They said they are going on hiatus for Q1 and will be back for Supercard of Honor in April with a revamped business model. Whatever that means...

Very odd indeed. Too much pressure from AEW perhaps.

Maybe the "revamped business model" will include live events with fans. For some reason they aren't doing this while the rest of the industry are back up and rolling. I have a feeling this has something to do with Sinclair not wanting to do it for some reason. They were spending a ton of money (my guess) with their very stringent COVID policy with greatly reduced revenue to offset the expense.
On the surface this sounds like an understandable hiatus to reset but the release of their roster (there are differing reports as to the extent of this) definitely does not look good for the future of the company.

You gotta feel for the wrestlers who stood by them instead of going to AEW and those who joined recently.
It's a terrible shame but hopefully they will be back in April

The Bally's regional sports networks are apparently hemorraghing money and they're also owned by a Sinclair subsidiary--who knows if that's a connection. But yes, ROH has been feeling pressure from both AEW and pre-2.0 NXT, both of which greatly reduced its relevance by basically doing what it did on a grander, national stage.

Sad, such a rich history - with an incredible alumni roster.

I hope it is just a hiatus and they come back strong. Be really sad to see them disappear. If the worse happens at least talent has options. I just hope if they do close either AEW or Impact steps up and buys their library if available. I just do not want to see it end up in WWE's hands.

It's got to be over because no company shuts down 3 months, releases all talent and starts back up like nothing happened IMO.

Bricoes to AEW? It would be great to see them on a big stage before they're done, especially since their loyalty was for naught.
