L1 Wrestling 1.28 Jim Ross and JIm Cornette welcome the fans to the show. JR hypes the main event, Kurt Angle vs. Joe Malenko for the L1 Wrestling Universal Heavyweight title, as well as Nikita Koloff vs. Nigel McGuinness. Cornette introduces the first match..
1. John Pesek vs. George Tragos Pesek and Tragos grapple back and forth. Tragos locks on the armlock and scissors but Pesek escapes the hold. Tragos and Pesek grapple back and forth. The match spills out of the ring and Tragos hits a crotch lift and slam on the concrete. Pesek is nearly counted out. Tragos locks on the grinding toehold and Pesek taps out.
Winner - George Tragos by submission
After the match, Pesek challenges Tragos to a rematch. JR says that was a tough loss for Pesek. Cornette introduces the next match.
2. The Spoiler vs. Danny Hodge Spoiler overpowers Hodge in the early minutes. Spoiler goes for an armbar but Hodge nails him with a knee lift for a two count. Hodge rolls Spoiler up with an Oklahoma Side Roll for the win.

JR says this is a night of upsets. Cornette introduces the next match.
3. Nikita Koloff vs. Nigel McGuiness Koloff and McGuiness battle back and forth. Koloff hits the Russian Sickle but McGuiness kicks out. Koloff mauls McGuinnes and hits a flying shoulder tackle for a two count. Koloff goes to the top but McGuinness hits the Tower of London to turn things around. Koloff catches McGuinness in a bear hug, wearing him down. Koloff hits the Russian Sickle for the win.
Winner - Nikita Koloff by pinfall
JR says that was a big win for Koloff. Cornette introduces the main event.
4. Kurt Angle vs. Joe Malenko - L1 Wrestling Universal Heavyweight title match Malenko gets the early advantage but Angle hits a backbreaker for a two count. Angle locks on the Ankle lock and Malenko taps out.
Winner - Kurt Angle, his third title defense
After the match, Nikita Koloff returns to ringside and challenges Kurt Angle to a match, saying Angle is a weak champion and has been lucky so far. Angle accepts the challenge and hits the Olympic Slam as the show goes off the air!

As much as I like Nikita, he's no Kurt Angle. Oh, it's true. It's damn true! One of the reasons I started L1 Wrestling was to do the year long tag team tournament. The other one was to try to get a long reign out of Kurt Angle.

1. Stanislaus Zbyszko vs. Kenny Jay Jay gets in some offense at the bell. Zbsyzko turns it around and hits the half nelson and slam for the win.

Cornette puts over Stanislaus Zbyszko. JR introduces the next match. 2. John Pesek vs. George Tragos Pesek and Tragos battle back and forth. Pesek hits a waistlock slam for a two count. Tragos makes a comeback and hits a crotch lift and slam for a two count. Tragos wears down Pesek with a double wristlock. Pesek and Tragos battle back and forth. Pesek locks on the Tiger Man Toehold and Tragos taps out.

JR says we’ll see a rubber match between Tragos and Pesek somewhere down the line. Cornette introduces the next match.
3. Tully Blanchard vs. Giant Bernard Tully and Bernard battle back and forth. Tully jabs Bernard with a foreign object. Tully htis a piledriver for the win.

Cornette says Tully has been flying under the radar so far but that’s about to change. JR introduces the main event.
4. Jimmy Snuka vs. Cowboy Bob Orton Orton gets the upper hand and whips Snuka to the ropes. Snuka hits a sunset flip for a two count. Snuka and Orton brawl outside the ring. Orton suplexes Snuka on the guard rail and the referee calls for the bell.

1. Val Venis vs. Johnny Saint Venis and Saint battle back and forth. Saint locks on the three in one but Venis fights him off. Saint locks on the double arm stretch and cradle for a two count. Venus makes a comeback but Saint turtles up, killing his momentum. Saint hits a high cross body block for the win.

Adonis locks on Goodnight Irene but Gordy fights him off. Adonis locks on Goodnight Irene a second time but Gordy backs him into the turnbuckles, forcing the break. Adonis hits a bulldog for a two count and tags in Orton. Gordy makes a comeback and power bombs Orton for a two count. Gordy tags in Snuka. Snuka goes for the Superfly Leap but misses! After the match, Abdullah the Butcher attacks Angle from behind, busting him open with the L1 Wrestling Universal Heavyweight title belt. Abdullah gouges Angle with a foreign object as the show goes off the air.

L1 Wrestling 1.32 Jim Ross and JIm Cornette welcome the fans to the show. JR hypes the main event, Paul Orndorff vs. Wilbur Snyder in a preview of next week’s tag team encounter. Cornette says Kurt Angle was stitched up at a local medical facility last week and is signed to face Abdullah the Butcher with the L1 Wrestling Universal Heavyweight title on the line in two weeks.
1. The Spoiler vs. Joe Malenko Malenko tries grappling with the Spoiler and Spoiler pounds him to the mat. Spoiler hits a rope walk smash. Spoiler nails Malenko with a knee lift for a two count.
