A place to discuss WWE stuff. For example, Keith Lee vs Karrion Kross is the best feud in wrestling right now. And the attention they are getting (especially Kross) is off the charts.

The only reason Kross is getting so much press is because he seems to be the rope in a twisted match of Tug-a-war by VKM and HHH.
NXT is currently a much better product than either RAW or SMACKDOWN, and I'm sure that's a blow to the old man's ego. I will show you, here... let's have your monster champion lose to a welllll past his prime Jeff Hardy. Then he can beat a former NXT star Keith Lee... but then lose to him the very next week.
It's very odd booking, seems vindictive to me.

Does it make sense to you, booking wise?
If so, I'd very much like to hear your reasoning.
Take a monster unbeatable heel from a brand you're no longer acknowledging, ask Charlotte why she is suddenly down three title reigns, and have them lose to your talent. I see it as a VKM pissing contest, nothing more.

Absolutely.

Wrestling fans have forgotten how to be wrestling fans. Or maybe they’ve grown out of the fantasy aspect of it. Do people complain when Loki or Captain America loses a fight? Running to Dave Meltzer or some other amateur journalist for instructions on how to interpret what you’re seeing is the opposite of having an imagination.

Dirt sheets and hardcores have turned the bookers into the biggest heels in the business and whatever wrestler they feel like is being wronged into the greatest heroes. Like the actual talent no longer matters. What the dirt sheets say is king and the only real interest “fans” have is talking about behind the scenes conspiracy theories brought on by dirt sheets without a shred of evidence. Sure doesn’t sound like fun to me.

I see Pardon vs DOT. Two awesome guys trying to climb the WWE ladder. Nobody knows who will win. I’ll take that over DOT vs Krud any day.

I could care less about Kross, because I find him mediocre at best. But Keith Lee is a talent who should be main eventing shows based on talent and crowd reaction, and instead he is taken off of TV for 6 months, beaten twice upon his return, and then given a win against the guy who beat him, who has also been made to look like an ass clown. This 50/50 booking helps absolutely no one.

This has absolutely nothing to do with remembering how to be a wrestling fan. The problem is WWE remembering how to be a wrestling company. I mean, if after the Mega Powers exploded, Hogan and Savage traded wins on every television show leading up to Wrestlemania 5, would anyone have cared?

Pretty much what I’m talking about.

I do it too w AEW. It’s hard not to. I hate the idea of Punk vs Allin because Allin looking great in a L does nothing for him. Don’t care if Punk likes him and “wants to work with him.” That’s not a wrestling story to me. That’s real life backstage dirt sheet booking. Im not dirt sheet fan. But that’s how AEW operates. Hardcore dirt sheet fan is their prime demo. For fans who enjoy that media I’m sure it’s fun. But when you try to watch WWE the same way you’re just getting a cynics view.

I dont follow the dirt sheets unless we count you people lol ... I cant watch an entire episode of RAW or Smackdown because it's too scripted, I cant watch an entire episode of AEW cause it has no direction and sometimes seems like glorified gymnastics.

I can watch an entire NXT or MLW Fusion episode without wanting to fast forward or wander off. I want to see Samoa Joe vs Kross, could care less about Lashley/Goldberg or Cena/Reigns. Nothing against the four on the big shows I just dont care about that story.

Shrugs, I like what I like ... maybe I'm a bad fan but that's what I'm watching.

Well you said it yourself. Keith Lee is being booked bad in your opinion. So he’s your big hero and mean old out of touch Vince is the bad guy.

You don’t buy a ticket to watch backstage stuff. You buy it to watch what’s in the ring.
