YEAR TWO- JANUARY-NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS:
Welcome everyone to the first Supercard of the new year. Here’s a rundown of tonight’s event. All champions are listed first. Just a reminder that Encubus, Panther Warrior & Shann-Ra all have automatic rematch clauses so if they lose their championship in the first match we’ll have the rematch later in the evening

Mother Superior & Phantasy vs Candy Apple & Cheri Cola

GWF CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:PANTHER WARRIOR VS U.S. MALE-A back and forth match that could have gone either way.
-Male got the early advantage and after knocking Warrior down with a Peacemaker Slingshot he went for two consecutive pin attempts: One after a PATRIOT MISSILE and another after a SEIZE THE DAY but the cat kicked out both times.
-When Male went for a reverse suplex Warrior managed to counter it and went for the cover after slashing Male with the Claws Of The Cat.
-While Male kicked out Panther Warrior didn’t let up and after a few more L3 moves he connected with the JUNGLE NIGHTS but Male kicked out again.
-Eventually the match spilled out to the floor where U.S. Male won the ensuing brawl.
-Back in the ring Male hit Warrior with two consecutive PATRIOT MISSILES to get the win.
WINNER AND NEW CHAMPION: U.S. MALE

GWF WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:SHANN-RA VS TAICHI-Shann-Ra had the early advantage but couldn’t get much of anything going. Taichi managed to counter the champion when she went for a throat chop.
-Taichi went on a flurry of offense hitting Shann-Ra with multiple Muay Thai Kicks and locking in two KNEE BARS but couldn’t make the champ submit.
-By the time she managed to counter a front kick Shann-Ra’s face was a crimson mask and she had accumulated SEVEN fatigue tokens!
-Shann-Ra made the most of regaining control and after a snap snare, several waistlock suplexes and a MACHETE she covered Taichi and somehow manages to escape with her title.
WINNER AND STILL CHAMPION: SHANN-RA (HER THIRD SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)3.
GWF GALACTIC HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:ENCUBUS VS AETHRAN OVERMASTER -Encubus dominated the match from start to finish. Overmaster was briefly on offense but only for a move or two.
-Encubus knocked Overmaster down with a Force Of Darkness and went for the cover but the big guy kicked out.
-Encubus kept the pressure on and kept hitting the Aethran with his various finishers.
-While Overmaster kept kicking out all those moves gradually wore him down and after a GAMEMASTER DDT Encubus covered his opponent for the 1-2-3.
WINNER AND STILL CHAMPION: ENCUBUS (HIS SECOND SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)4.
GWF INTERPLANETARY TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:RUSH & TURMOIL VS THE ULTIMATE FIGHTERS-After some early back & forth between Turmoil and Shoot The Fighter managed to knock Turmoil down with a Bicep Slicer and went for the cover. While Turmoil kicked out Shoot wasn’t done with him yet. Shoot locked Turmoil into a TAPPED OUT but couldn’t get the Gladiator to submit.
-Clinch tagged in and continued the onslaught adding four more fatigue tokens onto Turmoil with four consecutive Ground & Pounds. He went for a cover after the last one but still couldn’t keep Turmoil down.
-Eventually Turmoil managed to tag out when he countered a tombstone piledriver attempt by Clinch.
-Rush came in and things settled down for a bit.
-Rush eventually got some momentum going on Shoot and went for two unsuccessful pin attempts after a Sky Bomb Stunner and a Springboard Decapitator.
-Eventually Rush and Shoot tumbled out to the floor where a wild brawl erupted. While Shoot was just throwing punches Rush went crazy, grabbed a chair and smacked Shoot over the head with it. The referee saw this and disqualified The Gladiators. Shoot & Clinch win the match but don’t win the gold.
WINNERS BY DISQUALIFICATION: THE ULTIMATE FIGHTERS (RUSH & TURMOIL’S EIGHTH SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)5.
LAVA PIT MATCH FOR THE HEAVY METAL CHAMPIONSHIP:PARALYZE VS HAVOC-A wild back and forth battle. The two wrestlers traded offense for the first little while before the lava pit chart came into play.
-Eventually things kick into second gear when Havoc picks up a rock and smashes Paralyze over the head with it.
-In retaliation Paralyze grabs some gravel off the floor and throws it in Havoc’s eyes.
-After hitting Havoc with several L3 moves Paralyze attempts to climb out after connecting with a PERMANENTLY PARALYZED but Havoc manages to pull him back in.
-Havoc regains control and piledrives Paralyze on the pit floor. He follows up with the FALLEN DREAMS and tries to escape but Paralyze stops him.
-After rubbing some more gravel in Havoc’s eyes Paralyze hits him with the HEART TRANSPLANT knocking Havoc unconscious. Seizing the opportunity Paralyze climbs out of the lava pit for the victory.
WINNER AND STILL CHAMPION: PARALYZE (HIS SECOND SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)
6. TOURNAMENT FINALS FOR THE GWF WOMEN’S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP:MOTHER SUPERIOR & PHANTASY VS CANDY APPLE & CHERI COLA -A tale of two matches. Superior & Phantasy took turns early on beating the living daylights out of Cola.
-Phantasy went for two pin attempts after a diva press slam and a Super Phantasy-Plex but Cola managed to kick out both times.
-Mother Superior tagged in and continued the onslaught with a Superior Sharpshooter, a Feel My Pain and finally a MOTHER OF DESTRUCTION. Cola escaped the ensuing pinfall and bailed out of the ring where she slammed Superior into the announcer’s table.
- Back in the ring Cola tagged out to Candy Apple who finished the rest of the match for their team.
-Apple and Superior battled back and forth for a bit. Apple went for the cover after an Apple Peeler but Superior managed to kick out.
-Eventually Phantasy tagged back in and after some back & forth action Candy Apple went on a savage tear. She went for two non-consecutive pin attempts on Phantasy after an All Hallows’ Eve, a Rotten To The Core and a BOBBING FOR APPLES.
-While Phantasy kicked out the damage was done. After softening her opponent up with an Orchard Harvest Candy Apple connects with another BOBBING FOR APPLES and Candy Apple & Cheri Cola are the first women’s tag champions. (

