I’ll chime in but it’s just my opinion. I can’t go to any cons. I have been buying this game since almost the beginning. Instead of me trying desperately to get to a con I just hire Werner for some artwork and add extra cards that way. I miss out on the con stuff and have slowed my buying of different sets down.

If u buy a ticket for the online GCON you get the cards too. If you can’t make the event just pay $15 for the ticket and you’ll get the cards. I don’t see the problem. The events aren’t exclusive. There’s no luck involved. Not loot boxes. You either buy it when the window is open or you lose out. |

And let me give you a word of advice. I talk with most of the staff privately and gotten to know them and they are good guys. You could've EASILY messaged Todd and explained your situation. You found the time to post on here to bash them, and game fans, but that time could've been used to speak with Todd. I guarentee Todd would've listened to you...guarenteed. But you chose the other way, didn't you. This was an issue that could've been solved easily. This! I suppose this comes down to perspective. I buy the con tickets knowing that it's unlikely that I'll participate in the near (or far) future as I work the graveyard shift and need to get my beauty rest... and brother do I need it, lol. I could stay up, lose sleep and zombie my way thru work. I don't as my job requires me to be fairly sharp. The cards are supposed to be a bonus and is the primary reason I purchase the tickets obviously. I do have my cut off point though as I'm sure most others do as well. To me, the cards, by themselves are worth it, but they aren't the main reason for buying the virtual con tickets. They are supposed to be added incentive. |

actually i had already solved my issue. i didnt bash todd... at any point. dont really know wtf this guy was on about tbh. mostly he put a bunch of words in my mouth and took what i was saying quit wrong. literally im saying having a life is a pretty real excuse for anyone... not just me... because this is a game. ive bought tickets to a con that i didnt go to before, and will prolly do it again. i missed this one for some life issues beyond my control. i didnt actually chose a different way... i just take extreme offense to "no excuse"... especially givin my situation, but also givin anyones situation... nope... im not special... never tried to act like i was special. its just very very very silly for someone to act like a complaint is being on a high horse, or that having a life (i realize we ALL have lives... and im saying this is a solid excuse for anyone... cuz this is a game!) means i think im special.
i dont really need this guys advice... i never said anyone was not a good guy, i have also talked to staff and various players on my own time outside of the message board, and when i mentioned someone being an asshole i really just meant him... so really i didnt bash players or the game. criticizing something isant bashing it. the le card thing has always irked me. im allowed to have an opinion. my argument really was just with that dude. because he assumed he knew what i meant and put a bunch of words in my mouth and added intention that was way way way way off.
i never said i was special, dude did

Have the cards been mailed out? I was in and out of the room a lot at GCON but I’m 99% sure they officially announced the news about Mike taking over all mailing responsibilities and that he would begin sending stuff out at the end of this month. Knowing Mike, he beat that deadline and pre orders should be popping up any day now. New orders prob go out by the of the month. But I’m just guessing. Hope that helps. |

Have the cards been mailed out? Gcon cards will go out today and tomorrow. I am still mailing those out. Expect to start seeing them early next week. Virtual con cards and Promoter prime cards will go out separately from the regular mailing through the end of 2022 as we go through the transition. |

They really need to fix that portal. They’re working on it, but Man of Power really did some permanent damage to what was already a very weakened portal. Stay tuned as this new mystery storyline continues in January with another awesome COTG SE card that will be available at our New Years VCON. So start planning now. 😎 |
