July 30, 2010 - Seven Years of Pro Wrestling Guerrilla! by Silverback
While the official announcement of our next event, celebrating seven years of Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, is still a few days away, we figured it couldn't hurt to whet your appetite just a little bit.
On Friday, July 30, 2010, it will probably be pretty warm out.
On Friday, July 30, 2010, the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Championship and World Tag Team Championship titles will be defended.
On Friday, July 30, 2010, there will be a Guerrilla Warfare match for the first time in over two years!
On Friday, July 30, 2010, former World Champion Bryan Danielson will make his return to Pro Wrestling Guerrilla.
Plus much, much more. And not just like "oh yeah, here's some other stuff." The seventh anniversary of Pro Wrestling Guerrilla will be truly special.
Details coming soon. PWG_Silverback I had to miss the previous PWG show last Friday because it coincided with the move to the new homw I just purchased here in Las Vegas, but I'm definitely going to this show!

With any luck you know which freeways to avoid out here too by now, although everyone of them can be stopped at any given time *cough*the5*cough

With any luck you know which freeways to avoid out here too by now, although everyone of them can be stopped at any given time *cough*the5*cough Thankfully I don't have to take I-5 to get to PWG. But sometimes the US 101 just outside of Reseda can be backed up- and the US 101 sometimes seems especially bad on Fridays and this upcoming PWG 7th anniversary show is on a Friday night. But I'm going to try and leave in the morning on Juy 30th so I can get to Los Angeles early and hopefully avoid the worst part of the traffic.

I dont bother with I-5 anymore either because of that. I got 57 to 210 to 134 to 101. Last week I figured to beat traffic that I would leave at 2 and explore around Northridge Mall a few hours. For some odd reason that nobody can ever explain, finally got to the mall around 4. Since we still have 6 weeks there is plenty of time to plan around traffic on where and when to meet up.

There were two more items added to this 7th anniversary show featuring the PWG return of Bryan Danielson:
On Friday, July 30, 2010, former World Tag Team Champion Scorpio Sky will return to Pro Wrestling Guerrilla.
On Friday, July 30, 2010, the career of a long-time Pro Wrestling Guerrilla competitor will come to an end.
I wonder which long-time PWG wrestler is ending his career at PWG's 7th Anniversary show next month.
Scott Lost?
Joey Ryan?
Super Dragon making one final appearance?
Human Tornado, who already announced his retirement earlier this year due to medical reasons, making one last wrestling appearance?
I'm hoping that this "long-time PWG wrestler ending his career" next month is not either Lost or Ryan and instead is someone like Super Dragon or Human Tornado just making one final wrestling appearance.
someone else?
It sounds like we'll know for sure on Monday because, in his post tonight, Silverback said the card for PWG's 7th anniversary show would get announced on Monday.

I hope it's not Scott Lost. I like him.

Well, since you guys like to sign those guys to LOTF contracts, there are 4 pretty good names right there. Super Dragon being the one that I would be most interested in.