WINNERS AND THE FIRST GWF WOMENS TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: CANDY APPLE & CHERI COLA7.
GWF TELEVISION TITLE MATCH:ZYGON VS THANTOS-A very short match. Thantos had the early advantage but when he went for a cobra clutch suplex Zygon managed to counter it.
-Zygon hits Thantos with an Optic Blast and goes for the cover. Thantos kicks out but Zygon keeps the pressure on.
-After a rolling knee bar and two more Optic Blasts Zygon goes for the pin again. Snake eyes comes up on the roll and just like that Zygon picks up the upset victory.
WINNER AND STILL CHAMPION: ZYGON (HIS FIRST SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)8.
GWF INTERPLANETARY CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:ENDGAME VS STAR WARRIOR -Early on Endgame went for a pin after a Rydeen Bomb but Star Warrior easily kicks out.
-When Endgame whipped Warrior into the turnbuckle and charged in after him Warrior moved out of the way causing Endgame to crash into the corner. Star Warrior covers his opponent but Endgame kicks out.
-After getting hit with a reverse piledriver Endgame bails out of the ring. Star Warrior follows him out which proved to be a mistake as Endgame slammed him onto the announcers table.
-Back in the ring Endgame goes for the win after another Rydeen Bomb but can’t keep Star Warrior down. Endgame climbs up to the top rope and performs an ULTIMA LEAP but still can’t get the three count.
-Finally, Endgame locks on the ROLLING FIGURE FOUR. Star Warrior can’t stand the pain and taps out.
WINNER AND STILL CHAMPION: ENDGAME (HIS SECOND SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)9.
REMATCH FOR THE GWF CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP:U.S MALE VS PANTHER WARRIOR -A short & sweet match. Male had the early advantage but when the fight moved out to the floor Panther Warrior won the ensuing brawl.
-Back in the ring Warrior lands three consecutive JUNGLE NIGHTS and covers U.S. Male to regain the championship.
WINNER AND NEW CHAMPION: PANTHER WARRIOR10.
GWF GALACTIC TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:THE ULTIMATE FIGHTERS VS HARBINGER & BISHOP HELL II-The two teams traded the advantage throughout with nothing noteworthy happening until the end.
-Late into the match Clinch hit Bishop with a left hook that knocked him down. Clinch goes for the cover but Hell kicks out.
-Clinch follows up with an Uppercut KO which knocks the Bishop out cold making him easy prey for the three count.
WINNERS AND STILL CHAMPIONS: THE ULTIMATE FIGHTERS (THEIR SECOND SUCCESSFUL TITLE DEFENSE)A very good night for all of the champions as only Panther Warrior dropped his belt. He managed to regain it by the end of the evening though so it all worked out for him in the end.
