Russell questions BG and Kip regarding their slow start to the match and they respond by telling Russell they had their opponents right where they wanted them the entire time. It was all part of their strategy. BG and Kip then insult Milliman and Jay, calling them slow before finally zeroing in on the team of Marcus Alexander Bagwell and 2 Cold Scorpio. The James Gang comments on their intelligence as well as that of their manager Teddy Long. It appears as The James Gang goes too far as the team of Bagwell and Scorpio attack them with chairs. Trish Stratus & Rockin’ Robin vs. Candi Devine & Fabulous MoolahReferee: Morgan Dollar
Robin and Devine started the match, but it didn’t take long for Stratus and Moolah to be tagged in. Both ladies went at it with reckless abandon. Both women got their licks in then Moolah tagged out. Moolah seemed to spend the rest of the match avoiding being in the ring with Stratus. After Devine had worn Stratus down significantly, Moolah tagged in and pinned Stratus after a dropkick.(COMMERCIAL)
(Gordon Solie talks to the team of ‘Hacksaw’ Jim Duggan, Ted DiBiase & Steve ‘Dr. Death’ Williams. (Russell welcomes the fans back to the program and comments on what an action-packed show it’s been. Solie comments on the last match being one of the wildest he’s seen in some time. Russell announces that they have just finished setting up the cage and it is time for the main event. Russell announces that the cage is meant to prevent outside interference and that the only way to win is to escape the cage by either going through the door or out over the top and both feet have to touch the floor.)
NOTE: The cage is the mesh fence style cage, but it sits on the ring apron so there is no space between the ring and the cage.
CAGE MATCH
Stevie Richards w/Blue Meanie & Super Nova) vs. John PesekReferees: Joey Marella & Dick Woehrle
Richards had an early advantage, but Pesek quickly turned the tables. Pesek systematically wore Richards down and made multiple attempts to leave the cage. The first attempt was through the door, but Richards was able to prevent that from happening. All of the subsequent attempts were over the top of the cage and although Richards was able to prevent Pesek from climbing out on the first few attempts, Pesek finally put a blood Richards down with a violent clothesline and was able to scale the cage. Meanie and Nova made an attempt to keep Pesek from reaching the floor, but Marella and Woehrle prevented them from doing so and Pesek successfully reached the floor.(Russell and Solie both commented on how brutal the match was and how years may’ve been taken off of Richards’ career. Russell ended the show by inviting the fans to tune in next time.)
PRIMEHosted by Gorilla Monsoon & Bobby ‘The Brain’ Heenan (Monson welcomes the fans to LOW PRIME and introduces his co-host, Heenan. Heenan claims he is the host and Monsoon is the co-host. Monsoon tells Heenan he’s ridiculous then talks about who will be in action on this episode including the Road Warriors and one of Heenan’s good friends, Harley Race. Heenan calls Race the king of wrestling and says that he feels like Race doesn’t get the respect he deserves. Monsoon actually agrees and says opponents of Race definitely should take him for granted. Monsoon then announces the main event for the show will see World Jr. Heavyweight Champion Ric McCord defend against Johnny Saint. Heenan talks about Saint winning the title and taking it back across the pond to present it to the queen. Monsoon wishes Saint luck with that since McCord is a very talented wrestler in his own right then says it’s time for the first match of the show.)
Butcher & Mad Dog Vachon w/ Capt. Lou Albano vs. The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers)Referee: Morgan Dollar
Before he starts the match, Dollar informs Albano he is concerned about his outside interference and sends him away from ringside. Albano protests, but follows Dollar’s instructions and the match begins. The Vachons were angered by Dollar’s actions and took their frustrations out on their opponents. Fulton and Rogers endured and Rogers got the pin after he surprised Butcher with a series of dropkicks.(Heenan complained about Dollar’s action, saying that the Vachons and Albano have a binding contract for Albano to be at ringside for all their matches. Heenan says maybe he’ll refer Albano to his attorneys Dewey, Cheatem and Howe. Monsoon says that’d be perfect and then they could get Albano in as much trouble as they’ve gotten Heenan in. Heenan questions Monsoon what he’s talking about, but Monsoon ignores him and goes to break.)

Road Warriors (Hawk & Animal) vs. Rock N Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson)Referee: Joey Marella
RNR came out fast, stunning the Roadies early, but Hawk and Animal recovered. The Road Warriors dominated from that point until Hawk pinned Morton after the DOOMSDAY DEVICE.(Heenan boasts that he told ya so and Monsoon acknowledged Heenan predicting the success of the Road Warriors in the match. Monsoon then sent it to their colleague Gordon Solie, who had information about upcoming events.

(COMMERCIAL)
(Monsoon welcomes the fans back and shows video from the recent attack by Juventud Guerrera on ‘Mr. Electricity’ Steve Regal. Heenan said he has it of good authority that Regal made some very disparaging remarks about Guerrera’s mother back in Mexico and that is what warranted the attack. Monsoon questioned Heenan as to his sources and Heenan says those are confidential. Monsoon announced that Mike Graham will be joining The Fabulous Ones in an attempt to gain some retribution for Regal, who will be out of action for a little while.)
Mike Graham & The Fabulous Ones (Stan Lane & Steve Keirn) vs. Konnan, Juventud Guerrera & Super CrazyReferee: Dick Woehrle

Monsoon scoffs at this remark and sends it to the ring.)
Bob Backlund vs. Harley RaceReferee: Morgan Dollar
Backlund seemed to be a little quicker than Race and used that to his advantage. Both men battled through out, but Race seemed to excel when the action spilled out of the ring. Race’s rough house tactics outside the ring frustrated Backlund and he slammed Race through a ringside table resulting in Dollar calling for the disqualification.(Lance Russell calls Backlund to the interview area. Russell asks about the match with Race and Backlund complains about being disqualified for fighting fire with fire. Russell contends that everything Race did was within the rules and Backlund contend the ref warned him multiple times to get the action back in the ring and he refused. Race made his way to the interview area and teased Backlund about being too much for him, tempers flared, but Russell managed to keep the confrontation from getting out of hand and both men returned to the back.)
(COMMERCIAL)
(Monsoon announces it’s time for the main event and states Ric McCord is going to have his work cut out for him against the talented Johnny Saint. Monsoon tells Heenan will you please stop then says let’s send it to our ring announcer Gary Michael Cappetta.)
WORLD JR. HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
Johnny Saint vs. World Jr. Heavyweight Champion Ric McCordReferee: James Beard
Saint had a hard time getting going in this match as McCord used a hit and run type strategy. Staying out of Saint’s reach proved to be fruitful as McCord controlled the match and pinned Saint with a FLYING BODY PRESS.(Monsoon claims that Heenan will have to find his pretzel elsewhere as McCord’s strategy proved successful. Heenan comments that the queen is going to be very disappointed. Monsoon says he seriously doubts that before inviting the fans to join them next time.)
