WORLD OF JOINT PROMOTIONS: CARD 49 Hello Joint Promotions fans, and welcome to another episode of World of Joint Promotions! Tonight, we're going to view a recent match with our WWA World Champion Bruno Sammartino, a match kicking off a feud for our beloved champ! And, we'll go back in time to view a couple of GWF World Title defenses both featuring one of the greatest GWF champions, Godsend. In fact, our Main Event of the evening will feature another epic battle between Godsend and his long-time foe Omega. Let's get to the action! *Bruno Sammartino (c) DQ Adrian Adonis in a battle for the WWA World Heavyweight Championship (**3/4). Good match, which was building in its intensity, only to spill outside of the ring, and deteriorate into a Pier 6 Brawl! Adonis managed to draw blood with his blows, and seemed to get the better of Bruno. Bruno retains the title, but pays a price....there will be a rematch eventually folks, rest assured! *Godsend (c) b. Scion Nexus with Hell's Threshold in a battle for the GWF World Heavyweight Championship (**1/2). Scion Nexus is one of the great underrated wrestlers in GWF history, to be sure, but in this battle, it was really all Godsend, as he beat Nexus from pillar to post. This match exhibited all of what makes Godsend one of the all time best, showcasing his technical skills as well as his rougher side. Nexus really never mounted a serious challenge unfortunately. * MAIN EVENT: Godsend (c) vs. Omega for the GWF World Heavyweight Championship. This classic rivalry never gets old Joint Promotions fans, and it was on fully display in this match! Godsend (c) b. Omega with a flying shoulder tackle to retain the GWF World Title (****). Great back and forth action, with so much heat between these two! The two men went to blows early, the emotion and passion of a years-long rivalry pouring out in this contest. Omega's great scientific skills nearly prevailed, but after suffering a viscious eye gouge 2/3rd's through the match, blinding him for the rest of the bout, Omega was largely ineffectual. Godsend prevailed in this chapter of this most storied feud! (Bruno Sammartino picks up 1 career title defense, and Godsend picks up 2 career title defenses for his career record). NEXT CARD: Our next World of Joint Promotions card will feature more white-hot wrestling action, as we're once again going to dive into our historical archives for 2 matches featuring Buddy Rogers during his most recent WWA World Title reign! We'll see him defend the WWA World Title aginst Dick Hutton and Yukon Eric, and it's sure to be a good time for all! We'll see you all on "World of Joint Promotions!".

WORLD OF JOINT PROMOTIONS: CARD 50 Hello Joint Promotions fans! Tonight we're going to view 2 matches from our archives of a recent WWA World Title reign by the one and only "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers! These feature Rogers against 2 contemporaries, and show the Nature Boy at his finest! *Buddy Rogers (c) d. Dick Hutton with a Figure Four Grapevine to retain the WWA World Heavyweight Championship (**). Well, Rogers had no problem dispatching Hutton in this one fans, and he was at his ever-lovin' struttin' best! Crowd was white hot against Rogers from the very start but Hutton couldn't really mount much offense in this contest. Once Rogers slapped on the Figure Four, that was all she wrote! MAIN EVENT: Buddy Rogers (c) vs. Yukon Eric for the WWA World Heavyweight Title. Once again, Rogers was a formidable force, withstanding a couple of early big moves from Yukon Eric to simply run circles around the bigger man. Rogers showed a bit of his nastier side tonight fans, brawling and imposing his will on Eric. Like him or hate him, you have to respect Rogers, as he can brawl or wrestle with the best of 'em! (Rogers picks up 2 career title defenses for his career record). NEXT CARD: JP Fans, we're going to vault back to the present as we'll have the good fortune of watching AAW World Champion Solar Hawk defend his belt against Prodigy, while in our Main Event, we'll have one of the all-time greatest feuds in GWF history as our viewing pleasure, as GWF World Champion Godsend defends against The Perfect Specimen. Don'tcha Dare Miss It!

WORLD OF JOINT PROMOTIONS: CARD 51 *Prodigy DQ Solar Hawk (c) in a short bout for the AAW World Heavyweight Championship, allowing Hawk to retain the title, while losing the bout (**). Match was just in its earliest stages, when the action spilled outside, and it deteriorated quickly. Solar Hawk, not a stranger to brawling, decided to ground the high flying Prodigy with fisticuffs, which led to him getting the hook! MAIN EVENT: Godsend (c) vs. Perfect Specimen for the GWF World Heavyweight Championship. Godsend (c) b. Perfect Specimen with Kingdom Come to retain the GWF World Heavyweight Title in a short but furiously paced match (**1/4). These 2 rivals, more than a little familiar with one another, went to blows right from the opening bell, only this time, it was Godsend who dealt the worst of it, pounding Spec with punches and working him over with kicks. So much heat between these two, the chances of them having a purely scientific bout were just slim. Godsend wins this round GWF fans, with Spec having to lick some pretty significant wounds. (Solar Hawk and Godsend pick up career title defenses for their respective career records). NEXT CARD: Coming up on the next spine-tingling edition of WOJP are 2 title bouts. The first will be the AAW belt being defended by Solar Hawk against Kristoff. And, in our Main Event, Bruno Sammartino defends his WWA crown against Big John Studd! Don'tcha Dare Miss It!

Yessir....an all-time great in my neck of the woods! Thanks for following along Rob! I really admire you guys who effortlessly mix and match playing cards in the COTG universe. I have zero anxiety mixing boots/black & white and colored cards in LOW, but for some undiagnosed reason I can’t do it w COTG. Not even with my own guys like Strong. They always just end up lost in the shuffle for me. I wish I could change! Until then, I envy feds like yours.
