The setting: THIS IS IT! The Trial Of Godsend begins! If that is not enough, Godsend returns to the ring tonight finally healed from his injuries suffered at the hands of FDF Tradition and goes one on one with Tank! But that’s not all - GWF GALACTIC CHAMPION MONOLITH (c) defends his title vs the no.1 contender - the Aethran Overmaster. Let’s get this party started!
219,000 rabid fans have been waiting a long time for this. Half the crowd is pro Aethran and are calling for Godsend’s head! The other half are Castilex sympathizers who spent all day marching in the streets and cheering “FREE GODSEND!” and “SAVE OUR SAVIOR!”
The pro-Aethran crowd erupts with boos as the prosecution heads to ringside. Endgame and Massif take their place at the prosecution desk located on a large platform next to the ring. Even though the FDF are trying to keep Godsend in an Aethran prison for life, the Aethran crowd still boos them without mercy. Endgame is hated on Aethra and always will be.
The boos turn to curious chatter as a large group of Aethran Soldiers crowd the entrance way. Gasps and shrieks fill the arena as Godsend is escorted to the ring, masked and in shackles. The pro Godsend crowd are too traumatized seeing their hero in chains to cheer. The Aethran crowd drowns them out anyways treating Godsend like a dog. He is pelted with trash and spit.
The Aethran Soldiers escort Godsend to the defense table on the platform at ringside where he is met by Lady Godsend. Lady Godsend holds back tears seeing her lord in such dire circumstances.
Aethran war drums fill the arena as the Aethran Overmaster marches to ringside! He dons his judges robe and takes a seat on his throne at the platform above both the prosecution and the defense.
Paralyze acts as the bailiff and motions for the jury to enter the arena.

powerlord all make their way down the ramp and into the jury box in the front row.
It’s an awesome sight with the prosecution (Endgame and Massif) on the right and the defense team (Godsend with Lady Godsend) on the left. The jury box is seated in the front row with Judge Aethran Overmaster overseeing it all.
As the prosecution prepares their opening statements we turn our attention to the ring.
* Wolf rips through Paralyze with ease, using END OF THE HUNT to slightly avenge his poor showing in the ULTIMATE ESCAPE MATCH.
Some of Aethran crowd cheers Wolf and his ferocious victory but most boo him and treat him like a huge heel on New Aethra.
Paralyze limps back to his bailiff post after the match.
* Fist (4) hears the roar of the crowd beating Kill Prey (3) w WEAPONS.
With the prosecution ready to present their opening statements, Endgame enters the ring and begins to speak.
PROSECUTION OPENING STATEMENTS:
Endgame: Godsend has spent his entire career pretending to be someone he is not. He has fooled a lot of good people, but he has never fooled me. All of this is just a game to him. This trial is nothing but entertainment. Believe me when I tell you Godsend gets off on all of this attention.
Endgame turns to the jury and addresses them directly.
Endgame: I beg of you - Do not allow yourselves to be put under his spell during this trial. He will charm you. He will persuade you and manipulate you if you let him. Try to remember that this - thing - is on trial for murder. This is not a game. This is about finally ending Godsend’s long reign of terror in the GWF for good. And we will prove without a shadow of a doubt that Godsend is guilty of premeditated murder. Premeditated because he lured Commander Sam into his throne room with the very charm I warn you all about today - and killed him.
Endgame takes a dramatic pause...
Endgame: Commander Sam is no longer with us. That demon (points to Godsend, still shackled and masked) killed him. Why? An 80 year old man. Why? Probably for the fun of it. Probably to get all of this. But it doesn’t matter why. It only matters that Godsend is guilty.
Endgame now turns to Godsend and stares deep into his soul with his final words.
Endgame: Godsend will not be leaving New Aethra. He will be found guilty. He will live the remainder of his life away from the rest of the galaxy in his cell here on the burnt remains of Castilex until his final breath. And the galaxy will rejoice in our victory. For we will have put the final nail in the coffin of Godsend. And he will be forever remembered in the history books as not a hero - nor a savior - but as the murderous demon he has always been.
END OF PROSECUTION OPENING STATEMENT.
Behind his mask a barely visible smirk comes across the face of Godsend.
* GWF WOMEN’S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS Storm and Bulldoze squash Killer Queen (2) w STORM AND SIEGE to retain the straps. Aside from her failed pin save attempt, Lady Godsend never gets into the match.
