Card 13 National Arena, Washington DC
Pampero Firpo def. B.G. James with EL GARFIO - ** ½. This was a hot opener with James controlling most of the match including a pair of PUMP HANDLE SLAMS but could not put Firpo away before he made a violent brawling comeback that started with a back slam into the ring post and ended with his finisher.
Trish Status def. Toni Rose by disqualification when Rose cracked Stratus with a chair during a brawl on the floor – dud. The action was a stalemate before things broke down on the floor after only a few minutes.
Killer Kowalski def. Diamond Dallas Page with a giant swing - **. Page was completely dominated from start to finish in this one kicking out of several pin attempts before Kowalski finally put him away allowing Page one offensive move the entire match.
Flying Redheads & Jimmy Snuka def. Sheepherders & Abdullah The Butcher by disqualification when Butcher attacked Snuka with a chair on the floor - *. The Redheads and Sheepherders made multiple tags to keep the momentum changing before Snuka and Butcher eventually squared off after which point the action could not be contained in the ring and the official had to make the disqualification call. Post match, Snuka joints his partners in clearing the ring with a series of dropkicks.
Barry Windham def. Vampiro with a LARIAT - ** ½. The finish to this one was great as Windham countered a deathjump into a power slam for two count and then hit Vampiro with his LARIAT only to have Vampiro kick out at the last second resulting in Windham turning Vampiro inside out with a second finisher.
Road Warriors w/Paul Ellering def. Foreign Legion with a DOOMSDAY DEVICE to Nikolai Volkoff - ** ½. There was clearly no love lost between these two teams who put on an epic back and forth battle. Twice Hawk needed to save Animal from a CAMEL CLUTCH and later Iron Sheik saved Volkoff from a POWER SLAM. The Warriors just had enough to power out the victory tonight.
Fit Finlay def. Angelo Poffo with a TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER in a Steel Cage Match - * ½. Poffo was the early aggressor and bloodied Finlay with a whip into the cage wall but Finlay was able to counter and use a fireman’s carry Hot Shot to set up his finisher for the win.

Another unfortunate encounter for Vampiro... Snuka vs. Abdullah has the potential to become a seriously brutal rivalry... Looking forward to more!

Card 14: Zembo Mosque, Harrisburg PA
The card is stacked tonight and Dr. Mike Lano is at ringside capturing the action.
Foreign Legion def. Vachons with Iron Sheik pinned Mad Dog Vachon after a sidewinder suplex - ** ½. An incredible opener that could have gone either way as two heel teams made a rare clash in a bout that saw both sides use up all their pin saves before it was said and done.
Melina def. Rockin Robin with an Extreme Makeover - *** ½. This was a super competitive encounter from start to finish. Robin connected with an early TOP ROPE BULLDOG but could not get the three count from Morgan Dollar. Melina came back and used her own finisher twice without success before connecting with own version of the bulldog for the three count.
Flying Redheads def. Sheepherders when Billy Red Lyons pinned Luke Williams with a rolling reverse cradle - * ½. Great action in this one as well with both sides using frequent tags and double teaming. The Redheads took control cutting off Williams for several minutes and only a pair of timely pin saves by Butch Miller prolonged the action. The action continues after the bell and the fans cheer as Lyons ties up Williams in a figure four leglock while Morgan Dollar attempts to restore order but needs assistance from other officials to do so. Williams favours his leg as he leaves the ring.
King Kong Bundy def. Larry Hennig with an ATLANTIC CITY AVALANCHE in a Harrisburg Street Fight - *. Fans were hoping for an epic heavyweight slugfest but in stead this was a total squash, literally as Bundy unleashed back to back finisher to leave Hennig in a heap for the five count.
World Tag Team Champions Texas Hangmen & Angelo Poffo def. Fit Finlay & Road Warriors w/Paul Ellering after a HANGMEN BACKBREAKER to Finlay - *** ¾. The Warriors were on fire early on and Psycho needed to be saved not once but twice after DOOMSDAY DEVICES. Somehow, Psycho was able to get a tag and the momentum of the action switched when Finlay ended up being cut off from his corner. Finlay had a chance to make a tag but in a critical error, decided to stay in the ring to inflict some more punishment on Poffo.
Jimmy Snuka def. Abdullah The Butcher after a body slam on the locker room floor in a Falls Count Anywhere Match - **. The action was all over the place and Snuka made liberal use of a chair and a fans cane to render Butcher a bloody mess before the action went in the locker room area.
Diamond Dallas Page & Barry Windham def. World Champion Ted DiBiase & Killer Kowalski when Windham pinned Kowalski after a LARIAT. In the opening minute Page sent Kowalski into the ring post knocking him loopy but Kowalski escaped defeat after a DIAMOND CUTTER and after a SWEETWATER SUPERPLEX but Windham used his second finisher. DiBiase never steps foot into the ring.

Melina getting a win is nice. Hangmen continue to overachieve. Snuka slamming Abdullah is cool too.

