Ch charts I've always loved, as Rob pointed out, they can exploit a certain weakness in their opponent. It's why Euritarv2 was always successful for me at the top of the card as he could exploit Overmaster and Monolith's Agility and Deathjumps w/ his Choice's, but just couldn't keep up with Endgame so it made for great triangle feuds.

Ch charts sometimes I use them , depends on the wrestler and good chance it will work . If not then I don't risk it .

I mostly just consider them as optional choices.

Place me in the camp that uses the wrestlers move instead of the Choice, but still use the chart to determine the impact of the move (unless if the alternative is a ropes, deathjump, etc.)
I agree it is critical to the game as I tried ignoring the charts back during the second or third b/w set and while the matches were short felt I skipped a piece.

For the longest time I did NOT use the Choice Chart...but after being in a few discussions and really taking the time to look at how the charts can impact a match, I have to wonder why I didn't use them sooner. Not only the Choice Charts but being strategic with the (c) or "level up" decision really does bring a level of play that cannot be achieved when not using them. Not that it is wrong not to use them, it really is "basic" game play if you don't...a match becomes much more interesting when you use the choice chart.
Also, I am one of those guys who will tailor the move to the character to make sure it makes sense for that wrestler to attempt.

Way back in time with my GWF I used to only roll the Ch chart if I was going for a 3 move attached to a 2 move. My friend and I reasoned why roll for a ch D 3 move when the move it's attached to is a 3? G and H we either rolled the move or did a deathjump.

I havn't used the choice charts in many many years, i always thought they slowed the match to a crawl. But I may give them another go around this year, will see what happens.

Maybe since I play online, but I never feel like it slows me down. I guess it’s just a quick mouse click online, so it doesn’t seem like it slows it down

I havn't used the choice charts in many many years, i always thought they slowed the match to a crawl. But I may give them another go around this year, will see what happens. The good news is, after you use them for awhile you begin to memorize the choices similar to how you memorize other chart results. You begin to immediately associate ch D w a 9 or lower roll + or - the opponents pw rating and ch E the same w ag. Ch A is ropes, B is turnbuckle, G and H are deathjump etc...you get used to it.

I'm convinced. I'll revisit the choice charts when play resumes Monday.
