It figures that Wembanyama gets his first career triple double against us. I mean, he SHOULD be a Piston. We got to see what could have been firsthand.
As far as the Pistons this year, I think the game against the Kings is a great example of how things have gone. After the 1st quarter we had an 18-point lead. It slipped in the 2nd and we trailed by 3 at half. In the 3rd we fell behind by 15 but got it back to only 3 at the end of the quarter. We tied it in the 4th only to get blown out in the end by 21. Talk about your roller-coaster.

The Piston's current losing streak is in trouble tonight. They are tied with Houston at half. The referees are trying to help them keep the streak alive. Pistons have committed almost twice as many fouls. However, Houston is killing us with FT attempts as they are 12-15 and the Pistons a mere 1-2. Eleven-point swing right there.

That was close. We had a 5-point lead with 3 minutes to go. We had a better FQ%, 3 point %, more rebounds, more assists and more combined steals and blocks. But we pulled it out in the end and lost.

Well the latest losing streak is over. Duran was one rebound short of a 20-20 and he was 8-8 from the field.

The win streak is over at one. We lost again but I am cool with that. We went toe to toe with the West leading Minnesota Timberwolves 124-117 and we did it without our top player who is hurt once again. We may be at the bottom of the league but we have played both Conferences top teams, Minnesota and Boston, tough this year. We just have a lot of young players who need to get used to playing in the league and with each other. The later is hard with injuries. Cunningham missed most of last year and is out once again. At least last years top pick for us, Ivey, is started to look like a first rounder. He has played really good in Conningham's absence. Hopefully when Cunningham comes back both can stay healthy and find a way to gel together.

A 6-point loss to the Bucks. We committed 30 fouls to their 18. We went 26-32 from the line and they went 35-49 from the line. They end up with 17 more tries and 9 more points.

Pistons won their second game in the last five. Could they be playoff bound?

The Pistons won again. But they did not beat another bad team this time. They won 120-104 and they beat Oklahoma City who are on top of the Western Conference and before the loss had the second-best win percentage. Could this be a turning point for the Pistons?

If you want to know how luck can play into a player being one of the best of all time just look at Zion Williamson. He is in his 5th year in the league and has played 38 games so far. That is the 2nd most in a year in his career. He could have been one of the best and might still be as he won't be 24 till July, but injuries sure have taken away a lot of his career so far.