Card 15 Madison Square Garden, New York, New York
The Garden is packed again with a huge night of action. Dr. Mike Lano is fighting for position on the floor and we can expect to Morgan Dollar officiating throughout the night.
Vachons def. Too Cool when Mad Dog Vachon pinned Brian Christopher with a PILEDRIVER - *. The action was back and forth until Vachon caught Christopher with a boot to the face to block a backdrop and then planted him with his finisher while Butcher Vachon blocked the pin save.
Barry Windham def. Pampero Firpo with a power slam – Dud. This one lasts just two moves before Morgan Dollar makes the three count!
Al Snow def. Vampiro with a seated spinebuster - **. Snow suffered a bloody gash from a ringside post ram early on but managed to make a strong comeback downing Vampiro with back to back seated spinebusters for the win (snake eyes!)
Trish Stratus & Ida Mae Martinez def. Fabulous Moolah & Toni Rose when Martinez pinned Rose after a DROPKICK - **. Some great back and forth action in this one with both teams having their chances for victory but the finish came after Rose & Martinez collided together each going for a clothesline. Martinez caught Rose flush with her finisher as Rose was regaining her feet.
Larry Hennig def. King Kong Bundy in a New York City Street Fight with THE AXE- ** ½. Bundy was rendered a bloody mess including having is skull smashed into a cab on the street as Hennig dominated this encounter in and out of the ring before putting Bundy down with his finisher.
Road Warriors w/Paul Ellering def. World Tag Team Champions Texas Hangmen when Animal cradled Killer to win the titles. - ** ½. Fans expected the Warriors to walk over the champions but the Hangmen gave the Warriors quite a challenge before Animal countered a backdrop with an inside cradle getting the three count from Morgan Dollar.
B.G. James def. Iron Sheik after a missed deathjump - ** ½. The fans were all over Sheik from the outset and James gave them plenty to cheer about dominating the action in and out of the ring including hitting his PUMP HANDLE SLAM twice. Sheik looked to have an opening late tossing James off the top of the corner but made the mistake of coming off the top himself which lead to the finish.
Killer Kowalski def. Hugh Morrus with a KOWALSKI CLAW - *. Kowalski appeared to get under the skin of Morgan Dollar before the bell but it did not matter as Kowalski just overwhelmed his opponent from start to finish.
Madison Rayne def. Tina Moretti with RAYNE CHECK - *. Moretti was in complete control of this match before Rayne countered and struck with her finisher in only her third offensive move of the encounter.
Flying Redheads & Jimmy Snuka def. Sheepherders & Abdullah The Butcher by disqualification when Luke Williams smashed Snuka with a chair - ** ½. There was plenty of back and forth action in this one that had the fans on the edge of their seats. Butcher used foreign objects to carve up both Red Bastien & Billy Red Lyons mid way through the match earning solid heat before Snuka lead his team back into the match before the finish at ringside.
World Champion Ted DiBiase def. Diamond Dallas Page in a Best of Three Falls Match 2:1 - ***** DiBiase threw everything he had a Page early on in the first fall including back to back FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCKS and a FULL POWER SLAM but Page found a way to survive all of it and then some. Page struggled to sustain any meaningful offensive attack and DiBiase took the first fall with a fist drop. DiBiase continue to control the action as the second fall got under way but Page bounced DiBiase’s face off of the ring side table and evened things up at one fall each with a DIAMOND CUTTER. The third fall went back and forth. DiBiase was whipped into the ring post and busted open but managed to come back and finish Page with a sleeper to retain the title.
Angelo Poffo def. Fit Finlay in a Steel Cage Match with a NECKBREAKER - **. The action unfolded slowly and was evenly contested until Poffo countered avoided a charge into the corner sending Finlay into the buckles chest first. Finlay could not regain his wind and fell to his opponent’s finisher moments later.

Card 16 Sunnyside Gardens, Queens NY
The fans are chatting with Dr. Mike Lano as he sets up to cover the action from the floor.
Too Cool def. Soviets after a head slam & elbow drop to Nikolai Volkoff – dud. This one lasted ONE MOVE only! No pin save from Alexis Smirnoff who was just as stunned as the fans.
B.G. James and Pampero Firpo battled to a double disqualification when both men refused to stop brawling on the floor - **. Morgan Dollar has strict instructions for both men before the bell. There was lots of back and forth in this one and James suffered a deep laceration to the forehead midway into the match before things ended up on the floor and the fight continued after the bell and back to the dressing room. Iron Sheik def. Al Snow with a CAMEL CLUTCH - **. Snow gained the advantage with his speed early on but Sheik kicked out after a SNOW PLOW and used his Loaded Boot to soft up Snow for his finisher. Vampiro def. Hugh Morrus with NAIL IN THE COFFIN – dud. This one lasted just four moves with a spinning mule kick setting up Vampiro’s finisher.
Sherri Martel & Melina def. Glamour Girls when Melina used LAST CALL on Leilani Kai - ***. Really fun action from start to finish in this one. Kai took a wicked beating for a long stretch but managed to survive a TOP ROPE SPLASH from Martel and a PRIMAL SCREAM from Melina before getting the much needed tag to Judy Martin. However, Kai ended up back in the ring at the end of the contest and had nothing left to kick out after another finisher from Melina. King Kong Bundy def. Larry Hennig with an ATLANTIC CITY AVALANCHE in a Queens Street Fight – dud. This lasted just four moves as Bundy overpowered Hennig and crushed him with his finisher for the five count in no time at all. Great heat for the match and the finish.
World Champion Ted DiBiase def. Barry Windham with a LOADED GLOVE - ****. Great action from bell to bell as DiBiase continues to be hated by the fans. Both men were a bloody mess before this contest was over and Windham managed to kick out after two previous LOADED GLOVE shots before the third blow put him down for the pin.
