On that note I'll be that guy ... someone should shoot Samoa Joe and Mickie James a quick email about how sorry we are they got cut and we have a game wed like then to be a part of lol Maybe Mickie will end up with her hubby in the NWA... Could lead to dissention between her/Aldis and Kamille/Latimer... |

AEW could cut about 60 guys it seems and still have enough for a fed. I like the factions but when you have 20 factions of 5 or 6 that's a bit much. So you mean the GWF from 2094 through 2118? LOLOLOL. |

I can’t even tell if AEW wrestlers have actual contracts. I saw where Moxley showed up at some hardcore show to DDT Nick Gage this past weekend. You’ll never see a WWE guy do that. So I wonder how many wrestlers AEW truly has signed when a lot of them continue to roam the indies. Most of the job guys they use on Dark don't have contracts beyond "we'll use you for [X] matches and if we like you, you get an actual contract". Everyone else has a legit deal and some have it in their contracts that they can work outside dates because AEW isn't going to do a touring house show schedule because it was a money loser for WWE for several years pre-pandemic. |

How can you get released / fired but not wrestle until July ? Surely a legal battle there ? Unless they are paying them until end of say June ?

I actually watched RAW last night. Two big takeaways were 1) there is WAY too much talking by the wrestlers. The ring should be reserved for wrestling, not standing around and talking. 2) There are a few wrestlers on TV that really have no business being there.
