- Nacho & Frogman surprised their opponents with some effective teamwork, but the Love Brothers made a decisive comeback.
Ringside Interview: Leona Harp spoke with Vampiro about his chance to become the inaugural HFX Saltwire TV Champion. He seemed to have trouble focusing on the topic as his eyes darted from one direction to another as if looking for something in the crowd. Following a period of silence, he said 'the Dark Inferno is rising' to leave Leona scratching her head in confusion.
BRICKHOUSE BROWN def. Mad Dog Vachon to advance to the semifinals of the HFX Saltwire TV Championship tournament. Brown pinned Vachon after a swinging neckbreaker. -- Tokens: Brown 2 - Vachon 4
- Mad Dog was furious with the outcome and said he would be coming for revenge.
ROB VAN DAM def. Buddy Rose (w/ Sherri Martel) via count-out to advance to the semifinals of the HFX Saltwire TV Championship tournament. Rose was counted out after RVD hit a Van Daminator that sent him crashing into the rails. -- Tokens: RVD 4 - Rose 4
- The referee was too busy reprimanding Martel for some earlier interference to witness the illegal move that ended this match.
Mr Michaels announced that next week's main event will be Brickhouse Brown & Rob Van Dam teaming up against Buddy Rose & Mad Dog Vachon. In addition, the opening round of the HFX Saltwire TV Championship tournament will conclude.
QUEBECERS (Pierre Carl Ouellet & Jacques Rougeau) def. Andre the Giant via DQ in a Handicap Elimination match. Andre was disqualified when he shoved the referee while threatening to chokeslam Rougeau through a ringside table. -- Tokens: Ouellet 4 - Andre 3
- Satisfied with the technical decision, the Quebecers quickly fled to avoid Andre's wrath after the bell.

such an annoying ending to the main event and darn shame Rose lost. Nice little upset by Brown though.
