I am really liking the "cozyness?" of this fed. (I think that's what I mean, "comfortableness" maybe?). The real feel of watching old style territory wrestling again. From the roster choices, to the booking. It's all extremely cool brother Pariah! I'm so pulling for Poffo & Eric to serve out some "Poetic Justice", in next week's main event. Rock on my friend! Cozy and comfortable, my friend... I love these descriptors... Trying to keep the core roster nice n' tight while allowing all sorts to journey through the territory, making guest appearances that are precisely that... Guest appearances. HA! Hang onto the handrails provided and please enjoy the ride!

HFX at the Kingfisher Club Episode 1.7 01.Feb.15 Harbourview Casino, Halifax, NS
RON HUTCHISON def. Johnny Rodz. Hutchison pinned Rodz with an O'Connor roll. -- Tokens: Hutchison 3 - Buddy Rose and Sherri Martel joined the commentary table, so they could taunt Hutchison during this match. Hutchison was in serious trouble until Brian Blair arrived to level the playing field. Caught off guard by Blair's presence, Rodz left himself vulnerable to a flash finish!
Ringside Interview: Leona Harp spoke with Mad Dog Vachon about his decisive victory over Brickhouse Brown in a Dog Collar match that took place a few weeks ago. He said that his ferocity could not be stopped and he dared anyone to try. There was no answer to his implied challenge. Laughing at the lack of response, Mad Dog added that he would not be hard to find.
LOVE BROTHERS (Reginald & Hartford Love) def. Too Cool (Brian Christopher & Scott Taylor) via DQ. Christopher was disqualified when Taylor pulled the referee out of the ring to prevent a near fall. -- Tokens: Christopher 1 - It was a rough debut for Too Cool. Emotions were running high as the Love Brothers double teamed Christopher while Taylor was forced to watch from the apron. The Love Brothers nailed Christopher with a DOUBLE HOT SHOT, but Taylor took action even though it wound up costing his team the match. The Love Brothers mocked the newcomers while Taylor helped his partner safely away from the ring.
JUSTIN CREDIBLE (w/ Steve Corino) def. SD Jones. Credible pinned Jones after a SINGAPORE CANE. -- Tokens: Jones 1 - A perfectly timed distraction by Corino allowed Credible to score a tainted win. Rocky Kernodle rushed the ring to protest, but the referee would not reverse the decision.
Mr Michaels announced that next week's main event will be The Spoiler defending the HFX Saltwire TV Championship against his first challenger, Lanny Poffo! This brings an extra dimension to the upcoming tag team encounter that will feature both of these competitors on opposing sides. Brian Blair & Ron Hutchison will join forces to take on Buddy Rose & Johnny Rodz as this multi-layered rivalry continues to escalate. In addition, Rob Van Dam will make his first appearance since losing to The Spoiler in the final of the HFX Saltwire TV Championship tournament.
Lanny Poffo & Yukon Eric vs. The Spoiler & Vampiro (w/ James Mitchell) resulted in a no contest. - A sneak attack by the End Of Days duo took out Poffo & Eric before they even reached the ring! With Mitchell urging his followers onward, Spoiler nailed Poffo with a chairshot and clamped on a BIONIC CLAW. Vampiro staggered Eric with a mule kick below the belt and delivered a NAIL IN THE COFFIN onto the concrete floor. Both men were busted wide open and security was needed to restore order. Holding onto the HFX Saltwire TV title belt, Mitchell pointed at Poffo and said he had zero chance of becoming the champion.

With a steel chain wrapped around one arm, Vachon asked if RVD was too much of a coward to answer the open challenge that he issued last week. Glad to see it back. Nice to see Rose and Rodz took a win. Although my IPW indy project receives most of my attention, it's great to play some Legends action every now and then... You can always count on a couple of irons in the fire, my friend... And it remains a pleasure to see you in the audience... Let the good times continue to roll!
