GWF Showdown - 10 06.01.2087 from Deimos Intergalactic Arena - Major Announcement -Omega enters the ring in street clothes. He is clearly not wrestling tonight. He grabs a microphone and addresses the crowd, "I have a bit of news for everyone tonight, and it has to do with our next event at The Four Star Forum. We have granted his request, and he will be facing Comrade Terror in a Cosmic Cage Match!" The crowd erupts with excitement! Omega lets it continue for a long moment then continues, "And we got to thinking. Why go through all of that effort to assemble a cosmic cage, and only use it for one match? So the main event match at The Four Star Forum will be a Cosmic Cage Match between Massif and Exo-King!" The crowd roars enthusiastically! This is excellent. But you jumped from 2074-2075 to the 2080s. What happened??

I really like the concept of not calling Thantos and company 'villains'.. I did the same thing (I used 'The Brotherhood', but fairly similar set up). Definitely some very surprising results so far!

I really like the concept of not calling Thantos and company 'villains'.. I did the same thing (I used 'The Brotherhood', but fairly similar set up). Definitely some very surprising results so far! Thanks! I really wanted two factions, but I didn't want them to be completely black and white. I plan on staying true to the official storylines, but I'll stray from them if that's where the dice take me. Based on how things are going so far, I may end up having Executioner and Ghengis Khan stick together for a while. It will depend on whether or not they have continued success. The Gladiators have been majorly underperforming so far, with a 2-4 record (and all losses clean pins). They find themselves on the cusp of a feud with the Space Croppers. Things are generally where I thought they would be on the singles side. But Star Warrior and Thantos both having DQ losses in the first round of the tournament really opened things up for the field though, so the Galaxian Title may be a bit scrambled for a while. Mutant has been insanely good so far. He is 3-3 with a DQ win over Wolf. He got squashed by Lord Nexus, then dominated Massif (but rolled terrible on pin attempts) and gave Star Warrior a good match, even getting in a pin attempt. He is starting to become a bit of a fan favorite.