After the match Lady Godsend turns on Killer Queen and hangs her in the ring ropes with Off With Her Head! Frustration and stress brought on by Endgame’s opening statements sends Lady Godsend over the edge! Godsend - still calm as could be in his shackles looks on with great delight.
* Siege (3) beats Tempest (5) w AETHRAN CRIPPLER.
Tempest looked tough taking a severe beating but continued to fight back even kicking out of AETHRAN CRIPPLER once. But only once as the second one folded him like a cheap wet suit.
The crowd of 219,000 fans sit in wild anticipation for our next match as Aethran Soldiers escort Godsend from the platform to the ring, remove his mask and unshackle him.
Temporarily free, Godsend raises his arms above his head to the roaring boos of the New Aethra crowd. Soaking it all in. Godsend seems almost energized by the hate as Tank makes his way to the ring.
* An runaway Tank crushes Godsend with Tanked in the first move of the match! Godsend (3) fights back with Dextral Choke and Blinded By Greatest but the spirit of Commander Sam lives inside Tank (4) with two crushing PEACEMAKER SLINGSHOTs for the monster win!
After the match Tank is not finished! Feud table for the 3rd time in this crazy rivalry! Tank clobbers Godsend with PEACEMAKER SLINGSHOT right over the defense table! Papers going flying!
Godsend is re-injured for 1 fight card.
Bailiff Paralyze and a large group of Aethran Soldiers restrain Tank and drag him away from ringside to wild cheers from the blood thirsty crowd.
The crowd goes silent as a bloody and battered Godsend picks himself up off the ground. Godsend looks worse for the wear but dusts himself off and prepares for his post match opening statements.
DEFENSE OPENING STATEMENTS
His gag order temporarily lifted as he defends himself and his life at his own trial - Godsend speaks for the first time in several fight cards.
Godsend winces, holding his neck as he speaks.
Godsend: When I hear Endgame talk about me - What I really hear is Endgame talking about himself. When Endgame says I’m pretending to be somebody else - all I can think about it Black Death Endgame. Endgame was somebody else. Not me.
When Endgame says I have all of you fooled, but not him. What I hear is Endgame giving himself a compliment and calling all of you fools. He is smart. He sees right through me! But all of you - are too dumb to see what the mighty Endgame sees.
Endgame: Objection!
Aethran Overmaster: Overruled!
Godsend smiles.
Godsend: Commander Sam was Endgame’s idol. His manager, his leader and his mentor. Endgame aspires to be everything Commander Sam was - an angry, violent, overly aggressive, overly emotional, overly patriotic soldier of war!
Endgame: Objection! This is slander!
Godsend: You see. Even now Endgame cannot control his rage. This is the same rage that was taught to him by Commander Sam - a dangerous trigger happy lunatic who attacked me in my own throne room!
There is a huge commotion at the entrance ramp as Aethran Soldiers fight with Tank who has returned and is trying to get at Godsend!
Godsend: Look at the out of control American! So full of hate and fury! Commander Sam was exactly the same! I am an innocent man!
Godsend turns to the jury.
Godsend: Look all around you. You are surrounded by evil in every direction. The Aethrans took my planet. My Queen weeps at my side. My Demon Godsend suffers with injuries by FDF Tradition. I, myself am suffering from injuries by FDF Tradition. But somehow they’re the good guys?
Godsend - is the good guy in this story. They took my home, my castle, and now they are trying to take my life.
We - will not let that happen. I may may be fallen, and broken and bloody and injured - i may be crucified by Endgame and his army of livid red necks - but I remain an innocent man.
END OF DEFENSE OPENING STATEMENTS
Immediately upon finishing his opening statements, Godsend is bullied back into his shackles by Aethran Soldiers.
MAIN EVENT
* Aethran Overmaster (4) pins MONOLITH (5) w REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER to win the GWF GALACTIC TITLE after successful outside interference from Siege.
NEW GWF GALACTIC CHAMPION - AETHRAN OVERMASTER.
MONOLITH and Siege brawl all over ringside! Everybody is scattering for safety! Among the mass chaos the NEW GWF GALACTIC CHAMPION Aethran Overmaster holds his title up high while looking down and directly into eyes of a masked and shackled Godsend below.
Godsend smiles back at the new champion - Amused by it all as we fade to black.
