I hope you had a great Christmas bookerbill. MLW continues to be one of my favorite feds and I liked that Road Warriors vs. Powers of Pain main event in Hamilton. The Road Warriors looked strong in retaining the titles but as Pariah noted the British Bulldogs are on the horizon. I'm really looking forward to that showdown plus Muldoon vs. Race at Maple Leaf Gardens!

The Roadies pretty much dominated the PoP in that main event... Hopefully, the Bulldogs will give the champs more of a run for their money -- Dream match potential, to be sure... Enjoying the exploits of Candido & Regal as well... Fun times! I was surprised as well that the Powers of Pain did not prove to be more of a challenge to the Road Warriors. That was a slight disappointment but the definitive win by the champs has cleared the path for the Warriors v. Bulldogs showdown at the next MLG show.

Moolah continues to look strong in the Trillium title tournament... She's gonna be tough to beat... And I enjoyed Fargo's impressive win over Fritz... Might be cool to see him start climbing the rankings... Fun stuff, as always!

Mikey Whipwreck over Masked Superstar was a big upset but Mikey is known for pulling those off. Valiant Brothers vs. Powers of Pain was an interesting matchup for sure plus it was good to see William Muldoon retain the title over Al Snow. I can't wait for the big night at MLG!

This was a super competitive showdown that spilled in and out of the ring. Blanchard took control after running Venis into the ring post earning some solid heat. Blanchard rolled Venis up and scored the three count with his feet on the ropes! Winner: Sandman * ½ Barry Windham & “Raging Bull” Manny Fernandez v. British Bulldogs (Dynamite Kid & Davey Boy Smith)Referee: Morgan Dollar This was action packed from the opening bell. Both sides brawl after the match. Winners: Double disqualification. *** Shane Douglas w/Francine v. Harley RaceReferee: James Beard Race controlled the early action but Douglas showed he had come to Brantford to fight taking control of the action after tossing Race off the top of the corner.
