie's and he was put in charge of taking the rookie Ivan Koloff under his wing.
Koloff is a powerful wrestler but is extremely inexperienced and awkward so far. To complicate things, Koloff is also a Russian KGB Agent, and Blassie has given Stevens strict orders to schmooze him good and keep both; occupied and off of Blassie's case, in particular when it comes to the Golden Valkyrie and everything attached to it's story.
Blassie has never steered Stevens wrong, quite the contrary. But Ray Crippler Stevens is having a very difficult time wrapping his head around the fact that, in his own crude words...
"Koloff completely sucks in the ring...the man is as useful...as tits on a turtle"...
Blassie has nonetheless reassured Stevens that he will be working with Koloff personally...on his in-ring skills.
Koloff, on the other hand, plans on not only learning all he can from Blassie, but wants to get to the bottom of and truth of...all this Golden Valkyrie business...so his KGB can make their move...
Freddie Blassie, unbeknownst to his teammates, has cut a deal with the New York City Chief of Police...in exchange for Blassie's 1/3rd cut of the 1 million dollar Stable Wars winners prize money...in Blassie's own words:
Freddie Blassie (to The Chief of Police) - If something should...ever happen to one of my wrestlers on the roster...I need you to muddy up the waters...surrounding everything around it...so it gets tied up in the courts and ultimately gets thrown out...as a mistrial or something...even...if it's my tag team partner...in The Misfits...
Chief of Police (To Freddie Blassie and catching his drift) - Done...(with a slight smirk on his face...)...Never liked...that asshole...anyway...

3. Killer Kowalski with Abdullah Farouk vs Freddie Blassie.
Chapter 26 - Got You In Stranglehold Bay Bay: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
At a meeting at The Stranglehold...Sky Low Low & Little Beaver tell Strangler Lewis about how they were set up by Maurice Tillet regarding The Golden Valkyries...Instead of giving the real one to the Yakuza...and the replica to Norway...the opposite occurred...
Take care!
